Hi all,
This is to inform that sbi maya bazar, gorakhpur, ifsc code sbin0007216
Is continuously forcing people to take mandatory insurance of 1300 a year.. Of no use to open a new account.

The staff is saying this is mandatory without this we will not open a new account. Please interrogate in this matter as the people are suffering due this.
They are violating the banking regulations act and rbi guidelines.

I am Alish Kumar.I bought something from amazon and then cancelled the order.But refund is not credit in my account. I couldn't get credit of amount Rs.599.Transaction id is[protected].Transaction date is 15/07/2018. Please solve my problem.

    I have my sb account in sbi bandikui
    A/c no.[protected], just today 11.30 am i have to deposit rs.10, 200 in my home branch. After a long queue waiting 40 minutes to deposit amount, wondering the cashier denied to deposit amount and advice me to deposit at e mitra. I was requested i am in my home branch should be deposited. But they denied strictly. What should i do.

      I was posted as branch manager at SBI SADABAD (DZO AGRA), It is a currency chest branch.I taken some coin denomination 5, 2 and 1, Now a days I am having some coins of RS. 1 of small size which is wrongly flashed stop in market so no body accept these in market, I went to SBI SADABAD branch to deposit these coins .But I am sorry to state that the CASH OFFICER flatly refused to deposit the coins even knowing me as staff and X BM at the branch.
      I want to know that is it any guidelines from YOU or RBI not to deposit the coins.
      If no, please arrange to deposit my coins in my account or change in other currency note denomination.

        I had sbi credit card for last 5 years but due to bad medical condition few months properly outstanding payment not made by me and same reason i wrote your sbi bank with medical reports but your bank never ready to listen and for last few days sbi bank phone callers started call me with using abusing language and threaten to me for payment. I submitted complaint nearest police station with callers details and write to your sbi concerned department for the same. But here writing you too because its public portal and all sbi customer will need know indian banking situation.

        Still mentioned executive do not stopped calling me and chase me. Sunday he visited at my address and force me to meet. My husband attend his call and clearly said will meet on working day and why you force her to me so he not speak and cut the phone. Its such threat for me by Sbi bank. I registered ombudsman about this and will soon sbi bank get notice for reply.

            This is to inform a bad situation i have faced. Today i have ordered a nokia5.1 plus in exchange with a samsung galaxy j2. I got the discount of rs.1900 on j2.
            I had the eligibility of availing a 10% discount on purchase with sbi card, but i didn't receive it. It was a really bad experience for me so that i had cancelled the order. You should solve this problem. If this get solved i'm ready to purchase the same product.

              On 19/01/2019 there were 2 unauthorized transactions from my account debited to Investment Intermedi of Rs. 295 and I didn't apply for such service.

              The 1st transaction was done at 5:29 am
              and 2nd was at 8:08 pm

              Please refund the money.

              My EMI payment date is coming soon, so in case I'm penalised for late payment then SBI is responsible for penalty charges.

                  Hi all respected sirs,

                  This is to bring in notice where we are getting threatening/harassing calls from sbi card recovery agents giving constant tortures and lot of depression too.
                  From last one week from 11 jan 2019 me and my both maternal and in-laws family are getting constant threatening calls from a person name gaurav ahuja ([protected]) and vijay[protected],[protected],[protected] claims to be from sbi credit card department.

                  They are even calling to me and my husbands company where we are working for this matter. They are harassing our managers, hr and even company clients.
                  This is totally cross violation of privacy by calling any one and threatening who are not at all linked with your cards / loans etc and the sbi should compensate for our mental torture and loss of business hours.

                  They are threatening us by saying that they will make our & our family lives miserable by making us unemployed. My husband is depression. My father and father in-law aged above 60 are also heart patients are really stressed.

                  My husband never said that he will not repay the amount, but asked for sometime to arrange money to which they are not at all agreeing and asking for immediate payment.

                  Did any one help us how we can take action against such unsolicited harassment calls from sbi collection recovery agents since they are not only harassing consumer but also defaming bank and their employees.

                    My account has been attempted by someone around 15:27 hrs and resulted locking of my account. How it be so insecure. Is it we are heading for a new digital india? Please looked into this matter seriously and punitive action may be taken against fraudsters.

                      This is related to the last two transactions that has been done from my account by some fraudsters by a fake call. I got a call from a random number who impersonated to be bank officials and stated that my bank account would be ceased if i did not co-operate to that has been directed. I really got intimidated by the various threats that my account would face if i did not provide the necessary details. I had to comply by sharing card details post which i received two withdrawal notifications in my mobile, namely-

                      Therefore, it is my earnest request to you to kindly look into the matter and extend the help that i would need as soon as possible.

                                I had credit card. I have not used at all. Even though sbi has charged interest on annual fee. During personal loan i have face difficulty to get loan. For that i have paid amount 4958rs. After that i have given complaint. After giving complaint i have got refunded amount. Then i have requested customer care to close the credit card. So they have closed. But in cibil score report it is mentioned that suit filed, wilful default, written off and also it showing that settlement status is no.
                                This is impacting on me very badly to get loan or any other credit card.
                                I am calling to customer care but it is asking credit card no. But i have scrapped it.
                                So request you to please solve this issue. And if any quarries pls call me on [protected].

                                  I manish chauhan had a credit card of sbi, due to some monetary problem i settled the card in nov18, in 6 equal instalments when i paid first installment still received calls for payment, i complained the same and told that the settlement done but that was not updated in their system. I regularly paid 5 inst. But not updated i hold last installment till the updation, when they updated till the last installment cross the due date after i paid it. But the told that your settlement has been broken. I registered many compliments on mail and calls they misguided me every times and and again charging 50-60 k rupees. Their executives also talked in a bad unethical way for which i have all call records.

                                  Please suggest i frustrated their services and mentally disturbed, due to which i resigned from my job as asst manager hr and now i am jobless.

                                    A refund of 1787 rupees was successfully processed on 30 december 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                      Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis.                                         Here iam sharing issue is tatkal train ticket booking from sbc bangalore to kalaburagi (Klbg) on 12 jan 2019 for 13 th date, i failed to do book but amount 425 rs is debt from my account. I seen transaction history in irctc app showing that amount is credited to bank but i didn’t receive amount till today. I checking daily personal banking account. Here iam attaching supported pics of documents please resolve my issue. Thinking team
