credit card noc letter not received and card status

As on 30.9.19 i paid my credit card payment and inform customer care center to block my card and sent me NOC certificate on my residential address but till date i have not received any NOC letter from sbi bank as customer care told me that it will be received within 10 working from call date Card no 5172xxxxxxxx4211 mobile no [protected] kindly please provide cancellation of credit card...

I had talk with sbi customer executive regarding refund which was successfully processed by Amazon on 13/10/2019.
I provided them reference number also but they are not helping me.
I doubled confirm to Amazon, they successfully refunded the transaction but in my bank account it is not showing.

The payment was of 258.74rs
So help me out regarding this.

    Refund of 6 online transactions made on Amazon has not been received in my account.
    Amazon has confirmed that they have refunded the amount to the bank.
    There were 2 main transactions amounting to rs 3080.66 made on 2 -10-19 and rs 2896.20 made on 3-10-19.
    Amazon has issued refund reference for both of main 2 orders . They are

    I also contacted SBI customer care but they were of no help
    Please credit the amount into my account as soon as possible

      I got a message that Rs 1180 are debited from my account and transferred to INVESTMENT INTERMEDI, while I am having no clue about that and even when I contacted the branch that holds my account they are saying that "I have given my information to someone that is why the money is being deducted", well that is surely not the case . When I asked about the solution for this they said nothing can be done, what kind of response is that.

        A refund of 7999 rupees was successfully to my account by amazone processed through refund reference on 11 october 2019. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

        I have called the state bank of india customer service and refund reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

        Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

          A refund of 499.00 rupees was successfully processed on[protected] to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

          I have called the state bank of india customer service but not get any help.

          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund reference # 249237

          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                I even can't contact customer care beacuse I don't have a card no also.

                  Once I applied for SBI credit card but I never received it. After so many days policybazaar.com and other service providers like bankbazar.com are repeatedly calling me and intimating that my CIBIL score is declining as I have a SBI credit card ending with xxxx4557 and it has been issued to me on[protected]. The outstanding dues on this card is now 1.13 lac rupees.

                  Please clarify how these people get so much of details that even I am not aware about. Please check if really any SBI credit card is associated on my name.

                      I have opened Jan dhan account saying no charges will apply, now on every 5 th transaction onwards account debited with 17.70 rs.
                      Specially no SMS received of debiting this 17.70 rs.
                      When I called to customer care saying this is our rule and due to technical problem you might not recieved sms...I have done 47 transaction from last 2 months so from 47 transaction SBI having the technical issue of not sending SMS.
                      This is just an excuse of to fool common people.
                      Now 47 transactions charges money is in SBI pocket.
                      Stop fooling people.

                        As i have done a transaction from amazon and sucess but i canceled it so there was refund amount initiated but amount has not been credited in my account till date and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them contact branch for complain, they put an ip from there side whenever branch contact to the department they said today will credit it but still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute. Please look into the matter at the earliest.

                          Hi Sir,

                          We have provided following details/facts against the case to notify SBI bank branch Shalimar Garden, for my complaint.

                          1. Reported F.I.R for Money worth approx. 80070 INR, Transacted from my bank account in Sahibabad Police Station on date 18-Dec-2018.
                          2. The written copy of F.I.R is then forwarded to the Bank both by me and Office In-charge from Police Station.
                          3. I have also lodged a complaint at SBI (CMS) Saurabh Mandal at 19:18 PM on date 18-Dec-2018.
                          4. The money was withdrawn from Arbindo Marg & Hauj Khas A.T.M as detailed by SBI Brach official at
                          Shalimar Garden Branch. But this money was not withdrawn by me. I am not sure how this transaction has been done, I was at home during that time and A.T.M was with me (how the A.T.M was replicated, to my suspicion).
                          5. This is a fraudulent transaction as none of the belongings from Bank such as Cheque book, A.T.M etc., none was used by me.
                          6. I have requested bank to actually cross check how this transaction happened, as this may happen to
                          anybody. It is my humble request to please revert the amount 80070 INR deducted from my
                          Account no.[protected] earliest. As the bank is not helping/supporting me much, after stated details. This has already taken 10 months now after stating all these facts to bank.
                          7. I have lodged a complaint with complaint no. [protected] to RBI ombudsmen on 3-Sept-2019, but to my astonishment the complaint is still with the Entity, i.e SBI and no action is yet taken against my request, Already 45 days now with RBI ombudsman.

                          Requesting to please help me close my compalint earliest and provide me the amount transacted from my bank account of Rs 80070.

                              Bank charge me rc non submission charges rs 5900. Two instalments 2950 each in may and june month.. Bank ddnt told me about rc submission when i took loan. Yes there was a coloum in which it menssioned rc should submit but time not mentioned. The branch manager ddnt gave time to read whole paper. Despite this he sent me toin a cabin where a girl asked to fill credit card form. After this i went to manager cabin he said loan is ready sign here fast ddnt gave time to read. He said all are normal term and cindition. He said paper of purchasing bill from show room ust submit within 3- 4 days. I submit same in within 3 day. They ddnt aware or ask for rc. My rc was ready wihtin a week..
                              Now im asking bank. They refuse. They said we cant do its from hq mumbai..

                                I have made a transaction on debit card amount 358.97 inr on dated
                                03.10.2019, as they reverse back the amount sucessfully to my
                                Sbi a/c debit card and given me a arn no 74219509277001919089769, and
                                Ask me to contact my bank, the amount is sti1l not reflected
                                Account, i have contact multiple times to customer, they gave me every
                                Time the arn number and ask me to contact customer services
                                To trace the amount, please help me out of this, credit my account
                                May be the transaction is pending please clear this
                                358.97 is a big amount, i am really disappointed, help me with the concern!

                                Sir, my ppo number has not been sent to
                                paying branch ( SBI uncha amirpur NTPC Dadri, )from the office which has been forwarded by the cpao office on 4 september how much time i have to wait for this ...even i have received a copy of ppo number from cpao office.
                                The bank charged me twice for ATM annual maintenance charges. I changed my atm bank issue me new atm and charged be 200 now again then deduct atm AMC of 200.

                                    My name is karan singh rana and i had ordered 2 products of rs.778 that areone phone cover for rs 149 and one soulflower onion herbal hair growth oil for rs 629 in amazon on 11th october 2019 and after i cancelled one item that is soulflower onion herbal hair growth oil for rs 629 due to personal reason. And on 11th october 2019 amazon initiated the amount bank account but i still didn't get the money. The payment was made through samsung pay upi.                                     I have PPO 623 in SBI branch of PAU, Ludhians since 1995. My monthly pension is released after two, weeks or so. In May 2019 it was released after four weeks.This month it is not released till today the 9th. Manager does not reply emails or phone calls.
                                    Seeking help by the super senior citizen who depends on pension for livelihood.
