Dear sir
Today i got a message"bw-scisms:your a/c xxxxxxx4532 has a debit by %a0transfer of rs 147.50 on 13/10/2019". I want to know why the deduction happening all the time.
I have trust in state bank of india but if this unethical things start to happen what shall we do. We must be careful always. The bank authority should be careful dealing with the customers details otherwise we will lose trust from the banks.
I would like to draw the attention of the sbi authority to be more careful so that no such things happen near future.

    Hi, am lodging this complaint on behalf of my mother. She owns a sbi credit card which is used by my fiancé, due to unavoidable circumstances min due couldn’t be paid however the interest amount was paid last month. But my mother repeatedly gets calls from multiple debt collectors. When explained the situation the collection agents threats her stating tht they would take her to the police station. The agents are raju and pradeep gowda. When my fiancé tries to explain they disconnect the calls but still repeatedly calls and texts my mother on watsapp

      Good evening, this is antony samy. A from tiruppur tamilnadu. My credit card no is [protected], i have activate my card on 12th oct, within 1 hour i have received call from [protected], she has told my card no my home address, office address, she asked have you received card which we have sent to you, she speaks from sbi credit card department, you have 4900 voucher, in few minutes the call has cut, then i have received call from sbi customer care, they asked me have you purchased for 40000 rupees i have shocked then i block my card and complain to customer care, insurance too. I am going to complain to cyber crime tomorrow.

      Yesterday I deposited 3000 thousand rupees from my account no-[protected] through Yono App in Baraiya Mansukhbhai Rayyamai's account but it has not been deposited in his account. But my account has been debited. Sincerely, Check and return to my account.
      I have received a Rs. 499 refund from Amazon for a canceled product on 29/09/2019 with Refund Reference #[protected] in my payment UPI A/C [protected]@sbi but this amount is still not reflecting in my SBI A/C linked with this UPI id.
      i have also called customer care of SBI but they ARE NOT READY TO HELP

        My bank account was use by someone and creat some fraud trajection and other bank hold my account and bank manager dosen't help last three months i am suffer from this no one help me in bank i already complain 2 time but no reaponce from head office and i also written a application to bank mamager btt he was not helping me i m very thankfull to ypu i[censored] help me

          I have balance transfer to my sbi card on 31/08/2019 which due date is 29/10/2019 for rs 41038/-, I have booked balanced transfer for 60 days which fees rs 820/- already paid by me. bank charged me late fee wrongly on 11/10/2019. I have already talk to customer care but they told us to make payment .
          SBI card team and customer care team cheats their customer.

          we are again requested to you please look in to the matter and refund late fee with GST which is charged wrongly by you.

          Please provide me NOC copy on my old SBI credit card and this is my register number mobile number[protected], because I like to apply a new credit card on SBI but I couldn't because of I don't have NOC and I'm not aware of NOC that's why I didn't get NOC on the day
          A recharge of Rs 500.00 was done for tata sky tv for ID:[protected] Vide debit card OTHPG 300562 AMBEY COMMU N Delhi Delhi.

          Recharge has not been shown and the TV set has now deactivated.

          Enquiry may please be arranged to confirm the reason.

          May please be corrected to get the desired result.

            Dear sir

            A refund of 799 rupees was successfully processed on 01 oct, 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund

            I was promised that I'll receive the 500rs fbb voucher after first bill payment. But not yet received till now even after paying 3rd payment bill. May I know whether it's going to be issued or not

              My name is faraz rizvi s/o perveen husain and I had ordered a product of RS.(315)(kashmiri lal mirch order no[protected] in Amazon on (01/09/2019) & I returned this order due to personal reasons. And on (7/09/2019) Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (217731) and told me to fill the charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such a policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.                 You guys are #. You are harassing like anything. Did you receive my complaint? Then why you guys are not reaching me? I made a complaint to cancel my credit card 6 months ago. Why you not cancelled my credit card. And i requested to call me after 1.30 pm on 10th october 2019. Why you did not call me? Iam trying to reach customer care since 5 hours. No one is responding to my complaint. I need resolution within 24 hours. First, send executive to me to close my credit card. I already explained to mr srikanth, customer care agent about my cancellation of my credit card. I want resolution... I want resolution... I want resolution. My account number: [protected].                   I want to cancel my credit card account ending with 5886 due to bad customer service. My last payment done in april 2019 without any delay. And raised a cancellation request. Till now, account not cancelled. Again, i received a message on october 07th without any refreshment from april. Then i had conversation with the customer care agent srikanth. And raised a request to cancel my account. And i need waive off the amount. I received confirmation from srikanth. So i kept this mail. Please go ahead and cancel my request.

                      I am complaining about sbi credit card collection team.
                      My far relative has not paid the credit card payment just because of some issue.
                      A lady from sbi credit card collection team, is continue calling me, my sister and some other relative. She is using very abusive and bad language. If we are ignoring, she call to our company director.
                      Is this the right way to collect payments.
                      I will prefer don't take sbi credit card. They just sale the credit card in every road, mall nd force to take credit card nd that time, they give very attractive scheme nd if any reason customer is not able to pay it for some months... Then they treated like this...
                      Do you know - customer could be suicide?
                      I want to please some take hard steps towards that lady. I am sharing the number of that lady [protected]

                            A refund of 4048 rupees was successfully processed on 5 oct 2019 to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                            I have called the state bank of india customer service but not get any help.

                            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and reference number is[protected]

                                Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                                Dear sir
                                My account number is [protected] and name is gaurav gupta. I have purchased an item from amazon online shopping site and done payment through my visa debit vard on 1 october 2019 but i cancelled the item immediately due to some reason but that amount of rs 13399 not issued by the sbi bank service.
                                A refund of rs 13399 rupees was successfully processed on 01 october 2019 to my account by the amazon india online shopping site but this amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now 10days already over.

                                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken.

                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund on 1 october 2019 at 8:54pm. They provide me the reference id of the transaction - 281377

                                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                    Dear i am have an ac with sbi no [protected] with branch patran in disst patiala punjab ideposit a cheque of rs fifty thousand on dated 7/10/2019 but the bank send my my cheque on dated 10/10/19 it's violation of rbi guidelines my cheque was a local cheque on technical ground my cheque is made bounce bank deducted rs 177from my ac it's also a serious violation of rbi guidelines please take action on guilty official of the bank

                                      I have already applied for cc and sbi now called me to say that my request is approved. Now as per the approval, i will get a new platinum card and the overall credit limit in my old card will be split into 2 cards and they asked for the bifurcation that i wanted. But the one who did my cc verification and collected all details mentioned that a new credit limit will be given. After which they started asking for my confirmation and i had to cut the call.
