Hello team,
This mail is in regards to the transaction made on[protected] @ 6.59am of rs.1199, which was failed, but amount deducted from my credit card account. For this i even received an email stating for incomplete transaction from merchant side. Later, on same day i made another payment of rs.1199 @ 9.54am. It was successful.
Merchant is saying that they haven't received any payment made @ 6.59am, kindly contact bank. Its more than 10days of transaction.
Even i had escalated the query to consumer desk, but still not such revert received as per their tat. When i was calling to customer care, a message was coming on ivr as "for call back press1 or 2 or 3 as per time slot, and press 4 to continue, when i press 4, the message comes as wrong option selected". This is how sbi cards company is keeping me waiting. The sbi card no - [protected].
Kindly look into it and do the needful, as its almost more than a week.

State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I would like to inform you that, saveral time trying to contacting customer care executive for redeem reward point & billing related issue. But there system no any option for connecting executive and register for call back no any response from service center.
How to paid annually card charge without any service.
