I have been chasing Stashfin for 2 months now and even after raising multiple tickets my problems remain unsolved.
I had my last EMI due in May, 22, and stashfin was supposed to auto debit on 1st May, 22 but due to tech issues at their end, they didnt auto debit.
They starting contacting me after 15th May with demand notices and cibil threats due to non payment and added penalty charges.
I told them that they didnt auto debit, and its not my mistake, I will not do any manual payment, you need to auto debit.
they auto debited Rs 13934 that on 1st June, 22 and app was still showing penalty charges, .
Till 15th June, I kept on getting demand notices and threats mentioning the emi is not paid even when they successfully auto debited on 1st June, I raised multiple tickets, again stashfin agents are so unprofessional that they never help customer and simple close the tickets.
On 18th June, they again auto debited same amount of EMI of Rs 13934 which is incorrect because my loan was completed with the last emi itself, on top of it penalty charges in stashfin keep on increasing every day and I keep getting demand notices and threats.
Every other day I chat with stashfin agent on this but they just dont help, they dont even call even after requesting multiple times. they simply close the chat.,
Even the stashfin payment history clearly show that they did auto debit twice incorrectly, still they dont want to accept their mistake,
They are fraud and looting customers and making mockery of customer's patience.
They are supposed to give me back my money which they have charged incorrectly twice but they are not doing it.
plus they are charging me unnecessarily for penalty when I didnt even make any mistake. see the proof attached
Chasing them for so long has taken a toll on my health, I warn stashfin that if something happens to me because of this issue, it will be because of them.

Updated by SakshiVer I tried reaching stashfin agents again today, but they dont have any contact no, Everytime I need to chat with them and explain them the entire story, Stashfin agents never help and never call even after requesting multiple times, On top of it they ignore, mark tickets closed even when the issue is not resolved.
Some of those agent’s names are Diksha Singh, Prem, Romit and Simran

Updated by SakshiVer I am still chasing stashfin everyday, requesting them to help me they are not responding only, on top of it they have put incorrect penalty charges, They are not helping me only and it’s increasing everyday. Stashfin’s grievance office never picks up the call

Updated by SakshiVer Stashfin, stop your ###, I raised 100 tickets, I tried to talk to so many agents of yours but nobody wants to help. they keep close the tickets but dont solve it, infact they dont even want to understand my concern and they are always in a hurry to close the tickets .
I can even mention some of the names here, Prem, Romit, Diksha Singh and Simran, these kind o[censored]nprofessional agents are sitting there who plays with CUSTOMER patience.
And There are so many mail with attachments I have sent to stashfin and to grievance officer too but they also dont seem to care, they never pick calls as well.
Now I am loosing over it, first of all incorrect penalty charges which is spoiling my CREDit card and secondly you took two emi9;s from me instead of one, and now you are not even returning my money so I will take a legal action and involve court in this, I have the necessary proof, this is causing mental agony and I cant take this anymore
