    Surprising to note the statement of may 2018 there is double time debit of rs 20000 - which is transferred to flexi emi - accordingly the outstanding should reduced to rs. 20000 but it is increase by rs 20000 so there is double / two times debit of flex i emi and utilization - in previous statement also there are double times added to statement - it is previously reported so many times but no solution or explanation regarding you accounting system - resolve the issue immly ramesh patel [protected]- the charges are debited which all are out of the banking norms. You must consider the senior customer's request - the over limit and finance charges are debited very much which comes to 60 to 70% p.A. Which are affordable to small customers of democratic country - you must consider the request small and senior customers - i understand your credit card policy and system but you should not punish to small and senior customers - once again i request you to consider the request and reverse the entire charges debited in current as well as past statement - ramesh patel [protected]

      Today at 2 june 2018 my self jyoti agarwal and my husband and my daughter. She is 2 yrs old. We have go to sbi atm at subhash road chandausi. My husband used atm bt at the time atm dont read card by technical problem. So my husband used atm again at that time my daughter sitted on guard chair which was spare and blank. At time security guard hv come and abusing with me. After see this matter my husband asked to security guard what is the broblem so security guard abusing with my husband also. I feel at the time of night security guard have in drunkeness. I was very shocked bz i feel first time very rude behavior this security guard in sbi atm. Pls take corrective action for future.           One big amount cheque was issued in favour of me by one of my close relative and i was submitted that cheque fulfilling all formalities on 24.5.18 at sbi/nagerbazar branch. But till date that amount was not credited in my account. Rather an amount of rs295 was debited from my account as non clg. Of that cheque. Now where is my fault? How i get back that rs295? How that big amount will be credited in my account? Who is responsible for this delay for which a sum of rs as a interest for 10 days which i won't get?

            I have deposited dd amount rs 1911.23 (One thousand nine hundred eleven and twenty three paise) on 19.04.2018 but bank wrongly credit my account rs 911.23 (Nine hundred eleven and twenty three paise). The bank charge me amount rs 177 for amount differ. When i second visit to bank the bank manager told me the cheque differ charges will be returned to you r account but they don't.

              While doing online transaction money got deducted even after showing transaction failed at paytm amount deducted is 50000/- on 31st may 2018 at 1:18 am through a msg i was transferring money to paytm but the transaction failed at 12:00 am later at 1:18 am i got a msg from sbi saying thanks for using your sbi debit card at paytm. I was shocked seeing this msg

                On 4th may. 2018 i made 2 payments to another bank of my father (Jivan commercial) which was supposed to be used for emi for a vehicle loan. This has been a routine for more than a year now but this time something really weird happened. This month i had no emi due because i made 2 payments but just to make sure that balance is more than required i went to the bank (Jivan commercial) and asked for a statement. To my surprise there was no balance plus the last month's payment was also due.

                I specifically remember of transferring money on 4th may then what happened? The stupid bank (Sbi) reversed my both transfers on 5th of may without even sending a message or notifying my in anyway. Generally they send useless messages everyday but this, they forgot.

                Now, who is suppose to pay the late fees for emi that was supposed to be paid last month.

                  I went for sbi bank to deposit rs 18000, they told me we can't deposit rs18000 here. Use opposite building all bank money transfer. I went opposite building and deposit my money and the asked rs 190 for service charge. It is approximately more than 1% my deposit money. Sbi bank cheating customer. Don't use all bank money transfer they asked more service charges. Don't use sbi bank better change any other bank.

                      I deposited my cheque 160117 amount of rs. 1, 36, 458 in your branch state bank of india branch address:- secretariat jaipur. On[protected]. Today is[protected] till date i have not receive any amount in my sbi sb account.in 15 days 6 days of working days and 2 days of bank protest and other are holidays.

                      I go to sbi branch secretariat jaipur. For my cheque query but there staff give me no response. Then i go in sbi ncrb branch on 29th may 2018 and in this branch i have good experience with sbi staff mr. Vijay. He helped me and tell me that this cheque is send to depositor branch on[protected]. Then i will go to again sbi secretariat jaipur. Branch. I contact branch manager for cheque issue. Branch manager mr. Raghuvansh ji not helped me as well as a good bank manager.

                      Today i go to sbi secretariat jaipur. Again with my father and a request letter. We request to sign our complaint letter but mr. Raghuvansh ji not helped and said to my father that, "you don't give me cheque so i can't sign your letter, my father said that you are a bank manager its your duty to serve us good. Then mr. Raghuvansh ji said my father," don't shout. Here is a lot of work when cheque clearing clerk is free then he clearing your cheque and not signed my request letter.

                      Sir i request you to please clear my cheque i have extremely need of this cheque payment

                        Good afternoon to the respected reader of the complaint... We are the regular account holder of the state bank of patiala which is turned to state bank of india and i came here with my mother for the cancellation of the demand draft and the behavior of lady sitting on swo 1 was really unaccepted as she was really shouting at my mother why have you come to cancel it. I think it’s her work to do that. Sorry to say but i didn’t liked it.

                          I, ayushi sharma, wanna state that available balance in my sbi aacount is more than 3, 000 rs. As per new guidelines of sbi, required minimum balance in account for urban centres have been reduced to 3, 000 rs. Now. On 31/05/2018, i got text on my mobile no. About deduction of 11.80 rs from my sbi account (As mab sb debit). My sbi account no. Is [protected]. Here, i am attaching the details of available balance in my account in image format.

                            But due to erro it has shown "temporary out of service" and i waited. But my money didnt come back and not deposited into my account also. I have checked my account and the amount not deposited to my account. Immediately i rushed to sbi main branch, rs road, kurnool to complaint.
                            There security person told that today banks are holiday due to strike.
                            Kindly please verify it sir and return my amount to me. I will attend i[censored] any need feom my side.

                              This in reference to one of the complain about the fraud transaction done on my credit card [protected] on 1st march.
                              I register the complain send the dispute form and did not make payment as m waiting for the solution.
                              I charged with late fee overlimit fee later i got temp credit of fraud amount.
                              Then when i made the pmnt that amount was reversed.
                              I already charged more than 10000 in total.
                              But still did not get any resolution.
                              Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                                  While opening bank account they have forced me to take insurance, then only they will create a bank account for myself and my mother. Later i accepted and i have taken insurance for 1yr and opened account. Then they have deducted 1300rs from my account and 1000rs from my mom account for the first year. Later they have deducted amount for the 2nd year as well without any intimation. I have raised so many complaints to cancel insurance and refund the amount. Then they advised to give a manual letter and get signed from the manager. I have written the concern and submitted to the bank. They said it will be cancelled and the amount will get refund. But now again for the 3rd year they have deducted the amount and now they are not giving refund as well. Please find the complaint numbers below:

                                      Hi,

                                      This is jagdeep singh, i have been reaching out to sbi credit card customer care to help me get the full and final settlement to be done on my card, net of any penalties or late fees two months back and i had received no response from them rather received a legal notice from them at my previous landlord's place where i am not staying any more. These guys are harassing them and treating me a financial crime fraudster which i am not.

                                      Since, i am out of country, and trying to pay my credit card bills was not that easy as i was out of job for almost a year.

                                      Now when i have a job want to get a full and final settlement done on my card, i agree to pay them any amount which is net of penalties. Could you please help?

                                      I called them today once again on may 31st, 2018 requesting them to confirm the status and they said that it has been rejected.

                                      Detail description: have been reaching out to sbi credit card customer care to help me get the full and final settlement to be done on my card, net of any penalties or late fees two months back and i had received no response from them rather received a legal notice from them at my previous landlord's place where i am not staying any more. These guys are harrasing them and treating me a financial crime fraudster which i am not.

                                      Since, i am out of country, and trying to pay my credit card bills was not that easy as i was out of job for almost a year.

                                      Now when i have a job want to get a full and final settlement done on my card, i agree to pay them any amount which is net of penalties. Could you please help?

                                      I called them today once again on may 31st, 2018 requesting them to confirm the status and they said that it has been rejected.

                                        Hi team,
                                        I had made a withdrawal transaction of rs.2000/- on 30th may 2018, at 5.28pm, at hdfc bank atm which is placed at gokavaram bustand rajahmundry, but i did not get any money but i had to see a message on the atm machine saying that transaction time out, but i got a response to my mobile saying, transaction was successful and amount has been debited from my account.
                                        Kindly look into the issue, please find the below details.
