    I was having Public Provident Fund A/c No. [protected] with your bank at Ranchi branch which has been closed on 10/10/2019. The closing balance is Rs. 10, 84, 919.01 but you have paid Rs. 10, 82, 919.01 to me by bankers cheque No. 618902 dtd. 10/10/2019 deducting Rs. 2, 000.00 towards bank charges arbitrarily.

    I am not having a personal account with State Bank of India hence have asked you to do NEFT/RTGS but concerned person refused as it is not in practice hence not possible.

    The government of India / Reserve Bank of India is interested to promote more Electronic Fund trasnfer as it takes less time/energy and cutomers get credit on same day.

    My greivance is that please refund me Rs 2000 which you had deducted arbitrarily as bank charges.
    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I ordered a charger then i cancelled but amount is not reflected in my account and I use phone pe app to done the payment.

      My name is logesh and i had ordered sparx white sneakers in amazon on 18, july 2019 and i had cancelled that product fro personal reason. Amazon initiated amount to my card but still i didn't get the money. Amazon send this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond for this complaint it's very urgent. Thank you sir.

      My money has refunded from Amazon to bank and the reference code is#[protected].my money had strucked from bank.i need my money back.if IAM asking to bank.There was an irresponsible answer
      My account balance should be 10502 but my account balance is 2 only also showing 10500 has lien amount. I am not able to withdraw 10500. I am stay outside state I can not go to bank. So kindly resolve my problem
      I have transfer to other bank but other not credit and my account also not return back please credit my account ref by IMPS REF NO[protected] i have again again face big problem our net banking systems sir please credit urgent basis please credit my account sir always use net banking so many time server not work i request please credit rs, 15000

        Dear sir,
        This is reference to atm cash withdrawal.
        I am a sbi bank ac holder and i have an account in sbi.
        I have a sbi atm card. On 20.10.2019 at 17:05 hrs i withdrew rs. 20000/- @ sbi atm s1bb[protected] from my a/c on 200ct19 txn# 1005.
        I was surprised to find a torn rs. 500/- note nicely joined with with paper.
        I need your kind attention on this matter so that i can be compensated my hard earnings money.

          sbi bank employee transfer money from my sbi account without my permission

          I have ordered Samsung M30s mobile on 29th september.Order No:[protected]. I have paid through my SBI Mastercard.CARD No..[protected]
          Account number..[protected].and I have paid 11, 383/-...
          On Oct 2 nd order was cancelled...refund was not yet initiated..it been 20days till now...
          When I called amazon they said that refund was already initiated from our side ...on 2nd Oct itself...They have provided refund reference number...898969...
          I have contacted the bank with this refund reference number...but they had not responded well...even the bank statement does not showed the refund amount...
          So I plead you to solve the problem as early as possible..

            Yesterday on 20/10/19, about one lakh rupees have been stolen from my account any fraud person through upi, I have also lodged a complaint at the police station today, which photo I am attaching in this along with bank statement too.             I regret to inform that i am a retd. Scientist from the moe[censored] holding the above mentioned ppo. No. The pension was released on 14 september, 2019, but the ppo booklet was not been handed over to me by the bank. As a result i am unable to make my cghs card. I personally visited cppc, samridhi bhavan, kolkata on the 19th. Sept. The related official informed me that they have not received the same from the cpao, delhi. Delhi office saya taht they have despatched the same with the special seal authority no[protected]/11877850, diary no. Pn[protected] stny no. Cc16967a (E-ppo) dt. 14/08/2019. Pl look into the matter, so that i can get a copy of the ppo booklet.

              Dear sir,

              A refund of 439 rupees was successfully processed on 28 suptember 2019 to my account this amount should have been credited to my sbi account by till now.

              I have called the state bank of india customer service and aslo emailed the state bank of main branch all the details many times including unique transaction reference number but nobady has replied or resolve the problem. No action being taken.
              I have with confirmed with amazon and they successfully processed the refund.

              Kindly go through the charg dispute emails located the pending refund and follow the path bank to amazon payment processed to locate the refund..

                I am user of sbi bank.! Even when i am maintaining monthly balnace everytime every month money is alqays cutting from my account.! Today 23.56 rs one time it was cut and second also 23.56 was cut from my account.! I dont know what is the problem of these bank people.! Instaead of maintaining monthly balnace everytime my money is cut! I need to a solution to this please help

                    A refund of 2059 rupees was successfully processed on 10 oct 10 to my account through amazon txn id no 110003 but acct was insta acct ([protected]) so sbi staff (Industrial area rohtak) told me it is auto closed we can' t do anything even though kyc given to them so i had open new aact. This amount amazon told me amount gone to sbi and sbi told we unable to trace out. My new acct is [protected], pl should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                    I have called the state bank of india customer service and five times personally contact with the state bank of india home branch (Industrial area rohtak) manager but no response from his side.                         I bought a uc of 420 in pubg game with sbi account linked with paytm but i didn't got uc after money was successfully send. Either refund me same uc amount or refund me the money i paid for it.
                        Help me out.

                        To pay the money through upi bhim in pubg, i was directed to paytm to confirm the payment in 3 min. After i confirmed payment, i got back in game and it said your transaction is cancelled. I already paid from my account.

                        So you requested to refund me the amount or let me claim uc amount for which i made transaction.

                              Hello sir/madam,
                              I am r. S. Gavit from mirajgaon ahmednagar. I had applied for vehicle loan in bajaj finance at rashin, ahmednagar but couldn't paid 3rd emi on time so 1 day they people came and took my bike with them like a thief without informing me and auctioned it.. But the hell thing is since dec 2018 to aug 2019 sbi is charging amount for failed mandate txn by bajaj finance which is 295/-. Each month they debit amount 2 to 4 times. I don't understand what’s wrong with “sbi”.. Why they are charging this much for no reason. I request you to please refund my all debited amount as soon as possible and also give me clarification on this...

                                Sbi utr no:[protected] i had made payment from sbi saving account to my friend syndicate bank account. Through upi app (Phonepe).
                                The amount is deducted from my bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated, but my friend didn't get any mail or message of amount credited.
                                Please check and take it as high priority and resolve this as soon as possible.
