I ordered a racquet on 31 july in amazon but due to some reasons i had to cancel it and after cancellation amazon gave me refund reference number 611103
And but till now the amount has not reflected in my account and now bank is claiming that any type of refund we didn't get so you need to talk to amazon so sir/ma'am please help me to get my money in my account

    Dear sir

    A refund of 419 rupees was successfully processed on 03 oct 2019 to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

    kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

      I have applied for fbb sbi credit card before 1 month, till date i have not received my card, card was undelivered twice instead of i have given my full address and contact no also, i didn't received card and you generated bill for that card... This is such a worst thing. I got message for bill pay which is undelivered. I don't want to take this card now.. Just want to close it.

          Dear sir

          A refund of 427 rupees was successfully processed on 29 sep.2019 to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

            I had a some loan on my Tata Sbi card which I had closed by 29 ausust but still they’re charged interest on my card I called in customer care for close my all loan on August which I already paid I want to close my card because customer care all the executives are unprofessionals and no buddy knows the terms and conditions I have 4 loans on this but the only close one loan another loan still there after the all payment done [protected]

              Dear sir

              A refund of 549 rupees was successfully processed on 30th October 2019 to my account by amazon with a confirmed message which I have attached below. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but I have not received the refund till now.

              I have called the state bank of india customer service as stated by amazon but there was zero help from their end and also emailed the state bank of india home branch all the details many times including the refund reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken.

              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.Refund reference no is 285799.

              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund and refund it ASAP.

                Such a worse Customer care company and that too there is a team called Customer services Head team. the complaint lodged was in February and no response from them until you initiate a mail yourself. Everytime they dont document mail and start afresh and call to Phone number which is obsolete form 2007 onwards. they dont update new number at all.

                Worst is that they arent looking to help customer who is willing to close the account for no fault of mine, still harass them and give a settlement of 18000/- as one shot. i have clearly told them i have made multiple final settlement payments to their AUTHORIZED AGENTS still it is not updated yet again the wanted to harass me with one more heavy charge. 7500 for settlement and 9099 for CIBIL cleareance. See how pathetic SBI has become..

                my request is to everyone is PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS BANK. When I ask for higher official details they go hide until you get frustrate and Initiate another mail.

                  Hello,

                  I have ordered one Nokia 150 Mobile phone from Amazon on 28th September 2019 but due to some issues I have to cancel my order. And I have cancelled it on the same day that is 28th September 2019. Still I haven't received the refund amount of Rs.1920 in my SBI Account. My Reference no. which was provided by Amazon is 135669.

                  So may you please pay some attention to this matter and do the needful.

                    I pay through amazon pay upi transaction in oct 3 to sarita samal. 300 ruppes debited from my account but still it showing pending status. No one can solve my case neither sbi customer care nor amazon. Amazon say that they reverse the transaction but it pending by bank. But bank says we can not do anything.
                    And customer care angry upon me whatever am i call

                      Since a pretty long time till date a sum of rs.295/-has been continuously deducting since 12th july, 2019, from my savings a/c, standing with sbi, by means of ecs bouncing charges pertaining to bajaj finance services against loan a/c no.4f1phtea085404, the relevant charges had been deducted from my a/c in due course earlier. Surprising enough that the loan was taken from the said financial institution in the month of february of this year, the ecs bouncing charges during this period has already been deducted from the relevant savings a/c but the sum is being still deducted from the year 2018-???
                      You are, fervently, requested to please stop payment of the said sum and reimburse the same into my said a/c as cited above immediately.
                      The relevant bank statement is annexed herewith as an equipped reference.
                      Your co-operation to this corollary is earnestly solicited.

                        I have sbi credit card in which i am not able to make payments due to my personal problem, but i will make payments regular basis by next month.
                        I am receiving calls from collection team and i have already told that right now i am not able to make payments. But they force me and abuse me to make payment right now or do paytm on there personal number.
                        And threat me that if not make payments right now they will calls my relatives.
                        One of them already called my relative and talking abusing language.
                        Please provide me the needful solution as soon as possible.
                        I have already escalate this by credit card support team but not getting solution.

                          I was charged twice rs.125 at the same toll at negadiya toll plaza yesterday. My account number is [protected] aaa40. My car no mp09cy8619. I received the message on 12.23 pm and again on 12.29 pm whereas i was i didn't go to the toll. I think it is done by mistake.

                          So please credit rs.125 in my account immediately.

                            There is no any step taken for this complaints. But this is seems to be resolved automatically. I am shocked to seem this is gone mark as complate.

                              I have ppo 623 account in sbi branch at punjab ag univerdity, ludhiana since 1995. I live in noida around 600 km away. Being super senior citizen of 85 years, and if heart patient need financial resources well on time. But my monthlymoension is released after two weeks or so. This month not released till 9th and in may 2019 it was released in third week of may. I submit my live certificate in first week of oct.
                              Pl instruct the bank to release my monthly pension in the first week of every month. Thiscis my sole source of financial help. I have to pay household expensive for electricity, gas, water etc.
                              Manager of branch does not answer my emails and does not answer to my phone calls.

                                My money get deducted from my sbi bank account in the name of othpg i do not know about this type of transaction. Please refund my money back in my bank. Sir i have not done any order of anything else with my debit card even i have not share my card details with any one i do not know how from my sbi bank approx 2100 rs deducted without my permission in the name of othpg.
                                Please solve my problem as fast as u can. I am from a very poor family. Please sir please sir. Help

                                      I went to apply for a second loan on home loan last march 19th. Analyzing my pay and my wife's salary, the value of the building submitted for the first time, the car loan and the personal loan that my wife had received, the second time we could raise the home loan up to rs.2700000/- said.
                                      But the current field officer has submitted my legal opinion, building value certification and refusing to deduct the car loan and personal loan my wife has received.
                                      this causes me great pain and agony. For the past one month, the field officer has waved me off his seat. Staying in the bank and not doing his job, he served the audit team and wavered to other creditors like me. The fact that i have heard this fact directly suggests that i can only afford seven lakhs.

                                        The amount was transfered through upi account, as the person asking to tab on shared link, mistekly i run that link & got fraud with my account. The all amount was transfered to fino bank account from my account. Please see the attached account statement for reference please do the needful.
