I have Senior citizen saving scheme (a/c no. [protected]) in SBI, IFSC: SBIN0001067. In 31st December 2017, Rs. 3488/- (TDS of quarterly interest of the scheme) along with Rs. 33250/- are debited (wrongly as said by bank for "Tax on previous interest") from my a/c no. [protected] and transferred to a/c[protected]. However, TDS of Rs. 33250/- along with Rs. 3488/- are not reflected in 26 AS. I request you refund the amount or take necessary action to reflect TDS amount of Rs. 33250/- along with Rs. 3488/- in 26AS so that I can claim refund by income tax filing before 31.7.18.

    I got selected in the IIMI IPM course and applied for l;oan at SBI, all my documents were accepted but later I was called in by the manager saying, we wont provide loans to IPM students. The course is not legitimate.
    However according to IIM Act 2018, all the IIms were given autonomy, and the power to provide degrees to IIM students which also includes IPM students. Moreover thid course has been recognised by the AICTE.

      The deposited machine finally server out of time SMS displayed.And I'm taking one receipt on deposited machine.
      So money not added to my account.

      Please respond my issue..

        Sub:- On 07.05.18, amount drawn Rs.2000/-thru ATM by single transaction only but debited TWO times by ATM TXN no. 2553 dated 07.05.18 & 2890 dated 07.05.18 by bank.

        My S/B a/c no.[protected] in State bank of India, Bhikaij Cama Place, New Delhi (Home branch)
        On 08.05.18 complaint lodged to SBI in reply of SMS received from SBI (CMS) vide complaint no.[protected] dt. 08.05.2018 .
        On 14.05.18 a written complaint also given to my home branch (SBI, Bhikaji cama Place, New Delhi)). I contact to branch 5-6 times requesting to give credit in my account which is wrongly debited by your ATM Machine but no proper reply given till 27.06.18(in 51 days) by service manager.
        On 22.05.18 on line complaint sent to SBI vide complaint no.AT[protected] dated 22.05.18.
        On 27.06.18 again lodged a complaint thru my home branch vide complaint no. [protected] dated 27.06.18.Bank has given reply saying that your claim is rejected due to transaction successful but nothing mentioned against which txn. no. because bank has debited two times by txn. no. 2553 & 2890 dated 07.05.18 only thru SMS.
        In this way, bank has not given neither given any satisfactory reply nor credit in my account till 07.07.18.
        Please look into this matter& reply thru my E- mail ID [protected]@rediffmail.com only.

          Dear sir,

          I had applied for a Sbi Gold credit card. A lady executive called me up and promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to ur residence.

          I got one message from SBI stating your application is under process. Then next day under online status of SBI credit card they mentioned

          "We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."

          I have given all the documents .Please tell me what are the reasons for rejecting my application.

              deduction on multi city cheque issued dishonoured

              I have DSP a/c No [protected] in SBI, Ramgarh Cantt (Jharkhand). I was issued a cheque bearing machine No 302872 to a party. The same was dishonored by the bankers on the pretext that KYC is incomplete and deducted twice a sum of Rs 177/-(total Rs 354) on 22 May 2018 and 28 May 2018. Whereas the banker earlier cleared my s cheques bearing machine No 302870 & 71. The matter leads to unwanted inquiry from both sides. Fake...

              Sir,

              I have one saving a/c from sbi Issarwadi. Account no [protected] is. I need cheque book. I have applied personally to bank Manager in Apr 2018, but till date I haven't get my cheque book. On liaison with Manager it has been intimated by the Manager that please submit request through on line. I have not registered my mobile number. I have no right to get new cheque book from the bank. I also complain by sbi.
              Please resolve my problem.

                On 07/07/2018, 10:48 am.I have deposited a sum of Rs 6100/-(12x500 & 100x1= 6100) at SBI cash deposit machine.But, the cash deposit machine displayed "invalid transaction" & the amount got stucked in the machine. Till the date, the amount has not been credited to my savings account.please help me. I don't know what to do now.

                  Hello SBI Team, I am ready to file a case in fast track court about unnecessary deduction from my account and unspecified notification given by SBI.
                  I tried to talk to SBI complaint number but I am very disappointed by there lack of knowledge about the deduction.
                  I am busy person so there is no time to download an app and go to the bank for all this things so I tried call to the customer care but I am afraid they are not helpful.
                  I am a job person and I am having at least more then 1000 employees in my firm and I will try to stop them to open account in SBI, and my firm's all transactions depends upon SBI. So I will surely try to change this process with HDFC or KOTAK as they are very user friendly.
                  So thank you so much for you service to 1000+ people of my firm.

                    I used bharat qr code in sbi anywhere app to pay recharge for tata sky for an amount of rs. 615, three time, total amount rs.1845 on 7th july 2018. This amount of rs. 1845 is deducted from my bank account. But tata sky did not get it.
                    Please return the money as it is not received by tata sky. Please note the qr reference number are 818820A00036, 81821A00001, 818821A00004 there is no transaction number shown in account statement .please refund my money immediately i'll complaint it to consumer forum .

                      Sir i was alloted 20 SBI bonds of series3 lower tier ll in2011 @9.75 interest. Out of this 10 SBI bonds redeemed in 2016 without my consent and send the payment of principal(100000rs) +interest only for 350 days (9324rs).i did not received interest from 2011 to 2015.so arrange me to pay interest from 2011 to 2015. Client id/folio no was IN[protected].

                      Other 10 SBI bonds of same series ISIN INE 062A08033 and folio no.[protected] I received interest upto only 2015 and no interest received for 2016, 2017, and 2018.
                      I hope you will see this matter and pay my due interest .so i can show in my IT return.

                        I have went to bank at 3:40 pm I asked to print the passbook but he told that printer is not working. So I asked to plaese write with a pen it is urgent for us. To make. IT returns he told me to wait for half an hour I waited after half an hour I went near to counter and I stood before him without talking any word. And I stood for another half an hour but also he did not asked me anything and his I'd number is 7232934 governerpet branch Vijayawada.please take any action on him.

                            Dear Sir I Have Linked My Adhaar With My Bank Account And My LPG Distributor also . But According to NCPI (Aadhaar Linking Status in Bank (as per NPCI : Not Submitted)) Not Submitted I Have Asked So Many Times In my Bank and they said they had done from his side and updated My Adhaar with my bank account, and Its not updated from NPCI .                               I have purchased a car worth Rs. 7 Lakhs and taken car loan of only Rs. 5 lakhs from SBI Kondapur Hyderabad. On this loan I am paying EMI of Rs. 8000. At the time of loan procedure, I have not been informed by loan manager about submission of RC book to the bank. And now they have charged fine of Rs. 8850 for not submitting RC book. During last 6 months I have not received any intimation mail /SMS or call from bank regarding the same and suddenly they are charging me fine more than my EMI. This amount is my one month salary. I and my husband are saving money and paying the EMI. How can the bank be so careless abt the deducting the money without any intimation

                                I am account holder of sbi main branch jaipur. .recently i went sbi branch of barmich colony, jaipur
                                Timing was approx 2:15 pm.
                                I went for passbook entry ..attend said i will not do...and i went to branch Manager asked for ..he said entry open for 10 a.m to 12 pm..
                                He said that you may entry on machine if i have baarcode on passbook but machine was not working in that case bank should provide services for entry ...is that true that we can do entry on passbook on certain time?? I have complain regarding ..there is no rules on written on sbi regarding passbook entry timing...

                                  My father has deposited Rs 50, 000(Fifty Thousand) to his PPF account(No [protected]) on 7th Feb, 2018. But branch employee has deposited only Rs 5000(Five thousand) to his PPF account on 14th Feb, 2018(last financial year). I raised complaint with complaint id [protected]. But the same has been closed with resolution as "Transaction recorded are correct" without any confirmation from us. I have attached statement copy, Rs 50, 000 deposit receipt, complaint resolution screen shot. Kindly look at the screen shots attached and revert if Transaction recorded are correct as per resolution provided against raised complaint. Issue is pending since last month and still resolution is pending. We have to bear income tax because branch employee made mistake of non-deposit of 45000 in last financial year and bank system don't allow to deposit money in past dates. I am asking them to pay 45000+ interest only. But still they are unable to resolve problem since last month. We found transaction mistake when we looked in passbook. About 4-5 month, bank kept 45000 rupees in bank account. This is how government is keeping our money safe in bank?

                                  Manager in Kathlal Branch(Branch address with IFSC code mentioned above) is very slow to provide resolution for such a huge blunder done by branch employee. Anyway she is perfect for government job. Such a slowness is expected as usual.

                                    I have had two deductions from my SBI savings account, each of Rs. 295 in the last 5 days.
                                    I have talked to the branch officials who were clueless. Just said that this could be on account of some past default payments on EMI. However he assured me that there would be no further deductions on this count.

                                    Yesterday I had this nasty shock of another installment of Rs. 295 deducted.

                                    What is investment intermediate and why is this amount debited from my account without my consent?

                                    This is absolutely unacceptable.
