I have went to bank at 3:40 pm I asked to print the passbook but he told that printer is not working. So I asked to plaese write with a pen it is urgent for us. To make. IT returns he told me to wait for half an hour I waited after half an hour I went near to counter and I stood before him without talking any word. And I stood for another half an hour but also he did not asked me anything and his I'd number is 7232934 governerpet branch Vijayawada.please take any action on him.

      Dear Sir I Have Linked My Adhaar With My Bank Account And My LPG Distributor also . But According to NCPI (Aadhaar Linking Status in Bank (as per NPCI : Not Submitted)) Not Submitted I Have Asked So Many Times In my Bank and they said they had done from his side and updated My Adhaar with my bank account, and Its not updated from NPCI . And how i know the status of this, bank person given the adhaar linking receipt with my bank account.Please tell me the solutions about this issue.my Mobile no.[protected]

        incorrect date of birth

        As i forgot my sbi online account login password I cannot check my date of birth on my sbi online account. i forgot and need to reset my login password where the correct date of birth is needed. i kindly request to get my registered date of birth or my login password.

        I have purchased a car worth Rs. 7 Lakhs and taken car loan of only Rs. 5 lakhs from SBI Kondapur Hyderabad. On this loan I am paying EMI of Rs. 8000. At the time of loan procedure, I have not been informed by loan manager about submission of RC book to the bank. And now they have charged fine of Rs. 8850 for not submitting RC book. During last 6 months I have not received any intimation mail /SMS or call from bank regarding the same and suddenly they are charging me fine more than my EMI. This amount is my one month salary. I and my husband are saving money and paying the EMI. How can the bank be so careless abt the deducting the money without any intimation

          Respected sir
          I am account holder of sbi main branch jaipur. .recently i went sbi branch of barmich colony, jaipur
          Timing was approx 2:15 pm.
          I went for passbook entry ..attend said i will not do...and i went to branch Manager asked for ..he said entry open for 10 a.m to 12 pm..
          He said that you may entry on machine if i have baarcode on passbook but machine was not working in that case bank should provide services for entry ...is that true that we can do entry on passbook on certain time?? I have complain regarding ..there is no rules on written on sbi regarding passbook entry timing...

            My father has deposited Rs 50, 000(Fifty Thousand) to his PPF account(No [protected]) on 7th Feb, 2018. But branch employee has deposited only Rs 5000(Five thousand) to his PPF account on 14th Feb, 2018(last financial year). I raised complaint with complaint id [protected]. But the same has been closed with resolution as "Transaction recorded are correct" without any confirmation from us. I have attached statement copy, Rs 50, 000 deposit receipt, complaint resolution screen shot. Kindly look at the screen shots attached and revert if Transaction recorded are correct as per resolution provided against raised complaint. Issue is pending since last month and still resolution is pending. We have to bear income tax because branch employee made mistake of non-deposit of 45000 in last financial year and bank system don't allow to deposit money in past dates. I am asking them to pay 45000+ interest only. But still they are unable to resolve problem since last month. We found transaction mistake when we looked in passbook. About 4-5 month, bank kept 45000 rupees in bank account. This is how government is keeping our money safe in bank?

            Manager in Kathlal Branch(Branch address with IFSC code mentioned above) is very slow to provide resolution for such a huge blunder done by branch employee. Anyway she is perfect for government job. Such a slowness is expected as usual.

              I have had two deductions from my SBI savings account, each of Rs. 295 in the last 5 days.
              I have talked to the branch officials who were clueless. Just said that this could be on account of some past default payments on EMI. However he assured me that there would be no further deductions on this count.

              Yesterday I had this nasty shock of another installment of Rs. 295 deducted.

              What is investment intermediate and why is this amount debited from my account without my consent?

              This is absolutely unacceptable.

                Dear team,

                Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                  भारतीय स्टेट बैंक शाखा संख्या 3968 में आज दिनांक 9/7/2018 को बैंक के अंदर दुबे जी के कार्यालय में जा कर बचत खाता संख्या[protected] EPF संख्या[protected] का वर्ष 2017-18 के लिए इंटरेस्ट सर्टिफिकेट जो कि इनकम टैक्स की रिटर्न फाइल में भरने की आवश्यकता है। दुबे जी ने इस आवेदन को लेने से स्पष्ट मना कर दिया है और यह भी कहा इस तरह का कोई भी सर्टिफिकेट बैंक नहीं देगी और ना ही कोई गलत परंपरा चालू करेगी मेरे बार-बार आग्रह करने के बाद वह नहीं सुने अपने अन्य कॉल पर वह लगातार व्यस्त थे अंत में क्रोधित होकर मुझे कहा कि आप कल आकर शाखा प्रबंधक से बात करें जो कि आज वह बैंक में नहीं क्या यह आवेदन मेरा स्वीकार नहीं होगा और क्या आप मुझे इंटरेस्ट सर्टिफिकेट जो कि रिटर्न फाइल में आवश्यकता है मिलेगी या नहीं मिलेगी आप मुझे मेरे मोबाइल संख्या[protected] सूचित कर सकते हैं

                    With due respect, I the undersigned would like to attract your kind attention, to the following few lines for favour of your information and necessary action: -
                    1. Today, as about 11.30 Am, I had been to Jagannath pada Branch of Kesinga and request the branch Mannager to update the KYC of my younger sister and produced Xerox copy of Learner License issued by Licensing Authority, Motor Vehicle Department, Kalahandi.
                    2. In reply of the same, the Branch manager has refused to accept the same, and asked me to produced Adhar Card of the account holder. As no any adhar card is readily available, I request him to accept the LL, which has been refused by the BM with a ple that, Adhar is complosury documents to update KYC, hence, let me know, is adhar is compoulsary for the purpose and in absence of adhar card KYC will be update or not.
                    3. In the above matter, on discussion the branch manager, asked me that, It is the guideline of our head office to accept only Adhar hence, kindly let me available one circular, if such circular has been issued by RBI, or any authority.
                    4. In the above matter, the Branch Manager asked me to close the account if you are unable to update KYC. In such a situation let me clear, should it be the version of a Branch Manager to asked a bonafied account holder to closed the account?
                    5. If, there is such provision, kindly confirm me, regarding such provision, for which Act, I will proceed to closed all the accounts of my family members from your Bank Branch and I will be in such of a new bank in our locality.

                      Hello,
                      There is one SBI atm at Secure Meter, Pratapnagr chowraha, Udaipur, the display monitor of atm is not correct. It is very difficult for user to view the details in the atm screen. Many complaints has been launched but no effect. If SBI cant provide proper atm, please close it, to dave electricity and operation cost. Please upgrade the user interface of the atm display screen.

                        irctc sbi credit card benefits not credited

                        I had purchased tickets yesterday i.e. 08/07/2018 amounting Rs. 3982.84/-
                        neither 1.8% transaction charges got waived of nor i got 10%cashback on 3A tier tickets..
                        the loyalty card is already registered to my irctc account, then why none of the benefits im getting??

                        none of our stated benefits got credited, why they fooling customer if their systems and facilities are not compatible or competence??

                        Dear sir,

                        I had applied for a Sbi Gold credit card. A lady executive called me up and promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to ur residence.

                        I got one message from SBI stating your application is under process. Then next day under online status of SBI credit card they mentioned

                        "We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."

                        I have given all the documents .Please tell me what are the reasons for rejectting my application. And how to applyagain.

                            This is to inform YOU that today i.e. 8-07-18 had SBI PO examination in VITS College At karhi road Satna.
                            As I reached there with all the necessary documents at 8:25am, the person at the verification advised me to remove my watch and keep it at the safe place.
                            I thought it would be perfectly safe in locker of my vehicle parked at the parking place. I rushed to the parking place which was about a 10 minutes distance.
                            It took me about 8 minutes as I reached the lab they(invigilators) stopped me to enter in the computer lab. Although they allowed another student, who reached just 2 minutes before me.I was requeting them to just give me a chance to prove me that I have reached BEFORE 8:30 AM. they were supposed in their minds, not to allow me to give the exam. As i have mentioned my problem that it was YOUR MATE who asked me to remove my wrist watch and keep it at the safe place.
                            Although when I was requesting them one of them vagued in EGO " Jao Jakar Online Complain Kardo meri". Even he said "Hamare pass faltu time nahi hai jo tum logo ka verification karte rhe"

                            Sir, I accept my mistake that i have reached late but it was not that much late the verification was still going on.But they enough mature and sensible that they should just have to listen me which they have not.
                            I request you as a sincere student that every students prepare for the exams with his/her best efforts but in return just to listen these unrealistic excuses for disallowing to give the paper.
                            As a responsible and dignified person, I would be thankful to YOU just register MY COMPLAINT regarding THIS CASE.

                                    I ordered a book from Amazon on 26 june 2018 and paid via SBI debit card. I had to cancel the order and on 27 june Amazon mailed me confirmation of refund successful with refund reference no. 269003. (Order no.[protected]
                                    But the amount is still not credited to my account, after 10 days of refund confirmation.
                                    Upon contacting SBI customer care, they said we cannot do anything we can only tell you if money has been added to your account or not. Both Amazon ans SBI are unwilling to cooperate. Please return the amount to my account. The amount is Rs. 323.
