Dear sir,
I was having an account (Account no. [protected]) at sbi, nirsha, dist-dhanbad, jharkhand (Bank code : 08748) which i later on closed between the year[protected] due to my transfer from that place. Now i need one certification from branch manager, sbi, nirsha that i was having above account no.in their bank which was closed in the year... This account no. Was given in one of my uti policy and now they require above certification from the bank for redemption of the policy.
In this connection i have sent several e-mail to sbi, nirsha, sent application as well as informed contact centre but with no help from any where. Even the telephone no. Of sbi, nirsha given by contact centre does not exist.
I want to know whether it has become a trend for sbi for not to respond to the customers even after sending several e-mail.
I have two more accounts at sbi which are serving very well.
I will request you to please ask the bank authority of sbi, nirsha to send necessary certification of my account there at sbi, nirsha. I have sent e-mail to sbi nirsha on july 11th, 13th & 19th' 2018.

    Hi,
    I am ranjana dey. My sbi a/c no -[protected]. My account is showing that two atm withdrawal was done of rupees 3000each on 14th & 15th july. Whereas only one withdrawal have been done by me on 14th july. No withdrawal on 15th was done by me. I did not share my atm card & atm pin with anyone. I don't know how it is possible. Kindly look into this matter.

    I not received the card itself.

      Sir,
      I am a govt servant and have sb salary account with sbi branch mahaveer market didwana, dist - nagaur (Raj). I want to link my pan no. Agwpr3865n with my sb a/c. I went to sbi branch and stand in queue after queue on two windows for 2 hours, counter no 4th officer did not clear my queue no 095, he gave me cif [protected] and said me that my pan is already link with another sbi account while i had closed that account no. [protected] before 6 month ago.
      Sir i am so puzzled. I am in need to deposit above 1lac rupees in my account urgent to clear my given cheque and bank officer not doing my work.
      I am a raj. Govt teacher and i have to take another leave to go and have to stand in a long queue for long time in sbi royal market didwana branch to clear that cif [protected].
      Sir who is faulty in this matter? An account holder or your bank staff. But i know i have to suffer for a day more and i will. But this is not only my problem, it seems many customer have to face problems of these type.
      Hereby you are requested to direct your staff to clear cif for account closing customers.

        Hello team,

        This mail is in regards to the transaction made on[protected] @ 6.59am of rs.1199, which was failed, but amount deducted from my credit card account. For this i even received an email stating for incomplete transaction from merchant side. Later, on same day i made another payment of rs.1199 @ 9.54am. It was successful.
        Merchant is saying that they haven't received any payment made @ 6.59am, kindly contact bank. Its more than 10days of transaction.
        Even i had escalated the query to consumer desk, but still not such revert received as per their tat. When i was calling to customer care, a message was coming on ivr as "for call back press1 or 2 or 3 as per time slot, and press 4 to continue, when i press 4, the message comes as wrong option selected". This is how sbi cards company is keeping me waiting. The sbi card no - [protected].

        Kindly look into it and do the needful, as its almost more than a week.

        For your reference, i have attached the photo copy of the mail received from merchant, as well you can read the below trail mail that i have received from them.

          loan showing in my account while i didn't applied

          From last 2 years a crop loan is showing in my account but i didn't applied for it. It is reporting bad in cibil so my score is getting down. I requested many time to bank for removing that loan from my account and i gave a written complaint but there is no any work on that application.
          Please remove that loan account from my name which does not belongs to me and repair my cibil score otherwise i will go to rbi lokpal or the court....

          My self khushbu purohit. I was send my docs of ' vajpayee bankable yojana ' in my home branch sbi bank palanpur canal road surat. And there manager send my documents to the department sbi bank, itc building, majuragate, surat 395002 on 28th june 2018. I come here 5th time 'sbi bank, itc building, majuragate, surat 395002 for check my loan status already i give all my details and docs but no one give me any information about my loan and gave me negative answer to audit and i have no receive your docs etc. Etc...
          Now my file to your staff name is ritika singh. And branch manager is also too irresponsible about his work...

              No body call me and no email i have received regarding the fraud and yesterday i call in customer care block department then sbi card is blocked and card outstanding show is rs.42000/- now. I am not using the card yesterday i am use the card then i have receive the message and it show the outstanding 42000/-. I am scared then i saw the message it is totally bad services of sbi credit card department. When i mail on and call customer care why he is not block my card and without my otp n without my confirmation how amount will be deducted and no single msg i have received.

              Please do the needful and solve the problem for urgent basis. Why should i pay for the amount. When i am not use the card for any transaction and give me the details of amount will be transfered or transaction. I want to know person account details.

              When i dont know who are you so why i am pay for you that's why i want to return my money. It is so big amount.

              I never pay this amount. Sbi credit card department is totally wrong and totally bad services.

              Dear Sir,

              On the behalf of my sister i write to you that my sister name is Rukmani Parihar her account in SBI Ac.No. [protected] she went on Saturday in branch : vijay path mansarovar, She talk to there madam i dont knw her name she said i want to know which no. is activated in my account. Madam said wait 10 minutes. she wait 10 minutes after that she told again then she check the details of account and she said there is no mobile no. in your account so how it is possible that without no. account is open and how it is not updated when i open the account i am sure that i am fill the number in form. Madam said giving a application for no. update i will update in 24 hours. So sir plz tell me if it is such a process if i want to update my account no. it will take 24 hrs. and today it is still not updated. Why it is not updated. if she said it take 24 hours. I want to know why mobile no. is not update.

              I want to do some transaction by internet banking but internat banking is connected to mobile no. when i apply for new registered the internet banking is show that wrong mobile no.

              Please resolve the problem and give me the reason why it is not update till today.

              Yesterday I went to deposit cash to m nearest ATM machine. All cash has been deposited successfully except one 500rs note. Neither it came back out of machine nor it get deposited. One slip came stating "1 NOTE RETAINED FOR VERIFICATION" . I want to know why it has been retained? and when money will be deposited to my account.

                    With due respect i would like to inform you that i am your existing customer at sbi name miss chayamani borah ([protected]) at narayanpur (017208) branch. I have opened a savings account from 7 months ago. But i have not received my atm and cheque book yet. Whenever i visit that branch the branch manager mr biplab thakuria assured me that i will get my atm& cheque within 1 week. But it never happens. Even he personally texted me that i will get my atm s from branch if i visit him. What is this? Is your bank personaly give atm and cheque instead of by post. I am totally not satisfied your services. Please do the needfull. I needs my atm as soon as possible

                        Hi ! I transferred Rs 7500 in the month of June and 9000 in the month of july to some Invalid account of OBC bank account number -[protected]. If the account number is invalid the amount shouldn't be deducted from my balance and if it is deducted it should be refunded back. I didn't get my money back. I tried contacting customer care multiple times and also visited some other SBI branch in Gurgaon but they always ask to visit thee HOME BRANCH. Kindly fix this ASAP.

                            I have an account with state bank of India branch harrawala dehradun.there have some false deductions in my account.I had maintained the minimum balance requirement of rupees 1000 till Jan 2018.but than in Feb suddendly rs 147.50 were deducted from my accounts towards annual debit card fee, for surprise I never had an ATM card issued.I have statement for last three years and I never ever have any deduction regarding ATM fee.suddenly this year in Feb my account was debited for the fee.I never applied for a card also.not only this, after this ATM card fee deduction my account was also debited for non maintenance of minimum balance since Feb 2018.this type of cheating is often done by Sbi.kindly help me with this matter.

                              I went to SBI ATM to withdraw money but when I complete the whole process of withdrawal than I got only the receipt stating that PIN TRIES EXCEEDED, I thought that it might be some system problem, so I tried the other ATM and same happen again I received a receipt instead of money and I was shocked by seeing that receipt stating PIN TRIES EXCEEDED.I called customer care but I found no help from them.
                              I just want to know how it can be possible, how can my card can be blocked even I didn't use any wrong pin and I just attempt two times with my right pin number. And I used my card on 15th of July. Till date I didn't use my card and today at 7.17pm when I tried my card was blocked
                              Now I don't know whether my money is safe or not . or its a looting system or someone has really got my card number, I have no idea.
                              Please look into my matter and help to know the reason, because my money is mine I have earn it, if someone try to or if they loot my money, I ll never get back those money and your higher authority will not be responsible for any kind of happenings of my money, your higher authority will suggest me to open a new account or block the ATM.
                              And already I had complaint about fake call ATM related issues which are still pending.

                                Towards the end of financial every one has to get/submit ppf statement . Though this is generated and giving complete details, from individual/user point of view, he needs information about amount contributed by him during the financial year only while submitting others.

                                Others should not be able to see his cumulative balance.
                                This may please be incorporated in core banking, giving this as an option whether the account holder wants general PPF statement or subscription only for that financial year.

                                  Hello,
                                  My name is Kranthiveer Tummuri I made a transaction of Rs.540.96 and 628.95 from one of the merchant websites and they refunded my amount and processed to SBI on 9th of this month. But till now the amount is not credited to my account from your end and my account number is [protected]. For that amount, I got the reference number from that merchant as "75503728195021359504819" and "75503728195021359484533". please solve my issue.

                                    I am calling these people from last 10 days and they are making me run from bank to customer care and not accepting the information I giving that is details about the payment to be credited. Giving me false information. The amount is charge is R. 1049 and forwarded by Amazon on 19 June 2018. They are saying that they haven't received the payment but I have the details they are not listening. I have called them around 10 times and they are still not listening to what I have to say and giving me some lame reasons.
                                    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
