I have Saving Account in SBI 15+ years. My account is now closed and 5000+ money deducted from my account without my knowledge.

I have FD and PPF also link to Saving account, how this possible to close without discussing and confirming with me and What is reason to close the account

And every month I'm having transactions and depositing money as well.
May I know the reason? If any issues bank should have contacted me for required things, Im Sure ill provide whatever required from me. Since 15 years running the account but how this possible now bank close the account

PLease re open the same account and return the money back

Bank reopened new account to resolve the issues. This problem should not happen for anyone. Its because of KYC failed updating from bank

    Fee payment failure through sbi collect

    I used sbi collect to pay my college fees of 24000 to IIIT PUNE on 20/11/2021 through UPI and the money was debited from my account but the sbi collect Payment History is showing Status- failure. kindly look into this matter as I need my fee receipt for registration by today, when will I get the refund.
    my reference number is DUI1062402....

    On nov 6, I have placed an order of rupees 589 but due to some reason i have cancelled it on nov 8 so from Amazon i have got the refund message (539 rupees in UPI to my bank account and 50 rupees as amazon gift in my amazon pay ) but when i checked in Yono SBI app that amount (539) is not credited . I have called Amazon Customer service they said to wait me for 48 hr. But even after 12 days is not credited. My Return Reference number is[protected]

        The refund of RS 4999 was initiated by AMAZON on 15 November 2021.

        My order id was[protected]

        Product name Crossbeats Torq wireless earbud which was purchased on 14 Nov 2021 and canceled on 15 November AND I did the payment of Rs. 4999 rupee through my Debit Card.

        Refund reference number (RRN) is 417807 ( Provided by Amazon)

          I order two product from ajio on[protected]. order id :FLO[protected] . i paid 2328.41 rupee by debit card.one of them i cancelled on the same day.and one product i received of rs 270. Ajio gave me a refund reference id : WSM[protected]. And said to share it with the bank but when i go to the bank they not able to track it.ajio is said that they refund my money on[protected]

            Last time i order a microwave oven from amazon. then afer i return it and the refund process get started. the time goes but i didnt get the refunded money back.

                Sir it's too pathetic.. My accounts has been stopped due to non kyc complaInt after that I visited branch and submitted my all kyc documents.. After I got A massage of kyc updatation too.. But my transaction is block and account is still stop after 2 or 3days to updatation... I am in troubled sir... Please sir resolved my issue...                   My name is Anand Vadivelu living in Norway and having NRI accounts with SBI. Since last 5 months I have not been getting any OTP to my mobile/email. I have contact my home branch, customer care and tried all possible apps. But, nothing help. Because, they don't understand the issue at all. For example, customer care executive says that, I need to have India number to get the OTP. I explained NRI account will get OTP to the number used in the residing country. He did not understand at all.

                  On top of this, it is not only for me. All of my NRI friends who live in Norway and having SBI account are not getting any OTP. Possible it is an issue for all the SBI NRI customer in Norway.

                  Unfortunately, I have my home loan account with SBI and not able to log in to my account and see what is happening inside, since it is asking me to change the password, for which I require to put the OTP. Also, not able to send the funds to my family.

                  Can you imagine a bank not sending OTP to all the NRIs living in Norway? And they do not even realize this is happening for 5 months.

                  What a shame!!

                  At least after this complaint, hope some action is taken.

                      My annual locker rent against account number [protected] got deducted twice in year 2018, ist time in april and other after some month. when i get to know abt this i went to bank and asked them to refund it back but bank employees behaviour was not good and they refuse to give me my money back then i went to branch manager but she also just gave me excuse and i felt very Harras By their wrong behviour not only with me but almost with everybody . so i request you to pls resolve my issue as soons as possible.

                            Date of incident:1/10/2021
                            Place of Occurrence: Nepal SBI ATM at Hattisar Road, Kathmandu 44600.
                            Details: I hold NRO account at SBI Branch at 17th Cross, Malleswaram, Bangalore-55 and is a resident o[censored]S, .
                            The SBI Global Debit card issued at Bangalore was used for the digital transaction . The subject matter cited above, was immediately notified to the Nepal SBI, corporate office who advised to lodge with the Local Branch where the Account is held. Simultaneously, on the same day, October 1, I called up the Branch Head, State Bank of India, and apprised the matter over phone followed by email supported by a copy of the receipt of the said located ATM Nepal SBI Bank . I have been following up the matter with the Branch, closely, to get credit of the amount back to my Account. The response I get being " complaint lodged with authorities concerned and the matter will take time to resolve, even up to 6 months or more. I have raised the matter through email dated November 9, 2021 with the designated Nodal officer (agmcustomer.[protected]@sbi.co.in) at St. Marks Road, Bangalore . Delay in action In the meantime I am raising the issue before this Forum to facilitate credit back to my Account of the Amount, the ATM machine at the above said place in Kathmandu did not dispense the cash.

                                      My name is Arpita Subhadarshini and I had ordered (Nichod chemistry book) on amazon on (11th Nov) and after that, I canceled the product due to some personal region on the same day. Amazon initiated the amount to my card but it is not credited to my account. Amazon also provides a reference number i.e ONUS20211112 and told me to contact SBI about the matter .
                                      But the SBI doesn't respond to the matter properly. So kindly, respond to the complaint it's very urgent.
