    A Fraudster did a fraud transaction in my sbi saving bank account which was earlier linked with google pay by me. But after fraud transaction I deregistered all UPI ids from my sbi bank account. Request you to please remove all other bank's upi id and vpi id if linked my bank account number.

    Please advise me what to do me now for s safe internate banking and doing online payment using UPI

    A FIR also registered in this regards.

      Whenever i enter my registration number on the provided sbi payment link (https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/sbclink/displaydirpaymentdetails.htm), i'm getting an error message - "please verify the data entered and try again."
      Today is 7th may and the payment is supposed to be made before 15th may 2020. Failing which, i won't be able to appear for the exam. I have verified my registration number many times and it is correct. I have attached screenshots of the issue and the registration number is available there. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible!

      On 11.12.2018 at about 12 pm some body called from phone numbers[protected] and [protected] and introduced as sbi manager, and asked for otp. I mistakenly shared the same the moment rs 9999/- deducted from my account. Kindly help me to recover the same.
      I informed same to sbi toll free number. My name is shobana and i an staying in godavarikhani, telangana state.

        Please help!!
        I have raised request through email regarding unreasonable finance charges in my statement which has been generated in 1st of may 2020. But have not got any response from your side, and also tried calling the helpline but those are not working.

        Now i am stuck, i need clarification on the charges.

        This one is clearly a fake reply I have not received any call from the State Bank side it's clearly misleading customers I want resolution either or I will not pay

          I having a savings account of SBI Jaykaypur branch.Rayagada This is to inform you that I have purchased saree from Radhika Textile rayagada for giving payment I used my debit card through swipe machine Rs.3700.Swipe machine A/c no. [protected].Tried two times link got failed. Then payment has done through phonepe by using other account on 15/02/20.
          After reaching home sms came 2 times amount was debited Rs.3700 x 2.After sometime sms came one transaction of Rs.3700 reversed. Another amount not came, Then I called merchant they told didn’t receive.
          I have waited for 10 days, after that raised the first complaint on 25/02/20 with ref no of [protected].
          On 13/03/20 SMS came to my mobile as your complaint has been attended to and closed after resolution. Hence the CMS complaint is closed. SBI said your amount was debited successfully. Then I asked the amount transfer to merchant or where. They told don't know.

          My question is without proper reason how sbi was closed my complaint?

          Also I called merchant, they said still not receive any amount from you.

          Then I raised second complaint on 17/03/20 with ref no of [protected].

          Many complaints raised but not getting any positive reply, 86 days are over still the amount was not credited to merchant or not reverse in to my account.

          So, please take the immediate action to refund my money with compensation of 86 days delay.

          Yesterday night 9:48 PM the amount of Rs.3700 received in my A/c.But not received any compensation amount.I want 100% compensation amout of Rs.3700.

            My last credit card bill was 33357 and I paid 34053 still they applied
            1350 as financee charges
            I paid 28500+5500 refund from Flipkart
            But they are not considering refund as payment this is unfair

              My name is aditya s and i had ordered unik brand nose mask-3ply disposable mouth masks 100pcs of rs 1539 in amazon on 20-mar-2020 and after 04-apr-2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. Add on 10-apr-2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 758530 and told me to fill dispute form but state bank of india dosen't have such policy. So please kindly response to this complaint it's urgent.                 Hi, today morning i've done payment for lalitha jewellery saving scheme through sbi collect using upi as payment method. The amount got debited which is 2500 but i see the transaction got failed. Can you please process the refund for the same as this is a lockdown situation i'm not able to contact sbi customer care.

                  I have recharged my number through sbi rewardz of total 600rs on 5/5/2020 for airtel mobile number [protected] which i had paid through 1178 reward points and 305rs account balance. After putting otp the page showed error and recharge failure but my points and account money has been deducted and yet no recharge or refund is given from sbi. And also on my rewardz transactions list it is not showing any deduction but my reward balance went from 1178 to 0.02 points. Please help

                    Sir, i have been charged rs 2950 from sbi for not submitting the rc book copy. I have never received a notification through phone, sms, or letter to copy the rc book copy. Even then, 2950 has been deducted from my credit account.
                    I request that i should inquire about it and get my money back.

                      The CSP KO- Mamata Dutta Sarkar is allegedly refusing to reimburse the amount of 500 that has been transferred to the bank amount and demanding a charge of 300 citing old passbook for those people. These are daily wage earners and the nearby branch is 25 kms far.
                      She and her husband are running a racket and needs to be addressed urgently

                          Money debited from account but cash not received from atm transaction on 29 february 2020 raised complaint in sbi customer service on 4th of march 2020 when refund was not initiated with complaint no [protected] but complaint was closed on 21 march 2020 stating that the transaction was successful and to enquire more on the branch but the branch advise to raise a new complaint, been running from one thing to another to sort out the issue but the solution doesn't seem possible to get the money that i have lost due to atm machine error

                            I am trying to make the payment for bpsc ae recuritment 2020 examination), the government website (http://onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in/) provides your link for online payment (https://www.onlinesbi.com/prelogin/icollecthome.htm?corpID=756305) but every time i try to enter the details like payment category and registration number and press submit. It gives me error "please verify the data entered and try again."

                            I verified from my end and all the information is correct.
                            Please repair your site. There will be many candidates trying to fill the details now so it's a huge problem.

                              I wish to bring to your notice, a fraudulent transaction which took place form last few days, using my sbi account. Small amount of[protected] rs got debited on 30/03/2020 from the account on the name of google, also i am not getting transaction notification sms. I am not familiar with the google & doesn't have a google account as well. And charging 23.60 charges unnecessary total amount rs 1203rs

                              The total debited amount is around 2700 rs. I request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible and do the needful.

                                I used sbi rewardz website to do a recharge of rs.49 on my airtel mobile number. I used 119 reward points i. E. Rs.29.75 and rest rs.19.25 from sbi debit card. Money got deducted from my debit card as well as reward points also got deducted. But recharge not done on my number. Moreover no transactions are showing in redeemed section of sbi rewardz. Kindly resolve.
                                I also sent the mail to customer support but no response yet.

                                  I'm a sbi cc holder... For the past 4years... Still now... I never paid late... Any dues...

                                  As per the regulation of rbi corona moratorium...

                                  They give relaxation for 3 months...
                                  But i didn't take that... I paid full amount...

                                  Due to continuous... Public holidays 3 days continuously... From bank... My payment is 3 days late to reach...

                                  Even though rbi give relaxation... I honor to pay... Didn't take that...

                                  They made heavy fine of more than 3k rs... Just for 5k rs 3 days late to reach... Also... Rbi relaxation...
                                  Is there any sense??

                                  Wtf

                                  I decided to close the card in one time settlement (Because some emi"s are going)... And contact them... They didn't respond for the past 15 days...

                                  Help me to through this card in dustbin...

                                  In my life... I never ever... Choose sbi card... Never recommend to any one...

                                        Cheating and forcefully compail to deposit payment and not hearing/ harrased.

                                        Few months back the representative from sbi cards had sold me the credit card in mall, Hisar Market.

                                        I received the card, but never used it. Then 1 day i received call from sbi credit card customer care for different offers like insurance and other stuff on card, i did not accept any offers.
