      My loan has disbursed on dated 02/07/22 from stashfin & it showing on card statement amount RS.28652 & on the same day it is debited RS.27729.It was done by Mahendra Singh, who was said by him stashfin employee (mobile no.[protected]) when I called to customer care to this ([protected], this no. is also switch off) number. But till date 09/07/22 I hv not received the amount. What should I do please help to get rid out of this.

      Loan disbursed by stashfin but not credited to my bank a/c but stashfin card statement showing on 02/07/22 amount RS. 28652 credited & RS.27729 debited on the same day but today is 09/07/22 I hv not received my disbursed amount.where is my loan amount gone.plz help me to solve this problem.

Email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com.i was using your app since 3-4 year ago.and make each or every payment on time.last year when I clear my loan completely and try to apply again for the new loan.app going updated.and after this not get any loan.
        But now around 18 month's later when I check my cibil score.your app shown In my cibil score.i had no loan dues.i m checked many of cibil sites akara capital advisors private limited.shows why.and because of this cibil got reduce regularly.in the cibile score via akara capital advisors private limited sanctioned amount is 28189 Rs.current balance is 1689 Rs.and the account status active shows.i m going to take legal action against you.plz remove this as quick as possible

          I was approved of 195000 so i requested for a sanction of the amt available for loan and i did receive a confirmation of loan approved with mthly emi details i tried using the card sent to me as well as virtual card to make a purchase with Amazon the transactions denied also i tried on other shopping portals and kiosks all transactions were denied .I found this suspicious laster i suspected to check my beneficiary account details and to my shock the accounts don't belong to me at all .wen i was called by stashfinn employee for my account verification i had confirmed all banking details including UPI ...i have tried contacting stasshfinn to close my application cancel the loan as i haven't received a single penny i have no response from this company and i feel my identity is at risk i would like the consumer board to look into this to help me out of this situation

              My self anil hiwale, on 28 Jun 2022 your 1 of executive call me for payment, I took loan 18000rs and total repay with penalty almost 32000rs my loan was overdue, he told me if I make same day payment, then shashfin give me 100 % waiver, He told me 10500 rs for settlement, Its will be last installment and paid 10500 rs on same day, I paid amount but still my loan is active, and your other executive aslo call me for payment,
              Please close my account, remove suit feed and updat my cibil score,

                                    I have stashfin credit line card The company is sending me mail saying that they have disbursed the amount but my card says declined and also i am not able to speak with any of their staffs to explain the problem

                                    At the same time they have detected first EMI from my savings account

                                    what to do without getting the money they are detecting from account

                                      Your this months emi was due on 2/6/22 .today is 01/7/22 .your emi due till that date was 7092 rs approx .in a month time you are charging 8459 rs . including emi bounced ? 1459 rs extra u r charging ?
                                      There has been a obituary in my house that's why I was not able to pay my emi this time .u can see my payment history i have always paid my emi including ur penalty bouncing charges .
                                      Only this time my emi was not deposited in the loan account .u fell down so low that u started sending fake legal notice to me to do all sorts of illegal practices to recover ur petty amount of dues ! and are charging more than rs 1450 for delay of less than a month even ! you have all types of rights as i[censored] have purchased me by giving me a small amount of loan and i am your slave .u can now do any thing with me you want or feel like ..there is no law no process no human rights no humanity nothing ?
                                      Please be informed that i can only settle the dues till 6/7/22 .
                                      I already raised my voice earlier that i am not comfortable to pay the emi on 2 nd date of every month but u didn't listen me . because your firm is not a customer friendly firm it's policies services are against the law against RBI policies .
                                      I will have to write to Google to remove ur app from its platform from where customers fall prey to ur honey trap and your Google play Store rates will go down i keep seeing negative reviews regarding ur customer care deeds mal practices with customers .
                                      I will have to write to rbi through its different channels to take action against ur chit fund private low rated firm .faking and harassing it's customers in such a way .
                                      Stop calling and sending me such kind of messages letters .i also have my legal fundamental rights.as you have .
