I have account in SBI shaktinagar branch Gwalior but for sake of my convince I want to open new account in jhingurda branch singrauli but bank manager is refusing to open my account So sir please take action on it I am in great need for it....

I am Elangovan K, using SBI credit card. Every month my credit will be paid from bank account using direct debit method. What ever is the bill amount that will be directly debited from my account. This month remaining balance of 15900 which i have to pay is directly debited from my account(on 31/05/2015) but not yet credited into the credit card account till now (02/06/2015).

I have tried to log complaints against IMPS transaction fee & TDS being cut multiple times for every transaction from their internet banking and complaint never gets registered. I Then tried to register the complaint through call center after frustering number of re-routing to person told me that I need to put TPIN and he will access my acc information and once he validates only will he take the complaint. worst branch in our area the staffs are thinking that they are owner of the bank, if we ask something from any of the bank staff they were not giving any answer and scolding everytime to the customer, on other hand the branch manager is doing same . dear sir/madam, with due respect, i have deposited a chaque on dated 05/05/2015 amount of Rs 79644 in sbi shujalpur mg road branch. after 25 days the bank employee told me that the shajapur branch is not clearing the chaque.This is the chaque of SBI after that the problem is created of clearing of same bank. therefore please solve my problem as soon as possible.
