My son bearing account holder [protected] with SBI Branch Waddepalli Warangal had made transaction towards purchase of air ticket vide Credit card No.[protected] on[protected]. One return ticket has been got cancelled during April 2014 with in the limit period. The Bird Travel has authorised to HDFC for returning the ticket amount of Rs 10, 391=00 to the said account through which the ticket booked. On information through HDFC Bank Hyderabad, a on line complaint was booked vide PO[protected] on 09 June 2014 but it has been closed on[protected] saying " as time limit for raising your claim with other Bank is over ". Please clarify on my mobile No. [protected]

    I am a resident of ranchi but have to travel all over the country for work. I am also an sbi account holfer so obviously i have an atm/debit card too. In my experience, sbi atms uptime is not more than 10-12 hrs/day.

    The bank charges each of it's account holder an annual fees of 50/- for issuing the debit/atm card. We can safely assume that there are atleast 5% of indian population with an sbi atm card (5% is a generously low assumption). 6 crore*50 = 300 crores. That is the revenue generated just by the annual fee for issuing an atm card. 300 crores are going down the drain every year.

    If the bank cannot ensure 24/7 uptime of all it's atms, it should at-least stop charging us the amount. Like everywherr else in this country, this is just one more example of how govt. Run enterprises loot people and everything comes down to 2 aspects. Corruption & mismanagement.

    Any sbi official reading this, you are expected to provide a much better service than what you currently do with your atms. Stop inaugrating new atms and rather take care of the ones that exist.

      With due respect, I lay down the following few lines for your kind information and necessary action please:-

      1. I have submitted the prescribed application in triplicate on 14.08.2012 to the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Ballia(U.P.) for revision of my Disability element. As per GIO, MOD letter No.10(01)/D Pen/Policy)/2009/Vol-II dated 19.01.2010 (Circulars No. 429 dated 04.03.2010) PBOR, who were invalided out of service prior to 01.01.1996 and are in receipt of disability/war injury pension as on 01.07.2009, the disability pension of effected person has to be revised and arrears of the same should be paid w.e.f. 01.07.2009.

      2. I have also issued reminder on 16.11.2012 and requested for immediate action and revision of my Disability Element of Pension, but nothing was done.On 14.08.2013, I again submitted the fresh prescribed application in triplicate to the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Ballia (U.P.) for revision of my Disability Element.
      3.On line request was also made for examination of my case at the earliest and complaint TokenNo.NP[protected] was issued, but nothing was done. I have also requested through mail(helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in) on 14th Sep.2013 and on gm.[protected]@sbi.co.in on 10th Sep.2013 to the G.M. (Customer care) State Bank of India, Mumbai and Regional Manager, Lucknow under which the branch located, but no response has been received till date.
      4. On 26.10.2013, a request letter was also sent to G.M (Principal Nodal officer), Mumbai for looking the matter and directing the concerned branch for necessary action. On30.12.2013 a detail application was also sent to the Chief Manager (CPPC), SBI, Allahabad and on 28.01.2014 an e-mail at gm.[protected]@sbi.co.in was also sent for taking the necessary action, but nothing has been done till date nor any correspondence has been received.

      5. Moreover, a letter from branch office SBI Ballia was received on 25.03.2014 vide which fresh application was sought.Immediately after receiving the letter from branch office, on 29.03.2014 I again sent the requisite application to SBI Ballia for immediate revision of my disability element.

      6.The following complaints have got been registered on the subject matter:-

      (i) Complaint T. No. OP[protected] dated 29.01.2013

      (ii) Complaint T. No. NP[protected] dated 10.09.2013

      (iii) Complaint T. No. PA[protected] dated 29.12.2013

      (iv) Complaint T. No. PA[protected] dated 20.03.2014

      In all the cases same remarks have been received “complaint has been attended to and closed after resolution” but nothing has been received even after expiry of 22 months.

      7. As per Circular No.429 dated 04.03.2010 my disability element is required to be increased from 20% to 50% i.e from Rs.710/- to Rs.1750/- .

      In view of above, I request your good self to look into the matter and direct the concerned branch to do the
      needful and revise my Disability Element of Pension, and pay the arrears w.e.f. 01.07.2009 at the earliest, since
      the matter has already been badly delayed.

          I used to carry online transactions without failure but recently I m not able to as my Transaction Rights on my online account seems to be revoked. I get the following message when I try to carry an online transaction: "You do not have access/transaction rights to this account." SBI is simply unreliable these days.

          i dont have the transaction rights which is big problem in mine online payment.

              This is to bring to your notice that I was not getting regular bills. A boy used to call and used to take cash from me. If the bill used to come on time, i would not have to pay extra charges. I had taken 2 mobiles on EMI. If i had that of guts to pay cash and take the mobile then would me or any other customer go for EMI. I was not in a condition to pay full amount so took on EMI. Once day a guy is coming and telling me to pay 32000. What non sense!!! I have tried calling customer care, those are non sense, no manner s how to talk to customer. i have never ever received a positive revert from anywhere. These 320000 rs including extra and late payment charges, finance charges and service charges. I have already paid what i have used. I was asking for statement to that guy he was not giving me the statement nor the bills. Then how can you expect me to pay the bills on time before the due date. And it is not that, that i haven't paid anything till now. I have already paid more then what i have used. Now onwards, i want the monthly bill on my email id - diana.[protected]@gmail.com and regular sms alerts on [protected]. And please confirm me one more thing If i purchase anything on EMI at 0% interest and if the bills are paid on time, still you would charge me all extra. Worst services. In any case it is not possible for me pay such a big amount which i have not used at all. Means you are asking me 2 pay my 3 month salary. I want to get this settlement done asap and want card closure. I want revert on top most priority. Need to settle it out on urgent basis. Awaiting for positive for positive reply. Please revert asap on priority. I have dropped and mail to rbi and sbi these people are mentally harassing a lot. i still havent recived any resolution for this.                 r/sir myself Aadesh Nagrare SBI account no [protected] in Manewada Road Branch, I withdraw 1000 rupees from Bank of Baroda ATM 3BCNMHNG transaction number 2068, I did not receive money nor recipt, but after 10minut I received massage of deducting amount from account. This incident I inform Bank with written application on 31st of may 2014, authority person asked to wait for seven days. I wait for ten days and then again give second written application on 11th June 2014, now again ten days are gone, but my money will not get back, so who is responsible? SBI employee attitude is not good, This fact shows either they are not eligible or prompt in their work.                   My self Madhuri mukherjee, inhabitant of 276 D.C.Neogy road, bally, howrah, , having a joint pension account in your branch, vide account no.[protected] continuing for long time. This is a sad information that my husbent (PASUPATI NATH MUKHERJEE) expired at 11/03/2014 .after that we meet with our branch manager, and request to manager help me and solve my problem as soon as possible . 6th times contact with branch manager .but still now problem are not solve .so please solve my problem as soon as possible .                     I had been to SBI ATM on 23rd May 2014 at 9-28 Am and made a transaction request for Rs. 18000/- but I received an amount of Rs. 10000/- only through the ATM. I made several complaints to SBI Bank they informed me that the amount is already credited to my account but, i have not received any amount yet. My Account No. is [protected].                           Sir/Ma'am, This is Sandhi Singha who is facing a problem regarding the Education loan subsidy scheme 2014 declared by then Finance Minister Shri P. Chidambaram, Govt. of India. Firstly, Bank had not informed me about the circular and when my father went to discuss the problem to the Bank, the related banking person refused to accept the news of this type of Circular. When my father showed a xerox copy of the circular to that banking personnel, my father was informed that i am not eligible for the scheme as I had given a Education Loan subsidy for the year of 2009-10 for the same loan A/C. But, after reading the circular we don't get any para where reasons given by the bank authority to cancel my application is exist. My family income from all sources is below Rs. 300000 p.a. I am giving my all bank loan details below: Bank: State Bank Of India Branch Name: Bethuadahari Branch Code: 06985 Loan A/C no: [protected] loan Sanction Date: August 28, 2007 Education Loan Subsidy credited in my a/c for 2009-10 year on November 15, 2011: Rs. 3335.00 So, I will be very much thankful to you if you inform me whether i am eligible or not for the Scheme. If I am eligible then please guide & suggest me to get the benefits from the Education Loan as soon as possible. The last date to submit the application is June 30, 2014 which is knocking. So, please send me your advice & guidance regarding the problem in my email [protected]@gmail.com. I waiting for your help & suggestion.

                              Hi, My ID is 20667186. The day I opened DMAT account with SBI, I am not able to do any trade because while doing Fund Lien, It gives an error "E broking registration is not available. Please contact branch". I called customer service around 10 times and every time they are telling to wait for 3-4 days and we will resolve the issue. Till date already 1 month over and my problem is still same. Could you please help in getting my thing resolved. --- Tarun

                                  I tried to make a transactions from Atm but I received half money.. As per the bank rules I lodge an complain and I got a complain No. AT[protected] They advised me to wait for 7 working days what I did Later I received a message saying that your problem resolution is been done and complain is been closed but I yet not received my half money . They give me not refund my money Details Account no. [protected] Account holder:- hardik agravat Atm id :- ffbt[protected] Txn no. 3365 Date :- 06/06/14 Withdraw:- Rs 8000 but I get rs 4500 and I lost rs 3500 plz resolved my complain. .

                                    Myself Avinash Dandekar holding SBI credit card (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-7249) and using it over last six months. I have received telephone call on 18th April 2014 on my mobile no. [protected] on behalf of SBI offering discount card along with some gifts.The lady on phone introduced herself as Himani Sharma (contacted no.:- [protected]) from SBI and provided my card details like my name and account details etc. As I received SBI calls from random numbers I assume this was the genuine call as she provided my correct details. She offered the discount card with few gifts costing 6999/- which was suppose to be adjusted with my reward points and I did not have to pay. After some time I have received the OTP password on my mobile and I have also received the call asking the OTP password to process my card request. As person told me he has generated the OTP password for my account and it is required to process the card request with verification. Hence I have provided the same. After that I got the SMS from SBI mentioning the transaction of 6999/- made on my account. Hence I called the lady once again and she told me that amount shown on my account need not to be pay as it will be adjusted against my reward points. After few days when I did not received the so called card, I contacted SBI customer care. They told me it was Fraud call and they do not offer any discount card. Hence I told them to block my card immediately. They requested me to fill online dispute form and email to [protected]@sbi.com which I have sent on 24th April 2014. Since I did not received any reply from them I again sent the same dispute form on 29th April 2014 which was not delivered but bounce back to me after two days. After checking on Internet I found the given address was wrong and the correct address was [protected]@sbicard.com. So again on 2nd May 2014 I have sent the dispute form to [protected]@sbicard.com and [protected]@sbicard.com email addresses. Then on 8th May 2014, I have received email from SBI stating that investigation is completed. As per their investigation the made transactions are valid as they have been performed in a Secure Electronic Commerce environment and have been validated by my Card CVV and Date Of Birth over the Internet. Hence the liability for the transactions rests with cardholder. Since the card is on my name they are asking me make the above payment which I have never used. Kindly note that so far I have made all my payments which I have used on my SBI credit card before the due dates. But the above made transaction of 6999/- is not done by me and it is clear fraud transaction which was done online without my consent. I wanted to know how the person outside of SBI has generated OTP password for my account and also wanted to know how my personal card information is leak from SBI which was available to the person who is not from SBI. SBI customer care is forcing me to make this payment and also charging the late fees without giving any investigation details. It is very BAD experience and response with SBI customer care who are least bother to investigate this matter even after I declared that the mentioned disputed amount is not used by me. Since this is clear online Fraud transaction, I want SBI cards to reverse disputed amount on my account.                                     On 25/07/2018 I got a mobile call from SBI personal regarding my Credit card no [protected], the excess amount billed and regarding my pin.They asked some data which I told them, But after that I found an amount of Rs20, 800 spent from my card. Immediately I blocked the card.I don't understand how this happened .I am in tension .Pl.enqire and help me .Thanks
                                    My SBI credit card no [protected] was hacked on 25/07/2018 by Rs20, 800/ by som fraud .Pl.enquire and take suitable action .Thanks

                                      Hi, I have been connected with SBI Gold Credit Card for more than 4 Years. I requested SBI to transfer my excess amout to my ICICI personal bank account on 26 MAR 2014. SBI customer care executive taken my wrong account number and amount has been sent to some other account.

                                      I talk to SBI credit card customer care many times during this three months perion, they replied "We have credited your amount to account number which updated in system".

                                      I have a SBI ticket number and Chennai Branch Manager Name who taken-up this request:
                                      "SBI Manager Name: Venkat
                                      Ticket Number:[protected]
                                      Branch: Chennai".

                                      Hope my request will solve.

                                        Sir, On 12.6.14, an unknown caller identifying himself as SBI officer, as if authorised by SBI, for solving my problem with SBI, called me over his mobile no.[protected]related to Air-tel, Utterpradesh, east telecom sector).After collecting some details from me, from 11.25 pm. onwards he started debitting my SB a/c no.[protected] with SBI, Attingal branch (07017), kerala-695101-he debitted twelve times for making payments to various service providers( payees names are as found in 12 SMS received in my cell, when the criminal steals money from Atm)-DETAILS OF PAYMENTS: one payment to paytm.com, Noida, Rs.4000/, five payments each Rs.1900/ to Ccavenue.com/charg, five payments each Rs.1000/ to freecharge.com, Mumbai, & one payment of Rs.668/ to bookmyshow_PayU-- agragating to a total amount of Rs.19168/, drawing fradulantly using my SBI-Atm card number.All the said service providers were individually contacted by me.I received only one email mssge response from [protected]@paytm.com by one Mr.Rahul Bali, dt.16.6.14. informing me that the Paytm could answer either to the related Bank's request or to a cyber crime cell. Other 3 service providers never bothered to reply to my many requests...Will the SBI send messages on behalf of its affected customer to the said unauthorised beneficiaries about the Atm theft for recovering the unauthorised payments made to them by a criminal by looting the SBI a/c ?Already, the home branch was intimated twice, thanks for the kind service...
