I am rudranarayan sahoo a sbi costumer having account in chandotora bank having ifsc code - sbino0008880. I made two upi transactions of 500 on 05/02/2019 at 10.04 a. M. And 10.09 a. M. When i contact paytm it says transfer is successful and bank has confirmed the credit of amount. But the recipient has not got the amount yet. The details of two transactions are.

I am receiving statement for unknown account.
I am receiving this statement few months later closing my credit card account. Statement is for different account than my bank/credit card account.

    Respected sir/madam,

    I am writing to lodge a complain against a fraud happened on my sbi credit card (No.
    [protected]). I am a victim of a fraud phone call, received on 3rd jan 2019 at around 11:15am when i was in my office in seepz andheri east mumbai. The call was regarding an offer on my credit card. The person on the other side of phone asked me to tell her the 4-digit pin number, i received then to activate the offer of shopping card worth rs. 5000. As soon as i told her the pin no. Rs.40000 were debited from my credit card account. When i found that the fraud has taken place (About 5 mins latter), i immediately called the helpline no of sbi credit card and narrated about the fraud and requested him to block the card. The reference no. Of the complaint i did is[protected].
    I am requesting you to please lodge a complaint against the fraud transactions made on my credit card without my consent.

      Amount - rs 954
      My issue is regarding the money that has not been credited yet to my bank.
      It was a prepaid order and was cancelled.
      So they are saying that they have reverted the payment back to same bank account.
      But i have still not got refund in my bank account.
      I have contacted the bank also regarding this but they are also not helping.
      So please help me in this case.
      Amazon executives are saying that they have processed the refund but i have still not got it in my bank account.
      I have called the bank customer care number and they told me that they cannot help.
      When i asked amazon.in they are saying that i need to contact bank because they have sent money to bank and refund reference number is only generated when refund is processed from amazon.in and credited to bank.
      But money is still not credited to my bank account.
      Amazon executives said to ask bank to mark this transaction as dispute, so i asked the bank executives to do so and they straight forward denied to help and said that call amazon regarding this.
      No one is helping me so i am generating a grievance here in hope to get resolution as soon as possible.

        Sir
        I have paid through my debit card an amount of 9733&487 (In rupees) on 06/02/2019 towards credit card due.
        But on 07/02/2019 automatically debited inr 9733.05 from my sb account [protected]. No messages&no alerts was not come to me. Why this happened? For what purpose it was debited? Is it sbi policy? Why unautherisedly debited? I'm very suffering about this type of transaction. If you not resolve this problem urgently, further i will take next step.

            Dear Sir, I received my sbi credit card on 7 Feb 2019, card number [protected] I have done 5000 transaction, they blocked my credit card. I am using hdfc and icici nobody will block. SBI people will block cards and ask for new replacement card and will charge 100 rupees. This is new way of cheating customers. Please unblock my credit card. For silly reasons please don't block.

              I have purchased neta baleno taken car loan
              From SBI parav. On this loan I am paying EMI of Rs. 8300. At the time of loan procedure, I have not been informed by loan manager about submission of RC book to the bank. And now they have charged fine of Rs. 2950 for not submitting RC book. During last 5 months I have not received any intimation mail /SMS or call from bank regarding the same and suddenly they are charging me fine more than my EMI.

              In last 2 months I have visited with my car but neither of your staff has informed me about RC book submission nor I have received any formal notice regarding the same. My car was registered on very next day of purchase and I was having RC book after 1 month. If I would have been aware about submission or any of your staff would have asked me about the same, then why I would have avoided the submission. You people send regular alerts regarding EMI payment but no SMS/ E-mail regarding failure of RC book submission? If I will stop paying EMIs then you will come to my place for collection then why there is no such procedure for other necessary submissions?

              When I raised complaint online regarding the fine, Branch manager from the branch have closed the same without contacting me.

              When I called in the call center then about these huge charges they said for contact to branch. So your people only are not aware about the issues and charges. They are misleading me which is a mental harassment and I am under tremendous pressure due to the same.

              Sir, I work very hard to earn every single rupee. Rs. 2950 is a very big amount for me. Also I am a punctual borrower whose non of the EMIs has been delayed. Still you are charging me such a big fine. On other hand people like Vijay Malyya are eating up the entire banking system and still moving freely. Then what is the use of me following the rules strictly? Give me one valid reason, even after this injustice, why I should pay back my loan as per rule and not default the same?

              I request you to please reverse these charges.

                I have savings account holder of SBI PALAMPUR (SBIN0050126) with A/C No: .[protected] Today on 05/02/21 around 11:50am to 12 pm I tried to deposit a cash of 19, 900 Rs in cash deposit machine( cdm no. S5NA[protected] located at opposite hdfc bank palampur, but due to hard ware error my money stuck in CDM and I couldn’t able to deposit the money and I haven’t received any receipt also.

                Here I am requesting you to please refund my money because I need it for an emergency purpose.

                            On 3rd feb 2019 i withdrawl amount of rs.10500 from atm but the amount was trapped in the machine itself but deducted from my account then in the morning of 4th feb, the money was deposited in my account by the bank but after sometime the money was again deducted without any prior notice by the bank and i received "CSH WDL" as per in the statement details.

                              Sir, I have made a transaction of rupees 1533 using phonepe app. my transaction is failed but amount is debited from the account and I didn't get the amount back into my account. the UTR number is[protected] dated on 19/01/2019. my account number is [protected]. my phone number is [protected]. I have contacted to phonepe customer care but they said that it is banks technical fault, So contact the bank. when I contacted to SBI branch the employees is branch said that it is not our issue . contact to the phonepe. we can't help you. can you help me sir, how can I get my money back?

                                  I have book a train ticket through paytm on 27 January but it got failed. I had paid it from my paytm wallet and with my account. Paytm had done there work and processed my refund. The amount I had paid through wallet has been created back but sbi is has not processed my money. It's about more then a week and you guys can't do any thing.
                                  Your customer service is really bad I can't connect to any of your person. I tried several time, your service is useless.
                                  Please tell me that how can I get my money back.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I Indra Mani Rastogi (Party No.1) and my son Mohit Rastogi (Party No.2) are the joint owners of the building situated at Opp. Shabbir Gate, Near Gandhi Ground, Budaun (UP)-243601. We have let out the said property to State Bank of India (ADB) Budaun on a monthly rent of Rs. 81, 094.
                                      Bank has deducted TDS for the first quarter commencing from 1st April, 2017 and ended on 30th June, 2017 out of the payment of rent paid to Party No. 1 but did not deposit the tax with the Income Tax Department. Bank did not issue any certificate of tax deduction in Form No. 16A to Party No.1. Further bank deducted tax for all the 3 months during the quarter commencing from 1st July, 2017 and ended on 30th September, 2017. But he did not deposit tax for 1 month with the Income Tax Department and has issued From No. 16A for the relevant quarter showing deduction for 2 months only. Thus, The tax for 4 months has been deducted by the bank but retained by him for reasons known to him. That is why the Party No.1 is unable to get claim of TDS for these 4 months.
                                      That the bank deducted tax out of rent paid to Party No. 2 during the period commencing from 1st April, 2017 and ended on 30th September, 2017 (1 & 2 quarter) but did not deposit the tax for full 6 months with the Income Tax Department. Bank did not issue any certificate of tax deduction in Form No. 16A to Party No. 2. With the result, the Party No. 2 is unable to get credit of TDS made by bank. That during the quarter commencing form 1st October, 2017 and ended on 31st December, 2017, the bank deposited the tax for 1 month under section 194J of the Income Tax Act, 1961 instead of section 194IB. This being technical error must also be rectified in the Form No. 16A for the relevant quarter.
                                      I & my son sent a letter to the bank in this respect on[protected] but no action whatsoever was taken by the bank. We have also given a legal notice to the bank through our advocate on[protected] but no action has been taken by the bank till today. Due to the negligence and carelessness of the bank, we will suffer monetary loss. You are, therefore requested to rectify our complaint as earliest as possible.

                                        The mobile pin arrives very slowly and when arrived and typed it shows payment is successful and when we click on the redirect. it shows that the session has expired. the amount has been debited from my account but the receiver will not receive it. it has happened more than once and i am losing my money but it is not reaching the official website. what to do please help
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
