Dear sir...

I was about to get a refund of 1000$ & 1000$ from iq option on my account... But amount has not been credited... And bank is denying with the same and iq option had given me the arn no for two transaction and telling to enquire in bank...
It is requested to do needful.. As bank is not responding and i m left in middle.. 2000$ is a big amount and seeing the response of bank i feel they are too lathargic and irresponsible.. They dont know meaning of arn only...

    My name is Kartik and I had ordered product of RS.328 maverics portable stove in Amazon on 3/9/2019 and after I not get the product so i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 25/9/2019
    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
    #191019 and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india Bank doesn't have such policy. So
    please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. I hope you will make my payment of rs.328 as soon as possible

      Dear sir

      A refund of 535 rupees was successfully processed on 25 sep., 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

      I ordered something amounting 1029 INR at amazon on 5th September and cancelled the order. Refund initiated in the same day from amazon but the amount is not credited in my account still now. Refund reference no[protected].

        A refund of 1199 rupees was successfully processed on 30 sep 2019 to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

        I have called the state bank of india customer service but not get any help.

          My sbi account ifsc code is sbin0000399. A/c no. [protected].
          I have got a total 5 messages of total amount deducted are rs. 4447 at unknown pos 99999999 last message dated 3rd october 2019 whilst i am aware that i haven't used my card.
          I have got 6 messages of pos 99999999 decline messages also when i was not using my card.
          I have attested the followed messages herewith.
          Also please note that i want to transfer my branch from kalyan branch to nagpur branch but unable to travel to kalyan to just for the sake of changing the branch as i am going to be a mother. I have contacted both fro-to sbi branches and even sent a mail to kalyan branch manager but they could not help me while my central bank of india account got transferred easily by just a telephone call to earlier branch.
          Kindly take into account the above issues and solve it as soon as possible else i fear i will have to close the account permanently, loosing my trust on sbi.

          I'm not receiving railway pension from sbi bank ulhasnagar branch from 2 months I have given application & death certificate of my husband they have not solved my issue

            I am a sbi credit card holder. Sbi executive miscommunicated me that card is free for me. But received charges which i paid and submitted request for closure. Still my card is not yet closed and charges are applied approx 6k. This is highly disappointing. Request you to take necessary action and reverse charges.

            The dispute is going since last 6 months. There is no response from anyone. If I goto branch. Branch doesn't help us and day it's a marketing issue kindly speak to marketing SBI sales creditcard people. To whom do I need to reach then.
            I bought a product in Amazon and I was cancelled that item ..
            My payment was not refunded to me since 1 month

            My RD Account had completed its maturity date and my account has sufficient balance. Still State bank of India has has deducted the SI Failure Charges.

              I, beg to state the following for consideration :
              1. My husband Kuwar Singh, was a pensioner (PPO No.[protected] and he was drawing pension through SBI A/C No. [protected].
              2. My husband expired on 07/01/2019 and being widow of late Kuwar Singh, I had submitted all the requisite documents during March 2019 for drawal of family pension to the Branch Manager, SBI CRPF Campus, Rampur (UP) from where my husband was drawing pension.
              3. During May'2019, I visited SBI CRPF Campus Rampur to know the status of my family pension and I was informed that pension has been transferred in favour of me but same was not credited into my bank account (SBI A/C No. [protected]) and asked me to wait.
              4. When it was not paid till July 2019, I again visited bank and I was asked to submit few more documents i.e. life certificate, an undertaking etc after consultation with CPPC Lucknow by Branch Manager, CRPF Campus over telephone.
              5. The Bank manager and staff of SBI CRPF Campus Rampur (UP) are very much co-operative but family pension is still not being paid to me even after elapse of more than 09 moths of death of my husband.
              Sir, I am facing financial crisis and it is very difficult for me to copy up with daily needs due to non drawal of family pension. Therefore, requested to kindly direct concerned authority to remit family pension alongwith arrears to my bank account (A/C NO. [protected]) immediately.               All the information has already been provided. My case is pending CPPC SBI Lucknow. Though the pension has been transferred in favour me but the amount of family pension is still not drawing in my bank account.

                I paid 400rs through phonepe on 30th august 2019 at 1.04pm to maccaron website but it was unsuccessful. But the amount got debited from my account through phonepe and maccaron website initiated the refund on september 4th but still i didn't receive refund. Transaction id hdf7946ed1c9144492a974b2acd90822951. I tried sbi customer care number and it was not helpful. It had been a month since the transaction and still there is no response about the refund. Merchant website says they had initiated the refund and it should be reflected in the bank account by september 12th. Even phonepe contact support says the same thing. Please do something. I have this problem always with sbi.

                  After several calls they are either complaining on the bank as not refunded the amount we have already refunded the amount, if i call the bank customer care no they are telling we have no access to the track the reference no and are asking me to go to the home branch, but the home branch people are telling that you should contact the customercare number. So no one is responding regarding this issue.

                    I had made a purchase on amazon and returned the item. The refund was processed by amazon on 20th august 2019, but my bank (Sbi) has not yet processed it.

                    Refund for reference #[protected] has not been processed yet. An amount of rs 740. Should have been credited to my bank account till now. I had called amazon customer care they asked me to contact my bank's (Sbi) customer care number and when i called my bank they are asking me to contact amazon.

                      I have paid rs 20000 credit card bill on october 2 of 2019, but the sbi card provider has blocked my card without my consent and valid reason as my credit limit is more than rs 18700 from which i have used rs 1000 after the payment of this transaction, suddenly i received a message stating that your sbi credit card is blocked due to suspicious activity, which was not a suspicious one, since i only did the transaction, my concern is that the card back end team who blocked the card should have called me and asked about the so-called suspicious activity by them and made a conclusion whether the transaction was done by the card holder or by someone else who is not authorized. For your information this is the second time within a few days time frame the sbi credit card back end team had blocked my card without valid reason and my consent. Kindly reactivate my card swiftly and allow me to use the same without any hindrance until i am using the card as per the sbi card norms and terms and conditions. Else i will be forced to forward this grievance to the rbi banking ombudsman for the justice as i have been mentally and emotionally harassed by the irresponsible and blunder done by the sbi credit card back end team. Hope you resolve this issue quickly and make sure that this sort of blunder mistakes never happen again from the credit card back end team hereafter. Note: the sbi credit card back end team has stated that the customer that is i have sent a sms to block the card, which is completely baseless and factually false for which i have the evidence.                                 Dear sir/madam,
                                I am very disappointed by the calls from mr. Kedar raval, who call himself as a recovery agent from sbi credit card. He calls me for the payment of credit card suddenly without any proof that he is from sbi and asks me to pay my bills. I have already paid the bills two days back!!
                                He tells me to whatsapp me without any sort of proof. How will i come to know that he is genuine person. So i got angry and asked him proof so he said he has my address and he can come and collect the money from my home.
                                I am a salary account holder in sbi and i work in ipr..
                                As i told him that i have recordings of his calls he is asking me to do the complain.
                                This is not expected from sbi!!
                                I am very very dissapointed by his behaviour with me.
                                He is recovery agent or whomsoever he is at least he has to check or confirm before calling anybody for the same.
                                He is misbehaving with me on phone,,, gundagardi hai kya??!!
                                Has sbi started to keep goons to recover money or what??
                                I took a credit card for my feasibility, not for the harassment.
                                I agree and it is my duty to pay my bills, somehow delayed due to personal reason, but now why is he calling after i paid bill and arguing and misbehaving?

                                  My name is anushya and i had ordered luncg baf of rs. Amount 439 in amazon on 26th sep and sep28th i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 30th sep
                                  Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
                                  Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. Kindly do the needful. Thank u sir

                                    Refund of 680 rupees was successfully processed on 14 July 2019 by amazon . This amount should have been credited to my sbi account but still I have not received it till no .
                                    Return reference number for the transaction is 668605. Please investigate the matter n refund the amount as soon as possible

                                    Even after 42 days of Submitting my complaint.. I didn't received my refund.. Very horrible service they r providing

                                      Sir,
                                      Cpp assistance service has been activated in my account but I was not aware of it. The mail had been send on 25th July and the amount had been deducted on 11th September. I don't want to continue with this service, please cancel this service in my account and refund my money back.

                                        I have made 2 transactions worth 5000 ruppees each through UPI BHIM, PHONEPE on 19th September, 2019 and they both failed. My money got debited but i did not receive any credit till today, ie, 3rd October, 2019. I talked to the phonepe customer representative and i was told to charge back against SBI. And i went to SBI BRANCH and i was told that the problem is of phonepe, not of SBI. Its been 15days and the dispute is not yet resolved. Atleast phonepe contacted me Whenever i complained but SBI never tried to contact me in anyway. I want my money to be credited.
