My Account was in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh and i deposited 13000 in Bangalore BTM water Tank Branch. The bank Deducted 160 rs as Intercity charges which is not fair. It should be 20-30 rs max and we r depositing amount in our own Banks y should we pay HIgh range of Intercity charges for little amounts. Is this the Service provided by National Banks. this is y the People are moving to the International Banks and this is y our Indian Economy Going Down.

    Its been close to 2 yrs since the time I opened my NRE/NRO accounts at SBI, Prashant Nagar branch, Hyderabad 500039. I've opened my accounts and left for US. I've added my father as co-operator for the accounts, so he can sign on my behalf (I dont know if its exactly called co-operator, but I have added him as someone who can operate on my behalf). When we didn't receive the ATm cards, my father went to Bank couple of times and all they had to say was the person has to come from US and apply again ... How can banks work like this ? First of all delivery of ATM should be tracked and then if I;'ve added someone to operate my account on behalf and bank let me do that.. doesn't that mean bank should honor his request of ATM as well... Is there any way I could my ATM delivered soon.. since this an online forum, I can't reveal my bank a/c number, but can you hep me track it using my full name and branch ?       holding bank account number [protected] from shastri nagar branch Ghaziabad named Kundan Vashishtha.I made a demand draft from state bank of india ssd inter college branch ghaziabad.branch code-10656 .currently i am posted in Mumbai and i got annual leave only once in a year the validity of bank draft is 3 month so i made a authority letter in favor of my brother and asked the manager to refund amount to him but they didn't accept it and refused it.how can once can deny an authority letter????.if i die somewhere it means the demand draft money will go to branch?????or what if its validity expires???i want to make a complain regarding that state bank of india ssd inter college branch ghaziabad.branch code-10656.kindly suggest me what to do with that draft as it next to impossible to get holiday to cancel a demand draft .The demand draft number is 245706 serial number 457836 dated 05/06/2014.           Respected Sir/Ma'am I Ashok Kumar borrowed education laon at 2008 for my professional education for the total sum of rupee 3.32 lacs. I have paid 1.4 L approximately, and still m having balance rupee around 4L. I have not got subsidy from bank and bank is charging me current interest rate instead of charging of borrowed year. Also bank never informed me about any subsidy plan. As my parantel economical condition is not well so that i can't pay too much I need help. Thanks & Regards Ashok Kumar [protected]

              In the year 2010, I left the country on a work assignment to the USA. Before leaving, I had closed all of my credit card accounts (which includes SBI as well). I have a full and final settlement letter from SBI stating there is no outstanding that I owe the bank. However, I recently purchased my CIBIL CIR to find out that the status has been updated as POST (WO) SETTLED.The final settlement letter provided by SBI, does not indicate that the status would not be updated as BLANK. This was not explained to me either. I am not even sure as to what the outstanding amount was but the settlement letter shows that I had paid 10, 000 as a one time payment.The cheque for 10K was dated 30/08/2008 and my CIR reads that the last payment date was 01/09/2009 which matches the realization of my cheque.The current balance is "0". I would assume that this is either an issue with improper information given to me by the bank while providing the settlement letter or an issue with not properly updating the CIBIL status. Either way, I want this resolved ASAP. What is the way forward?

                Sir my name is mourya my mother was giving her atm card that is sbi maestro card that card has no cvv sir.but i want online shopping with my mother atm card but iam going to any shopping websites i.e., flipkart, yepme so on that sites ask please enter your otp password but unfortunately my phone was gone that means the sim is registered with sbi the sbi was sending otp to that number but i dont have that sim please solve this problem sir i want my mother sbi otp password sbi maestro card

                  Hi All, 1. I took Rs 32 lac as home loan from SBI Bank in the month of JAN-2013 at DHONE branch (Kurnool Dist, Andhra Pradesh, Branch code: 000832). Home loan account#[protected] 2. Recently SBI is reduced home loan interest rates as below. (a) 10.10% PA for home loans upto 75 lacs and (b) 10.25% PA for home loans above 75 lacs. 3. As per the new rule, SBI supposed to charge me only 10.10% as rate of interest for my home loan but they are charging 10.40 % PA. 4. Could you explain me why SBI not reduced the interest rate on my home loan? Thanks, Masthan

                            Respected sir I got a letter on 17th of July 2014 from SBI according to this due to a technical reason From April 2011 to July 2014 our interest of home loan account is 2%less than the applicable rate. Accordingly bank have calculated the arrears of interest in our loan account and have debited in due course in our loan account which will effectively increase the outstanding balance in our home loan account . And they also give a option switch over the interest rate. For this also we have to pay .56 % processing charge on remaining (outstanding) amount. I already submit a complaint on 25th July 2014.                               I am highly unsatisified with the customer serive response. There is no solution provided from 2 months. I always hear only one info: High alert raised and nothing else. Why the bank treats customers in such a low level. I can never understnad that too leading bank. Not sure how else I can escalate this.

                                    This bloody promised to process the home loan within 15 days but these are doing the process through third party and they asked a cheque of Rs.5500. After retrieving the amount and from my account they simply declined my loan when all the papers are clear to process. [censored] you State Bank of India
