My name is pindi pavan kumar and i had ordered skybags of rs. Amount 3099 in amazon on 4/10/2019 and after 11/10/1997 i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 15/10/2019
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
525864 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected]

    Dear sir,
    My refund from amazon of RS 810 has been initiated by them on date[protected] and it should had been reflected to my account on[protected] but still not reflected .The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].

    Amazon is asking me to fill the charge dispute from with the help of SBI customer care but they also don't know how to do it .

    Please see to this matter as soon as possible.

      Sir amazon was refunded but amount not credited in my account.. My refund amount 199 rs. is pending at 14 oct 2019. Transaction no. is 501794. And i can contact to sbi customer care but they didn't help me. My account no. [protected] and my contact no. [protected]. I am waiting 9 to 10 days but no one can give responce and also amazon didn't help. So please sir help..

        Due to having an issue with the payment I contacted the bank and asked to cancel the transaction which was not done by me in the past 2017, but it wasn't stopped so I denied to make the payment as I did not do it. Later on, the interest was charged to me of 15000 whereas the credit limit of the card was 10000. Including the fraud charge and interest, now they are asking me to do 23000 for which I denied. I asked for the settlement in instalment at 10000 INR for 3 months, but they refused and asked to pay me in full which I couldn't. Even though it was not my fault, I was ready for the settlement but they started abusing me and contacted at My Work abusing to the Girls/Ladies works in HR team as well as HR manager. They approximately called around 80 times in 4 days which is humiliating. I again received a call from [protected] & [protected] started abusing and asked the HR team to terminate me, and the company did so. Now, again, they are contacting after 3 months abusing over the call for the payment. I had to go to a different company at half of the salary than what I was getting paid in the previous organisation. They keep adding interest and wish to pay me everything which I never used. I need help in this to get this done or else I might have to go to Court for the same on SBI as only they are sharing the information of the customers to the Recovery agents and allowing them to speak the abusive language. I had the card of ICICI, and they helped me to clear the dues in instalments

They even denied bluntly that they don't offer the details over the email which is totally wrong statement. It's been time I am waiting for it to arrive but yet to get. Please contact me ASAP as I need to submit to the another bank for the home loan purpose.

            I am getting calls from SBI Card, Gurugram everyday. Sometimes three times in a day even though I have filled up the unsubscription of the services. Even after asking them to not send any credit card, still I got a message from Sbi card that they are sending one. They issued me a complaint number also to stop any card from coming but still they are bothering me everyday to verify some personal information which I am really not okay to give. They force you in a situation where you have to reveal your personal data for them verify which I am seriously not willing to give. This is becoming a harassment now.

              On 22nd Oct 2019, I withdraw money from SBI ATM with following details which is made by me :

              Today 23th Oct 2019 I got 2 transaction alert messages from SBI about ATM withdrawal which i didn't make. Following are the details :

              Transaction Time (1st, 2nd) :- 23th Oct 2019 7:23 AM, 23th Oct 2019 7:29 AM
              Amount(1st, 2nd) :- 10000, 1000

              Transaction dated 23th Oct 2019 was not made by me or my family. I want my money back which got deducted.

                I am raju naskar working in bsnl as junior accounts officer, we have a corporate account in park street branch (Br. Code - 000150). Everyday i went bank regularly for depositing cheque approx amount 200 per day because bank newlly introduce a machine for cheque remittance, they stoped manually receiving.
                As usual today i also went to bank for cheque remittance but the machine was not working and we have to deposit lots of cheques. One official was with me, he curiously asked the chief manager (Santosh sah) when will the problem solve? That time i was not along with him and the matter was totally unknown. Suddenly the manager came to me and told me some unpleasant word like "you dont have any knowledge, i can't take the cheques, will i take the cheques in my mouth then put the cheques in my mouth, we will not receive any cheques please transfer your account, etc, etc."' there was a huge crowd coz yesterday's bank strike and manager was shouting on me like a # person i am. I feel very much insult. I know he is facing lots of pressure but he has understand that he is a chief manager and he has to face pressure.
                Is this sbi's customer policy to facing customer, if it was done by normal staff it can be tolerable but if it was done by the chief manager then it is not acceptable.

                  I am finding it difficultly in easily reaching customer support of sbi credit card department, if this is a case with educated people then imagine how difficult it is for a comman man to reach these banks customer care.

                  The website displays help with option like sms, phone, email however keyword to log a call back in sms is not available.

                  On phone is the person does not know credit card number he is not able to reach required customer care. Phone call doesn't directly connect with the person instead keep on asking questions which are not related to me

                    I am getting credit and debit alert messages for some sbi account that does not belong to me. Please take the action against the the account holder who has linked my mobile number to his/her account.

                    Details of the message:
                    Your a/c xxxxx062012 credited inr 1, 000.00 on 23/10/19 - deposited by cash by d at gcc. Avl bal 1, 115.71

                    Have also got few other messages, with some other account:
                    Your cc/od ac xxxxx301943 is irregular. Please contact branch manager. Ignore if paid.

                    I withdrew Rs.10, 000/- in CUB ATM at Thirunallar Road at Karaikal on 12.10.2019. Whereas, Rs. 20, 000/- has been debited from my S.B. account. Therefore, please the do the needful to credit my account with Rs.10, 000 which I have not withdrawn earlier.

                      At the outset, wouldlike to inform you that dont get into the trap of sbi for any credit cards.4 years back i opted the fbb credit card by the pressure of the big bazar agent, unfortunely i was trapped..

                      Even i have hdfc and axis credit cards, where they give good service i opted the same as the same is from a nationlised bank..

                      Intially around 2 years back 10, 000 rs of fraud transaction happened via mobile wallet, withour sharing the otp... The same has informed to the bank and there charge concluded saying that i have shared otp. For the last 12 years i am using credit cards, does anyone think that we are stupid enough to share the otp?

                      That didnt reversed, now i cleared all the dues of 82, 000 rs the sbi bill they generated included all transactions and cleared, now they have come up new bill to be for the interest

                      As everyone mentioned about sbi, to speak to there customer service executive we need to that much lucky enough, even they wont understand anything what we say... Inbetween they will disconnect the calls also..

                        My refund is not show in my account but amazon initiate my refund
                        Date of initiating tranjection is[protected]
                        I called customer care of amazon, that told me that your tranjection is started till[protected], it can be done on last date[protected].
                        But it's not done. So called again in the customer care of amazon. They still say me this your tranjection is initiating.
                        After I called customer care of SBI
                        THAT guy told me, in this case we don't do any thing this is problem of amazon .

                        The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].

                              I was having Public Provident Fund A/c No. [protected] with your bank at Ranchi branch which has been closed on 10/10/2019. The closing balance is Rs. 10, 84, 919.01 but you have paid Rs. 10, 82, 919.01 to me by bankers cheque No. 618902 dtd. 10/10/2019 deducting Rs. 2, 000.00 towards bank charges arbitrarily.

                              I am not having a personal account with State Bank of India hence have asked you to do NEFT/RTGS but concerned person refused as it is not in practice hence not possible.

                              The government of India / Reserve Bank of India is interested to promote more Electronic Fund trasnfer as it takes less time/energy and cutomers get credit on same day.

                              My greivance is that please refund me Rs 2000 which you had deducted arbitrarily as bank charges.

                                  This is reference to atm cash withdrawal.
                                  I am a sbi bank ac holder and i have an account in sbi.
                                  I have a sbi atm card. On 20.10.2019 at 17:05 hrs i withdrew rs. 20000/- @ sbi atm s1bb[protected] from my a/c on 200ct19 txn# 1005.
                                  I was surprised to find a torn rs. 500/- note nicely joined with with paper.
                                  I need your kind attention on this matter so that i can be compensated my hard earnings money.

                                    I have ordered Samsung M30s mobile on 29th september.Order No:[protected]. I have paid through my SBI Mastercard.CARD No..[protected]
                                    Account number..[protected].and I have paid 11, 383/-...
                                    On Oct 2 nd order was cancelled...refund was not yet initiated..it been 20days till now...
                                    When I called amazon they said that refund was already initiated from our side ...on 2nd Oct itself...They have provided refund reference number...898969...
                                    I have contacted the bank with this refund reference number...but they had not responded well...even the bank statement does not showed the refund amount...
                                    So I plead you to solve the problem as early as possible..
                                    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Refund from SBI have not initiated even after 20 days...since the order has canceled...Testing the patience of the customers
                                    I would like to notice that, i haven't received the scholarships though it has been
                                    credit by pfms.

                                      one lakh rupees have been stolen from bank account

                                      Yesterday on 20/10/19, about one lakh rupees have been stolen from my account any fraud person through upi, I have also lodged a complaint at the police station today, which photo I am attaching in this along with bank statement too. Please Help me in this, stop the thief's account or whatever you can do for me For which i will always be grateful to you
