dear sir, Government of india started a new scheme called Atal pension Yojna and insurance service to the acount holders and other net banking facility is also available in every SBI branch, but whenever we ask to bank employee to give the forms of (Atal pension yojna, insurance and netbanking form) employee said not available in the bank. we request you please provide the forms.

    SBI credit card department has been misleading customers by [censored]ing few informations. Initially they talk abut stander cc having 499 annual fee which would be waved off if we do 2000 rs transaction in first few months. But when we are above to accept the card, they say that ours is an high profile and force us to take platinum card which holds annual fee of 2999. How would every person's profile is an high profile?

      i have open a new account with sbi sabun godan meerut on 20.06.2015 .issued account nuber [protected] name shweta jain .i went to bank rtgs from state bank of india to another bank ... i was surprijed that rtgs is not done problam is title name is shruti jain inplace of shweta jain.. than i came to know that at time of opening this is feeding mistak by bank .

        I GOT PRIME MINISTER ATM CARD BRFORE JANUARY.BUT BRANCH CAN NOT GIVE ATM PASSWORD.I SHOULD MANY TIME WENT TO MANNARGUDI BRANCH(CODE00872).THEY ARE NOT RESPONSE MY PROBLEM.EVERY TIME I SHOULD WENT BRANCH THEY ARE NOT GIVE PASSWORD.THEY ARE TOLD U WILL GO TO CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE, GIVE 40RS ID CARD.THEN COLLECT YOUR PASSWORD.WE ARE NOT GIVE PASSWORD.ONLY PROVIDE PASSWORD SBI CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE.THEY ARE NOT RESPECT TO CUSTOMER.KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AND GIVE SHORTLY MY PASSWORD.

          sir, I have made payment for to Maharashtra state electri TECH_MSEDCL in 10-Jun-2015 of Rs.90 by State Bank Of India internet banking, A/C[protected] and transaction ID[protected]IG0ADVPAF3 TRANSFER TO 3295. Yet it has not credited therefore kindly refund it. sir, I have made payment for to Uninor mobile bill(Avenues India Pvt. Ltd ) in 18-Jun-2015 of Rs.160 by State Bank Of India internet banking, A/C[protected] and transaction ID[protected]IG0AEUMDE4 TRANSFER TO 3. Yet it has not credited therefore kindly refund it.

            sir, i have opened account at sbi barabazar on 10th january 2015 and recived the atm in febuary 2015 but till now i have not recived the atm pin till now. i have enquired at bank branch several times .i had even lodge complaint in banks website but no solution at all.when i will get the pin.my state bank branch code is 2008.sbi barabazar.purulia.

              Today I tried to deposit 1000 rs in my account at SBI bank, pulankinar branch. Code6921. But they said that they can't get 1000. They will accept money more dhan 15000 only. They asked me to deposit in sbi service center they asked commission of 35rs. Is this the right way of banking. Worst service from SBI bank.. I[censored] say this while opening the account means I may open account in another bank know???

              very worst service.. where india is moving on. the bank did not accept 1000 rs deposit.. i think the bank is only for rich people..

                    Sir I Have applied for replacement of my atm card on 19.5.2015, on add. bock no.19A, street no.18 sector 2 bhilai, but due to some technical reason at bank it was made on my another account and add. is Plot NO.65 A, Maitry vihar kohaka, bhial, durg, CG. the problem and arrange to deliver my ATM card, however a 204/- deducted from my saving a/c on 24.6.2015.

                          I RECIEVED NEW ATM DEBIT CARD NO.[protected] FROM SBI MY ACCOUNT NO IS [protected] BUT I COULD NOT ABLE TO DO MY TRANSACTION AS ATM SHOWING ERROR CODE 068, AGAIN I HAVE GIVEN REQUEST FOR REPIN TODAY I RECEIVED MY PIN, AGAIN IT IS SHOWING SAME ERROR I WENT TO BANK THEY TOLD THEIR IS NO PROBLEM IN CARD THEN I CALLED TO SBI TOLL FREE NO.[protected] THEY TOLD ME TO AGAIN GIVE REQUEST FOR REPIN, HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO GIVE REQUEST PL SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

I inquired from SBI Gomti Nagar Lucknow Branch and was been told that the transaction took place in JHARSUGUDA TOWN (Branch Code 10134), Sambalpur, Bhubaneswar, Orissa Pin 768201 For last eight month I am Leaving in my native place 3/356, Vishwas Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow U.P and I don't have any relation with Bhubaneswar. Also I woudl suggest that on 17/06/2015, I was in Lucknow. Before that I was working in Noida (UP) I have also not made any transction on cheque to any body Please look into this matter and take immediate action. We thank you for your time.". I already have ongoing Personal Loan of 2.30 lakhs which is about to end in next three months. My CIBIL Credit score is 806 Points and Don't have any Dues in Past and already have Axis Bank Credit Card since January 2014.                                       Sir/Madam After receiving my new SBI credit card bearing no [protected], i am surprised to see that cvv number was appearing of 2 digit and when i lodged complaint about this you have issued and delivered me a new card on 23.06.2015. Now when i inquired about other details related to myself, it was very surprising for me that my mobile number appearing in your system is wrong i.e [protected] instead of [protected]. Today it has also been corrected when i contacted your helpline number[protected]. Now let me know what i have to do, as your representative suggested to submit your id proof.
