there why i can't use my onlinesbi banking services.

    Hi ! I transferred Rs 7500 in the month of June and 9000 in the month of july to some Invalid account of OBC bank account number -[protected]. If the account number is invalid the amount shouldn't be deducted from my balance and if it is deducted it should be refunded back. I didn't get my money back. I tried contacting customer care multiple times and also visited some other SBI branch in Gurgaon but they always ask to visit thee HOME BRANCH. Kindly fix this ASAP.

      Tds against my account no.[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] is deposited from my term deposit receipt (Tdr) for amount 1913, 3977, 2222, 3075 total rs11187. All a/c have the same cif no.[protected] linked with my pan no. Aoepr0228p. I have met the branch manager concerned and taxation department of sbi, tilak marg, jaipur
      But still no progress in the matter. The itr filing due date is[protected] is coming nearer. Kindly provide me the form 16a of assesment year 2018-19 in time, so that i can submit my return in time.

        I have an account with state bank of India branch harrawala dehradun.there have some false deductions in my account.I had maintained the minimum balance requirement of rupees 1000 till Jan 2018.but than in Feb suddendly rs 147.50 were deducted from my accounts towards annual debit card fee, for surprise I never had an ATM card issued.I have statement for last three years and I never ever have any deduction regarding ATM fee.suddenly this year in Feb my account was debited for the fee.I never applied for a card also.not only this, after this ATM card fee deduction my account was also debited for non maintenance of minimum balance since Feb 2018.this type of cheating is often done by Sbi.kindly help me with this matter.

          I went to SBI ATM to withdraw money but when I complete the whole process of withdrawal than I got only the receipt stating that PIN TRIES EXCEEDED, I thought that it might be some system problem, so I tried the other ATM and same happen again I received a receipt instead of money and I was shocked by seeing that receipt stating PIN TRIES EXCEEDED.I called customer care but I found no help from them.
          I just want to know how it can be possible, how can my card can be blocked even I didn't use any wrong pin and I just attempt two times with my right pin number. And I used my card on 15th of July. Till date I didn't use my card and today at 7.17pm when I tried my card was blocked
          Now I don't know whether my money is safe or not . or its a looting system or someone has really got my card number, I have no idea.
          Please look into my matter and help to know the reason, because my money is mine I have earn it, if someone try to or if they loot my money, I ll never get back those money and your higher authority will not be responsible for any kind of happenings of my money, your higher authority will suggest me to open a new account or block the ATM.
          And already I had complaint about fake call ATM related issues which are still pending.
          I request you to response my current issue.

          Someone is trying my ATM to purchase online items, I didn't even share my card no. Nor my CVV no. But today morning I got an OTP. I have attached the screeshot, please clear my confusion. Why all this happening.

            Towards the end of financial every one has to get/submit ppf statement . Though this is generated and giving complete details, from individual/user point of view, he needs information about amount contributed by him during the financial year only while submitting others.

            Others should not be able to see his cumulative balance.
            This may please be incorporated in core banking, giving this as an option whether the account holder wants general PPF statement or subscription only for that financial year.

              My name is Kranthiveer Tummuri I made a transaction of Rs.540.96 and 628.95 from one of the merchant websites and they refunded my amount and processed to SBI on 9th of this month. But till now the amount is not credited to my account from your end and my account number is [protected]. For that amount, I got the reference number from that merchant as "75503728195021359504819" and "75503728195021359484533". please solve my issue.

                I am calling these people from last 10 days and they are making me run from bank to customer care and not accepting the information I giving that is details about the payment to be credited. Giving me false information. The amount is charge is R. 1049 and forwarded by Amazon on 19 June 2018. They are saying that they haven't received the payment but I have the details they are not listening. I have called them around 10 times and they are still not listening to what I have to say and giving me some lame reasons.

                    FRAUD AGAINST SBI DEBIT CARD

                    I SHIV SHANKAR YADAV, account holder in SBI bank, stated that my hard earned money has been taken out from my account. The debit cards were in my custody, also I have never share my credentials to anyone. On dated 16/07/2018, I have suddenly got the message that my account has been debited by 4000/- RS than i checked my account it has very low payment i shoked...
                    my account number is [protected] in SBI BRANCH CHHIVAIYA (09248)ALLAHABAD (ifsc- SBIN0009248) . I have blocked my card. I have tried to register complaint on this matter on SBI costomer care no.[protected].
                    my fraud transction detail is-

                    by debit card
                    GOOGLE *ASHPSHKMR g.co/helpp SBI Debit Card 459XX6817 for a purchase worth Rs4000.0 on POS [protected] at GOOGLE *ASHPSHKMR txn#[protected].

                    i have to complain against my branch chhivaiya, that they don"t help me to my problem, and i dont get any help from your side, and i reach branch for help they ignored me. please help me rgarding my problem..

                    I am student plz request immediate action on the above.

                      My name is Tarun mishra and I have an account in State bank of India, Shantipuram branch, Allahabad and my Account no- is [protected].
                      I have done a transaction through UPI on 23 November 2017 to account no. [protected] of Baroda Uttar pradesh Gramin bank, Devar patti, Bihar, Uttar pradesh.
                      The amount has been deducted but not credited in beneficiary account and it has been 8 months the money has not been credited in my account and neither in beneficiary account and the status shown was transaction successful.
                      I have tried to contact bank and the App through I did the transaction but nothing has been done.
                      I request you to look into this matter and help me to get my money back.

                          I have made a transaction in myntra during through phonepe. Which is geot cancelled by myntra. I cancelled the order due to some reasons. It is about 2 weeks ago 6th july i made this transaction. they already credited their process. But i didn't get my refund back from phonepe. I have contacted phonepe by several times. but they didn't even reply me properly . I have waited 14 days for my refund . I am attaching their reply with this complaint. Please refund my amount as soon as possible. Phonepe customer support saying that they already finished their refund procedure and ANR number attached hereby screenshot

                            I had used my SBI debit card for emi account for purchasing redmi note 5 on flipkart on 15th may, 2018. I had returned the product, but my emi account was not closed. I raised a complaint with flipkart and they said they had transferred the amount into my account on 11th july, 2018 so that I can close it. They provided me with refund reference number. However, the said amount is not reflected till now in my bank account. I have been paying installments for two months for the product which i even did not purchase. I repeatedly contacted my branch SBI Tonk Road, Jaipur but they are not resolving my problem. I went to submit the charge back form, but they refused to accept it. The branch officials seem clueless and are unable to help. I request for immediate resolution of my complaint.

                            HI. I am updating more details as requested by SBI customer care for refund of the amount of Rs 8730. I am sharing the details given to me by flipkart.

                            I am again sharing the details provided by Flipkart regarding the refund made to my bank account.

                            Also, this is the message I had received from Flipkart.

                            I had contacted my bank branch with these details, but they were unable to help. Please confirm whether these details are correct or not. Kindly send a document regarding this so that I can tell the Flipkart regarding refund for further action.

                              This is to inform you that I had applied for cheque book but on that my name(LAL PRASAD) is printed which is wrong and for that I contact to the branch.The branch manager asked me to issue new ATM card as the name was printed on ATM(LAL PRASAD) and passbook(LALCHAND PRASAD) is different.So the new ATM had issued with same name(LALCHAND PRASAD) as in passbook but still when I contact to branch manager my name is Registered online as LAL PRASAD and because of that cheque book is unable to issue as I have to use for my pension.You are requested to please resolve the issue as earlier as possible.

                                I apply for regular digital account opening in sbi for my salary because i am a private employe in hospital. i go regular 3 days but the sbi employe says your account open after 15 days with maybe.and he says come after 15 days then i see what to do. so you know very well the reference number is valid for 15 days so please contact to sbi branch manager of jatara-02856.

                                  My ATM card is not reach to me yet i applied for it about 23days ago, i got message that i was coming through speed post but it is not arrived yet.please help me, try to solve my issue as early as possible.i have track my package which is coming through speed Post but ot is showing it is in Mumbai post office.it is reached there at 14july but from there it is not sent to further post office for delivery, i think it is stopped at Mumbai post.from Mumbai post office it is not arriving please check there what is happened there.please solve my issue.

                                    I ordered 2 products on amazon in parcel I got one and amazon refunded my money but the money didn't reflect in my account. I called amazon and they asked me to register a complaint in my bank, they also gave me the reference number to check from customer care but SBI is not responding. I went to my home branch called customer care for filing a complaint Your refund for the order[protected] of Rs.497 has been processed successfully on 13-Apr-18. The amount should reflect in your account by 19-Apr-18.

                                    The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].

                                    In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above Refund Reference Number. Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

                                    But my bank is neither letting me registering a complaint nor they are telling why amount hasn't been reflected in my bank account. I am calling amazon and they are asking a complaint number from bank.

                                        Several times going to SBI Barrackpore Anandapuri Branch, WB, North 24pgs for an account opening..It is so important for a senior citizen to open the account for pension amount deposit but the bank branch employees are not giving any service & everyday there is a excuse of link failure. Very poor service towards a senior citizen & very lazy to do work.
