        I dont have a stashfin account at all and i havent taken any kind of loan from stashfin i was been mapped other account and it got effected my cibil score since 7 months iam facing this issue . This app is completely encouraging fraud

          I have received the new stashfin card 11 June 2022. But the day I received the card it is getting declined everytime. In ATM it shows declined in POS it is getting declined, ONLINE PAYMENT also it is getting declined. I made so many complaints my problem is not getting solved . After raising ticket next day I will recive mail call attempted no response. No call I have received. Now I got feud up .I m getting insulted everytime card gets declined . Now I m receiving mail that 30950rs due on 1st July. When I have not used the card . Not a single rupee I can swipe or withdraw why should I pay now.

          I have complaint to griveance officer also. So many mails and calls. He asked to pay rs250 for new card issue . I paid it on 24 June 2022 . Now I m getting mail already card delivered on 20june2022.

          This company is fraud and scam.

          I want to complaint on this company. No customer care number. No response. We don't even know who is on chat . Everyday they ask to wait for 24 to 48 hrs for new card . And now they ask me to pay rs30000 for nothing.

            The amount of Rs 13233 is successfully paid through nach mandate yesterday, and i have received mail and messages regarding the same and stashfin hasn't updated the payment on their app infact it's showing as overdue payment on their app, complete fraud company, and they don't have any customer care no, so we cannot connect with them aswell, after confirmation from bank aswell they are saying that the payment is not received, fraud company, many people have raised complaints but no one is bothered to help us

                  I have been chasing Stashfin for 2 months now and even after raising multiple tickets my problems remain unsolved.

                  I had my last EMI due in May, 22, and stashfin was supposed to auto debit on 1st May, 22 but due to tech issues at their end, they didnt auto debit.
                  They starting contacting me after 15th May with demand notices and cibil threats due to non payment and added penalty charges.
                  I told them that they didnt auto debit, and its not my mistake, I will not do any manual payment, you need to auto debit.
                  they auto debited Rs 13934 that on 1st June, 22 and app was still showing penalty charges, .
                  Till 15th June, I kept on getting demand notices and threats mentioning the emi is not paid even when they successfully auto debited on 1st June, I raised multiple tickets, again stashfin agents are so unprofessional that they never help customer and simple close the tickets.

                  On 18th June, they again auto debited same amount of EMI of Rs 13934 which is incorrect because my loan was completed with the last emi itself, on top of it penalty charges in stashfin keep on increasing every day and I keep getting demand notices and threats.

                  Every other day I chat with stashfin agent on this but they just dont help, they dont even call even after requesting multiple times. they simply close the chat.,

                  Even the stashfin payment history clearly show that they did auto debit twice incorrectly, still they dont want to accept their mistake,
                  They are fraud and looting customers and making mockery of customer's patience.
                  They are supposed to give me back my money which they have charged incorrectly twice but they are not doing it.
                  plus they are charging me unnecessarily for penalty when I didnt even make any mistake. see the proof attached

                  Chasing them for so long has taken a toll on my health, I warn stashfin that if something happens to me because of this issue, it will be because of them.

                  I tried reaching stashfin agents again today, but they dont have any contact no, Everytime I need to chat with them and explain them the entire story, Stashfin agents never help and never call even after requesting multiple times, On top of it they ignore, mark tickets closed even when the issue is not resolved.

                  Stashfin, stop your ###, I raised 100 tickets, I tried to talk to so many agents of yours but nobody wants to help. they keep close the tickets but dont solve it, infact they dont even want to understand my concern and they are always in a hurry to close the tickets .
                  I can even mention some of the names here, Prem, Romit, Diksha Singh and Simran, these kind o[censored]nprofessional agents are sitting there who plays with CUSTOMER patience.
                  And There are so many mail with attachments I have sent to stashfin and to grievance officer too but they also dont seem to care, they never pick calls as well.
                  Now I am loosing over it, first of all incorrect penalty charges which is spoiling my CREDit card and secondly you took two emi9;s from me instead of one, and now you are not even returning my money so I will take a legal action and involve court in this, I have the necessary proof, this is causing mental agony and I cant take this anymore

                      My account number with stashfin is register with my mobile number [protected] and my card number is [protected] . I am their new customer and used the card for the first time . I made the entire payment outstanding of rs 25000 on 26 th June 2022 . While I was making payment it was showing that no interest will be charged . When I made payment my account started showing available limit of 18891 I was shocked to still see limit used being shown as rs 6415 whereas I have made entire payment .

                      Even if I was late by one day or probably 15 mins as the payment was made on 26 th June at 12.15 I can’t understand the charges or penalty of 6400 for one day . Have mailed them also raised ticket of my complaint requested kindly resolve the issue at the earliest but no response and I cannot get through their customer care .

                      It means that they can charge an penalty interest of 6415 for one day late payment . I request them to kindly resolve my issue and also advise how to use the card .

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I have taken a loan From Stashfin app and from 2 months I didn't got my salary so I Resigned the job and started new job in another company I requested the time to do payment but I failed to make payment still I told them that I will going to pay in this coming salary but the Recovery Agent Rahul And Pooja talks very badly and threatening me to call on my contact List and Giving mental tortures by saying unappropriate words they call so many times by different Mobile no. And when I tried to call them these no. Are not Reachable I asked them to Give their contact no. Or Office Extension no. As per the customer Rights but they refused and talks badly to me my outstanding amount till today is 12111 and coming EMI amount for 10 July 2022 is 3757 so total is 15668 but they have send me a link of 17625 Rs they say now that I am Fraud person and I don't have likey to pay loan Infact I paid 1000 recently whatever I get I pay everytime and this is not my 1st loan this is my 3rd loan I have paid before also and I will pay this loan also but they are now threatening and giving mental tortures please help me

                        Hi I spoke yesterday I got a call from Stashfin and I have taken time till 25 even I have got msg on my phone that as you promise pay before 20 July 2022 but now again I got call just now and this Madam is threatening me that she will going to call on my contact List what is this if I have taken a last chance to pay then why the stashfin recovery team is threatening me and forcing me to pay on call please look into this matter otherwise I have to report this goons recovery team to my nearest police station

                          They gave me creditbuilder loan of 6000 and the amount of rs 901 was disbursed in the starting and it was promised that the amount of 3000 will be disbursed once i pay all my emi. Its been one week since i have cleared my emi. Now they wont even contact me or answer my calls or even contact on email and they resolve my tickets raised online without my knowledge or even making contact with me. The mental harassment is too much to take. I want to fix this as the stress from this is giving me anxiety attacks.

                              Trying to widhrawl amount from stashfin card for 1 week as balance already loaded in card but not a single rupees received from atm as technical failure happen all time in stashfin.

                              Now try to widhrawl 10, 000 in another atm amount debited 10, 000 but not received from atm and receipt recieved with reason "Unable to process"

                              How very bad experience with stashfin I have ever seen.

                              Kindly refund my debit amount, never use again stasfin service.
