I am working as a scientist in Indian National Center for Ocean Information Services, Ministry of Earth Science, Govt of India. I have an SBI salary account in Hyderabad (HAL (Hindusthan Aeronautics Limited) Campus, Hyderabad, branch code=001676) and another account in Mankundu (Branch code = 006772). I lost my ATM card of the Hyderabad account unfortunately on this weekend (27/06/2015). I blocked the card and went to the bank today (30/06/2015). The branch officer told me that I have to contact the branch manager of the West Bengal Mankundu SBI account to transfer the CIF from that account to this Hyderabad Account. Thus I called the Branch Manager. But the whole day his mobile phone is switched off. Then I called the land-line number of the branch. But I noticed that Someone is picking up the phone and without talking he suddenly hang up the call. What kind of behaviour is this?? Then I called a friend of mine to go to the branch. After visiting the branch my friend informed me that I have the CIF No. in my passbook and I have to give the CIF No. to my Hyderabad branch. Then called the Hyderabad branch to give the CIF no. but they told me that the branch itself has to transfer the CIF. Now I am feeling very much frustrated. I had the only ATM which I lost unfortunately. Now I have nothing. I am hanging between this critical situation. Please help me out in this condition. I am seeking for an urgent help.

    I Anitha lobo credit card holder of SBI bank. I have been charged annual fee for the second time and i am very upset about it. When i took this credit card i was informed that there wont be any annual fee however i was charged annual fee the very next year and when i spoke to the c/s they said that can see that is no annual fee card and they waived off. i have not used my credit card for more than 2 years but just 3 months back i got a statement abt annual fee and a late fee. I wrote to them on 26th May hoowever got a standard reply asking to wait for 7 working days but no action taken. Later i wrote to Nodal officer on 5th june 2015 again i received the same automated reply asking me to wait for 7 working days. its more than 2 months and they have been charging me fee every month without any fault of mine. I am requesting SBICARDS to deactivated my card and waive off all the charges because I am not going to pay anything.

          My a /c was ratlam(00466)branch.i filled a application for transfer my a/c from ratlam to chittorgarh(6097)then a/c is transferred but cif no.don' transfer after 6 month.by mistake cif no.is transferred to another branch(namli)and ratlam branch don't solve this problem at this time.

              Dear sir I have saving account in SBI Janakpur Road Dist:Sitamarhi Bihar bearing old account no C/822 further changed to 11197.Once I vidit the branch dealing clark ask to give application to renew the a/c being very old account.I have submitted my request letter.Concern officer told to revisit after one week.Again I contact to the officer this time he forwarded my requested to branch manager.Mr Manager told a/c is closed.I requested him to renew or any solution to draw my money.He do not give any solution.I want to draw your attention this concern.Pl help me to few my old a/c or get my money back.                 Sir me ansar and company a/c no [protected] in this a/c as on 27 june debit
                11800.00 cash handling charges
                160.00 cash hand.Chrg as on 26 june
                1174.00 cash hand charg as on 24 june total 13134.000 chrge
                I am not able to pay this amt to bank. At a time 13134 cash hand charge on which rule bank debit my a/c pl clear and pl credit this amt on my a/c . I am reguler customer ofyour bank since 2000 but sorry to say this is not acceptble for me
                Pl given this amt otherwise a am legal fight to bank

                  My name is abha khare ac no [protected] branch orchha pratappura mp in 2 feb 2015 i have done the transtion of rs 10000 from sbi atm sipri bazar jhansi but i did not get the payment from sbi atm time 20.54 4 time i try it but i did not get the payment there is an emergency so i withdrwal money from central bank then i get money so in same date 20000 rs cut from my account and i only get 10000 rs.The transtion is done by my husband mr (A. K .Shrivastava) so i did not left the atm the security guard says the problem is coming from mumbai so i said the what will be the prosedure when my money not come in my account he says complain in branch so i complain in my branch in orchha in 6 feb 2015 and sir i complain so many time but there is no reaction from the branch so plzz i request u kindly check the cctv video clip.I am goverment teacher in orchha only

                      I am shameer basha from Guntakal, Anantapuram district my account NO[protected] in Main branch Guntakal, my compliant is when amount credit i have not received sms alerts but when i debit from account i received alerts. Orally i complaint in SBI Main branch Guntakal, but bank staff said that there is server problem. But some of my friends who is bearing same bank they received alerts with they credit amount.

                        Friday I went to deposit money at Sbi palamedu branch Tamil Nadu. The officer at the counter was so rude that he ill treated all of costumer who came by I enquired the people around and heard a lot of complaints on him and the entire management at that branch. Since all were village people they give at most respect to educated bank employees and in return never raise their voice against the in human activities I was there for 30 min.. I can list done what all happened. but I wish this is taken seriously, they farmers mostly. Please treat them with dignity and respect...

                            I am a pensioner and drawing pension from SBI Petlad branch 451. During the financial year[protected] gross pension amounting to Rs.339311 was due to me and out of the said amount an amount of Rs 2775 as TDS was deducted and as such net pension of Rs 336536 was paid to me. I contacted Branch manager and their subordinates personally many a times but they replied that Form 16A will be provided to you when received from Baroda office/Chartered Accountant.About ten times I have inquired for the same and their routine reply is that you contact after a week.Such type of gesture on the part of such reputed bank is not befitting.My details of pension is as under.                                 Sir I am a graduate and I've been applying for tests and payment were made myself through online from state bank debit card on[protected] i have applied for GRE exam which cost me 12, 793rupees through online but i didn't get any confirmation message and the money got debited from my account after so many queries with the GRE executive its been informed that payment is declined by the bank please contact the bank. I didn't get any message from the bank about this issue and I am worried about 6 days about the transaction. And also today[protected] I've applied for IELTS exam through the same debit card through citi bank portal and it asked me for OTP it took me a little while to search and in the mean while the session got expired and it asked me to do the same transaction again and also the money got debited from my account but my exam was not confirmed the test cost was 10, 750rupees. I am requesting you to help me find the solution.If there is any transaction that went wrong please kindly inform us. Thank you Sir.

                                  dear sir, Government of india started a new scheme called Atal pension Yojna and insurance service to the acount holders and other net banking facility is also available in every SBI branch, but whenever we ask to bank employee to give the forms of (Atal pension yojna, insurance and netbanking form) employee said not available in the bank. we request you please provide the forms.

                                    SBI credit card department has been misleading customers by [censored]ing few informations. Initially they talk abut stander cc having 499 annual fee which would be waved off if we do 2000 rs transaction in first few months. But when we are above to accept the card, they say that ours is an high profile and force us to take platinum card which holds annual fee of 2999. How would every person's profile is an high profile?

                                      i have open a new account with sbi sabun godan meerut on 20.06.2015 .issued account nuber [protected] name shweta jain .i went to bank rtgs from state bank of india to another bank ... i was surprijed that rtgs is not done problam is title name is shruti jain inplace of shweta jain.. than i came to know that at time of opening this is feeding mistak by bank .
