    Hi sir/maam,

    I have been mentally harrassed by the card team continuously regarding payments. I stoped paying cards payments due to their poor services. They have been charging me late payment fees which is more than 1000 bucks. Even after requested for changing billing cycle or date it was not yet change and I have been charged late payments fee from the beginning. Further, it's was their team who had forced me to apply card even though I wasn't interested. Now the issue is that I agreed to pay my charges but they are calling back to back everyday to me my realtives with aggressive attitude. Now, my relatives are threatening me to file case against me and I've also requested not to call them but still it's happening. What am I supposed to do if anything happens who will be responsible for my career life??

        I requested to SBI credit card department for new card one year ago. but credit card not received yet, credir card department send to me annual fees bill and direct debit my saveing account.
        i call to sbi card department on feb-2019 and complaint i have not received credit card .they send new card to me with 5days, but not refund me annual feeds of previous card which i was not received.
        please help me

              Sub: issue of due statements for renewal charges and penalty on it when i do not have a sbi credit card

              Dear sir / madam,

              About 4-4½ years back i received two sbi-spicejet credit cards with same number ([protected]) and different expiry dates and different cvvs (I have attached screen shots along with this mail) from sbi. But none of them was working so i had called the concerned phone number but was not satisfied by the reason given on how i received two credits cards with same number and different expiry dates and different cvvs. I had told the executive that i am not going to use the card. I was told that credit card issued will be cancelled.

              Since then i am not using any sbi card.

              But surprisingly for last two or three years, i have been receiving off and on a due statement for sbi credit card on my email account. Regarding which i had sent an email to [protected]@sbicards.com on 17/11/2016 and a reply from [protected]@sbicards.com on 20/11/2016 stating that [protected]@sbicards.com could not identify my account.

              After this email there was no emails regarding due statement from sbi card for quite some time.

              But again for last one year or so i have been receiving due statements even though i have not used card since and i do not have any sbi credit card. And recently, i have received number of phone calls regarding the same and i was told that sbi yatra card no. [protected] is issued on my name and charges are only renewal charges and penalty for not paying renewal charges. There is no transaction done on the card.

              I was told that this card was issued as replacement of sbi-spicejet card about which i have mentioned above.
              I am not having any sbi credit card nor have i used it. Please note there is no transaction only renewal charges and penalty charges of not paying renewal charges. This has spoiled my cbil score with no fault of mine.

              I request you to look into the matter, how your bank can issue a due statement when i don't have any credit card from sbi.

                I had ordered a pair of shoes from amazon making an online payment through my sbi card and i have confirmed from amazon that my refund has been initiated on 18th of jan 2019. I have not received the amount that was ₹860 yet. I need this amount back immediately as my fees has been stuck. Please do look into this matter and process my refund amount as soon as possible. Thank you.

                  I an sbi credit card holder. Got a call from cpp assistance service a week before and the person from cpp told me about cpp, but in one way or other he made me to say 'yes" on phone. And he asked me to pay charges for card in installments only. I saw that they have deducted full amount of rs. 2049 from my account without my permission. So i request you to please cancel my cpp protection and deactivate if already activated.. I don’t want deducting amount in my account.

                    At around 1058 hrs i received a fradulent call dorm no [protected], with as usual method that my account will blocked if i dont provide adhar and card details (Naturally didn't provide any thing) when i admonished him, telling me that, sbi will call u and this call recording will be present before you, as u used bad words! So please track the no and notify other customer about that, but the most unfortunate thing is why and how theses people came to know i have been issued with a new card.

                      Hi,

                      I made 1 transaction of rs 1500 through upi on 4th feb and the
                      Transaction reference no. Is[protected], but transaction is not
                      Successful and the amount is deducted from my account, still i haven't
                      Received my amount. I mailed so many times and i tried to call
                      Customer care but after waiting for more than 10 mins my phone got
                      Disconnected, please do positive action to get my money back.

                      When i talked with paytm where i made my transaction, they say sbi will have to revert back the money and when i talked with sbi, they also saying that paytm is third party app, so paytm have to revert back the money, i dont know who is responsible, please do positive action.

                          A transaction amounting to 1571.41 on the 21st of jan'19 was failed, the amount was debited but never refunded. The transaction was done via phonepe and they have confirmed technical issue from sbi due to which this happened, i'm attaching the mail i received from them.

                          I have called the state bank of india customer service/mailed at support. [protected]@sbi.co.in and also registered at sbi cms with all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken. The only thing they customer service told me was to escalate it to the gm, which i have mailed as well.

                          I have confirmed with phonepe and they have successfully processed the refund

                          I'm attaching the mail received from phonepe, the mail i have sent to sbi upi the 4th time and the resolution message i received from sbi.

                          Please understand the effort people put into earning and do the needful at the earliest.

                            Amount of 7835 deducted from bank sbi credit card. Want to cancel transactions made on 15th of Feb 2019. And refund my money back to my account. I had got a call from a sbi that your reward points are cancelled now and u need to purchase a discount. You need to pay 7835 which is charged by you through emi. But now I felt that the call was fraud. And I want to cancel that order which is made by razorpay software company. And I want my money refunded to my sbi account.

                              I have obtained home loan from SBI, RACPC Ahmedabad. For home loan insurance, SBI has paid Rs. 1.76 lacs to SBI life insurance co. Ahmedabd . However, SBI life has not issued the policy. SBI Life is not refunding the amount paid to them as advance for the policy. SBI life needs to refund the outstanding balance amount to SBI directly. This amount in SBI account is Rs. 1.73 lacs. The balance Rs. 0.03 lacs is to be paid directly into my account. However, SBI life insurance co is not refunding these amounts for the non issue of the insurance policy.

It did show as "to transfer insufficient balance atm decline.                                       Hi, i have registered for sbi life - shubh nivesh endowment plan in 2016. My policy due date for this year was on 9th january 2019. On 7th january 2019 i have paid my premium amount of rs.49734/- from my hsbc credit card no ending 1308 and the same details are showing in my insurance account. On january 27th 2019 again the premium amount of rs.49734 /- is debited from my hdfc credit card no ending 2217 without my notice. when i raise a complaint The executives from sbi are saying the amount is already refunded. but whereas i didnt get single rupee.                                         A refund of 511 rupees was successfully processed on 2 December 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by 12 January, but i have not received the refund till 18 february 2019 .

                                        I have called the state bank of india customer service and they told fill the charge back form to nearest branch but this is not possible.I have confirmed with flipkart and phonepe also and they have successfully processed the refund.

                                        kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to phonepe's payment processor to locate the refund.
