Respected Sir, I, Mrs.Sharifa Nasir Bijle, a saving account holder in BAPMC branch Turbhe (Alc no. ) had submitted the required documents, for registration of mobile number, email id, and transfer of funds online, during my visit to Mumbai in March end as I stay in Dubai. They have not done it so far.I have also spoken to the branch manager& sent the signed fax as said.Yet there is no response. Please look into this matter. HOPE FOR YOUR EARLY CO OPERATION.

    Sir, I had a saving Bank Account in Sambalpur ADB Branch. Code is 1699, Which i wanted to get transferred to your SBI, ADB, Rayagada-765001, Odisha. I have submitted an application along with all my proves to Sambalpur ADB to change my address along with my account to transferr. But even after continuous follow up the same is not being transferred.the other day I had gone to SBI Rayagada they said the CIF number is not transferred from Sambalpur ADB. I had called to customer care on 19th June they said it will be solved but not yet action taken. this kind of service is really very hopeless. I am very much upset & struggling for making transaction in my account from October 2014 on wards. My Name is Saraswati Singh, Saving Bank Account No. [protected]. Please note that Letter for transfer is sent on 05.12.2014 through postal speed post.

      I have Saving Bank Account No. [protected] at Gujarat University Branch, Ahmedabad-380015, Gujarat. On 19.06.2015 Amount of Rs. 225/- Debited from my account seven times Total Rs. 1575/-having narration Debit-RAFIA 2014 Min Balance Charges. So help me out and I was also faced misbehavior in this matter from Bank and their officer.

        Sir I am Ankur one of the aspirant of sbi po exam, i worked hard day and night to clear this exam but on the day of exam i somewhere misplace my photograph.             While withdrawing Rs-2000 from my SBI debit card (no-[protected]) at 8:01 pm on 16/05/2015 from the ATM of Malda District Central Co-operative Bank of Mathurapur, Manikchak (IFSC- WBSC0MALD12) vide atm no- WML00002, Rs 2000 is deducted from debit card & slip from the machine is issued but no money from the machine was given to me.               Hello Sir, I am working in Delhi Police. I already have ongoing Personal Loan of 2 lakhs which is about to end in three months. I recently applied for SBI Credit Card But online Status of my card Application No.[protected] is showing "We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time." My CIBIL Credit score is near 800 Points and Don't have any Dues in Past and already have Axis Bank Credit Card. Kindly tell me the pointed Reason for not Provided me a Credit Card. Regards PARKASH KASHYAP

                I am using citrus club app 1st time.i tried for top up recharge to my mobile number.Everything went fine however during payment transaction amount was detected from my bank account but recharge was failed. Can you please take quick action to get refund amount to my bank account or to my citrus account?? Mail id used for transaction is [protected]@gmail.com
                I m using citrus cube second time . I tried to pay my airtel post paid bill. Everything went fine however payment transaction amount was deducted from my axis bank credit card but post paid bill was failed . And I have collected a reference number from axis bank[protected] amount is Rs 1200 . Sir I request you to please take immediate action to get refund amount to my axis bank account or citrus cube account. mail id i used for transcation is [protected]@gmail.com .
                I m using citrus cube first time . I tried to pay my uninor prepaid recharge Everything went fine however payment transaction amount was deducted from my HDFC debit card but it was was not recharge my number the amount is Rs 100 . Sir I request you to please take immediate action to get refund amount to my HDFC Bank or citrus cube account. Plz replay me as soon as possible or mail me my email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in my mobile number is [protected]

                            I am ragul, studying mechanical engineering i requested the sbi branch manager to open an new account.the branch manager is not giving response for last five day. And the branch manager said open an account in another branch. And also told that we no need to give u any explanation

I had deposited the cheque of Rs 6102 on dated 28th May 2015 but it is not yet send by the branch for clearance. It is not happened first time earlier also i had deposited cheque on 8th may 2015 and after visiting on many times to branch it is cleared on 5th june 2015 i.e 28 days. the branch persons not even ready to explain the reason of delay. Due to this delay in clearance I suffered in respect of time and travelling cost also and the same i told to branch manager and other staff of bank but they are responding. I HAVE WITHDRAW RS.10000/- ON 8.6.15 AT 6.25 PM AT KUMARAN NAGAR ATM (ATM ID IFB Z[protected] IN THAT CASH WITHDRAWAL I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY RS.9200/- FOR UR KIND INFOR IN BETWN RS 500 CURRENCY THERE ARE 2 RS.100/- CURRENCY MIXED. THE ACK FORM SAID UR TRN HAS SUCC COMPLETED. I HAVE LODGED THE COMPLAINT AT SBI PERAMBUR BR. THEY BOOK THE COMPLAINT & I RECD ACK THRO SMS I.E. COMPL NO.[protected] AND I HV RECD A RELY SMS SAYING THAT YOUR TRAN IS SUCC COMPLED ( SAME I HV RECD ON 8.6.15).SO I WENT TO SBI PER BR THEY SAID THAT ATM HAS CONTRLD BY OUT SOURCNG WE CANT HELP U YOU MAY GO TO COMPLAINT POLICE STATION. KINDLY CHECK THE CCTV CAMARA (I HV SHOWN THE CURRENY IN FRONT OF THE CAMARA) IN BETWEEN 500 RS CURRENCIES THEY PUT RS.100 CURRENCY AND TAKE BACK THE BALANCE AMOUNT. IS THERE ANY UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN SBI STAFF AND THE CONTRACT PERSON I REQUEST YOU TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE PERSON AND GET BACK MY MONEY.

                                  Hi, My name is Minakshi Bohra and this is in regards to the my complaint against SBI bank credit card division.I have been speaking to their representative regarding a settlement amount for which they are not agreeing rather then giving any solution they shout on me, threaten me and are calling my office numbers and shouting on my colleagues and telling them lies that I do not pick up their calls.They have made situation so embarrassing for me that I am on verge of loosing my Job.The representatives name is Neeraj and their cotact numbers are as [protected] and[protected].My card number are ending with 0950 and my contact number is [protected].                                   Still waiting for a resolution and update from SBI banks side on my complaint, no resolution has been provided, still the harassment from the SBI officials continue by calling my office and family and disclosing the financial matter.Please suggest .

                                    Hello, My Customer ID is [protected], and the referenced Policy number is [protected]. It is a Long Term Home policy. I purchased this policy online on 15/05/2015. The Risk Address mentioned in the policy was incorrect (even though my postal address is mentioned correctly when I downloaded the policy document from their website). I requested to have this Risk Address rectified on the policy document and send me a physical copy of the document at my postal address. Nothing has happened since then. I raised two requests (request numbers [protected], [protected]) on this issue earlier. On 5th of June, I had once again raised a request (no: [protected]). Nothing has been done so far by the company. If SBI General treats its customers like this to resolve such simple issues, I can imagine how they will handle claims. I would like this policy to be cancelled and money refunded to me. I will purchase a home insurance policy from some other reputed insurance provider. Thank you, Saurav Sen.

                                        I had given 12700 chaque to SBI but they had over written the chaque and submit 127000 in my bank . i have stop the payment due to this . that time only 24000 due on my card but as off now the statement showing 57000 due on my card . due to above my cibil score also going down . so please help me out for this my SBI credit card no. is [protected] .
