I am constantly using my SBI Debit card for my purchases. But even on July 28th the last 2 week transactions and corresponding points are not Updated in the Freedom rewarz website This delay is causing me to lose some points un-necessarily as I am not able to redeem the points in time.       Today at 10.28AM, I received a doubtful call from mob. no. [protected]. The location of said no.is traced nearby Kulgachia (Bardwan, West Bengal) of Airtel. The person was speaking in Hindi and called me " I am speaking from SBI ATM CARD HEAD OFFICE. He was asking me my card no.for renewal of ATM CARD. He threatened me to block ATM CARD if you will not tell card no.


      I have apprehension that this is a fraudulent act of cyber crime gangster. Please enquire and communicate me immediately.


      Your concerned Branch was closed today as weakly rest day. So I could not contact.


      If you think necessary you may communicate to concerned SSP Patna or West Bengal Police.

        Dear Sir/Mam,
        I have applied for SBI Assistant(Clerical cadre) and my roll number is [protected].My examination was scheduled on[protected] afternoon session) at PRIST UNIVERSITY THANJAVUR in Tamilnadu.I have carried my aadhar card as ID proof.I have registered in the name of DINESH S K.In my aadhar card, they have mention my name as DINESH and my father name as KALIARAJ i.e., there wont be initials in any aadhar card.Controlling authority of examination not allowed me and some other to write examination because they are not accepting aadhar card as ID proof.I haved used my aadhar card in many examinations.This is the first time I have experienced problem like this.Because of that I lost one opportunity to be placed in SBI. So I request you to take severe action against that COE and allow me to write examination in upcoming schedules or else remove aadhar card from ID proof list to save others from this problem.Please take immediate action and help me to get bright future in SBI.

          Sir, in 27 Jun 2004, I make a online transition, amount deduct twice in one transaction no, I already complain this issue 3 times, don't get any solution, get one payment back in 5 Jul 2014, waiting another one, the customer says they don't do anything (Note:Balance deduct twice but transition no same for two transition)

              Respected Sir, I am a very old customer of your bank. My A/c No. is [protected]. Last 16th of January' 2014 I had done a transaction of Rs. 3600.00 from my ATM cum Debit Card vide card no.[protected] in a merchant place named Ice Berg vide TID[protected] and MID - [protected]. But unfortunately the amount had been debited twice (3600+3600) = Rs. 7200.00 from my Account vide Ref No.[protected] &[protected] and according to Merchant his account had been credited only Rs. 3600.00. I had given a written complaint in my native Branch with all the documents including the transaction settlement copy. But no response had been received yet. I am furnishing the Settlement Copy with this mail..

                on date 10 july 2014 i use net banking of sbi for to top-up of 3g net of bsnl at the amt of 251 rs which get deducted from my saving ac no [protected] at treasury branch, kolhapur of sbi, where as my bsnl top-up is not succeed but my 251 get deducted from my account, still is not recovered by the bank, i enquired in bsnl office and recognised that bsnl office forwarded it to bank, pl enquire in bank . i hope now this is still pending in bank, but the bank officials were not responding properly. do the needfull.

                  mY HOAM LOAN ACCOUNT no is[protected] in kolhapur, maharashtra, Basant-bahar talkies, Treasury branch, kolhapur. but from last year my i realise that, the interest rate shows 14 %, I complaintit before four months to the same to the manager he each time says that your file is not here i will recover it from regional office and do the needful.

                  He assured me & promise that he will correct the same & the loss will added to my account.

                  But today he told me that he is right & i have to pay extra 6000 .00 rs ..

                  The manager is not responding well.

                    As i have some transactions with my visa atm card, i went through online and i got a message saying "" mobile number is not registered for your card.Kindly contact your home branch "" as per the display message i had contacted the bank and they have suggested me to register through 3d secure sbi website.
                    I have tried this method and the same message appears all the time. I have lot of helps from sbi but this time i have lot of trouble with my atm. Please solve this issue... 1 . Branch -- adimali, kerala

                    The reason behind getting error message "Mobile number is not registered for your card.kindly contact your home branch " while registering your sbi debit card on verified by visa site is as follow: when your opening your bank account with bank, sbi employees are issuing bank passbook and sbi debit card. while opening your account they are just entering your entire details but not entering your debit card details they just linking your sbi debit card with your bank account that's why whenever you use your card at ATM you will Receive sms for transaction but when same thing you transact online your getting error message saying your mobile number is not registered. solution : visit your home branch ask them to show your sbi debit card details you will see no name, mobile number and address in your sbi debit card details. just tell them to update your details or apply for new ATM cum sbi debit card... that is how problem is to be solved i hope this information is useful for you all ...dinesh kumar

                      Respected sir, I have a savings account with account number [protected] in State bank Of India, Ayyampuzha branch. I had registered my mobile number for getting sms alerts when i had started my account. But till today i haven't got any one of them. Sms charges of Rs 15 is constantly charging me from my account between the interval of three months. I am planning to deactivate sms alerts to my mobile number.                         Faceing some problem from my SBI Term Deposit Advice (No:[protected])
                        As per my certificate my SBI Term Deposit Advice maturity value was Rs160210.00(date:18/07/2014), But after maturity I have received Rs;160044.00
                        total Deduction was Rs166,
                        But Bank have not given any proper reason of my Deduction.

                          I have receive a massage on 24.07.2014 your AC XXXXX983103 Debited INR15000/ on 24.07.2014WDL TRF AVL.BAL.------Receive2.21PM Immediately contact to the branch manager of SBI Drive-In Road Ahmedabad therein I have AC.The branch manager said to me on 18.07.2014 you have pay the Fee or withdrawal money by ATM Debit CARD that dated I have not any transaction on day but I go for withdrawal money from ATM Machine At Basant Vihar KOTA Raj.I inter the amount15000/RS for withdrawal.ICannot enable to withdrawal same, a massage display on ATM Machine<SORRY ENABLE TO PROCESS>, (I) I have activated the massage alert facility on my mobile I have not receive the massage for the same. (2) I taken printout of my last transaction, on dated (18.7.2014)not found any entry that date.(3) I have not given any cheque regarding this matter.Please resolving my problem and taken necessary action and credited the amount in my account immidiatily

                            I, Dr. Anjana Vaidya, Government Dental surgeon, have applied for new passbook at my home branch. I have been sent hither to thither window for the same work for last three days. I have not been clearly guided from which window this work will be done and what will be the monetary and papers requirement. I was not clearly told that Rs. 200 for issuing new passbook will be deducted from my account so i must have to maintain that amount.In emergency, i withdraw the whole amount and my account was near to Nil. Today, I was told that my account must have more than Rs. 200. I requested them that i can deposit it now and they agreed but the cashier or the deposit taking person had behaved very rudly and told me in abusive language that he has finished his work and he is doing favour to me by taking this amount and what is my "Aukat" to deposit the amount. he asked me how much money u can deposit...he fought with me for one two sided folded note. I am going to complain for this bank and this person legally...I have spoiled my three days job as i have taken three days half day leave because i am doing up-down from navsari to suarat. Now only that i have spoiled my time as i couldnt attend my appointed badly needed patients because of this silly bank's staff. I want to close my account from this bank and want to make you aware that i am going for both RTI and MANHANI case for this bank and dat fellow Hoping for quick action and cleare guidance at least from you And let me tell you I am not any "Aira Gaira" person. I am a doctor and a government servent too. I have never behave like this with my patiens and I much more higher both in qualification and in Intellect from that bloody cashier.

                                I received call from +91 [protected] saying that we are SBI.They send me one sms OTP and said we are refunding that amount.After some time they told me that they can't refund.They were asking my other ATM card numbers.

                                +91 [protected] saying that they are SBI bank have misused my bank information and deducted 49, 490 rupees amount illegaly and without my consent.They are intentionally doing it.

                                Also, uptill now i did not receive rs101 recharge refund.

                                My loss=101+49490=49591 Rupees :(

                                  My name is Meenaben Anilkumar Raythatha staying at Thane Maharastra .

                                  My purpose of letter to you came from deep dissatisfaction I am feeling from the fact that though we say we live in democratic India and we should be allowed of our judicial rights are we really getting such rights ??? No not really because people working with PSU banks like SBI feels that they are the owners of the bank and rather than they serving people instead people should serve them.

                                  The matter started with I visited the SBI branch for 10 lacks loan which I was in need of due to renovation of my house.Branch manager Mrs.Arundhati Mahajan (Branch manager, M.G.Road, Ghatkopar) asked me to provide all the requisite documents which I provided well in time.

                                  Then the branch manager told me to wait for CIBIL report to come.After few days My CIBIL score came at 811 out of 819 and my son who was guarantor to my loan the score came at 791 out of 819.The branch manager told me that everything else is fine but why I should provide you a loan you should take care of me also .( asking for bribe)

                                  I told her why I should provide you when all my documents are clear and I told her that don't harass me unnecessary otherwise I will complain your top authority, She got angry on this and told me to leave the branch immediately saying " go to top authorities and get your loan pass I will see to it that your loan will not get passed"

                                  I had one question "am I not entitled for a loan why our type of people should suffer my fault was that I didn't fulfill the things which she asked for.Every day SBI shows ad that women loan should be processed quickly then why I am being ignored.

                                  I can provide you the emails that I had sent to AGM, DGM, AGM, GM of the SBI bank regarding this problem.

                                  I urge you to take strict actions against the branch manager and I expect earliest reply from you.
                                  I am ready to co operate which ever you want sir.

                                      I am Gunaseelan, i applied for sbi clerk exam last month .where sbi announced exam in 20.7.14 while it is online exam that happening in the different timeslots in saturday and sunday upto next month.during the same day i had group1 exam date that is announced two months before, while i requsted to change the exam date to next month in [protected]@ibpsorg.org and [protected]@ibps.in mails i requsted one time at first but they didnot answer any mail so i send many messages till they didnot reply .there phone number also out of order how can i contact them? why they are not caring the people, i had paid Rs 450 for exam i need feedback from them and i need to allow to write exam in different day.My contact no [protected]

Please look into this and resolve so that installments are timely deducted and I do not receive threatening SMSes from your bank.
