Sir i gave my sbi clerk exam on 20 sept and i got only 64 marks in mains and i attempted 123 questions i am sure i did very well in the exam and i asked my friends they are facing the same problem.. They also get very poor scores and their attemptation is very good., i don't know hwy please look into the matter as soon as possible.. I am very depressed

    personal loan fine arr adjstmnt

    I have taken personal loan a/c no [protected] from sbi pachmarhi bank code - 01046. The emi is deducted on 1st of every month. There is not any delayed payment of emi. The bank is charging some amount i. E. Rs 7.84 in sep 19 and 85.12 in oct 19 fine arr adjstmnt causing stress on me. Request to stop unnecessary penal interest and credit the amount deducted wrongly....

    I had purchased a skybags school bag from amazon online shopping on 7 september 2019 and then i return and refund it on 9 september 2019. Few days later on 16 september 2019 a mail had come, which says that refund is done by a referral code but the amount is not credited in my bank account. So i think the amount is on a pending queue so please you kindly put your attention on that issue. It will be very helpful for me.

      I visited 'shivaji putla, malegaon (Mh)' branch (Ifsc code is sbin0018405) on 31st october 2019 at 3:15 pm.
      Mr. Praveen kumar at the cash counter behaved very rudely when asked to deposit cash in my account.
      The branch manager is a useless guy. Very irresponsible and equally dumb.
      We are not beggars to tolerate such a bad experience.
      I request sbi to counsel their staff on how to talk to customers.

      I opened saving account with SBI with Rs
      3000 as minimum balance. Post opening the account within days Investment Intermediate Rs
      295 started getting deducted & now my balance is only Rs 900

      Its highly taxing & a burden for a salaried person to loose such an amount of money

But they did not clarify me any details

            This is to inform you that a fraud has happened via phonepe application using qr code sent by vikash patel mobile number [protected]. This person was again and again sending me qr code to can i thought he was giving me payment as my friend told him to make payment to me but later on i checked my messages i found my money deducted from my sbi account.

            Transaction of rs 10000, rs 5000, rs 5000, rs 5000, rs 10000, rs 19760 were debited from my sbi account. Account number [protected] maintained at sansadiya soudha branch code 03702, total amount of rs 59760 was deducted from my sbi account.

            Bank reference number is[protected] for rs 10000 with transaction id p1910191525519495675145,

            Bank reference number[protected] for rs 5000 with transaction id p1910191528438878967002

            .

            Bank reference number is[protected] for rs 19768 with transaction id p1910191523479338967279

            This money was received by sudesh ramkumar kaushik. May be this is the person who has done online phonepe money transaction fraud with me.

            Please take necessary action and put the phone number and both person on fraud alert in you data base so that they can do fraud with other people. Please try to recover my money form such fraud person.

            Detail of fir is as follows

            One of my friend called me to accept payment from someone through phonepe application. The anonymous person named vikas patel having phone no [protected] had send me upi link on my whatsapp number [protected] to accept payment through phonepe app. Then he again and again sent me phonepe qr code which i assumed to have been sent to me for receiving multiple payments. I initially received rs 5000 into my citi bank account (account number [protected]) but then this amount got deducted and further my account got deducted by rs 19768 and rs 19786. The fraudulent told me that while returning this amount the transaction is getting failed and asked me to use different bank account. I used my sbi bank (account number [protected]) to accept payment but again rs 10000, rs 5000, rs 5000, rs 5000, rs 10000, rs 19760 were debited from my sbi account. I asked the caller to return me the money that he took from my account but instead of returning me the money he was sending me phonepe qr code to accept payment. On my objection to do any transaction through phonepe qr code he disconnected the call and switched off his mobile phone. It is my humble request that total amount of rs 59760 (sbi account) maintained at sansadiya soudha branch code 03702 and citi bank account number [protected] amount totaling to rs 44536 may please be recovered and credited to my respective accounts.

              I had applied (Application no.[protected] for sbi prime credit card (Mastercard variant) and clearly stated to the executive that i want only the mastercard variant. However, they wrongly processed for visa card which i came to during the two verification calls. The executive in this call asked me to contact customer care.

              So i immediately called the customer care (Interaction id - 1-[protected]) and requested them that wrong card is being processed. He said that nothing can be done now and i will have to cancel my application. I asked him to do that.

              Despite this, the application was not cancelled. So i again called the customer care (Interaction id - 1-[protected]) to cancel the application. Again my request was taken down but the application was still not stopped.

              Next i mailed to the customer care and they replied that my request has been taken down and they will look into it. I mailed them atleast 5-6 times (Interaction ids - 1-[protected], 1-[protected]) and even escalated the issue to the nodal officer.

              Despite, so many attempts to cancel and request for the right card, they despatched the wrong credit card to my residential address. I am still continuing to pursue them to either surrender the card or send the right card.

              I am stuck with the wrong card now and this card has annual fees. If i disagree to pay the fees they will harrass me with their collection agents. Please help.

                The undersigned is national secretary of employees association at ivri, bareilly where this branch of sbi is running its business. It came to the notice that loan processing officer of the branch is reluctant to process loans of employees of ivri. To find out the same the undersigned applied for a personal loan amounting rs 250000 saying that it is required for purchasing in duntarus festival. Even after repeated request to the dealing hand the personal loan application was not processed in time. Only few times in life lone is required and if it is not processed in time for such a mature costumer of the branch whose account is in the branch for past 35 years and is secretary of the employees association then the service to the rest innocent employees may be worse. This shows that the services of the sbi group are disgusting for the employees whose pay and pension account is dealt by the branch and is the prime sourse of earnings of the branch.
                Now it is requested that:
                1. My application for loan and the process may please be cancelled immideatly.
                2. The my money spend in the process may immideatly be transferred to my account.
                3. A stern action like transfer of the concerned officer out of the branch with some panality may be done.
                If the above is not done in 15 day of time then there will be mass closure of accounts from the branch and large chunk of costumes will be lost by the branch and simultaneously the matter may be feffered to chairman sbi and cbi for further investigation in the matter as the employees of ivri are much agetated about the matter.

                  Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort.                     I have transferred My A/C from SBI Kalyani Branch to SBI Prafulla kanan Branch 3 years ago but my CIF has not been transferred yet. As a result of which I am not able to properly operate my account and moreover I am unable to re-issue any ATM card which is already expired 2 years back. I have sent request to Kalyani Branch [Code 1082]via e-mail. Please look into my request and do the needful at the earliest so that I can continue my relationship with SBI without any issue.

                      A refund of 549rupees and 439rupees was successfully processed on 11th of october 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                      Kindly locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                      My compalint has not been resolved and yet it has been marked as resolved.I am really disappointed regarding this consumer complaint platform if the problems are just mere in addition of there non solvable problems.I would really appreciate if the tendency of maintaining the service centered relation and problem solving approach of the state

                          Sir I made 10 transactions on 15th Oct. Out of 10 transactions 7 transaction was successful but 3 transactions of total rs 15000 were unsuccessful.                             I am parmanand naik having account in SBI branch(rajpal complex sendhwa branch code 10798, account number [protected]).
                            This is regarding unauthorised transaction held from my account. This happened on 04/June/2019 between 11:00 am to 01:00pm.I received messages of cash withdrawal from my account but on the same time I was at home and my debit/ATM card with me.
                            Total ammount deducted from my account is ninty seven thousand(97, 000), that happened through six transaction.
                            I never shared my card details and OTP to anyone. And also I never received any fake calls.

                                I am holding SBI account number: [protected]. I booked a ticket on Oct 23 for 364.26 Euro. The online conversion rate was 78.70 INR for 1 EUR. But bank charged 29, 437.56 Rupees. I enquired branch manager regarding this. He told me conversion rate is different from online site and bank side. Later I was informed that the rate was 80.32 INR for 1 EUR. If the rate is 80.32 then 29.257.36 INR should be charged. But still they charged 200 Rupees extra from my account and no explanation regarding this issue. Please take this complain to SBI Head Office and resolve my issue. Thank you

                                  I ordered one item from Amazon on 3rd October'19 & it was a headphone but i didn't receive the product & it got returned back to seller. Now when it came to my refund as i did an online payment for that, Amazon is saying that they have initiated the refund on 9th October'19 & they said that the amount will be credited within 4-5 business days. But till now i am facing the problem for my own money as the amount which was "Rs.999" has been not reflected in my account.
                                  I contacted Amazon customer support several times so they said that they had initiated the refund on 9th October & it will be credited within 4-5 days.

                                  When i complained regarding that so they gave me 'REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER - 911818' regarding my refund & asked me to contact my bank.

                                  I contacted my bank customer support also several times & they said that they can't provide any information regarding that.I told them that Amazon has given me Refund Reference number but again they said that Amazon is a third party app so they can't help me.
                                  Now the final way to get back my money after such incidents, Amazon told me to file a Charge Dispute Form against my bank as till now my money is not credited in my bank account.

                                  I was going to fill the same form but before that u thought to file a complain here first.

                                  If i don't get my money back then i will definitely fill Charge Dispute Form against the bank as i have left with no other option.

                                  I'm so frustrated now. Really !

                                    I ordered in amzon but i return this product and i want my refund but afterv1 month did not get my money when i call amazon then amazon said that they refund my money but my account not credited
                                    When i went in bank they said that amzon did not refund the money
                                    After 1 month i did not get my money
                                    Sir please help me i want my refund as soon as possible
                                    Please help me
