My name is d. Naveen and i had ordered watch of rs.530skemi digital analog watch in amazon on 15/9/2019 and after i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 15/09/2019
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

On dt.27/09/2019, I had an transaction with amazon.in of Rs.19800 through EMI system SBI net banking.I cancelled the order, for which the seller amazon.in has refunded an amount of Rs.18290 vide refund ref. no- IN[protected] on dt.30/09/2019.But till now the amount has not been credited in my loan account no-[protected].

please find the enclosed herewith the data attached above.
Sir I made 10 transactions on 15th Oct. Out of 10 transactions 7 transaction was successful but 3 transactions of total rs 15000 were unsuccessful. Sir 15000 rs is deducted from my bank account and is not reached to another account.. Please help sir my phone no.is [protected]

    State Bank Of India [Sbi] — unauthorised transaction

    I am parmanand naik having account in SBI branch(rajpal complex sendhwa branch code 10798, account number [protected]).
    This is regarding unauthorised transaction held from my account. This happened on 04/June/2019 between 11:00 am to 01:00pm.I received messages of cash withdrawal from my account but on the same time I was at home and my debit/ATM card with me.
    Total ammount deducted from my account is ninty seven thousand(97, 000), that happened through six transaction.
    I never shared my card details and OTP to anyone. And also I never received any fake calls.

      On 22-Feb-2019, 147.50 amount was debit from my a/c for the ATM yearly fee. As this ATM was not having a chip so it got deactivated after March/April and after that, I have not received any ATM till now. it's more than 7th months.

        I am holding SBI account number: [protected]. I booked a ticket on Oct 23 for 364.26 Euro. The online conversion rate was 78.70 INR for 1 EUR. But bank charged 29, 437.56 Rupees. I enquired branch manager regarding this. He told me conversion rate is different from online site and bank side. Later I was informed that the rate was 80.32 INR for 1 EUR. If the rate is 80.32 then 29.257.36 INR should be charged. But still they charged 200 Rupees extra from my account and no explanation regarding this issue. Please take this complain to SBI Head Office and resolve my issue. Thank you

          I ordered one item from Amazon on 3rd October'19 & it was a headphone but i didn't receive the product & it got returned back to seller. Now when it came to my refund as i did an online payment for that, Amazon is saying that they have initiated the refund on 9th October'19 & they said that the amount will be credited within 4-5 business days. But till now i am facing the problem for my own money as the amount which was "Rs.999" has been not reflected in my account.
          I contacted Amazon customer support several times so they said that they had initiated the refund on 9th October & it will be credited within 4-5 days.

          When i complained regarding that so they gave me 'REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER - 911818' regarding my refund & asked me to contact my bank.

          I contacted my bank customer support also several times & they said that they can't provide any information regarding that.I told them that Amazon has given me Refund Reference number but again they said that Amazon is a third party app so they can't help me.
          Now the final way to get back my money after such incidents, Amazon told me to file a Charge Dispute Form against my bank as till now my money is not credited in my bank account.

          I was going to fill the same form but before that u thought to file a complain here first.

          If i don't get my money back then i will definitely fill Charge Dispute Form against the bank as i have left with no other option.

          I'm so frustrated now. Really !

                I am using a sbi acvount for the last 10yrs. I dont know why for the last few days its showing your account has been blocked even when i used my card for transaction its showing inoperative account which means its not in use for more than two years but its my salary account. Now i even cant withdraw nor can i transfer. Very much disappointed with service for account no.[protected] with sbi ongc colony branch agartala with registerd mobile no.[protected]. Want a fast solution as its an active account and its harrasing me like anything

                  I ordered a sweatshirt from amazon but i returned it because of size matter, so amazon has to refund but still it did not credited to my account. I had chats with amazon and state bank of india. Amazon told me that we have initiated your refund from 18 oct. And they also provided me reference number which they got from sbi. But i talked to sbi and they are telling me that we do not know about this and we are not able to tell you this information.
                  I am a student and 500 rupees is important to me so i want it back so please help me out sir/madam.

                    I have requested to my SBI bank to link aadhaar to my bank account. It is not activated yet in NPCI mapper.

                    I approached my LPG dealer they have advised me to approach Bank
                    I approach NPCI they advised me to approach Bank.

                    I could not get any result till today.

                          Hi team,

                          I want to bring your attention towards the frauds which is doing by the sbi credit card department to their customers.

                          In 2016 a sbi credit card was issued to me that i complaint to close it due to wrong commitments. There was no due on it and it was closed.

                          In 2019 sbi credit card department issued me another card without my concern even i was not aware of it.

                          I came to know about this card when i was checking my cibil score in first week of october which is showing 632 that used to be 850+ when i check in details it showing me two credit card one was close in 2016 only and another was issued on jan 2019 of which even i am not aware of showing outstanding of 3400 around.

                          I complaint about it they told me that it was may be by mistake they ask me for 5 days tat to resolve this issue and raise a request to correct my cibil score.

                          After multiple followup its been around 1 month but nothing has happen.

                          I have talk more than 10 employees of sbi credit card including nodal officer, principal nodal officer, mangers, supervisor, and executives no one is ready to take action on those greedy employees and even not correct my cibil score they are just ignoring my complaints and emails.

                          You are the last option where i can escalate.in the upcoming months i want to take big loan and with this cibil i am not able to take this please help me in this.

                            A refund of 299 rupees was successfully processed on 30 september, 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now. I have called the state bank of india customer service and also visited the state bank of india main branch including the unique reference number, but nobody resolved my problem, no action being taken. I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund. Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                              In last month i done my adhar linking kyc in sbi, miskin tank branch, bhandara. I don't know what is the issue, but till they are not updating my adhar to the bank. Their answer is they linked with bank account but npci not updated it. I want clarification and solution on it, and need to link my adhar with bank account.

                                I ordered a bajaj pluto 500-watt mixer grinder. I pay 1638.00 to amazon and amazon give me refund reference number #74332749290928976799574 date - 17/10/2019. He tell memy money refund my bank accound 3-5 day and he said i contact my bank customer care and said refund reference number he help you but my bank customer care not help me and not retun my money plese help me sir.

                                  Hello sir/madam,

                                  I had received an email from sbi advising me that old magnetic strip cards will be deactivated and hence need to apply for electronic chip debit cards with improved security features.

                                  Since i was using my first debit card (Issued at the time i opened my salary account in sbi in the year 2006 and it had no expiry date), i applied for a replacement card at my home branch and got my card replaced. However, i realised that rs.345/- has been debited from my savings account on 2nd sep'17 with a description "debit trf to atm card replacement charges."

                                  I was never advised of this charge (Neither at the branch, nor in the email) moreover, this was not a replacement card requested due to my previous card being lost/damaged. I applied for the card as per sbi's advise to avoid being in a situation where my card is deactivated and i have no option to withdraw cash/make payments using my debit card.

                                  Most of the debit cards expire in 5 yrs and a replacement card is issued free of cost by the banks (Only annual maintenance fee is charged as applicable).

                                  I believe it is unfair to charge me 345inr for replacement card when it is my first replacement in the last 11 years and this was only initiated because of an email received from sbi advising "all magnetic strip debit cards would be deactivated"

                                  Can you please help in reversing the charge?

                                  I also tried contacting customer care on[protected] today (An hour ago) and the representative anup advised me that all replacement cards are charged and that's the only information he has. He denied to get a supervisor online and provided me this email address to contact: gm. [protected]@sbi.co.in.

                                  I had sent the above email on 18th sep'17 but got no response. I wasn't aware of this forum back then. So i had given up.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I have been issued a credit credit from the state bank of india and the card number being [protected], and i have been facing continuous harassment from the state bank of india regarding the credit card payment to be made which is due for than the prescribed time. I have been facing some issues in my business and i have further requested them that i will deposit the amount with them in the next following month but still they are not behaving professionally and has abused as well. They have called my relatives by taking the number from the facebook and now harassing them as well.

                                      I have taken a home loan from sbi, kormangala branch.
                                      Loan has been disbursed. But then, they have forcefully added a property insurance one time premium of around 70, 000 thousand rupees to the total loan sanctioned amount.

                                      Also they didn't mention this property insurance thing upfront. Once i filled the loan documents, they pitched this property insurance as life insurance cover and later only i came to know that it's a property isurance not life insurance.
                                      I had spoken to the branch manager, but then of no help.

                                      Now i need help of how i can make the bank to remove this property insurance from my home loan account.

                                        A refund of 1208 rupees was successfully processed on 19.10.2019 to my bank account by myntra. The amount should have been credited to my account by now but it has not credited till now.
                                        I contacted with myntra customer support they said to canctact the bank customer support as they have already initiated the refund.
                                        Then i called sbi customer support but could not get any help. The refrence number of transaction is 30001092929282189144079.
                                        Kindly go through the charge dispute email, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to myntra's payment processor to locate the refund.
