      Dear Sir, I have transferred INR 10, 000.00 through NEFT on 04-Jun-2015.A/c No [protected] and Name: Mohamed Rafiq.A. Reference : NEFT INB: IR64651474 TRANSFER TO[protected] Narration : TO TRANSFER INB NEFT SBIN[protected] Jahir BENEFICIERY Name: Mr Gulam Mohamed BENEFICIERY A/c: [protected] BENEFICIERY Bank: KARUR VYSYA BANK The money got debited from SBI account within a few minutes.and amount credit to BENEFICIERY KVB A/c. but some reason amount returned on (05-Jun-2015 10.21 AM). The Beneficiery get some alerts from KVB Bank like this "NEFT RETN BEN NAME DIFFERS". Still i am not getting my money. Kindly help me to get the amount back. Please check and resolve this issue ASAP.         SIR, I HAVE TRANSFERED MONEY THROUGH SBI NET BANKING ON INSTANT MONEY TRANSFER OPTION. MY AMOUNT RS 10020 DEDUCTED ON 27 MAY THROUGH (IMT).BUT NOT ANY TRANSACTION DONE WITHIN 3 DAYS. ITS REFERENCE NO IS[protected]IH19206990. ACCORDING TO (IMT) RULE IT WILL GET BACK IN 3 DAYS. BUT IT WILL NOT DONE. MY A/C NO IS [protected]

            I am Gitanjali Dnyaneshwar Sonar, I am having Saving and PPF account with SBI.. 6months back i have transferred my accounts from Marathahalli Bangalore Branch to Khandala -Pargaon Branch dist. Satara State Maharashtra. Since Pargaon -Khandala branch doesn't hold PPF account, so i request branch manager to change my PPF account address to nearer branch(To Shirwal) where PPF account facility is available. Three months back i have submitted Application to change Address and Following him regularaly, still again and again he asks to submit application, just he gives assurance that "he wil do it".. but after submitting application twice he has not done any thing, still he is asking to submit application.. I don't know how many times we should submit application.. I complaint that this Sbi manager harasses peoples...

              After 35 installment A/C.                 I HAVE DEPOSITED MY CHEQUE FOR CREDIT CARD ON 3rd JUNE IN CHINMAYA NAGAR BRANCH, CHENNAI. BUT STILL THAT PAYMENT HAVE NOT CLEARED IN CREDIT CARD, DONT KNOW THE STATUS OF MY CHEQUE, I HAVE ENQUIRED IN THE NEAR BRANCH, NO USE OF THAT. THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE IN SBI CUSTOMER CARE ALSO, I CANT PAY THE PENALITY BECAUSE I MADE MY PAYMENT ON TIME. BUT IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR MAKING ME IRRITATING. SO KINDLY DO SOME NEEDFUL. CHEQUE NUMBER 135031. EVERY MONTH I AM FACING THIS SAME ISSUE. LAST MONTH AFTER THE DUE DATE THE MADE THE REVERSED THE PENALTY AND CLEARED THET CHEQUE. VERY SLOW AND WORST CUSTOMER CARE

                    I ordered Yu Yureka phone from amazon.in on 11th May 2015 with a payment of Rs.8999 using my State Bank of India Maestro Debit Card. That day SBI was offering 15% cash back on an order of minimum 5000. I have still not received my cash back amount of Rs. 1349.

                      I have retired from Government Service on 28th February 2015 and am entitled to pension vide PPO no:[protected]. Till date my pension has not been transferred to my account with State Bank of India whereas pension department says that they have sent it to State Bank of India on 11 March 2015 and since then same is being sent every month. My account is with Kamla Nagar branch and they say that it comes to Chandni Chowk branch from which they are not receiving the transfer. No one is willing to answer any query at Chandni Chowk branch. It is utter negligence of State Bank of India officials.

                        I have issued 500000 Rupees loan. Loan Issue date was 26 th May. But at the begining of june month a Part Period Interest is debited from my account of Rupees 842. What it means and why it is debited in my account at the beginning of new month.

                              sir, last two week ago i went to deposite cash at cash deposite machine, but cash does not deposit for machine hard ware problem.my three thouand cash not return, and the machine blocked, i have complain at local branch office but no responce. sir, i highly obliged pls slove my problem.                                 Respected Sir My ATM card magnetic card was not working so i requested for a new card replacement, the told me to block the card and apply for a new one. so I did the the same on April 2014. after few days they debited 204 from my account for new card. but i didn't received any card from any courier. when i inquired they gave me a track no EK[protected]IN and told me to enquirer at the post office. there was no result. after day & days of enquiry there telling to re apply for new card & appart from this they also intimated that they are going to cut the charges from my account. is this the way to treat a custumer for nearly one year there is this issue. please do the need full.                                   I have two home loan a/cs no [protected] and [protected] maintained at SBI, VD Marg, Lucknow branch. The due date of payment of the monthly installments in the above loan a/cs is 5th and 10th of every month whereas the sms alerts initiated by the bank system mentions the due dates wrongly at the same time also warning for charging penal fee of Rs 562/- every month.I have to mention that I had been regularly paying the monthly installments without any default on due dates. It is requested that the necessary action be taken by the concerned sms alert section to amend the dates in the sms so that I should not get disturbed every month after getting the wrong sms for both home loan a/cs.                                     Hi Sir, My Name is Kallepu Suresh Kumar having sb a/c with SBI :RAMCHANDRAPURAM Dist : Hyderabad - 502032, i having taken crop gold loan in this bank, while taking loan they confirm interest is 7 % p a, but when i have closed it bank charged 12% p a, regarding this i have spoken with manager but she not responded, please take proper action and do the needful.
                                    CHARGED 12% RATE OF INTEREST FOR CROP GOLD LOAN, WHEN I AM TAKEN THEY CONFIRMED ME ITS 7% BUT WHEN I CLOSED THEY CHARGED 12% ITS PURELY CHEATING THE CUSTOMER AND MANAGER IS NOT RESPONDED TO MY CONCERNS, PLEASE TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION AND DO THE NEEDFUL.
