      SBI Card ending with XX66. DOB - 05 Sep 1984, I am the credit card customer of SBI bank sincr last many years. There is some amount pending since last 1 years and I am paying only minimum amount due on every month. Last momth I paid 2, 800.

      Now the issue is, I didnt get any call or message in February month from SBI that this is the amount I need to pay from any executive or bank. Dated 8th Feb. In the morning I got a call from one of my friend in Genpact and he was very irritated that some lady called him and talking very rudely that your colleagues Rajesh has some amount due from Govt bank.
      And she asked that Rajesh gave his reference for the loan. He called me aggressively that why I gave his number as reference without his confirmation in the bank I said bro I dont know as I didnt give any reference of yours to my any bank when I asked from which bank you got a call he said dont know from which bank she was talking but that lady was behaving in very bad manner with abusive language.
      Then sudden I got a call from a female friend and literally she was crying that some lady called her for the loan amount and she was using again abusive language and asked her "tera yaar kaha hai Rajesh usko bol ki bank k paise dega tum dono chor ho." And the same thing happened with the many female friends since 8th February 2019. Also most of the female friends from outstation and she was telling to my female friend that you are living in this location and your hometown pin code is this. From where SBI bank got these details.

      When I dialed the same number her name was "Riya" may be this name is wrong coz she was not tellimg exact details and she was not ready to share the bank name but she is also talking with me in abusive language.

      The same thing happened whole day and I was getting complaint from my Genpact colleagues means she was calling everywhere in Genpact.

      I am surprised from where she got the details of my friends is there my phone got hacked or someone from Genpact helping them to provide the my personal details.

      It is very sensitive matter if the details are getting hacked from my phone or someone providing the data to SBI bank.

      Now, due to this incident my reputation is very down and everyone asking the what are you doing Rajesh why their references given to bank without asking them, but in credit card there is no reference required then why she was calling in Genpact with the false statement that I gave the reference of them.

      I got to know that some banks hired some small scale companies to threatening and harrassing to customers which are running illegally as they dont have rights for threaten and harrasing to customers. Most of the female friends are very afraid from this issue and the words the abusive language which were using by your calls from Riya.

      This is harrassing and threatening from SBI bank which should not be happend as per guidelines from RBI if I am defaulter then SBI bank can take the action legally not this way which is illegal.

      On monday 12th Feb, I got a call from Reetika, she was talking that she is calling from SBI bank and I am sure she was not from bank she was from 3rd party coz she texted me that "Hii mr rajesh... I m reetika from bank.. as u knw about your pendency of credit card... Pls call me on this number.. bcz bank forwarded this case in third party and calls r going in whole genpact to ur colleagues... Pls clear ur intention?"

      2nd message was "
      Aapke sb colleagues se dubara bat ho rhi hai or vo genpact ke HR me aapke against mail mark kar rhe hai... So pls rajesh ji call kr lo iss number pr... Better rhega".

      I[censored] pick up our call... So i dont call anywhere

      So, may I know is there any policy with bank that they can use this technique to recover the money from customer

      Also I have a audio where your 3rd party recovery agent talking the same term will attached the audio for your reference.

      I am attaching this conversation as an attachment. Where we discussed about this.

      Now I just want to know, is there any policy with bank where its stated that bank can use the same technique to recover the money from customer. If yes then I am okay to pay the pending amount to bank or the same guidelines not with you then I will lodge a case in consumer court for harrasing and threatening with police FIR.

      Also I am sending this email to RBI to lodge issue. If banks have the same rights to hire the gundas for threatening and harrasing for recoverthe money from customer against the RBI guidelines.

        Transaction done through debit card on 11 feb 2019 of Rs. 3000 to add in paytm wallet. Money has deducted from account but not received in paytm. Paytm said that the amount has not received by them from bank with proofs about that. 6 days have been passed and still not refunded the deducted amount to bank account. On 12nd feb 2019 I've called costumer care and they said that amount has deducted which was showing there and registered complaint. After 2 days when i called them again they said that no any transaction 3000 is showing on 11th feb 2019 through debit card. I'm providing my bank account number and compaint ticket number

          Sir/madam,

          This is to bring to your notification that on 12th february 2019, the amount of rs. 20000 (Rupees twenty thousand only) in the first instance with transaction id 4047 and again rs. 2000 (Rupees two thousand only) with transaction id 4048, amounting to rs. 22000/- (Rupees twenty two thousand only) in total were debited from my savings bank no ([protected]) account through atm cash withdrawal fraudulently and in unauthorized manner from an atm located at s r dalmiya rd, madhupur, jharkhand.

          These withdrawals were not done by me and i was having my debit card (No. [protected]) in my possession throughout. I have not done any online transactions also within last few weeks.

          I did not receive any intimation regarding the said withdrawals from the branch.

          While checking my account through internet banking on 13.02.2019 morning, i have noticed these fraudulent transactions.

          Immediately i went to my branch (Sbi-behala branch) and informed the chief manager about the same.

          He had directed me to the atm section where i have submitted the complaint in writing. I feel that the officer concerned had taken the matter very lightly and commented “these are natural in these digital ages and it may happen to anyone.”

          I have tried to lodge the complaint online but was unable to do so.

          I have mailed my concern to the customer care and again went to the branch (On 15.02.2019 around 10.45 am) for understanding the developments regarding the matter but the officer concerned again answered me in a very lackluster way and commented "this is not a shop that i will be paying from my own pocket"

          My query is how come a third person got the duplicate of my debit card and withdrew the money and when bank had issued (If at all) why i was not informed. Secondly when the money was being withdrawn why i did not get any message from bank, when i have already registered my mobile for transaction related information.

          I request your good self to look into the matter with utmost urgency and do the needful so i get my money refunded to my account at the earliest.

            Sbi tata credit card was issued to me on my mobile number [protected] and i had concerned about the credit limit of the said card and i had raised the complaint on the same day and whereas instead of closing the card they have sent me the monthly bill (Statement) of rs 3589. This is absolutely unprofessionalism on the part of sbi for such heionious act.

            I request the competent authority to close this card immediately and reverse all the charges as i have not even activated the card and wanted for the closure of the card on the first day of its receipt.

              I mr. Ramsaran singh holding sbi card no.[protected] asked mr. Rehan in sbi bank credit card department in pathar pratima west bengal branch in on 03/10/2018 to block my card permanently as i do not know how to use and on 03/01/2019 there was fraud call from mobile no.[protected] presenting your sbi card department and said i[censored] want to block your card you have to give some otp numbers for four times which will coming on your mobile, as i want to block my card i have given that numbers and after that all fraudulent transaction of rs.88000 was done. I have done police fir on this matter and also done complaint to my sbi bank. But sbi bank not done any investigation and told to pay rs.88000 first and my investigation will go on till 02/07/2019. After that they will answer., till then i to have wait.in sbi bank and card department there many officers who are attached to these type persons who are doing this type of frauds otherwise how will they know that i was going to close my card. I have done payment otherwise sbi bank will also charge interest on fraudulent charges. Waiting till now weather sbi card will return my money or not.

                Hello Everyone,

                I am Kiran. My Carloan number[protected] where ECS is not hitting at all from my ICICI BANK. This is purely SBI's negligence. I have raised a complaint couple of times. Everymonth I am paying the charges. I was surprised that no one will take care of the issues if you speak politely. I have filled in ECS for icicibank and ensured that funds are available all the time but they get debited my other SBI account. Imagine what a bunch of fools in SBI so careless. Everymonth I am paying the fine for SBI's mistake. Can somebody help me.

                  I had recently went to purchase from a shopping mall and only carried my SBI credit card with me. But, it was blocked due to anonymous reason and was embarrassing in from of my family; further I have tried tons of time with the customer care for unblocking.

                  Moreover, the auto answering system is not responding to unblocking request and says the facility is not available. Why SBI credit cards have not activated the same, This has killed hours of my time trying to do the same.

                  Initially, I applied for a different credit card (BPI) with 3 month interest cycle but received the (Central card) with 1 month interest cycle for god know why. Later your representative said "you have to use it for atleast 6 months and later you can change it". We don't have time for all your lame policies and if your bank cannot provide credits why are you offering credit cards.

                  Being a Public Entity SBI credit cards must be probed and must unblock my the Credit Card.

                  Kindly solve the pertained problem as soon as possible. My contact no is [protected].

                  I had used credit cards before but seriously, but haven't faced such issues. Sorry to quote this but, its really a disappointment.

                    Hi,
                    I have applied for the SBI credit Card on Sep 4th and got sms on Sep 9th stating that it has been send through Speed Post consignment number EV[protected] stating that I will be receiving the card within 5 working days. But when I tried to track the status through india post it throws message the number entered was invalid.

                    10 Days back I got call from SBI customer care and got the exact consignment number EH[protected]IN. When checking for the same status it shows that addressed can't be located/identified and went back to Gurgaon.
                    Again 4 days back I got the call from SBI customer care the card has been sent through Blue Dart courier and will reach me within 3 days. But yet to receive the card.

                    I lost my patience and got frustration that without receiving the card they send sms to pay the Annual fee for an amount of 567/-.

                    Please provide a solution to this as I have tried sending complaints to sbi. But there was no proper response so far.

                      31st January 2019- 10:36am Thursday, Refund by Amazon shopping app the amount of 239INR not reflecting in my account transcation id-623535, i called in customer care of SBI but they are not ready to help me out.There is no service provided by both the company, SBI is least interested in help me to know where my amount is.I am facing the issue because of them.Even amazon is least interested in solving the Refund amount.This is not the way to handle customer.Both the company are throughing the issue on eachother.It is not helping me to get my refund amount of INR 239 in my account.what service this companies are giving to the customer.

                        In Guntakal there is an SBI ATM located near Travellers Bangalow which is always shows no funds or temporarily out of service, no lights, no air condition, no cleaning inside the ATM, no security for ATM, no proper maintenance .If we didn't maintain the balance in account then the bank will take immediate action by deducting the amount, but these SBI should take action on this matter ASAP.

                        Which is located near Tirupattur (635601) railway station the atm doesn't have a proper maintenance for many months the place stinks a lot

                          On 07.02.19 at about 15:00 hrs. at Lui Phillippe Cloathing Outlet in Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata-16 area a missing/disputed transaction had committed to my SBI Bank A/c No.[protected], Debit Card No.[protected] in a tune of RS.4724/-, but it was wrongly debited from my said account, Kindly look into the matter so that I can get refund my hard earned money, as earliest.                           Till today this complaint is not solved by SBI authority, in which I have posted SBI is debited two times 4724/-, though both the amounts are wrongly debited from my account -[protected], no such transaction was committed from SBI in that day, it was cheated me and willingly deducted my hard earned money of RS.4724/-Please help me and take earliest necessary action to refund my money of RS.4724/- in which 9448/-which was deducted, 4724/- had refunded but another 4724/- not refunded till now

                              I would like to address both SBI and AMAZON for this Issue. No one is interested to resolve this issue.

                              I paid the amount of 699 to AMAZON through one of my debit cards (CARD NO - [protected]) on 20th Jan 2019. I have also attached the bank statement for your reference.
                              Due to some problem, I requested AMAZON for a refund and they issued the refund on 21st JAN, 2019. They have also provided me with the RRN #[protected].br...

                              Dear sir, refund of 1249 rupees was successfully processed on 1-february-2019 to my account.This amount should have been credited to my account by 7-feb-2019 but i have not received the refund till now.i have called the sbi customer service and give all details many times include the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolve the problem.No action has being taken.
                              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processsed the refund.
                              Kindly gothrough the charge dispute email, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund

                                  I have not received my refunded amount yet as this refund is already initiated from amazon on 27 january. Kindly help me out as so as possible. I had ordered red chief shoes from amazon and then cancelled the delivery but my refund amount is not come in my account. Plz give my money instantly.                                     Sir transaction reference number for refund by amazon is[protected]
                                    And ifsc of my bank is sbi0001495
                                    It has not been credited by bank inyo my accounton 24 jan 19.
                                    I gave an application in branch but they said it will ne done in 2, 3 days but still after visiting again in the branch they r not doing it.
                                    Please help sir. Rbi is the only last hope for us
                                    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Hi sir/madam,
                                      My sel[censored]sing this card for the past two years without any improper payment. I got a call from sbi department that my sbi credit card expired points to be redeemed. During the conversation i have asked so many queries and even replied trustability so that i believe but it happen thrice transaction. This is fraudelent transaction. I have already raised the complaint. Please revert the three fraudulent transaction amount of rs.10232.21 rs.10232.21 and rs. 4999. Please take the necessary steps. Please revert the amount and do my favour.

                                      When someone send money to the bank they are cutting the huge amount of money their are saying taxes for Rs 7000/- they are cutting Rs 222/- and when their is no minimum balance they say that we will cut the money minimum Rs 20/- for month we are saving accounters not a business man's
