Amazon refund initiated but not reflected in the STATE BANK OF INDIA bank account. REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER[protected].
I, Anam Almas, placed an order ( order number[protected]) on Amazon on 29th October, 2021 for the product " India Pioneer Resin Casting Molds Set, Resin Casting Molds Silicone Jewelry Casting Mould DIY Making Tool Crafting Pendant Earrings (31 PC) ". I received the product on 3rd November, 2021 and asked for a refund as a part was missing. The delivery executive took the item back on 7th November, 2021 and i was informed that my refund would be processed by 12th November, 2021. Now, Amazon has completed my refund however the amount is not reflecting in my SBI bank account. I have contacted the SBI customer care but they are not helping me in any possible way. I have the return reference number[protected]. No party is ready to take accountability. Please look into this matter and solve it as soon as possible. It would be a great help. Thankyou.
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
They do not have need of customers any more.
There employees are behaving like they are owner and customers are slaves.
I had opened account of my son in 2020 for scholership.I do not reced.any ATM or welcome kit by now. No one is replying in branch not solved on cusomercare no.There is no use of net banking without ATM. I am Going agian and again to branch.My son and husband also tried many times.Hence no scholership we can get.
Same issues arrising for My Daughter's account opening.They are staying in bank for whole day cant even attend lectures.
