On the date of 19 may 2020 i was trying to purchase an online course worth rs 11800 from made easy institute by paying through sbi netbanking.
Unfortunately the money got debited but the payment was unsuccessful with
Ref number/cheque no:[protected]igaiqfony8
Its been 12 days from then but the money is still not refunded in the source account.
I request you to please provide help regarding the same.

    On dated june-02-2020 in the night time at time betwwen 20:45 pm to 21:00pm in mangrol brach atm cdm machine my 50000 rs cash stuck in cdm machine. Moreover cash is not deposited in my account also slip is not getting by me from machine and after that machine shows cash deposited machine is not available now.

      This is ramesh suntwal.
      On[protected] i received a sms titled as bh-offers which had the following message body :
      Dear sb cr card customer, your reward points worth rs. 9128 has been expire tomorrow, kindly redeem your points in cash by click here: https://bit.ly/3aVKFZJ
      I clicked on the link and entered my card and phone details thinking that it was from sbi, after that, i received an otp from sbi which had the following message body :
      Rs.45, 585.00 spent on your sbi card ending with 2861 at raz*housingcom on 02/06/20. If this trxn. Wasn't done by you, click https://sbicard.com/DisputeRaise
      I received this otp twice today around 6 pm (On[protected] and after some time i noticed that a total of rs.91, 170 were deducted from my account in two phases of (Rs.45, 585+rs.45, 585). I received the remaining otp immediately after the first one. Though, i never shared any of those otps to anyone, still these unwanted transactions happened. Then, as soon as i realized this, i blocked my card.
      Sir, this is not a small mistake done as otp was not shared and still the transaction was done by somebody. I request you to take a strict action against this and help me get my money back.

        My name is indrani lahkar and i had ordered a cake tin of
        Creativities international. Nonstick heart shape tin, microwave safe cake pan of rs 255 amount in amazon on (Purchase date
        07-may-2020) i paid using net banking mode and after sometime i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on (19 may 2020 on which refund initiated) amazon initiated the amount by the mode which i paid but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (Refund reference #[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is ([protected])

          From my mother's sbi savings account amount of 12000\- has deducted with multiple transactions from last 2 months. Today we did en queried with bank about this fraud transactions and they are help less. Is there any way to complaint against this fraud transactions.

                Dear sbi,
                I have made the payment thru sbiepayment gateway for rs. 3780.00 for procuring the court fees thru gras. Mahakosh.gov.in on 23/05/20. Though the amount has been deducted from my account the grn was not issued. Consequently i could not generate the challan for the court fees. Ten days passed by but the amount was not reversed in my bank account. Neither any body is responding on the phone number. Pl help me out to get the amount

                  My name is mr. Himadri shikhar bagchi and i had ordered divya medhavati of rs 718 on amazon.in on 08/05/2020 and i canceled the order on 11th may due to personal reasons. After few days amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon had sent me the refund reference number that is 814956 on 15/05/2020. But till now the amount did not reflect in my account so amazon told me to fill charge dispute form but i did not find any such option on sbi. I tried to contact their online customer service center but they are not operating due to covid 19. So, please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected].

                        I placed an order in flipkart of amount 1467/-. First time it showed technical error so I thought payment was unsuccessful. So I did the payment again it showed successful and order was placed.
                        But when I checked my account it showed that the amount has been deducted twice. The technical error transaction has deducted the amount of 1467/-. And it's written ORTHPG 365287 FLIPKART MUMBAI. Please look into the matter.

                          I returned two products to flipkart of which one refund had credited and other did not. Flipkart refunded the amount for the returned product on[protected], but it has not been credited to my account. The refund reference number for the not credited amount is “cr2005111443474096723302”.

                            Hi, this is to inform you that on march 03, 2020 i went to sbi atm (Parparganj, opposite to press apartment) and withdrew rs. 5500/- but the machine was unable to dispense cash and the amount has been debited from my account. My account is in kotak mahindra bank. On the same day i raised a complaint in my bank they raised 3 complaints and all are get rejected, they requested sbi to give them cctv footage but sbi is not responding on that. I posted my issue on twitter also but i haven't get any resolution till yet. It's almost been 3 months and i am not getting any resolution from anywhere. Rs. 5500/- is not a small amount for me. I am done with there service. Both banks are putting me on hold but none of them are ready to help me.
                            I would request you to look in the said matter because i am completely losing my hope, also i registered a complaint in rbi but today i got the message that the complaint is closed but i haven't get any update from them. Even kotak mahindra bank is also not giving me any update. Sbi is doing nothing to resolve my issue there machine was faulty and they don't even share the footage.
                            Kindly help me out with this.

                            Which kind of appropriate information you want, I already mentioned my whole concern. Now what you are expecting me to elaborate you. Why you all testing my patience why you people are not able to resolve my issue. I am attaching a screen shot of that transaction which I made on March 03, 2020 and machine was unable to dispense cash. Kindly look into this.

                              Hello sir,

                              This is harsharaj borah, i wish to bring to your notice, a fraudulent transaction which took place form last few days, using my mother [dipali boro] sbi account. From 3 may till 21 may 2020 4600rs got debit from the account on the name of paytm and one97 communication, also we are not getting transaction notification sms. We came to know this when my mother visited the bank and print her passbook. When my mother come to know about these transactions, she blocked her atm card. My mother is not familiar with the internet, she had recently open a paytm acc on may 2 and done 1 transition of 4600rs. After due to unknown reason she got logged out of her acc, she thought as the work was done she don't need the paytm anymore, so she doesn't bother to log in again.

                              When i saw the passbook entries and noticed that, each transaction has mentioned othpg with some different serial no. When i search for othpg then i come to know that this is fraud transaction and others also complained about this.

                              The total debited amount is around 6800rs. I request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible and do the needful. I also attached the passbook entries

                                        I have received message many times since 18.05.2020, two messages daily at 9.58am &9.58pm, i havent used my card at any atm or swipe machines but received message saying

                                        Dear customer, your transaction declined at pos * has been declined due to insufficient fund in your account.

                                        Kindly tell me what exactly this message belongs to
