Hi, i have withdrawn rs 6000 (Dt 09/01/2019) from the sbi saving pension account (Ac # [protected]). But the amount did not dispense from the atm machine and amount got debited from the account. I have given the written complaint to the bank and after one month said that, the amount got successfully dispensed to the customer. So how to take it forward to this complaint on this. Could you please resolve this issue and you can verify the cctv footage on this atm withdrawal also.

I made an E-Payment of Rs 700 to RTO Kanpur Nagar on 15 Feb 2019 for my Driving license Application, which was deducted from my account on the same day but was not received by RTO, hence the amount is also not refunded till date. I even received a transactional alert from SBI about the purchase being
done.

    I lost my money through debit 147.5 by transfer behalf of BW - SCISMS .I maintained minimum balance but this is what happened please reply .why this is happening to us who maintain minimum balance please rectify this problem and try not to repeat it further.

      I had made a purchase on amazon for which a refund was processed of rs 1798 for which the refund reference number was 960406, it was processed on 08 january 2019 but was never credited to my account, i already talked to amazon about it but they saying that amazon has already released the refund but it's stuck with your bank, please check this and get this resolved.

        Subject: charge dispute "refund not credited"

        Dear sir

        A refund of 565 rupees was successfully processed on 28th january 2019 to my account. This amount should not be credited to my sbi account.

        I have called the state bank of india customer service but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund, reference id of refund amount is[protected].

        Kindly go through the charge dispute complain, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

          I submitted for sbi bp credit card 2 months before and a representative by name mr. Raja (On behalf of sbi) came personally and collected all the documents (Aadhar, pan, salary slip 2 passport photo) and said will be processed and sent in 15 days time. Almost 2 months over still no response from anyone. If i call the person who took he just say we are not bothered once taken will throw all the application to sbi card center and you approach them. If i try sbi cards customer center no response. I wanted to know what is the present status of my application, if nothing is going to happen i wanted all the papers produced (Important documents) intact back to me since there is lot of chance to misuse the same by either sbi staff or by the collection agents.
          Awaiting for a immediate response on this.

              Hi Team,

              My complaint was not resolved. I was given the settlement amount which was higher so i have request to reduce the amount which is coated and since there is no response from the team i have escalated to Principal Nodal officer in SBI Portal.

              And one person from the principal nodal officer team has called me and discussed with me that she will be sending my request for approval post which I can do that payment accordingly.

              And on the same a credit card settlement team barged into my house with very harsh and foul language. And I explained them the complete scenario happening with SBI Team.

              All he said is do the payment and when i shared the images with regarding to the email communication regarding the same. He didn't even bother to look at it instead he was compelling me to do the payment without any idea regarding the process.

              All he know is asking for payment. Below are the agent details:

              Agent Manger: Ravikant (Dont have the mobile number, always connected via conference)

              Finally i spoke to his ravikant and we agreed to wait till I get an email from the SBI Team regarding my approval.

              I was expecting the email from SBI Team today(30-Apr-19) as mentioned in the email but i haven't received any email or call till now from them but again the agent has called me without even the basic understanding he is talking to me with very harsh words and tone.

              First of all it is not my mistake that the mail hasn't come and moreover the agent's behaviour and language he is using in very irritating.

              All i want is my credit card to be settle without any hassle but this is making my life miserable.

                I had withdrawn my sbi rewards point and purchase rs 543 that amazon e voucher i didn't gets to my email so i complained to sbi rewards customer care they said that voucher is sended to email which i didn't get. So i ask the company form which they purchase the they reply that all the details like my username [protected] and the amount are as i maintained but only the email address that i given at the time of purchase is not [protected]@gmail.com. Then after i call to sbi rewards customer care and conformed the about my email id which is i given at time of purchase is same but the company form which they purchase has different email so i didn't get my e voucher. I completed about this to sbi they told me that we can't do anything so please help me in this matter.

                  I have been told by sbi credit card that i have multiple cards whereas i own only one card. They have been charging me since last 3 months without any reasons. Their agents lied to me for higher limit and tricked me into making another card. But during verification i was told that i won't be having higher limits so i asked them to stop the process. But after my clear instructions they still made the card and never delivered to me. They are only charging me and are also hesitating to listen to me.
                  This is the only place where i can get proper justice. Hope my problem would be looked after.

I also blaming bank which system is not right. How can my account balance become 4 rupees. I never share otp or password to any person. I never use online banking.                           I got a call saying call from sbi n that m getting free add on cards that too two of them. She took my date of birth, my address n my brother n sister date of birth n contact number.

                          She then said I will get a confirmation call I didn't receive any call or text then checked the number on true caller and it says fake sbi call. The number is[protected].

                            One person call me with mobile number [protected] and says your new atm card came in your bank but i need one any atm card detail for confirmation and ask atm number, cvv number and OTP i said all things and debited my 15000RS from account proof for this case is criminals mobile number, call recording please solve my this case and find criminal quickly

                              I am not satisfied with your inquiry. When I had not done this transaction then why should I pay it

                              Again, investigate the case. You've got a mistake somewhere.

                              And on the next day of the $ 200 transaction, there was an attempt to do another fraud of $ 20 on the credit card which could not be successful due to a credit card block and I did not even made this transaction

                              I had blocked my card. You can see in your records that I talked to your customer care officer and I had filed the complaint on this subject at the same time.

                              Look, I have been seeking your support. Please do cooperate with me, otherwise, I will have to file a complaint against it in the National Consumer Court

                              I wish that the matter should be settled in between. I do not need to do this, please cooperate with me and you will have a very valuable relationship between you and me.

                              You have to check my payment history. I have always paid my bills on time and will continue to do it but I will pay the money only which I have used, I will never pay that money I have not used.

                                Despite the completing all the formalities for getting my brother's name stricken out from my bank a/c, my brother's name has not yet stricken out from the same a/c by branch manager due to having personal enmity with me. she may go down so low, I cann't imagine. My pension has been put on hold due to my brother's name being added in the same a/c. I could hardly succeeded in getting my brother agreed to do the same all the my efforts went in vain. No body is helping. I have been making complaint in this regards to all the higher authorities but all my efforts have been nullified by the branch manager. I again request you pl help me in this regards

                                I, Dr. Rahul Verma, am writing this email to you with a grave concern for the unprofessional, unfriendly, and irresponsible behaviour of the branch manager of Maldahia Branch (formerly Lahurabir Branch), Varanasi.

                                I am a NRI presently staying in Botswana, working as a professor in the most reputed university of Botswana. My KYC documents are attached as Annexure-1.

                                Being an NRI, I am also copying this email to the Home Minister and Finance Minster also as a ready reference of the pathetic working system in SBI.

                                I am chalking down the series of misconduct by the branch manager of Maldahia, Varanasi.

                                I am a resident of Botswana since 2017. My mother Late Mrs. Pratima Verma, who was also a resident of Botswana since January 2019. She was holding the above-mentioned pension account with the Maldahia (formerly Lahurabir) branch:

                                1. My mother died on 20th June 2021 at Palapye, Botswana. (Annexure-2: Death Certificate).

                                2. After the cremation and last rituals of my mother, I wrote an email to the branch manager at sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in on 29th June, with the attested copy of the death certificate, but unfortunately received no reply from the branch till date (Annexure-3).

                                3. The branch landlines are dead, so I sent my sister who stays at Varanasi, to get the only available contact number that was of the branch manager Mr. AWANISH. I also tried to call him, but he never picked up my call and hardly responded to my WhatsApp messages. The contact number of Mr. Awanish is +91 [protected].

                                4. My banker at Botswana, the BANK OF BARODA, the only existing Indian bank at Botswana, came forward to help me as per the rules of STAR ALLIANCE of the Indian Banks. The branch manager of BOB, also wrote to the sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in, on 8th July 2021. No response was given by Mr. Awanish. (Annexure-4).

                                5. My late mother had made a REGISTERED WILL at Varanasi District Court with details- Book No.3/Interlace No.200/Page. No 323-336/Serial No.471/ Dated 06.09.2014. My late mother has declared me (Rahul Verma) as the legal heir of all her movable and immovable assets, according to that Will. The same was sent to the branch manager SBI Maldahia as well (Annexure-5/). The will is attached as a separate pdf file.

                                6. Further on 17th July, I also sent the death certificate of mother issued by Indian High Commission, Gaborone, Botswana (Annexure -6).

                                7. I have also submitted an affidavit from myself certified by the Indian High Commission, Gaborone, Botswana (Annexure-7), as an authentication of the Will and certifying my legal claim as the heir, to the branch manager of Maldahia through an email (Annexure-8), but as always he did not bother to respond.

                                8. I have tried to make several requests to the branch manager of Maldahia, Varanasi, to send me the procedural requirements for the claim of the fund in my late mother’s account, for which I, Rahul Verma, am the nominee.

                                9. I am sorry to say but it is the fact that the branch manager of Maldahia, Mr. Awanish, has never responded to my emails or calls and did respond to my WhatsApp only once, but he has no problem in talking to my sister.

                                10. Mr. Awanish is always telling my sister that Dr. Rahul must come to the branch and talk to him for settlement, but he has never responded officially on email about the necessary documents and procedures. I wonder, why he wants me to come and talk unofficially and what for?

                                Sir! I do have the rights as a legal heir of my mother, but I don’t understand why the branch manager is not willing to resolve this matter. I have requested him many times that he should respond to my emails and let me know about the requirements, so that I can submit those required documents.

                                I am sure that the bank will not reimburse any money to me just by seeing my face. They require some documents. But the branch manager is insisting me to come personally and talk. I just cannot go to Varanasi and start living for long without knowing the actual requirements.

                                Sir! Being a NRI and working in an international university with lot of work responsibilities, should not be treated so disrespectfully by a branch manager.

                                I have already submitted enough documents i.e. certified copies of death certificate, my affidavit, my mother’s registered will etc. I am also ready to submit any further supporting documents, if needed.

                                I hereby appeal to your good self to provide help to resolve this matter, without any physical and mental harassment.

                                I very humbly request you to facilitate genuine help in this matter and get a respectful treatment from the concerned branch and specially the branch manager.

                                    I already thru complaints ki 05/12/2018 from your side fake call call and purchase the same and now its is bill amount is 13000 above i told all ready u closed the credit card bcaz not using anything why should i purchase so much 7000 ka purchase.. And all ready destroy the card and not getting proper call. I told u ur bank is fake now and u should stop the fake call na. I told so many times not used and to bhi i can pay sum rs but no call back and asking credit card no bt i dot have. U plp send ur excutive to collct the money that time also ur ple saying ki not availble.. This is not gud and a/c given from bank they also not support the same.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      This is to draw your kind attention that i had never ever used my atm card for the transactions beyond the limit. Still an amount of rs. 59 (Rupees fifty nine only) has already been deducted from my account no-[protected] (Cif no.-[protected]) on 7th feb'19 on the head excess dr in sb issue.
                                      Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful to get my deducted amount return back at instant and confirm please.

                                        I am afamily pensioner of tusra branch dist-balangir state-orissa my family pension document was lost by accountant of tusra brncha and say me once again i submitted i once again submit the document but this recent document was once again lost by accountant my family pension was not sent ho one and half year delay of my pension.
