State Bank Of India — False commitment to provide credit card | |||
I have applied & provided all the documents such as photocopy of PAN card, PNB Credit card statement for the month of september'16 & photocopy of Voter ID to Mr. Rajendra (Mob No: [protected]) of SBI credit card at Big Bazar, Bhubaneshwar on 4th Oct'2016. But its already more than 30 days post the verification as committed by them, they are not providing me the card or the reference no. so that i can check the status with SBI. They are not receiving my calls as well. Even after repeated follow ups they are not returning back my documents. I have also tried their kolkata no:[protected] but all in vain. Nobody giving any proper answer and only one answer they are giving that is to wait. Please help in this regard. I want them to either provide me the card as desired or return back my documents which i have provided. Was this information helpful? | |||

Thread calls is come for more in sbi credit card's
I have been calling so many times i have some inquires for internet banking customer care executive just transferred my call to internet department 3 time and the call got cancelled .
why is this so ? as a customer of sbi i do not appreciate this kind of service

shrikant sbi atm card ending with 3620 dispatched on 08.11.2016 vide speed post n eb[protected]in. For pin contact branch 00335 after 7 days.
Please tell me how to get my atm card.

Hi sir yesterday i was drawn 1500/- from SBI ATM at Chandanagar at 2300hrs the amount has nor came and debit from my account at the cash has completed from atm macheine
