Hi, i am regularly visiting tata star bazar at ananth nagar, electronic city phase 2, bangalore. I am now noticing they are cheating me on every other bills. Once in past i noticed it and they gave me credit note. Again today same thing happened after accidentally i checked my bill. The issue is the tomato price on board is 30 per kg but 32 rupees per kg in actual bill, gst invoice no - gsl[protected]. Also, they too cheated me on nandini ghee, as per their display board its 219 rupees per 500ml, as per print price on pack is 225 but actually they billed 229 in invoice.

This is a regular cheating, is there a way to get my loss so far?

I purchased 2 Gala Floor wipers on 29th August 2020. In less than a week's time the wiper blades of both the items have come off. Please see snapshots of the product condition and the payment made for that day's purchase for your reference.

Kindly get them replaced.

I am holding star bazaar easy shop card worth 3700/- and i haven't shopped any thing from star bazaar . During pandemic corona lock down i was not able to go to nearest shop then my father died and then my mother within 6 months so i was busy with the rituals . Today on 05/09/2020 i went to star bazaar mulund west branch and they told me that the card expired
i request your good self to please extend my validity for few more days so that i can purchase my groceries .
Tata is a reputed organisation and we all respect the social services done by sir ratan tata please consider my case as a special case and extend the validity of my card its my hard earned money going waste

My order no:[protected], delivered on 31.07.2020.
My this order had a 300 gm cherry pack costing rs 198. When delivered, the pack was open and contents spread in the delivery box. Your person collected and put the spilled cherry and put it in the plastic box package again.
Sensing that the quantity was too less, i weighed it at home and found it just half at 155 gram with its package. That’s nothing but cheating your customers.
Please arrange to take back this cherry pack and initiate refund. I have sent a picture of the same as
Weighed on scale, to customer cell and also to customers chat, but absolutely no response.

On 4th june on wednesday sale's i bought royal goal apple, to my surprise i found it is billed at rs 240 against on that day offer price of rs179 which i came to know thro your sms,, i went after a week contacted supervisor & got it refunded after 1 hour struggle in your mall, today am not well sent my son to fetch apple, they have charged rs 163.08 for 0.906 grms purchased at 10.03am today 17th june 2020 bill gst invoice no gsl[protected], sys ref no. Slf 01mo[protected] total purchased today rs 610, i have received sms as rs 159/- per kg, why over billing, why poor administration at your uttarhalli branch, can i run from pillar to post to get justice everytime

I bought 2 packet of breads on 1st which had expiry date of 4th june. I had used one packet by 3rd of june i. E yesterday and today on 4th june when i opened the second packet it had fungus all over. As per instructions it needed to he stored in cool and dry place which was duly taken into consideration and was kept in the same place where the temperature was cool and the surrounding was dry buy still product got ruined even before the day of expiry

I refer to star bazaar in pimple saudagar. While i understand that this lockdown comes with its own set of challenges of management and logistics, star bazaar has made it harder for customers to access the store.

In order to access the store you have to fist wait in a queue before 8 am to get a coupon. Then if you are lucky you get the coupon. Then you have to come back later during store hours with the coupon to get access to the store.

While this might be ok for customers who live in nearby buildings, what if some one is coming from nearby areas that are at least 2 - 3 kms away. How can one is expected to make multiple visits to the store in this lock down. One just steps out just once or twice a week just to get essentials and nothing more.

I suggest that the shop to allow customers on first come first serve basic and restrict the number of entries per day and set a cut off time after which they should not allow any more customers.

This will help those coming from a distance to the shop.

Me and wife had a terrible time today. Mr chirag the manager could not handle the situation in the right manner. A rough goon called sailesh kondkar who started yelling at us too. Only because we questioned them about wrong charge. We very well know the law of 3 items per person. But changing the price to 99 from 39 was not acceptable. The security ramprasad rao was terrible he intervened as if he knew everything and started yelling too. Mr chirag showed some deceny and apologised. I demanded they call cops against sailesh cause he was doing cheap dadagiri. He also told us not to video tape what was happening. They also told buy or get out, we can do anything its our store not yours. we spoke to the cops when they arrived, the cops also understood the matter and requested us to let go. We have some video evidence of the ruly behaviour. We did not expect such a behaviour from a tata concern. Pathetic. We are willing to confront and request you to take strict action against the culprits. Kindly call if need be.

Expecting an apology from the three people mentioned above.

I mr. Ketan shah visites star bazaar on 15th march 2020. There were more then 250 customers moving around.
Recently m7mbai has been declared emergency for corona virus and 144 has been imposed.
On this occation there were no sanitizer for customers to use for trolley used for customers and upon raising this issue to floor manager he says that we don't have sanitizer avaliavle.
By doing this star bazaar is opening its doors to this virus to spread in the community at large..
I feel this my duty to raise this issue in front of the management...

I purchased 17 items plus 1 carry bag. Where as bill shows 20 items.in which udad daal is billed twice rs. 128.02+128.02. There is some other item "stmc1al t0001na ct z hank. Wht/col. Free costing rs. 198 which i have not purchased nor it is in my grocery. So i'm wrongly been billed extra rs 326.02.

I never cross check my bill and items purchased. Somehow today i thought there is some mistake done and i calculated.

It means this might have happened many times earlier also. As i'm a star bazaar customer since 6 years. Never expected such mistake and how trust breaks.

How do i get this refund now. I need a quick acknowledgement and resolution against this.

On 13 oct 2019 i did shopping from star bazar pune seasons mall branch and i realised that one of the product was billed higher than its mrp.
I now dought the quality of billing. Not everytime i do shopping i check the billing amount and i guess most of the customer will not sit and check on the billing amount. I am raising this issue here and also raise it in the consumer court.

Today 30/7/2019 i am at my home and search on google to work and earn online from home.i registered into quickr.com, after sometime i recieved a call from somebody whose name was viraj singh and his mobile number is [protected]. He told me about data entry job for free. he said there is no applicable advance fees for this work, so you can easily work and earn around 28000 to 30000 thousand per month and he asked me for an email id and a identity proof for registration process after some time i recieved an email and recieved a fake terms and condition contract. then i realise that it was fake and i told him immediately that i found this fake and i aam not interested to work. after some time he started blackmailing me to take a legal action on me if i dont give him money. i told him clearly to do what ever you want to do.i collected all the proofs including chat, recordings and screenshots for future references.he consider him so smart and chat only on voive messages from whatsapp i have all recording of this fraud. please beware from these frauds.

We are residing next to star Bazaar at Mulund west and regular customers from the day your store was opened. We are facing same issue of cashiers operating slow and have to wait in the line for minimum of 30 mts. we too understand initial days of opening will have less training and cashiers will suffer due to pressure because i also started has cashier in my career.

This is too much even today when we went for shopping and only two cashiers are there at the counter and we will have to wait for more than 15 mts at the cash counter.we left all our merchandise and left the store.

This is not accepted from a reputed brand like TATA and hope this will be taken care in future.

I recently purchased a Swift pressure cooker on 17th of March 2019 from STAR bazar which is having a warranty of 5 years.

Unfortunately the pressure cooker is not working and when the contacted customer care they told that the warranty in my area is given by the seller only I.e star bazar.

Hence I contacted Star bazar yesterday and to my surprise the staff simply ignored and said it cannot be done from here and kindly contact the maker of the cooker.

Star Bazaar is a unit of Trent Hypermarket Ltd which is part of the Trent Limited, a Tata Group Company.

Star Bazaar, Vignan Nagar, Bangalore. This store, and possibly all Star Bazaar branches, does not mention the per kilogram rate of fresh produce in the cash invoice. There is no column in the receipt for RATE. This is quite shocking, as all other supermarkets provide this information and it seems negligent that this important information is omitted in the receipt. Something we normally would take for granted.

This is clearly unfair trade practice.

By not disclosing full information of product, they are in violation of rights of consumers.

I have raised this with the store manager several times and asked him to forward my concerns to the higher ups. However, till today no one has got back to me! Written complaints also do not get any response.

I am wondering if it is time to involve the Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department to address this issue and provide redressal.

I am a regular customer of syar bazzar in pimple gurav pune... And today to my surprice i came to know how much u had been fooling us.. We pick up products looking at the offer labels u put on there shelves but while billibg ur dont put offer price but ths mrp of the product.. I took surf excel liquid 2 lit on which mrp is 390 and offer price was 340 printed on a label on the rack.. But amount charged in bill was 390 only abd not the offer price.. Nd bot only surf but each and every item that i took looking at the offer were all false and nrp was charged for all the items..
This is nothing but fooling tge people and breaking there trust..
Whn asked the store manager even he acted like he was unaware of all this.. I wasted my nearly 2 hrs ib shopping and at the ebd i had to return evertting that was wrongly charged.
This is mere waste o[censored]r valuable time
I wont visit star bazaar henceforth and would also ask all my relatives friend everyone i knw to not do shopping here.. I am going to take this issue on social media..
