I had made a imt transaction of 1900 rupees on july 10th 2018 via sbi buddy but the beneficiary failed to withdraw the money and imt got expired but today its 17th july 2018 sbi has not refunded the money back the sender name is Mahesh kumar and beneficiary is Lakshmana the transaction id is [protected] they had mentioned the money will be refunded once the imt is expired but these ppl from sbi just failed to refund my money i just advice others not to do any imt transactions because none of the sbi atm has activated imt facility they just make fool of people by not refunding the money back .

    I have raised home loan from iifl. I had issued cheques to iifl for this purpose. Each time i get message "ach mandate chargessbin[protected] create 00059.00 national38976288" and a sum of rs.59/- is being debited from my account. It is not understood as to why such charges have been levied 4th time during june-july, 2018. Rqst stop such deductions and re-credit excess recovered amount to my account.

      I got a call from a lady saying they are from SBI Credit card department (Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamilnadu branch). They even told my exact credit card limit, my EMI amount, EMI duration, available credit balance etc which made me to think they are genuine SBI guys. They also told me that they will help me in redeeming the Reward points (5000 points) which are about to expire in my card. I also questioned them that i have very less reward points (nearly 1000 points) but they convinced me that these extra rewards were added when i purchased this card which again made me to believe them. They also advised me often not to share OTP, CVV etc and they asked me to enter those details through my mobile keypad after a beep sound which is another important reason to believe that they are from actual SBI because even real SBI IVR would do the same. Once i entered my CVV an d OTP they debited 9000 rupees on Airtel Money from my Credit card. I was completely blank after seeing the message from DBI. After that when i tried to reach SBI, I didnt get a proper reply from SBI on how my balance details will be known to some third party without my authorization. I undergone very bad customer service and irresponsible reply from SBI.

      Kindly help me in getting my money back. If its not at all possible atleast please help me by stopping those people from doing such activities as many innocent people are getting affected day by day and money is not easily earned. I understood the pain now and i will never ever easily believe such prank calls going forward and i will also try to create awareness as much as i can.

          PhonePe told me they credited the amount 496 and 416 into my bank account with a reference number if there is any problem advice me to contact with bank.i have contacted with sbi midnapur branch but they can't help me..so I called sbi customer care they told me file a charge back complaint..when I get the money?My account no is[protected].Reference no of the above transaction is 74332748192819178064100 and 74332748192819177362273. PhonePe credited the money on 13 th July..till now I haven't received the money in my account

            I ahve opened Digital Saving Account and I have applied for SBI ATM Card on 7th July 2018 same is issued on 8th July 2018 but not showing Dispatched even after 10 days are passed. I have called multiple times to SBI customer care but the response is very bad Customer care always says wait to some time It will be dispatched but nothing else when will it dispatch? I want to know when will my card dispatch? I want to know my tracking number for Card dispatched?

            SBI Customer care service is very poor they delay the ATM card for Digital Saving Account so much even after 10days of Account open they don't dispatch the card and on calling customer care whose service is very bad whenever you call always says It will dispatch in 8-10 days but they don't know already 10 days are passed. Please help me My acc number is [protected], Please dispatch my Card as soon as possible.

                Dear team,

                Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know why.

                    Hello Sir/Madam,

                    We are getting bothered by the SBI bank service. From the past 5 months my family trying to start Mrs. Vimal Baraskar w/o Ramrao Baraskar pension account in SBI bank (SBIN0004644 )Bhainsdehi branch but they are unable to do that because of lots of procedure and documents required and not properly guided, instructed, and suggested by the SBI bank (Manager and other employees) . Mr. Ramrao Baraskar was retired Government Employee and he had the pension account in SBI Bhainsdehi branch (SBIN0004644 ). During the Pension period Mr. Ramrao Baraskar passed away in January 2018. For starting the pension of Mrs. vimal Baraskar w/o Ramrao Baraskar name we have created the SBI bank account in same branch . For that we had struggled the lots of. For starting the pension we have full filled all the requirement but the Manager verbally said that he will send the form/request to pension office but he had not done his work (Not sent document/mail to pension office) . We took the Inquiry after 15days but they said to us it will take again 15 days. After 30 days we took the Inquiry with Branch Manager and he said that form/mail not sent by us to Pension office due to we had not received any application/Form/mail ( in written) .Here totally Manager was lying, After that we again given the written application and raise the complaint to the SBI office against him, then he sent the mail to pension office. But after completion of this procedure they required few documents (Forms : LT, LV, Fromv42 etc...) but they are again and again saying that forms are rejected. And given the next weeks date to meet in the branch.

                    My family totally bothered with this SBI Bhainsdehi Branch about the procedure and rejection of the document without any reason.

                    We are requesting to SBI Head office to take action on this matter and sorted out. And also requesting to take action against the Branch manager and employees who is not working their work properly.

                      I opened a savings account in State Bank of India, Dinanagar branch in 2013. At that time i got a kit which contained a cheque book and a debit card. I went to Tamilnadu for graduation in 2013. My account was deactivated as no transaction was made using that account. In 2017, I went to the home branch, reactivated my account and gave application for passbook issuance. But at that time the printer was not working in the bank branch, so i did not get passbook at that time. Now in 2018, I went to bank and asked for the passbook but the guy told me that passbook has already been issued to me. But have not got any passbook.

                          Sir, I deposited Rs 48000/- in cdm with no:621 at puttur(SBIN0000580) on 11.07.2018 between 8.15am to 8.30 am.But the amount has not deposited in benificiary a/c No:[protected](SBIN[protected].And reciept was not recieved from cdm.The sreen was displayed as Hardware error encountered.I will wait 30 minutes after 8.30am.But no use.The same will be reported to concerned cash officer at 10.00AM on 11.07.2018.As a Hm i will requested to cash officer (4 days from 11 to 16 of july-18) on this issue no body is not positive response in the branch from bottom to top officer level, hence i will report by online.please rectify my problem as early as possible.Thanking you sir

                            Total I have received a mail Your A/cxxxxx122711 Debited INR Rs.5248.00 transferred to Investment Intermedi. I am 70 years old retired stroke attacked person. Without my knowledge or intimation the above amount is debited my account. Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because i have not given any option to deduct my amount from my penson payment account. I donot need any investment plan for my future carrier the amountdebited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is this. And i am not in a position to invested any amount in my whole life. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money from pension and unecessarily the amount is debited which Idont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to me because I am pensioner I manage my family with my pension amount. Debiting such amount it lead me to early death.                             Respected Sir/Madam, I have contacted SBI Salem branch personally on 17th and inform the matter and given application. They simply told do you have any policy with B.axa that amount is debited by them and return the application with unsatisfactory reply. Sir if it is true why they are debited to B.axa. I have doubt about SBI because they were given a mail at 3.14 pm instructed about ATM fraud message after 30 minutes the amount was withdrawn from my account. I request you kindly very by the matter and do needful. I have not given any cheque or endorsement slip to b.axa. if b.axa is debited my account why they debited in investment intermediate a/c Please peruse the matter.and do needful for recover the amount.Thanking you - Natarajan P.

                            I was a member of SBI Ftehagarh Farrukhabad UP (revised KCCACCOUNT) no [protected], my credit balance was on 4.12.15 Rs 4717 but afterward interest debited on 31.12.15 Rs 7185, from where it comes.Further complain about crop insurance premium which was debited on 10.1.17 Rs 2477 & on 29.7.17 Rs 400, whereas in the same bank KCCaccount no.[protected] premium was not debited why this discrimination between two account holder.please settle the account accordingly.thank you sir.

Today I request one of their staff members to kindly update my passbook but he said that they don't have enough time for this(said rudely). Not even today but every single time each and everyone of them misbehaves with their customers.

                                I withdraw 20000 at SBI ATM Gorka chok Balotra on 4.7.2018, I received 9 notes of Rs. 2000 and one note of Rs. 500 in between. Total amount I received is Rs. 18500 but Rs 20000 debited from my account no. [protected]. I complained to bank about this and they told that Rs 1500 will be credited back within 7 days but till date I did not received that amount.

                                  I had purchased a mobile phone Real Me1 for Rs 13, 436.02 on 6th June 2018 from Amazon.in for a no-cost EMI from SBI credit card. However, when I received the billing for the month of June from SBI they had charged me the 100% amount of the purchase and not converted it into a no-cost EMI. When I had raised this up with Amazon they confirmed that it was converted into a no-cost EMI (attached is the billing summary from Amazon).
                                  Also when I had raised this up with SBI they told me that Amazon has not converted this amount into an EMI and they are not ready to accept that. And as 6th July was the deadline for converting this amount into EMI from SBI I had no option than to convert this amount into EMI from SBI with the interest.
                                  I had already raise this issue on 7th of July but no resolution was provided.
                                  Hence I am raising this issue again for SBI not converting the purchase in to a no cost EMI.

                                    I have send scan copy of Form 15G on 4th July 2018 to my branch (Kolkata Airport Branch- 03029). After that I have send several mails to confirm whether the same has been received or not. But still now I didn't received any reply from my branch. Also nobody is picking up the phone calls...Previously also I came across such situation when in spite of submitting Form 15G, TDS has been deducted.

                                      Dear Bank,

                                      I have seen on google there are many complaint has been registered regarding investment intermedi . They are deducting amount without intimation and for what i have not done this transaction today itself amount has been deducted . I want my money bank SBI is doing all this fraud and when we go and ask for detail and refund are money they deny . I want my money bank refund my amount . We are not working whole day to pay to you .

                                      I want my money bank when i call customer care she dont know anything she is saying may be you have invested somewer she trying to say we are fool that we calling and asking for deduction

                                      I have seen all complaint SBI is main fraud they are not taking any action

                                        On 05/07/2018 at 17:07 i get an sms from vm-cbssbi sying that-your accountxxxxx895436 has a debit by trasfer of rs.2000.00 on05/07/18.quicly i logged in sbi online to see detail there is -debit txn_reference180703/[protected]/[protected]/-only no any further detail.
                                        thish transaction is not done by me anyway.i talked to customer service they refused to help.instead they adviced to block my one card.i gave permisson to him and they blocked.next day go to the branch bm not gave any cure.hence credit me 2000 in my account.
