Hello,
2 (Two) complain sr. No:-conrc[protected] on 15/04/2020 and complain sr no:- conrc[protected] on 28/04/2020 after waited for 13 days for "refund of decline recharge of rs.379.00 for airtel mobile connection no:[protected] of lakshmi das" was raised to airtel customer care end on phone on 15/04/2020 and 28/04/2020, my wife, which recharge was done from my "phone pay a/c" using through payment gateway of my "airtel thanks mobile app" (Anirban dasgupta, airtel m. C. No[protected] was remain unattended still today.

After, completion of 13 working days (Including weekly off day), "no
Action" had been taken by airtel to refund the amount of rs.379.00 to my s. B. I a/c (No:-[protected]), ae market br., ae market, salt lake, kol-64, west bengal related to my "phone pay a/c".

Now, will you do something fruitful to refund back rs. 379.00 to my state bank of india a/c or i have raised this matter to tri greivance cell??

    Dear Sir,
    On 28th April, 2020 I made an online payment of Rs 400 for the application fee of Hyderabad University but the session expired while I was making a payment and I did not get the Payment Reference number. The money has been deducted from my account.I have not got any SMS or emails from the Payment Gateaway. I tried to open the page again and it still says that the session has expired Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

      A amount Rs 23.60 have deducted
      two time on[protected] from my sbi bank ac no [protected] .on dated 25april 2020, i haven't made any transaction from atm and bank however deducted total amount 47.20/- by sbi bank. Kindly humble request that refund my above amount .i am attaching screen shot of transaction and concern details are under.

      My sbi bank account is pmsp(paramilitary salary package).then also deducted charge for insuf bal pos decline charge 170320 while i haven't made any transaction on 25 apr 2020. Without making transaction on 25 apr 2020, sbi can't deduct any charge from my account.

          Dear sir,

          With reference to the above subject and with due respect, i, khitish chandra pattnaik, would like like to inform you that i am being charged wrongfully by you for a card

          Which is not even there with me physically. There was an error on your behalf because in spite of issuing me a bpcl card (For which i actually applied), you issued me a

          Sbi prime card out of nowhere. Then, i raised a complaint after i started getting messages from about amounts being due for that same card (Card ending 7763), to be

          Very precise, on 11/03/2020, i received a message claiming that rs.3539/- is due by me to pay to you. I immediately called the customer service helpline, told them the

          Above matter and they assured me that the above card had been cancelled and also gave me a service request no.[protected] dated 11/03/2020).

          Surprisingly, on 11/04.2020, i again got a message claiming rs.4401 is due by me to pay to you by 29/04/2020. I have since been trying to contact you (Several times)

          But due to this current situation, it did not happen.

          It is my request to you to kindly look into this matter immediately and cancel any such card (If there is any) because it is creating a lot of disturbance for me.

              FI txn @ csp outlet se 13/04/2020 ko ek baar 10 rupye or ek baar 10000 rupye nikle h. Ji ki outlet wale ne mujhe nhi diye hai. Paise mere account se kat chuke hai. Or csp wale ke pass nhi pahuche hai.

              Aapse nivedan h ki uchit karwahi kare.

                      My order was from nykaa for 3 products whose prices were rs 85, rs 188 and rs 950 respectively. The total amount for the order was rs 1223.

                      Refund was initiated for my cancelled order on 6th april, 2020.
                      Only rs 85 was credited to my account on 7th april, 2020.

                      I contacted nykaa numerous times and they stated that they have initiated a refund from their end and have provided me the arn no for their transactions.

                      Due to lockdown, i cannot contact sbi bank as they are not accepting any calls.

                      Following are my details:

                          I applied for an education loan through vidya lakshmi on april 14, 2020. I wasted almost an hour to fill out the form and submit. After dropping mails, tweets, and what not to sbi, i have been getting the same # templatized answers.
                          They are using covid-19 as an excuse for their lackadaisical approach towards such important services like study loans.

                          This is a matter of my admissions at one of the most prestigious colleges in india and the world. If i lose this admission due to this reason, i will make it my life mission to escalate this matter to the last level possible.

                          My loan status is "prima facie eligible" for all the three loans and following are the details:

                            I have a sbi saving account and its number is [protected] is, bank situated in jawahar road branch, city rajkot and state gujarat, bank ifsc code sbin0000463. I have inform you with regread, fraud translation done in account with my consent on dated[protected]. Bank has not send any otp in my phone number. I never share my debit card number and cvv number but some unknown and hackers done fraudulent transaction through my saving account and that's amount credited in facebook. Sbi transfer this amount to facebook without my consent, knowledge. This transaction done by unknown person, i. E. For hackers. I submit in complaint, sbi is not a sufficient care and security for fraudlent transaction there for i suffered monetary loss in my account. There for i file a this complaint and request to sbi return to amount in my account which fraudlent transaction done by unknown person and hacker. I hope and fully trust on sbi policy and bank will return to my money with in 7 days to received this complaint. If bank will not return my amount, i will file a consumer complaint against bank and facebook and unknown person whom this transaction done by fraudulent. I have a assure and trust on state bank of india and in future bank will return to my money through my bank account. Please consider this my complaint and take a necessary action against proper person and solve my problem at your level best, as early as possible.

                              Why they are deducting like this with the name of ER CITY CHARGES . What is this ER CITY CHARGES. I called SBI I didn't get good response.

                                Rs 500 is deducted from my account and message showing in statement as "fi txn @ csp outlet" i don't why this is deducted therefore i raised the complaint. Even i didn't get ant message regarding this deduction in my mobile phone.
                                Please revert my amount because i need money this time. Hopefully i will get my money as soon as possible.

                                  Respected sir, this is to inform you that i dnt hve any sbi credit card nor i received any credit card but on 18 april 2020 i got sms that ur sbi elite card has been dispatched n today i received a msg regarding monthly bill which totally shocked me as i had applied for sbi simple save card and dat too i dont received yet. This is totally fraud. Requested you to plz take this matter on priority basis and take immediate action on this. Registered mobile no is [protected].

                                        My name is nishant saharia and i had ordered an “apple ipad 7th generation 32 gb” of rs. 29900 in flipkart on 11/02/2020 via debit card emi and after 5 minutes i canceled this order due to personal reason. As i purchased it on debit card emi a loan was created to my bank account. And on that day only flipkart initiated the amount to my loan account[protected] but i still didn't get the money. Flipkart sent this reference number in[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number through which i purchased in emi [protected] (Card holder name : dipali barman)
