I have paid 10, 000 Rupees to the amazon pay balance for the bill payment of the credit card. But according to the new rule of RBI, I can't pay credit card bills from amazon pay balance. After that, I have requested amazon for a refund of my 10, 000 Rupees. After my request, they initiated my refund on[protected].
But still not received the money.
Please see the issue and please take the appropriate step.

    Mandate Charges

    Respected Sir/Ma’am,

    I am writing this to inform you that on 09/04/2021 my account ([protected]) got debited by Rs. 590/- in two transactions of Rs. 295 each against Mandate failure. I would further like to inform you that on 01/04/2021, my account balance was Rs. 22, 566/- (Copy of statement is attached)

    Sir,
    I have ordered a product from Amazon on date - 06.04.2021
    And the price of my product is - Rs.864.00.
    This is the order id[protected].
    I have placed return request and next day product picked up from my house on 13.04.2021
    Amazon initiated my refund amound on 13.04.2021 and the provided refund reference number[protected].
    Still the refund not credited in my SBI bank accound.

        I had bought a product named ' Grab Glassy Mini Folding Book Lamp ' from Amazon worth Rs.1099/ on 1 August, 2020. But later on it was returned back through Amazon & therefore, amount was to be refunded to my bank account. Although I continued to receive mail from Amazon that the amount has been refunded to my bank account but that was never reflected in my bank statement till date. The RRN (Refund Reference No.) for the same is 395990. Kindly get me back the refund amount of Rs.1099/- to my bank account to the earliest.

          Sir
          I have ordered a plum Green tea renewed clarity night gel on 6 April 2021 .But I have cancelled my product.
          Amazon intiated the refund on 8 april 2021 and it was expecected to come on 13 april 2021
          Amazon gave me the reference id : 401934 through phone call but the SBI bank has still not credited money in my account.
          This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

            I have ordered a msi gf63 laptop on 06/04/2021 in flipkart and cancelled it on the same date. This is the order id OD[protected]. But I have not received my refund still now.
            Flipkart initiated the refund on 06/04/2021 and it was expected to reflect on my account on 14/04/2021.
            Flipkart gave me the reference id 74332741097109659077636 for the the refund transaction initiated by them but the State Bank Of India bank has still not credited my money into my account.

                  I have opened a current account ( FCRA) in New Delhi Main Branch State bank of India. It took two months for them to open the account and now after everything is done, I cannot transfer my funds in to my local account. How annoying and time wasting this bank is. Their FCRA a staff ( private employees just recruited for opening account) they were very professional and swift, but the bank staff ( permanent employees) are very lethargic and unprofessional.
                  Their complaint redressal system is ridiculous, none of the phone numbers of the bank ever work.

                    Hi, I have done transaction on 14 Apr 2021 using CRED mobile application to pay my credit card bill. Amount of the transaction was Rs. 26, 700.

                    Payment was deducted from my Bank account but not credited at the other end.

                    It is 4th day and I have not even received any information about money refund.

                    Apart from this, please note that I made transaction on Apr 14 but in my Bank account statement it is showing date Apr 15, which is also indicating that there are many issues at the bank end.

                    Kindly resolve and credit money back into my account.

                      I had ordered a product named 'Posture Corrector for Men and Women' on 1 April, 2021 of amount Rs.329/-. The order ID is[protected]. The date of initiation of refund was 10 April, 2021. The Refund Reference No. is 556166.The Amazon status is showing this amount as 'refunded' as the processing was to be completed by 15 April by Amazon.Now today it's 17 April but still the amount of Rs.329 not been credited to my bank account.
                      Please help.

                        OTP is not receiving in International Mobile No.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I am living in Canada and using my Canadian mobile no. for internet banking. Since many months I am not getting OTP in my mobile. I tried even changing the mobile operator (all the relevant updation is done at branch SBI), but still not receiving OTP. I placed a complaint with Branch Manager, SBI Canada customer support etc. but still no results. Kindly do the needful.

                              Sir,
                              I have ordered a product(Order ID=[protected] worth RS 3499 from amazon on 7/4/2021.
                              I paid Rs 1948 from my 'Amazon Pay' and the remaining Rs 1551 from my Debit card.
                              Later I cancelled my order and I received the amount(Rs 1948) that i paid through 'Amazon Pay' on the same day but I haven't received the amount (Rs 1551) that I paid through Debit card.
                              When I contacted the Amazon they gave me a 'Refund Reference Number' (RRN = 574328) and said they had provided a refund from there side .
                              But, the response that I got from my SBI branch & SBI customer care was not at all satisfactory, They insist they could do nothing.
                              Please help me to get back my refund.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                I am writing on behalf of IDBI savings bank account holder: GUDIPATI SANDHYA who has tried to withdraw Rs.8000/- from SBI ATM which is located at Isnapur X Roads - Hyderabad. The transaction was completed, amount also debited but CASH NOT DISPENSED from the same ATM on 12th Mar'2021 - afternoon.
                                We are still waiting for the REFUND of this amount since 12.03.2021 - 25+ days over but havn't got any refund till date.

                                We have already visited IDBI Sangareddy and submitted paper complaint after 7 days and also paid challan amount for the further process advised by IDBI staff. Everyday we are chasing but not getting proper response from both the banks.

                                  I have ordered a product from Amazon of rupees 150 after applying discount rupees 142.5 on 8th April 2021 and cancelled the product on the same day because of delivery address. I have paid rupees 142.5 using my sbi debit card.
                                  I have cancelled the order but not received the refund yet and from Amazon side it is said that the refund has already been initiated on 9 April 2021with REFERENCE NO. 237095. But I haven't received the refund in my SBI account till today that is 16 April 2021.
                                  I have contacted SBI customer care regarding this but they have not give any solution.
                                  Please help me to refund this refund.
