      Derar sir/ madam.
      My father and mother is having a locker in sfs, mansarovar branch jaipur (Rajasthan). My father passed away last year in may. Later on i went so many times in branch including today to add my name with my mother. But everytime they did not do anything, every time they gave me execuses. My mother is sick now days andit is very much mandatory to add my name with my mother in locker account. Also customer relationship is very much poor in this branch. Branch manager mr vineet sahay is not cooperating in any manner. Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis. I had bought of stamp paper as they suggested. Please do something on priority basis.

        I could not get an otp over mobile for an airtel recharge rs399 from around ist 20.30 (19/04/20) and 02.30 (20/04/20). Tried multiple times hourly. Was there any disruption of service during that period. Thanks in advance

        The complaint above is straightforward,. I was trying to recharge a mobile from airtel app, as i had done in previously, it goes through all the steps, i choose net banking and logged on to my sbi account and waited for a required otp to provide to airtel. The otp never came for about 10 min. Was there a system delay within that time frame?

          A refund of amount 224 rupees successful proceeds on 31/03/2020 to my sbi bank account by amazon.this amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now.but I have not receive the full amount til now.i have confirm with Amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.the refund reference no. 519890.

            The charges charged to my card ending - 2651

            This is regarding charges on my latest credit card statement,
            15/04/2020 fin charge on retail (Excl tax 345.03) debit 1, 916.82
            15/04/2020 fin charge on emd (Excl tax 616.61) debit 3, 425.60
            Igst db @ 18.00% debit 1, 376.72

            Please explain above charges. As per my knowledge i paid entire amount charged on march, 2020 statement. For your information i didn't requested any moratorium on my card.

            I tried your contact through your online form but it didn't work.

              I have raised compliant through toll free no and also through app credit card blocked since i lost the card two years back. I got mail confirmation also. Suddenly now i am getting messages and mails not able open statement since don't know the card no for charging amount and due to pay. Really it is disturbing me and got upset so much annoyed of this sbi card. Pleae help me get solve this issue. I have lost the card don't have details of the card also but having mail confirmation for card blocked two years back

                  My cash Strac in deposit machine at April/10/2020 time 12.55pm.
                  I was given complain to the branch manager mr Goutam and cash officer mr Bhimeshwar readdy they couldn’t give any response to me.

                      I have applied for a SBI credit card by March 2020 and i didnt received the card yet due to corona. But i have received a SBI Card payment for one time yearly premium. If i try to login to internet banking i need CVV & Card number to login. So i am unable to do the same.

                        Hello sir/mam, mera nam deepa soni hai, aur mera ek saving account number [protected], sbi chandala distt chhatarpur mp me hai. Maine apne pan card registration ke liye kaii bar internet banking ke through apply kiya hai aur kaii bar swayam branch me jakar written me 2-3 bar application bhi de aayi hu aur sath hi sath vahan ke branch manager ne bhi mujhse kaha tha ki aap pareshan na hon aapne application de di hai isliye aap ghar jaiye aapka kam ho jayega.
                        Lekin 7-8 mahine hone ke bad bhi abhi tak mera pan card mere sbi bank ke saving account se link nahin hua hai
                        Mai ad-hoc me pg college me ek assistance professor hun aur meri sarvice chandala branch se 300 km door hai lekin ab bank ne mera atm card bhi block kar diya hai, sath hi sath meri salary bhi ab mere account me pan card registered na hone se nahin aa pa rahi hai.
                        Isliye aapse nivedan hai ki app mera pan card mere sbi bank account se link karne me jald se jald sahayata karen..
                        Please help me..

                          Respected sir,
                          I kamal munjal, am a customer of sbi and my account no. Is [protected].in my account the bank put a lien amount without giving any reason. During the lockdown i cannot go to branch and my money i. E.10, 000 was on hold and facing financial problem in this lockdown period. I have no pending loans on my account. I mailed the branch manager so many times but they are not giving any response. Kindly resolve my issue.

Some fraudster has transferred amount from my sbi account to idfc first & itz cash bank accounts on 23 november 2019. I learnt about it through my sbi account statement. I registered a formal compliant with cyber crime cell, hyderabad (Telengana state), the details of sbi accounts and amounts withdrawn are as follows:-
