Stashfin provides loan but they done soo bad that they made my brother to attempt suicidee

I recently got call from STASHFIN CREDIT CARD OF SBM … one lady NAME was ANITHA she offer get a this credit card very use full o[censored] . I said no i have 4 credit cards thats enough . But she compelled to me apply for that . Finally she brainwashed me to apply ..after i got card but i cant use. I dont know how to use . I asked her but still she can’t answer she didnot respond she did not solve my problem..now this card make me mind depressed.. make me unforgettable daily ..

How come you want 6700 money for giving me 500 out of which my account got credited with 384only!! What kind of game is this??shameful....

With stashfin is [protected] promised to pay on 23 July 2022 at 5 30 pm but While coming from his office Stashfin team calling again and again and while driving everyone knows it is difficult to answer calls it was raining so badly but he answered call and told them that he will pay once he reaches his home and it will take 30 min to reach but it was raining so badly and continue they started calling so he thought it might be so important that someone is calling again and again he tried to answer the call while driving his scooty but unfortunately his balance lost and he slipped badly on road now he is hospital once he will get out will going to report this in police station everyone knows that if you have borrowed money from NBFC or banks we have to return it anyhow but from many days he didn't got his salary then also he was trying to pay and arranged the 2 EMI for them but this is not a way to recover the money already he has given statement to constable and once he gets out from hospital will take strict against against these goons Recovery agents there are some no. Who were calling like [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]
In hospital he told me specially that there is 1 madam who were Behaving very rude so that's why he got scared and she was calling him again and again like she have given money from her pocket this happened many times but nobody takes the action against them but now its final if nobody will take strict action being a lawyer I will take action against them

My name is moiz marchant and i have taken a loan of 5000rs on 8th of july on my stashfin card. I tried to withdraw the money but no money dispensed out and the amount got deducted from my account. I have contacted the bank they said the issue is from your bank side their server is not working.. so i contacted the stashfin customer service they said within 24hrs it will get resolved and your amount will be reversed...

I have paid this company but still my cibil report shows this. And I have tried to contact this company many times by mail and phone that I am willing to pay the remaining amount.Even they did not contact me and now due to this I am not able to take any loan. So Humble Request If you can help me a little then it would be great.I am willing to pay them all and it would be great if they call me soon and tell me how to pay.Moreover, I paid the amount they asked me to pay. That too is showing in my cibil report.So please help me quickly and free me from this trouble.This is a fraud company, I feel because they are not cooperating with me in any way.And even after I paid the money it is showing in my account please remove the suit filed of this loan number from my account.I have sent this mail and attached the receipt of payment And sent them the mailed screenshot and my cibil report.

Hi I spoke yesterday I got a call from Stashfin and I have taken time till 25 even I have got msg on my phone that as you promise pay before 20 July 2022 but now again I got call just now and this Madam is threatening me that she will going to call on my contact List what is this if I have taken a last chance to pay then why the stashfin recovery team is threatening me and forcing me to pay on call please look into this matter otherwise I have to report this goons recovery team to my nearest police station

I applied for a loan in the stashfin app and after submitting all the documents, they sent a mail telling my loan is approved and amount disbursed to my account and it will take maximum 24 hours to get the amount in the account. Now it's almost 3 days, still the amount is not credited in my account. Now in the app the emi date started counting also. How can they start showing emi date without giving the cash. Cheating...

I paid my loan and closed. It's showing suit filed in my Cibil....
