Dear team,

Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account two times saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

      Dear sir

      A refund of 1000 rupees was successfully processed on 05 feb 2019 to my account which is deducted during transfer money on phonepe flateform.. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

      I have called the state bank of india customer service including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

      I have confirmed with phonepe and they have successfully processed the refund

      Kindly go through the charge dispute, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to phonepe payment processor to locate the refund.

        cif not scrutinized by lcpc problem

        This is my first time in sbi. I can't transfer money to anyone as it is saying "cif not scrutinized by lcpc". As i've opened my account in bank they've asked me to deposit 2000 rs and i didn't have 2000 rs i tried to deposit 500 rs but they didn't allow me to deposit 500 rs but my account got activated and i've got the atm card also i opened net banking and transferred 500 rs from my another account through phonepe app in my mobile.         I have booked the movie ticket for sunday[protected] by paytm on[protected] under cancellation process and after i have cancelled that ticket on same day but i have not refunded my amount of booking of movie ticket i have booked ticket by my sbi account through paytm app but now 1 day has passed but i still not get my amount of cancellation of my movie tickets i have call the customer care of sbi but they not attending the call at all, please give me the details that when i get my amount of cancellation of my movie ticket???

          In the name of educational loan they make high stress to the students. Even after getting all d relevant documents they not even responding anything to the loan applicant. Using unnecessary words like hurting the students. Unnecessarily informing the students to come to bank in working days. Then students coming to bank by taking leave to the classes and they will suffer with lack of attendance, missing d classes so that their class hours will be wasted..

                    Hi team,
                    I am a bharat petroleum sbi credit card holder yesterday around 12:52pm i received the call asking that maam we got to know you tried resetting your pin that got declined so this is an ivr call we are here to help ypu. She was confirming all my deatils my aadhar card, pan card number, official address etc etc and then she said there is rewards point on your cards you may use it as u want for 9999/- and told to share the otp for resetting your pin later i got the message my 3 transactions were made 1st is for 999/- 2nd is for 6999/- and 3rd is for 9999/- later on i immediately went to fort sbi mumbai branch they asked me to call customer care and told to speak to them there was a lady who helped me from that branch sushma she helped out of the ways appreciated. But as no response from customer centre team. Later went to lodge complaint and went to main branch of sbi at nariman point.

                    Request you to please look seriously at my issue and help me with the best.

                        I have my ppf account in sbi ambarnath. On 8th feb. 2019 i went to branch to deposite cheque in my ppf account and directed to mr. Makhija counter no. 8 in the branch he straightaway refused to accept my cheque and told me to use atm card when i said that i do not have atm card he insulted me and misbehaved whith me very badly and he did not accept my payments towards ppf account. Feeling very insulted i came back to home. I want some stern and deciplenery action against him.

                          The new atm card with chip has not been delivered to me till now (S/b a/c no. [protected] at sbi durgapur azone branch). While enquiring the bank asked me to enquire in local post office. From post office i was intimated that the card in my name was posted to my address (Speed post number : eb[protected]n), but the address was not provided in detail, due to which the card could not be delivered to me. I intimated same to my sbi branch, but asked me to wait. Now after waiting for two months for atm card i am compelled to lodge this complaint and asking you to resolve the same as soon possible and deliver me my atm card.

                            I am s. Dinesh babu, lawyer based chennai, a non-customer to sbi credit card. (Cell: [protected]), i have been receiving text messages from hp-sbicrd for sbi credit card for clearance of outstanding dues of rs.3, 654/- for card ending 0426 to improve my credit score and further your sister concern tatacp have been sending text message regarding tata loan in a/c no: 5067437 emi of rs.14, 117/- whereas i have neither availed any credit card from sbi nor used the alleged credit card, further i have never received any funds as loan from tatacp as alleged in text. My cell phone number have been misused, there is no privity of contract between sbi credit card or tata capital with me. The toll free numbers provided in the txt messages ([protected]) and phone numbers for customer care/ complaints 39020202; [protected]; [protected] have not been properly responded. Kindly resolve the same at the earliest with immediate attention and intimate stage of resolving with proper deadline and communicate the same, failing which i will be constrained to take appropriate legal actions not restricting to cpgrams, rbi ombudsman.

                            I have cancelled a order from amazon on 03jan 2019.The refund amount should have processed within 9th jan 2019.But the refund has never processed to my account. I have consulted with amazon customer care and they gave a report that they have returned the amount to my sbi acount .

                                I am rudranarayan sahoo a sbi costumer having account in chandotora bank having ifsc code - sbino0008880. I made two upi transactions of 500 on 05/02/2019 at 10.04 a. M. And 10.09 a. M. When i contact paytm it says transfer is successful and bank has confirmed the credit of amount. But the recipient has not got the amount yet. The details of two transactions are.

                                  I am writing to lodge a complain against a fraud happened on my sbi credit card (No.
                                  [protected]). I am a victim of a fraud phone call, received on 3rd jan 2019 at around 11:15am when i was in my office in seepz andheri east mumbai. The call was regarding an offer on my credit card. The person on the other side of phone asked me to tell her the 4-digit pin number, i received then to activate the offer of shopping card worth rs. 5000. As soon as i told her the pin no. Rs.40000 were debited from my credit card account. When i found that the fraud has taken place (About 5 mins latter), i immediately called the helpline no of sbi credit card and narrated about the fraud and requested him to block the card. The reference no. Of the complaint i did is[protected].
                                  I am requesting you to please lodge a complaint against the fraud transactions made on my credit card without my consent.

                                    My issue is regarding the money that has not been credited yet to my bank.
                                    It was a prepaid order and was cancelled.
                                    So they are saying that they have reverted the payment back to same bank account.
                                    But i have still not got refund in my bank account.
                                    I have contacted the bank also regarding this but they are also not helping.
                                    So please help me in this case.
                                    Amazon executives are saying that they have processed the refund but i have still not got it in my bank account.
                                    I have called the bank customer care number and they told me that they cannot help.
                                    When i asked amazon.in they are saying that i need to contact bank because they have sent money to bank and refund reference number is only generated when refund is processed from amazon.in and credited to bank.
                                    But money is still not credited to my bank account.
                                    Amazon executives said to ask bank to mark this transaction as dispute, so i asked the bank executives to do so and they straight forward denied to help and said that call amazon regarding this.
                                    No one is helping me so i am generating a grievance here in hope to get resolution as soon as possible.

                                      I have paid through my debit card an amount of 9733&487 (In rupees) on 06/02/2019 towards credit card due.
                                      But on 07/02/2019 automatically debited inr 9733.05 from my sb account [protected]. No messages&no alerts was not come to me. Why this happened? For what purpose it was debited? Is it sbi policy? Why unautherisedly debited? I'm very suffering about this type of transaction. If you not resolve this problem urgently, further i will take next step.
