I am complaining about sbi credit card collection team.

My Remote relative has not paid the credit card payment just because of some issue.

They actually taking all the Contact numbers from Telephone operator.

Its violation of the customer policy. How someone can pull customer's call details.

A boy from sbi credit card collection team, is continue calling me, my sister and some other relative. He is using very abusive and bad language. If we are ignoring, she call to our company director.

Is this the right way to collect payments.
I will prefer don't take sbi credit card. They just sale the credit card in every road, mall nd force to take credit card nd that time, they give very attractive scheme nd if any reason customer is not able to pay it for some months...

Then they treated like this...
Do you know - customer could be suicide?
I want to please some take hard steps towards that lady.

I had booked 2 bus tickets on 25 sept, 2021 for journey from Guwahati to Dergaon on 26 September 2021 at 8.45 am. I had cancelled my ticket on 25 september itself.
Total i had paid = ₹1113.00 and earned cash back ₹133.56
After cancellation i must get 1113.00- 133.56= ₹ 979.44.
Amazon issued the refund to bank with

I have ordered ADDA SENATE-4 SLIPPERS on 24/09/21.I recieved that product and I returned my product.Amazon intiated the refund on[protected] and it was expected to come on next 5 days.
Amazon gave me the reference id[protected].But The State Bank Of India has still not credited my money.

I had paid my fee of MAHARISHI DAYANAND UNIVERSIRTY of Rs.500/- through SBI Collect by scanning the code through Phonepe UPI. But the transaction is shown as failure with reference to DUH8345229 in SBI Collect. But the Amount got deducted from my account and I did not yet recieve a refund. The transaction was done on 7th october 2021. The UPI payment proof is attached alongside this complaint. This is very disappointing that there is no sign or notification regarding the thing from the side of SBI Collect and the money is deducted.

I was ordered a Wonderchef Appliances on 30 August 2021 and price of the product is Rs1349/-.My product order is[protected].

When i was received the product wad not similar as they shown on displayed or in their description, so that i was returned my product to Amazon and they pick my product on 07 sep 2021 and my payment refunded on 27 sep2021 in my bank .

It almost 10 days gone but i still not received my amount in my bank account .

I ordered an item on Amazon.in Order #[protected] on 25th August 2021 And due to an issue i returned the item for a refund on August 28 I returned the item And The refund was initiated I was informed i would receive my money by 5 to 6 business days but its almost 20+ days i haven't received my refund. Amazon has initiated my refund and marked it as refunded they sent me the reference id :[protected] But still i haven't received my money. The bank gives no help

Only Rs.500 denomination notes are available in ATMs at Lucknow. Notes of Smaller denominations, at least Rs.200 and Re 100 may also be made available

I had given a cheque of sbi to my home loan bank (Non sbi).
At first the cheque is cleared and the amount is debited from my account and after some time i got a message stating the cheque is dishonoured and it charged 177.00 and later another message from sbi stating your account is credited with cas corr pr chq reversal of withdrawl by cheque.
I dont understand what is all this for.
I had enough funds in my account.br...
