A refund of 439 rupess was successfully processed on 23 september, 2019 tony bank account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number:[protected] but nobody has replied or removed the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund

I have an account in sbi, branch-bhawanigarh, punjab. I had made a purchase on myntra and i had made the payment from paypal through my debit card. Myntra has processed my refund through paypal on 11 th october 2019.in my paypal account, under the activity section, it's showing that the refund has been processed by myntra but that amount is not reflecting in my bank account. I spoke to paypal's customer care executive and they told me to contact the sbi bank. I spoke to the bank also but they are saying that they are not responsible for the payments made through third-party apps.

The bank staff is very indiscipline to respond us. I waited for 2 hours to check my account details with them. But, they made me wait for 2 hours and they did not respond. And even manager is also irresponsible to the customers.

Please pass this negative feed back to sbi, shaikpet team

Respected Sir,

This is Rithik Pramod I wish to bring to your notice, a fraudulent transaction which took place from last few months, using my sbi account. Every day a small amount of 300 - 400 rs got debited from the account on the name of paytm and one97 communication, also I was not getting any transaction notification sms. I came to know this when my Mom visited the bank and printed my passbook.I dont have any paytm account .
When I saw the passbook entries and noticed that, each transaction has mentioned othpg with some different serial no. When i searched for othpg in Google I came to know that this is fraud transaction and others also complained about this.

I request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible and do the needful.

I paid to swiggy using my sbi debit card. The order was cancelled from their side and they processed the refund. This happened twice. I got a text from swiggy that refund is done from their side but it is not reflecting in my account as of now. 2 refunds are pending. It's over a week and i can't reach the i customer care helpline number
In short, 2 payments of rs 278 each are not refunded in my account yet.

Banking account transactions thru internet banking facility requires otp received by sms on my registered mobile. While leaving for usa (Where the indian mobiles operators do not work) an another option, that the said otp may be sent to me thru my registered email id, simultaneously has been changed by me thru my inb profile page and got approval in turn. But the system permitted transaction once only and no where afterword. Your customer care redirected me to the branch who in turn shown its inability to resolve the problem.
I am facing much problems in transacting my resident account to observe /full fill routine payments since last 5 months.
A big bank! So poor services!
Please resolve the problem.

Today i got a message"bw-scisms:your a/c xxxxxxx4532 has a debit by %a0transfer of rs 147.50 on 13/10/2019". I want to know why the deduction happening all the time.
I have trust in state bank of india but if this unethical things start to happen what shall we do. We must be careful always. The bank authority should be careful dealing with the customers details otherwise we will lose trust from the banks.
I would like to draw the attention of the sbi authority to be more careful so that no such things happen near future.

She owns a sbi credit card which is used by my fiancé, due to unavoidable circumstances min due couldn’t be paid however the interest amount was paid last month. But my mother repeatedly gets calls from multiple debt collectors. When explained the situation the collection agents threats her stating tht they would take her to the police station. The agents are raju and pradeep gowda. When my fiancé tries to explain they disconnect the calls but still repeatedly calls and texts my mother on watsapp
