I withdraw my availabile balance 30500 on 23/5/2022 on stashfin card balance deduct and Emi also set from your side
But no money credit in card
For that reason I complain and chat with your application provided assistant around 4-5 time but my ticket is till open no one give me single responce and and tried to call provided mobile number in application arround 25-30 times from also different my mobile number everyday but no one responded in call
Too much tourchring
Finally, if you are not interested to solve this issue and continue behaving badlly I decided to take legal action
What you do It's fraud...

    I have load my card from my credit line amount of 13000. After this I have transferred to my Paytm wallet but transaction has failed. Still in my stashfin app bill payment is showing for pay. And money has not refunded to my card. I have mailed to stashfin and card related SBM bank for refund. They have not taken any action for this.

      I loaded my stashfin credit line card from available limit. The transaction was successful. I received a text message and email for the confirmation of the same.But the amount has not been loaded in my card.But from available limit it has been deducted. I raised multiple tickets and has a chat with their customer care executive, but it was of no use.They just say that it will get resolved in 24 hrs.But it has already been more than 3 days.They are sending the notification for monthly emi payment but not disbursing the amount to my card. Complete fraud

        Very poor service please do not apply for Stashfin credit card as they have cancelled my previous request of disbursement in card
        This type of resolution they have provided
        No proper resolution no proper response from customer care
        Again I have tried to laoded my card from approved amount bt the results is same.

                    This company is fraud it's all number are fraud they send me loan amount of 30000 approved for credit line card but when i load amount in card then after 2 mins it shows your limit is used fully . How this will happen?

                    I applied loan on yesterday and it shows i used full limit and says me to pay emi on 6 jul both number this [protected] is asking for extension number, they are totally fraud, Please guys complain to Rbi email id: [protected]@rbi.org.in
                    or number 14440. They are totally fraud. They want to steal your money.

                          On 24th may 2022 .I have transferred money from my card to my bank account . It came as disbursed rupees 8922 to my bank account and emi date initiated. But no money credited to my account. I mailed many times and raised tickets too. No response from ur side. Will I get my money or not. It has been 5 days. Either give money or cancel loan.

                            I loaded my card with 16, 500 INR and loan amount is disbursed but the card balance is showing 169 INR old balance.

                            The new loaded amount is not reflecting in the card balance.

                            Please check this on priority i have been contacting support team with chat but still the issue not resolved

                            EMI dates are scheduled but still the loan amount is not in the card

                              I have loaded Rs. 22000 on my card on 22/05/2022 and I haven't get my balance on the card yet. I have raise ticket vide ID no. 744696 twice but haven't received any response from their end. I have been trying on their given numbers several times but they didn't give any response. Neither my query has been heard nor my balance got updated. It has been 48 hrs till now. They have made my EMIs which is to be paid but didn't provide any amount. Please do the necessary action regarding this as soon as possible.

                                Not yet, everyday a agent answers my query and asks to wait for 24 hours, today the same happened.

                                Yes, amount is not loaded but the emi date has begun, whatr u going to do abt this?
                                Will not pay any EMI till card get disbursed. If this not happen will complain in consumer forum
                                Hey..they cancelled my credit card disbursal request.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        Loan account/id 54955044 which is closed as of now and the last emi date was 2-Apr-2022 and amount 4711 is also deducted as per my bank statement to AKARA CAPITAL.

                                        Ii have paid all the EMI's on time as on 2-Apr-2022 (last emi) also the loan is closed as per the scheduled emi for 12 months.

                                        Am receiving repeatedly calls from stashfin collection department though i have told several times and also have shared my latest 2 months bank statement these guys are harassing me for no reason.

                                        i have even mailed to their grievance and legal back end team till date no response on those emails.

                                        I request someone superiors to look into this matter and solve asap

                                        i have all the screenshots and call recording whenever i have spoken to customer service team and shared the details with them.

Refer all these documents and call.. as inwould need solution for this not explanation
