मेरा नाम प्रिंस मालवीया है मेरा ये Account मेरे फर्म के नाम से हैं और इसके प्रोपाइटर मेरे पिताजी हैं, आपकी बैंक में आज काफी वर्षो से लेन - देन हो रही हैं और मैंने पहले भी आपकी बैंक से मैंने CC Limit ले रखी थी बैंक के नियमानुसार भर के कम्प्लीट भी कर दी थी आज फिर मुझे आपकी Bank sbbj Swaroopganj Bank से CC Limit के लि‍ए मैंने बैंक में जाकर बैंक के मैनेजर साहब से बात की मैनेजर साहब ने हमे फाईल लाने के लिए कहा गया, , फाईल बनाकर सारे Documents जमा भी करवा दिए थे आज उस बात को Six month हो गया हैं और अब तो 5 या 6 दिन हुए हैं कि मैनेजर साहब भी दूसरे आ गए हैं सर आज में Six Month से परेशान हु और हताष हो गया हूं सो आपसे हाथ जोडकर रिक्वेस्ट हैं आप जल्द से जल्द डिसीजन ले अन्यथा मुझे मजबूरन उपभोक्ता का मार्ग पकडना पडेगा

Dear sir,
I have a saving account no.[protected] for salary at Branch Subhash Bazar Tonk(Rajasthan) .I am member of consumer forum Tonk(Rajasthan). Branch had been debited amount for SMS, but i do not have any massage.I contact branch time to time and give in written for SMS service also.
At time branch debit Rs.17.25 on dated 21.06.2016 but i do not have any massage that before and after.
Than i contact Branch Manager Mr.Girish Kumar regarding this issue.But they do not give proper answer and their behavior is very rough and painable .
At last they demand receipt of my application of SMS service.
Plz.clear me that if i do not give any application than why they are debiting the charges QUARTERLY .
So start SMS facility and credit total amount of SMS charges accept last.
AND TOLD TO MR.GIRISH KUMAR B.M.FOR GOOD BEHAVIOR WITH COSTUMERS.

Sms alert not shown since long and my user id and pass word of online net banking is showing invalid. Please look into this and reactivate my user id and password. The bank is charging sms alert and net banking fee whereas this facilities is not provided me since long. An early action to reactivate the same is solicited.

I am rajeev swami and i am also costumer of sbbj bank. My account number is [protected]. And branch ifsc code is sbbj0010990.Incident is that on 19/07/2016. I used my card on sbi atm addressed as devi nagar, new sanganer road, jaipur. I used my card but machine did not dispatch any currency and at the same time money was deducted from my account of sbbj. Withdrawl time was exactly 7.45 pm on dated 19.02.2016. I waited for 2-3 days but i didn't got my money back in my account. I also made contact to my branch. I didn't got any good response from them. Finally i decided to mail. I am just a medium class student. So that 500 means me lot
Plz plz i request u to refund my money as soon as possible.

I had transferred the said amount for booking the tickets for vacation, but due to the negligence of the bank the
rates of tickets have gone high.

I am in big delima as where my funds have gone. As both the banks are unable to give me proper answers.
More over, the harresment which i had been facing from the past 21 hrs is unbearable now.

I there fore request you to solve my problems immediately and inform me who is responsible for the miss-utilization
of funds

I have saving account in Sbbj bank Itawa dist kota rajasthan branch from 2010.due to some reasons i couldnot operate my account from 5 years with atm card facilities. i went to bank again for reactive my dormant account but they told to deposit above 4300 rupees for penalty charge.when i asked them to clarification of penalties then they didnot told me.my account is zero balance student account .i want to know my penalties with a reason and with according to bank charges.i hope my problem will be solve by consumer complaints team so i could reactive my account soon.thanks

I have an cc account in Sbbj hisar and they debited 22900 from my account as mortagaged charges after the 15 months of the opening limit. I take advise of many people and other banks and all will tell this unreasonable and the bank is not replying to our applications and more than the dozen of verbal communications. We have to face many difficulties from this issue. Please help us to solve this issue

Sir. I wished 2 reactivate/close my sb a/c[protected]@newfatehpurabr-udaipur, i had not operated this accnt as i was transferred ex udaipur2 bhopal in 2005dec. For the purpose i had approached [protected]@bhopal-ttnagarbr, where, also i had sb a/cno-[protected], my kyc with request2 reactivate n transfer udaipur a/c[protected], was sent 2 udaipur br code10807, on 22/02/16, frm ttngr br bhopal. Onphone i was told @bhopal br that myaccnt frm udaipur has been transferd tobhopal br, but it was not done till 26/05/16.
I retd frmall india medical servicein 2006 frm jabalpur. Mp, and now we are not in position 2 go 2 udaipur 4 closure of th accnt. We have re-submitted our request 4 reactivation/transfer/closure of my udaipur a/c2tt nagr bhopal on26/05/16. Kindly help n redress grievance

Sb account sms not opted, sms not received sms charges on 24.09.2015 and 11.03.2016no proper response repeatedly. There is mention of rbi guidelines, copy not provided. में स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ बीकानेर एंड जयपुर में अपनी वाइफ का खाता खुलवाने गया मेरा खाता पहले से ही 7-8 साल से है लेकिन बैंक में सभी कर्मचारी बहोत ही बदतमीजी से पेश आये और बोला हमारे पास स्टाफ नही है आप दूसरी ब्रांच या बैंक में खाता खुल्वालो हमारी मार्च क्लोजिंग चल रही है जबकि मार्च क्लोजिंग को आज 12 दिन हो गये मेरी वाइफ प्रेग्नेंट है ऐसी हालत में भी उन्होंने बहोत बदतमीजी से बात की ब्रांच मेनेजर और चीफ मेनेजर ने भी बोल दिया की दूसरी बैंक या दूसरी ब्रांच मे खाता खुलवा लो !

सरकारी बैंक द्वारा इस तरह से एक आदमी को परेशानी उठानी पद रही है इसका कोण जिमेदार है !

This is anupam kansal. My wife have account no.[protected] withstate bank of bikaner and jaipur adb branch code 010333. On 09.04.16 at about 1128 hrs. I tried to withdraw the amount of rs.20, 000/- from sbi atm machine located at sector4-5 chcok, gurgaon i have not revieved amount. But
I got reciept of 20, 000. And in netbanking it showing

I had applied for the replacement of lost ATM card on Feb 5, 2016. On 12-Feb, I received an SMS from SBBJ that the card has been dispatched on 8-Feb via speed post. It is 22-Feb today and I still have not received the card. Online speed post tracking facility displays the message, "consignment details not available". Apparently, this has been happening to a lot of customers. Kindly take necessary steps

We have service a car accident but the engineer are issue the parts but the same was not change it is very very serious frauds. I meet Mr. Dutta but no satisfactory reply. The car door also not set.
