I have lost job and not keeping well for few months now, hence missed the payment couple of months. This recision is getting worse. Hence i am asking for a settlement with bank and there is no proper response from the bank side apart from asking us to give our contact number so that they can reach. My question can you explain in that email what can be done so that we will reach out to bank and clear it out.

Instead making call to us back to back will it help you? Being daignoised from blood plessure what if get a stroke or die on the stop, will you be responsbile for it?

The way you people treat is atrocious.

    Dear sir

    A refund of 3597.13 and 91.96 rupees was successfully processed on 05 october 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.
    Refund reference no 493399
    I contact many times state bank customer care but nobody resolve my problems.

      I settled my card on 22/03/2019, the last repayment amount was rs.4820 through check. Due to some account related issue some amount was deducted from emi amount and the amount not deducted from bank to sbi card. But i received a sms that sbi card payment done, it reflect on sbi card apps statement. But when i checked my bank accounts the amount was not deducted.
      After that i filled the full amount to my account but the don't reattempt for payment, no information from sbi end that the emi not deducted. The i forward a mail to sbi and they ask to pay online & i did the same. Now the send the statement regarding payment & ask to pay outstanding amount. Mailed for settlement bit no replay till today. Please suggest what to do.

        payment amount deducted twice

        Sir i made a payment for an appication for a college form for rs 2000 as on 23 rd cotober but the same has been deducted twice from my account. Kindly guide me through the procedure for geting the refund for the excess amount so deducted from the account. The application was for the insitite iift, delhi and the 2 acknowledgement number for the deduction of the amount are othpg[protected] and othpg[protected]...

        Hello sir/madam,

        I am pravinkumar patil from vadodara, gj. I have closed my bajaj fin loan and received noc also. Today and since last 04 months sbi is charging amount for failed mandate txn by bajaj finance which is 295/-. When i talked to bank they said it has deducted by bajaj fin. When i emailed to bajaj fin they said they are not deducting any amount as loan a/c is already closed. As per bajajfin the amount is deducted by bank. Sbi has deducted 07 times rs.295/- from my account in last 4-5 months. I request you to please refund my all debited amount as soon as possible and also give me clarification on this...

        Or else i will prefer to switch to any other bank.

            Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, rs.750 has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

              I received sbi elite card after all requisite verification about my salary and antecedents. Iwas promptly been charged annual fee of 5000 rs. I have been paying all dues before time and there is nothing outstanding but suddenly i receive a message stating that i was mistakenly given rs 500000 credit limit which was reduced to 100000 with immediate effect without consulting me. This is high handed ness which is not acceptable at any cost and amounts to breach of trust. I kindly request to take stern actions in this regard.

                I am a retired railway employee, ppo no. (New) [protected], drawing my pension from sbi /nacharam branch hyderabad a/c/no, [protected]. My "fixed medical allowance"was sanctioned by [censored]ao/sr. Dfm/nagpuron 19/08/2016 and again i requested for a fresh sanctioned as my fma was not credited after many requeste to concern sbi officials and the fresh sanctioned on 06/05/2019 by sr. Dfm/[censored]ao navi mumbai. But no fma is credited till now. On 04/10/2019 i have received a letter from sbi/cppc hyderabad in which it is mentioned that a mail was sent to sbi/cppc mumbai to send the fma sanctioned letter to enable for payment the same. Sir, it is a long pending issue as i am corresponding since 3 years. It very unfourtunate, even after sanction of my fma not paid till date. I request to send a representative to sbi/cppc navi mumbai to get the letter and make payment with arrears from19/08/2016 total amounting about 40, 000. Sir, further delay may cause much pain for my medical expendatures. Again i request you to settle my long pending issue at an early date, for which i shall be very thankful.

                  A refund of rs.321 was successfully issued on sep 3, 2019 and received by the bank on sep 13, 2019, sent by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                  I have called the state bank of india customer service, visited my branch and also emailed the state bank of india all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but no action has been taken.

                  I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                  Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                    My name is arghya pratim saha. I recently ordered through amazon.. And paid it by upi id [protected]@ybl through sbi bank from phonepe app. Cancelled this order later and amazon initiated refund but it is not credited in my account till now. Amazon told me to file charge dispute but my bank doesn't have this facility. So sir urgently look in to this matter and process my refund in my account.                       I have purchased an item on 14th october 2019 from amazon by online transaction using my sbi bank account. But for any reason my item has been cancelled and the refund was initiated from amazon on 19th october 2019 and the refund reference is #[protected].
                      But i didn't receive my refundable money in my bank account yet.
                      Please help me.

                        I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my sbi credit card before closing my credit card. Issue for noc and update the cibil report. When i called sbi customer care for issue noc & no dues certificate, every time they are saying that, noc will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week.
                        As of now i did not receive such letter or communication from their end. It became very difficult thing for me because settled reflecting in my cibil report and my cibil scor has also decreasing due to this settled amount.
                        When i had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide noc & no dues certificate to me.
                        Please do the needful..

                            Sir i went few days before in sbi bank shantipuram branch to update my passbook but the sbi passbook printing machine was not working. tommorow is friday 26 october 2019 please resolve the issue till tommorow because on saturday and sunday sbi will be closed. this is a humble request.one more problem is that it sometimes goes offline this issue should also be resolved.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I am prachusya Dihingia customer of state bank of india, hold a savings account in your Dhemaji branch sinch 22/8/2019.I had requested to unblock withdrawal facility of my account, since I am unable to withdraw money from my account, I am only allowed to deposit in it .

                              I was promise that the same would be completed after 2 to 3 days .But till today I have been visiting the branch daily and none of the employee wants to help me, instead they behave very rudely and give a negative response.They told that the documents that are uploaded are pending and CIF not scrutinize at LCPC .
                              I am sad to say that I couldn't withdraw money from my own account and there has been no action taken till date .I requested you to look into my case and help me .

And on 03/10/2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still did not get the amount. Amazon sent this REFERENCE Number: #260445 and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india branch does not have such policy. I had contacted SBI customer care and my SBI branch but no use. So please kindly respond to this complaint.

                                    Hi,

                                    I am getting this frequent calls from a lady operating out of Begumpet, Hyderabad stating that she is calling on behalf of SBI and that I have due to be paid back to SBI. I am not a customer of SBI in any ways. The first call she made was by offering a credit card. She hardly could pronounce my name by which I knew this was a fake call. I was little stern on the call for the kind of mental harassment your employees have been giving. This lady happened to call up again from another number, this time stating I owe money to SBI. She also used incorrect language and had no fear or regret for for what she is speaking. If you are a bank who is interested in progressing and increase a customer base, then have a goodwill created. Please recruit people who know the worth of jobs and have a heart to train them in dealing with the customers. Please take an action on this lady for she definitely does not know how to talk to customers. She did not have the guts to reveal her name. I have sharing here the numbers from which I got the calls.
