Regarding credit line card

I have stashfin credit line card The company is sending me mail saying that they have disbursed the amount but my card says declined and also i am not able to speak with any of their staffs to explain the problem

At the same time they have detected first EMI from my savings account

what to do without getting the money they are detecting from account

Kindly take necessary action or please call...

Your this months emi was due on 2/6/22 .today is 01/7/22 .your emi due till that date was 7092 rs approx .in a month time you are charging 8459 rs . including emi bounced ? 1459 rs extra u r charging ?
There has been a obituary in my house that's why I was not able to pay my emi this time .u can see my payment history i have always paid my emi including ur penalty bouncing charges .
Only this time my emi was not deposited in the loan account .u fell down so low that u started sending fake legal notice to me to do all sorts of illegal practices to recover ur petty amount of dues ! and are charging more than rs 1450 for delay of less than a month even ! you have all types of rights as i[censored] have purchased me by giving me a small amount of loan and i am your slave .u can now do any thing with me you want or feel like ..there is no law no process no human rights no humanity nothing ?
Please be informed that i can only settle the dues till 6/7/22 .
I already raised my voice earlier that i am not comfortable to pay the emi on 2 nd date of every month but u didn't listen me . because your firm is not a customer friendly firm it's policies services are against the law against RBI policies .
I will have to write to Google to remove ur app from its platform from where customers fall prey to ur honey trap and your Google play Store rates will go down i keep seeing negative reviews regarding ur customer care deeds mal practices with customers .
I will have to write to rbi through its different channels to take action against ur chit fund private low rated firm .faking and harassing it's customers in such a way .
Stop calling and sending me such kind of messages letters .i also have my legal fundamental rights.as you have .

      I dont have a stashfin account at all and i havent taken any kind of loan from stashfin i was been mapped other account and it got effected my cibil score since 7 months iam facing this issue . This app is completely encouraging fraud

        Card and company making scam

        I have received the new stashfin card 11 June 2022. But the day I received the card it is getting declined everytime. In ATM it shows declined in POS it is getting declined, ONLINE PAYMENT also it is getting declined. I made so many complaints my problem is not getting solved . After raising ticket next day I will recive mail call attempted no response. No call I have received. Now I got feud up .I m getting insulted everytime card gets declined...

        Amount paid through nach but not updated on their app

        I have received the new stashfin card 1 week ago. But the day I received the card it is getting declined everything. In ATM it shows declined. I made so many complaints my problem is not getting solved . After raising ticket next day I will recive mail call attempted no response. No call I have received. Now I got feud up .I m getting insulted everytime card gets declined . Now I m receiving mail that 30000rs due on 1st July. When I have not used the card . Not a single rupee I can swipe or withdraw why should I pay now. Either rectify my problem or close the card and account.

        i have paid rs250 on 24june2022 for new card as griveance officer said, but no card is recived till now

          I have been chasing Stashfin for 2 months now and even after raising multiple tickets my problems remain unsolved.

          I had my last EMI due in May, 22, and stashfin was supposed to auto debit on 1st May, 22 but due to tech issues at their end, they didnt auto debit.
          They starting contacting me after 15th May with demand notices and cibil threats due to non payment and added penalty charges.
          I told them that they didnt auto debit, and its not my mistake, I will not do any manual payment, you need to auto debit.
          they auto debited Rs 13934 that on 1st June, 22 and app was still showing penalty charges, .
          Till 15th June, I kept on getting demand notices and threats mentioning the emi is not paid even when they successfully auto debited on 1st June, I raised multiple tickets, again stashfin agents are so unprofessional that they never help customer and simple close the tickets.

          On 18th June, they again auto debited same amount of EMI of Rs 13934 which is incorrect because my loan was completed with the last emi itself, on top of it penalty charges in stashfin keep on increasing every day and I keep getting demand notices and threats.

          Every other day I chat with stashfin agent on this but they just dont help, they dont even call even after requesting multiple times. they simply close the chat.,

          Even the stashfin payment history clearly show that they did auto debit twice incorrectly, still they dont want to accept their mistake,
          They are fraud and looting customers and making mockery of customer's patience.
          They are supposed to give me back my money which they have charged incorrectly twice but they are not doing it.
          plus they are charging me unnecessarily for penalty when I didnt even make any mistake. see the proof attached

          Chasing them for so long has taken a toll on my health, I warn stashfin that if something happens to me because of this issue, it will be because of them.

          I tried reaching stashfin agents again today, but they dont have any contact no, Everytime I need to chat with them and explain them the entire story, Stashfin agents never help and never call even after requesting multiple times, On top of it they ignore, mark tickets closed even when the issue is not resolved.
          Some of those agent’s names are Diksha Singh, Prem, Romit and Simran

          Stashfin, stop your ###, I raised 100 tickets, I tried to talk to so many agents of yours but nobody wants to help. they keep close the tickets but dont solve it, infact they dont even want to understand my concern and they are always in a hurry to close the tickets .
          I can even mention some of the names here, Prem, Romit, Diksha Singh and Simran, these kind o[censored]nprofessional agents are sitting there who plays with CUSTOMER patience.
          And There are so many mail with attachments I have sent to stashfin and to grievance officer too but they also dont seem to care, they never pick calls as well.
          Now I am loosing over it, first of all incorrect penalty charges which is spoiling my CREDit card and secondly you took two emi9;s from me instead of one, and now you are not even returning my money so I will take a legal action and involve court in this, I have the necessary proof, this is causing mental agony and I cant take this anymore
