Hi.
On 7th jan my one transaction got failed while adding money from sbi to paytm wallet.
And mercent was one97communications.
After contacting sbi they are saying paytm is responsible and calling paytm they say to contact bank sbi
Not i am struck with all the mental trauma these companies give me and i am not able to get my money back.

    No information for me sbi investment rupess-2000 in sip. Sbi debit three times from my account. I do not like sbi sip. I do not investment sbi sip equity hybrid fund. My falio no 15724324 pan no dssps5394j. So i want to closed my sip amounts 2000. And total debit amount 6000 credits my account [protected]. So please resolve my problems any west time. Thanks

        Dear sir, today my cousin went to sbi branch for atm withdrawal case as 5000 rs money was not come out from the atm machine and money got deducted from the account and there it was told to her that she should contact to customer care so she dialled the customer care no and register the complaints and after some time she got a call from mo. No. [protected] and a person told to her that he is from sbi and told her some debit card no. Initial digits and asked the last 4 digits to verify. They convinced her that they are from sbi bank by telling each and every detail about account no. After that they asked her to share debit card details to update the card and also asked the otp.
        She shared the otps and about 7- 8 transaction of about total cumulative 50000 rs were done and after that she understood that they may be fraud do she immediately deactivate the debit card and inform to customer care but they told that they can not do anything so you should write a mail to report.           The bank is unnecessary charging SI charge on my Recurring Deposit (RD) account even though I am having sufficient balance on my saving account. Again recently the bank have deducted Rs 295 as SI FAILURE CHARGE
          Please solution the critical problem i tried to customer care but there no response and very poor service provide to me . today i go to my SBI branch office and he say tom please contact to SBI customer care and they will send a complain message to me, but i had no message received

              Hello sir,

              I have got a car loan with SBI (Previously SBI Patiala) and EMI is deducting through ECS from my CITI Bank Account since December 2014. For two consecutive months (Dec 2018 and January 2019, the EMI has not been deducted from the Citi account, in spite of sufficient balance. When I contacted my Citibank office, they informed me that SBI has not submitted the ECS clearance. This is quite strange as I received a message from SBI that my CIBIL will be affected because of the delay!

              One of the SBI managers called me up for a meeting to resolve the issue. Apparently, due to a recent merger of SBI Banks (SBI and SBI Patiala in this case), it was required for them to obtain a fresh ECS mandate. However, it took them some time to get my records verified as the records were in Patiala branch. I met the manager and gave them a fresh mandate.

              The issue is yet not resolved. I've personally written to the bank and also trying to contact them through their call center number but to no avail. My loan account number is[protected].

                      Hi all,
                      This is to inform that sbi maya bazar, gorakhpur, ifsc code sbin0007216
                      Is continuously forcing people to take mandatory insurance of 1300 a year.. Of no use to open a new account.

                      The staff is saying this is mandatory without this we will not open a new account. Please interrogate in this matter as the people are suffering due this.
                      They are violating the banking regulations act and rbi guidelines.

                        On 7th january 19, sir
                        I have my sb account in sbi bandikui
                        A/c no.[protected], just today 11.30 am i have to deposit rs.10, 200 in my home branch. After a long queue waiting 40 minutes to deposit amount, wondering the cashier denied to deposit amount and advice me to deposit at e mitra. I was requested i am in my home branch should be deposited. But they denied strictly. What should i do.

                          I was posted as branch manager at SBI SADABAD (DZO AGRA), It is a currency chest branch.I taken some coin denomination 5, 2 and 1, Now a days I am having some coins of RS. 1 of small size which is wrongly flashed stop in market so no body accept these in market, I went to SBI SADABAD branch to deposit these coins .But I am sorry to state that the CASH OFFICER flatly refused to deposit the coins even knowing me as staff and X BM at the branch.
                          I want to know that is it any guidelines from YOU or RBI not to deposit the coins.
                          If no, please arrange to deposit my coins in my account or change in other currency note denomination.

                            I had sbi credit card for last 5 years but due to bad medical condition few months properly outstanding payment not made by me and same reason i wrote your sbi bank with medical reports but your bank never ready to listen and for last few days sbi bank phone callers started call me with using abusing language and threaten to me for payment. I submitted complaint nearest police station with callers details and write to your sbi concerned department for the same. But here writing you too because its public portal and all sbi customer will need know indian banking situation.

                            Still mentioned executive do not stopped calling me and chase me. Sunday he visited at my address and force me to meet. My husband attend his call and clearly said will meet on working day and why you force her to me so he not speak and cut the phone. Its such threat for me by Sbi bank. I registered ombudsman about this and will soon sbi bank get notice for reply.

                            Today again sbi bank executive break rule and this time playing with india law because mentioned person sms messages me for present in court on time and when my advocate call him than they dont have proper reply and notice details. This information share on public platform for expose sbi bank follow illegal activity or support.

                            Transaction one on 4th jan 2019, but till now the amount did't credited in that person account, we went to his bank and took the statement, there is no transaction on 4th jan 2019 . then i went to my bank and asked they to told we cant do any thing, give a complaint in online they will only solve it . now what i have to do u people only tell me .

                              I have opened an enps account recently. As per central recordkeeping agency, my kyc pending with your bank, due to which my pran is frozen. As per cra office, sbi should be doing my kyc so that account becomes active and i can make further conntribution towards my pran account.

                                This is to inform a bad situation i have faced. Today i have ordered a nokia5.1 plus in exchange with a samsung galaxy j2. I got the discount of rs.1900 on j2.
                                I had the eligibility of availing a 10% discount on purchase with sbi card, but i didn't receive it. It was a really bad experience for me so that i had cancelled the order. You should solve this problem. If this get solved i'm ready to purchase the same product.

                                January 18 morning at 9 am my account got debited by 147.50 ruppee without my awareness I didn't do any transactions still it got debited so I want to know without my knowledge how it got debited and if any fraudulent happened bank has to take action

                                I have transfer money by paytm from my Hdfc Bank on 30 dec 5 times by upi but reciever [protected]@upi get money only 2 times

                                after complaints in hdfc and paytm they confirmed transection successfully on 31 dec but minet not credited in my Ac
                                but Sbi branch n cm care not giving proper answer

                                  On 19/01/2019 there were 2 unauthorized transactions from my account debited to Investment Intermedi of Rs. 295 and I didn't apply for such service.

                                  The 1st transaction was done at 5:29 am
                                  and 2nd was at 8:08 pm

                                  Please refund the money.

                                  My EMI payment date is coming soon, so in case I'm penalised for late payment then SBI is responsible for penalty charges.

                                    Investment intermedi illegally debited my money as I have not even subscribe this fraud company.this company debited my money on 18/1/2019 and 19/1/2019 both dates respectively at night ..so kindly recover my money as soon as possible..plz barred this fraud investment company ...as I read from this company a faudism company illegally debiting money..

                                      Hi all respected sirs,

                                      This is to bring in notice where we are getting threatening/harassing calls from sbi card recovery agents giving constant tortures and lot of depression too.
                                      From last one week from 11 jan 2019 me and my both maternal and in-laws family are getting constant threatening calls from a person name gaurav ahuja ([protected]) and vijay[protected],[protected],[protected] claims to be from sbi credit card department.

                                      They are even calling to me and my husbands company where we are working for this matter. They are harassing our managers, hr and even company clients.
                                      This is totally cross violation of privacy by calling any one and threatening who are not at all linked with your cards / loans etc and the sbi should compensate for our mental torture and loss of business hours.

                                      They are threatening us by saying that they will make our & our family lives miserable by making us unemployed. My husband is depression. My father and father in-law aged above 60 are also heart patients are really stressed.

                                      My husband never said that he will not repay the amount, but asked for sometime to arrange money to which they are not at all agreeing and asking for immediate payment.

                                      Did any one help us how we can take action against such unsolicited harassment calls from sbi collection recovery agents since they are not only harassing consumer but also defaming bank and their employees.

                                        My account has been attempted by someone around 15:27 hrs and resulted locking of my account. How it be so insecure. Is it we are heading for a new digital india? Few days ago also i haver tried to access sbi atm, even though server was down but rs. 10000 were debited from my account and refunded after a complaint. Please looked into this matter seriously and punitive action may be taken against fraudsters.
