This is with reference to my wifes ppf account [protected] where in there is a registered nomination. The documents required for settlement were all submitted to Andheri East branch in the month of September 2018. However the branch staff of Andheri were unable to trace the nomination details. Andheri East branch is making me run from Andheri to Fort branch all this was not enough now the Agm is asking me to go with succession. I am 73 years old retired bank official and the bankers are making me run from pillar to post. Please help me with this situation and necessary action. Thankfully K Ekanath Bhat

    This email is regarding the sbi (Fbb) credit card which was issued to me at xperia mall, palava arround 6 months back. A colleague named aniket kumbhar helped me to get this card.

    Further to this i was not here and had been out of india for office work. The got delivered but since i was not present here it was not used till date. Currently i am getting sms for some charges which i m not aware since i never used the card.

    Please be informed that i am not willing to use any services of this sbi credit (Fbb) card.

    I had called also the sbi customer care now and spoke to aparna wherein she informed me that the card has been blocked and cannot be used. When i visited the sbi dombivli west branch, there they told me to contact the same person form where i have taken the card and they will provide the waiver code post which the card will get closed/terminated.

    Request you to terminate this card permanently at the earliest as i will not be using this anymore.

      I sumit kumar has a credit card with sbi bank and there has been disputed transaction of rs 10000 on my sbi credit card whereas credit card was in my possession and i was at kolkata but don't know how 10000 was debited from my credit card dated 10 jan 2019 raised complaint at bank but not responding properly police complaint was also lodged for the same and dispute charge forum also submitted but still no proper action taken by the company my no is [protected]

        It was since 3 months i receive call from sbi credit card recovery department. My brother is being disowned by me and my family since 5 yrs and we do not have any contact of him and his wife.
        He has certain funds due to sbi credit card, sbi credit card employees are continously threatning me and my 60yrs above parents and even my wife.
        Height was on 11th january one employee from sbi loan recovery dept named"sourabh shekhswat" his no - ([protected]) called me on my mobile no continously 25 times and i was very busy to attend call, he straight away hacked my personal information about my work place and called at my h. Q., call got transferred to my hr, then to my dept and then to me. This person also told to my collegues about my brothers due and asked assistance of money from my company.
        Same day i was in meeting with my bosses and got 1 month notice to leave job and was sacked.
        If this is case and my parents die out of tension or i loose faith in living life out of harrasment, sbi will be whole and sole responsible.

          Refund from amazon for amount rs 649.00 has been processed on 6nd jan 2019. Authorization code for the refund is[protected]. The refund is not credited in my account till now. Conversation with amazon regarding this from my gmail account is attached. This amount is a part of my debit card transaction. I am pay by the upi transaction of sbi.

          Please see a pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund under charge dispute as 'refund not processed'.

            I am chief manager in dena bank at worli branch, mumbai. The representative from sbi card had visited my office year back and offered sbi card free of charges being dena bank executive. On assuring about charges; i had applied for it and surprisingly, after one year i received bill being annual charges of rs. 589/- for which i have had sent so many emails that it is not genuine and i will not pay it and again received bill with penalty of rs. 500/- for payment.
            Sir, please intervene in the matter and remove charges and close my credit card immediately under intimation to me.

              Actually i have transfer 500 to another account through phonepay. Bt msg shown failed. Bt money deducted from my account.

              Phonepay customer care says no transaction occur in this tranasaction id.

              Sbi says you have transaction with third party app.. So i cant help u.

                  I cancelled order from my amazon account on 03/01/2019 which include payment from my amazon pay and sbi debit card. I get my amazon pay amount instantly and the amount deducted from my debit not now. My sbi account no. Is [protected].
                  I get tired to call amazon and sbi customer care several times and they said to call other one i. E. When i call sbi, they said to call amazon and vice versa.
                  Amazon also provide me the refund reference number 883920.
                  My amount which is disputed is rs.3974.36.

                  From Amazon, they said that they initiate the refund and the amount should be reflected by 9/01/2019.
                  Also they said their process as they contact bank to refund the amount to the custumer. Amazon said that when bank received amount from amazon, Bank provide the transaction id to the amazon as a proof which amazon provide me as a refund reference number 883920.

                    Refunds of rs. 599 was successfully processed on 16 nov 2018 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                    I have called the state bank of india customer service providing all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken.

                    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.

                    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund.

                      The below ticket amount has been refunded by the irctc but sbi has not been crediting these amounts into the account. I have been sending repeated mails to state bank of india and i am being tossed from main office to another. Thgis has to be credited into sbi gajuwaka account of an internet shop owner, once it is credited into his account, i can get it into my account. He assisted my father in law in getting the tickets booked, hence his account he used. The sbi doesnt even avail me an investigation into the issue.

                      i get this bel0w automated reply from SBI, which makes no sense to me at all...i cannot visit the branch as i am not resident in INdia.

                          Reference to complaint id 19324 registered on 29/11/2018 and 12/12/2018.
                          I, jc-593338x subedar naikwadi sanjay kumar vasantrao retired from army, jak li regiment on 31 jul 2018 but since last five months i am not getting service and disability pension, gratuity and commutation till date. Ppo number[protected] and a/c number [protected].
                          Required documents already delievered to chief manager, sbi, cppc, belapur, navi mumbai vide registered consignment number re[protected]in on 17/12/2018.
                          Please start my service and disability pension and credit all due amount on account of gratuity and commutation to my bankers forthwith.

                          I had a refund from Amazon of 629 and 315 rs on 24th August 2018.and the reference Id was provided and the refund is still not processed.. i messaged them, lodged a complaint on Cms, even tweeted them, no legal action was taken, i am attaching the details.. i was just bouncing like a ball between amazon and Sbi..

                              I have an account in sbi bank main branch faridabad. Acc no is [protected]
                              Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saving transferred to investment intermedi acc no is [protected] and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

My account deducted 16500 rupees but I didn't get money. So please resolve my problem.

                                  My husband was getting service pension vide ppo no c/gref/16610/2003 through sbi sultanpur sb acct no [protected]. My husband expired on 08 apr 18. My name exist in ppo for grant of family pension. As account of my husband was single hence account was closed. I opened a new in the same bank having account no[protected]. Paper for grant of family pension in my favour have already been forwarded by sbi sultanpur to commence family pension in my favour as per ppo. Cppc allahabad not granted on the ground that account of my husband was closed with debit balance of rs 1, 60, 006.00. Available balance at the time of death of my husband ie rs 27991.00 have already been deducted by cppc at their own. Now they are insisting to deposit remaining balance to start pension. I am old lady having no source of income. From where i can deposit such a huge amount. I approached cppc allahabad through rti to intimate details of debit balance but they have not provided the same. I had also requested to adjust amount from 08 apr 18 ie from the date of death of my husband till nov 18 and adjust balance amount in instalments. But cppc allahabad did not give any response.in view of this, please intervene in the matter and direct cppc allahabad to provide details of debit balance and start family pension.                                       I (In hyderabad) am supposed to receive a consignment with tracking id: ex[protected]in.
                                      When i tried to track its status using the above id, it is showing that the post is already delivered to some other place (Puthur bo). Could you please let me know if the parcel is really delivered to the wrong place or its just the tracking website that is showing incorrect status? When will my card be delivered to my address? Let me know the satus of the card.
