Dear Sir, I Myself Gautam Kumar is an account holder of your bank.Last Month i had applied for Net Banking Facilities in your branch.But they had given me only view facilities, but i want NEFT/RTGS Facilities in my account please allow that for me. I had call them several times but their one number is not working and on another they are just picking up and as i start to speak they disconnect the call its very disgusting.     Dear All Friends,
    Please don't complain anything on this site because the content of this site is viewed by the third person and they used this details and call you on behalf of your complain and use your details for forgery . Yesterday same things happened with me.they call on behalf of sbi bank and asked my details and used my account and transfer all my money for purchasing.

    so please be aware of these thing don't put your complain on this website.

      I have SBI Credit Card since last 3 years but till date i had not received a single statement. As & when i purchase i pay the same but till date i do not have any single statement. I had updated my address numbers of time also informed on toll free number mailed but there is resolution of my query. They are charging unreasonably stating that i had not pay due amount but how do i know & without statement how can i pay. I was paying directly that amount which i remember but is my right to get the statement also & know about my purchase. Now they had change some penalty/default money INR 20560/- which i will not pay because they had never provided a statement. Already inform them to close the card but they are delaying. I want to close this card for ever & i will not pay any single amount as default money. I had paid what i need to pay but will not pay which is not my liability.

        i dilip karmarkar account number is [protected]. today i used atm card at union bank ATM because all sbi ATM are closed. i swipe card and enter withdraal amount 1000 but cash not received but message of deducted amount received on mobile. this happens two times. and third time Rs. 1000/- was received. but 2000 amount was not received but still it is deducted from account. what to do about this please tell me

            Sir/Madam, Rs. 966 was debited from my a/c [protected] (SBI - MARAKADA BRANCH) on 07/06/2015 as "FEE EXCESS DRS" If you are providing limits in debit transactions, then why are you also promoting Internet Banking & Debit Card Transactions ??? You have started looting from online shoppers like us. So from now we have to carry Cash with us & not to use Debit Card also ? AnyWaY, I DON'T WANT ANY EXCUSE. JUST REFUND MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Thank you for such a backward services. P.S : I DON'T WANT ANY EXCUSE. JUST REFUND MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

              i had opened a PPF account last year in SBI at jaipur.That time too i had to run after one branch to other due to misleading by some branches. My Present and permanent addresses are different.I have DL, Adhaar Card as permanent address proof and Rent Agreement by Notary and its police verification and SBI PPF passbook as current address proof. I read in an article that if present and permanent address are different then the person needs to submit a declaration for local address and bank can verify by visiting there. When i approached the bank at Jaipur to open a savings account they gave a form as undertaking to fill which said that since i dont have address proof for local address ...i need to submit within 6 months else bank can close my account...which is not right. If RBI says that declaration needs to be taken it doesnt mean you can ask me thing which is not possible... I need clear guidance to it...why is it that we hear on news that things are possible and banks dont maintain a transparency... need help and support from SBI as my permanent address is far..its not feasible to got here and open account..also i live on rent..so it becomes diificult to always produce utility bills as mostly landlords dont give those to tenants.

                  Date of Incident:- 13th Jun 2015. SBI toll free number:- [protected]. As i made a purchase of 7332 online and converted the same amount into flexi-pay i.e EMI. I have asked them for 6 EMI and converted the said amount @ 1310.60. Now i have paid 3 EMI till now, but the company is asking me to pay another 6 EMI. As due to some system error online they are charging me 3 Emi additional. The company is settle ling the amount and adjusting the amount against some other purchase on my same account. On immediate basis i have cancelled all my service with SBI credit card. They have given me the complaint no:- 1-[protected]. The query is still not resolved. Please find attached my card summary for your reference.

                      1. When I tried to contact SBI cards customer card in last year, the IVRS was telling a waiting period of 10 minutes due to system upradation. On 13 Jun 2015, at 10:20, I tried to contact customer care, the IVRS is again telling waiting period of 20 minutes due to system upgradation. This is the first message given by IVRS to each customer calling SBI Cards Customer care. Further the problem is that the toll free numbers provided can only be contacted from BSNL numbers (There is no BSNL services in Delhi), and when I tried to call the toll free customer card BSNL number, the call is never being connected. It gets disconnected after two three rings/ bells. So the problem faced by the customer is that they can call only the number[protected], which is a land line and chargeable for each customers for calls. As the waiting period for every call is 10 minutes, it takes the customer to unnecessarily pay the cash for every call. When i was connected to customer care, I asked them the procedure to cancel the card due to the long waiting period to clear any issued related to card. They told me to hold and in the meantime they dropped the call. If I want to call the customer care, again I have to wait for another 15 minutes spending my cash on my mobile as call charges to get connected to cus care, and this is not a fare practice The system of customer care is to provide instant releif to any grievances, but SBI is not providing it.

                                  I Debayan Deb, a general public is not being able to open a savings account in your bank at the Cossipore Kolkata-700036 branch. Your employees has told me that they will not be able to open accounts, and even didn't give a probable date at which they may start opening accounts. This is highly disrespectful and indiscipline behavior which has been melted out. And one can't expect such a behavior from a bank of this stature. I am afraid, if this is the behavior melted out to the customers then all the current steps taken for development of the bank will go in vain, as u don't encourage new and young customers. Hope I will very soon be able to open an account in your bank.

                                    Abovementioned Dr. entry has been made to my H.Loan A/c. In absence of narration I presume it might be Insurance amt. of my house. I have asked the branch to pl. tell me that for how much period the premium belongs i.e. for no. of years but no answer has been given.The br. phone is never picked up. Please let me know. The branch never sends me the statement/certificate of interest charged and amount deposited during the year for income tax purpose. During last month statement they unnecessarily charged over limit fees and late payment fees to my account. outstanding is under my credit limit and I got few hours late because SBI ATM's were not working to pay bills. I tried in about 15 - 20 ATM's kindly instruct SBI to reverse over limit and late fees, I shall be thankful to you for this. PRASHANT TIWARI SBI credit card number - [protected]
