I have taken car loan from sbi nerul branch in december 2016.

There are two debits added incorrectly in my car loan account without my knowledge/approval.

1) loan care insurance - rs.2932/-
2) recovery of processing fee - rs.2818/-

1) i have not opted for any loan care.

2) processing fee : i have paid the full processing fee at the time of loan processing. Still it is added.

I called the branch regarding the same, one of the bank employee said that due to audit in the branch, debits were added and it would be credited soon. Hence i waited thinking it would be credited back. But till now it did not happen.

I dropped a mail to branch about the same. Bank manager responded with apologies and said it would be credited back to my account. It has been more than a month. No one responded yet.

    Due to lightning and thunder on[protected], heavy damage occured to my home and electronic appliances. One part of my home got slanted too. I have informed about this to sbi general insurance at thrissur and a person named anil kumar. V. Came for survey. He asked us to submit our claim f copy, copy of buiding permit, copy of buiding plan, press report form, report from village officer and materiological report. He told us that materiological report fee is rs. 4000. Our panchayat member has already verified my home and given the witness certificate. I enquired about the report from village officer in village office, they are telling that there is no govt rule for issuing such report. I dont know that press report is needed for this purpose so i have not given any newspaper ad. From all this i understood that sbi have no idea in providing the insurance amount. That's why we were asked to provide such unnecessary documents. I am from a middle class family, i will take debt or pledge something and will do my home renewal works. I will not take such general insurance policy from sbi in my lifetime herafter and will not suggest to others too. Please dont do such fraudulant works to others also. Its my kind request. Atleast have some courtesy to pay my initial insurance amount that i have given.

      Hi team,

      I am raising complaint on my father's behalf. As he is not computer educated.

      Today he got a message "thank you for using your sbi debit card 510xx0977 for a purchase worth rs24998.0 on pos airtelmoney at airtelmoney txn# 516876. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]". This transaction happened on 25 may 2018 12:18 pm.

      We tried to call on [protected] no but system was not working for last 6 hours to log a complaint.

      Kindly register my complaint and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

        My registration number for sbi clerk exam is [protected].

        As this exam for clerk position was scheduled in the month of march 2018, so at the time of form submission i filled up delhi as exam centre.

        But now without informing candidates sbi has delayed its examination to june2018.
        I have now shifted from delhi and want my exam centre to be changed to bhopal circle.

        Plz help me in changing this so that i can prepare for my examination without anu undue reason.

          Sir,
          I am a senior citizen of 66 years and resides in mayur vihar -2 from last more then 25 years. I am having more then 8 accounts ie. Saving, ppf, senior citizen, fd etc in this branch of mayur vihar 2 from last more then 15 years.
          I am continuously requesting for a locker but not getting any response. They are distributing locker according to their will. So from last year i submitted a application with a receipt from sbi.
          I reminded verbally many times and with reminder this year on 1/3/18. Still there is no response.
          Please tell me how i can get a locker and the availability of locker in sbi mayur vihar.

            Applied credit card many times after insisted by executive but got rejected multiple times almost 5 times despite of having a good cibil score with no late payment and no default history. I always got rejected stating because of there internal policy no bank has ever rejected me i have cards from 5 bank
            Axis, hdfc, kotak, rbl, indusind every card has limit ranging from 1.20 lack to 1.60 lacks. But i am getting rejected only for sbi just wanted to know the reason for my rejection and what cretaria i am unable fulfill.

              Sir i am a customer of sbi, salar, murshidabad branch. The sbi stuff behaviour are rough &during working time they talk in cell phone and not listen our problem. Today i gong sbi bank with my grand paa and my grand paa work was complete after 3hour. This is very bad service for sbi, salar branch. Sir i request to you that anayone not trouble that such problem!!

There its showing 'unable to process the request' from 5 days. The process is not getting completed please process the request so that i can receive my lpg subside in my bank account. I have tried several time but there its showing same.

                  I have my housing loan at sbi racpc mrc nagar, chennai. And i have closed my housing loan on 4 dec 2017 and so far the mod was cancelled and they have informed that original mod was misplaced by the branch. Its almost 6 months i have being try to cancel the mod, but bank staff is not willing do so.

                    Got a call from this number [protected] as name of ram kumar from state bank of india. He asked my rupay debit card number, expiry date and cvv. I suspected him and checked the phone number in trucaller app. It shows it is a fraudulent call.

                    So i kindly request you to accept my complaint regarding the phone call and make a quick action before somebody loses their money.

                        On 16th march 2018, i got a call from person who is an employee of sbi (As told by him over call) regarding closure of my sbi credit card.
                        5 day before, i visited bank in person to close my credit card. After 5 days, i got a call a from an person specifying his identity as sbi employee for closure of my card. He was already holding my card details. He also asked all details regarding card like card no, valid date, cvv etc.

                        He informed that my card will get blocked in 2 days but i just came to know he used my card to do shopping (From carzy shop india) online. Unfortunately, 8250 rs got cut from card.

                        I wanted to raise a complaint on that person and crazy shop india website.

                        I would like to get my money back if you find that this was a case of fraudulent.

                          I have a car loan (Loan a/c XXXXX547809) in SBI (IFSC - SBIN0031376) since 2015 and interests are being debited as ECS process from my another account. offlate I am receiving irregular payment messages and they have also fined late payment charges from my account whereas it is a fault from SBI side.

                          Please look into it and correct your systems first. Also refund my money asap as it is completely a fault by SBI systems only. I should not pay late fee for Bank's fault since it was an ECS payment which is automatic to avoid irregular payment.

                          Kindly look into it and do the needful.

                            Sir I forget my online SBI net banking user id & password by mistake a/c is deactivated show so there why i cannot use my online SBI banking service if anyway is there recover my user I'd & password then please help me & provide to use this facility & enjoy this service & transfer money without going to branch and restart this service please give me proper advice

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I maintain a saving bank account with the M-2, South Extension, Part-2, New Delhi – 110049 branch of State Bank of India, vide my Account No. [protected] and ATM-cum-Debit Card No. [protected].

                              On[protected], I got an SMS from BX ATMSBI, in my registered mobile No. [protected], as under:-

                              Rs. 2000 withdrawn from A/c xx 1850 on 20/04/18 at BDN ATM BN187301.Txn#[protected]. Avl bal Rs 450.83. If not done by you forward this SMS from mobile number registered with SBI to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected].

                              Immediately, I forwarded the SMST to [protected] and also lodged complaint by calling[protected] and also I wrote an E-mail to the South Extension Branch of S.B.I., as well as to the GM & Chairman of SBI.

                              But, after waiting for long, I visited twice to the Branch and met with one officer named Shri Devender and on his advice, I called No. [protected], but the receiver official of SBI in this toll free number told me that my complaint has been closed but failed to inform me regarding the reason of such closure & status of my complaint.

                              It is very much surprising that despite my multiple emails to the south extension Part 2, New Delhi branch of SBI as well as to the G.M. & Chairman of SBI, I have not received any response from their end, which indicates their customer satisfaction /citizen charter policies and even in these circumstances the possibilities of the involvement of some SBI officials in the racket can’t be avoided.

                              Kindly lodge an FIR in this regard and take appropriate action as per law of this land and oblige.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                This is in reference to my fraudulent transaction done from my SBI Credit card.
                                Initally, I got call from SBI bank for credit card. So I have applied for SBI platinum credit card. After few days I got credit card and very next day they delivered one more credit card. Since there was a charges for credit card, I send message 'Problem' to [protected] on 28th of April to cancel the adhoc card which was delivered to me on 27th April to avoid annual charges. One of their executive called back, I informed her that by mistake they have delivered two cards so I want to cancel the adhoc card. She said sorry and after few minutes she confirmed that she has cancelled my adhoc card.

                                After few days on 15th May 2018 I received a call from +91 [protected] and same SBI executive spoke to me and informed that last time request for cancelling adhoc card was not processed and hence she apologized and asked me to re-confirm the card number that I want to cancel so that she can cancel the adhoc card this time. Since it was same person whom I spoke and only she was aware that I have received second credit card by mistake and I trusted her and informed her to call me next day as I din't had card handy. She agreed to call back next day that is on 16th May 2018.

                                On 16th May at 11:20 I got a call from same executive from same number that is +91 [protected] and she requested me to confirm only the last 8 digit of my credit card number which I want to cancel. Later she asked me to confirm the cvv number.
                                After this she asked me to re-confirm the last 8 digit credit card number( existing card) to make sure that they don't cancel. I confirm the last 8 digit and later she transfer to ivr to enter otp via mobile and she told me not to cut the phone call, she was going on talking to me and I entered otp from my mobile. She told me that earlier otp was expired and enter a new one which was sent again, which I did. I was little bit uneasy and asked her to confirm the details and she gave me her details and she has all my information in her compute as she was going on so quickly. I was getting late for my office meeting, informed her to call back later as I have to drop the call.
                                She agreed that she will give me the cancellation request number.

                                After sometime when I was out from the office I saw that I have received 2 message from sbi. When I checked those message, I was shocked to know that sbi executive who called me in the morning has done 2 transaction's to MOBKWIK for 20000 and 10000 rupees. I was not able to believe those message and to re-confirm I transferred 1000 rupees to my paytm account. I got the message that 80% of my credit card has been consumed.

                                I don't know what to do, after reaching home I informed my husband and immediately called up the sbi credit card helpline and blocked my card. Very next day on 17th May early morning, I went to near by police station (mahadevapura) to raise FIR. They informed me to get the bank statement with manager seal and signature. So I sent message 'Problem' to [protected] to know where I can get the statement. One of the sbi executive called back and informed me to go sbi card Magarath road.
                                I went along with my husband to sbi card situated in Magarath road and met Lakshmi Madam, I told about the fraud calls and 2 fraud transcations and they asked me to write everything in detail in white paper so that they can send it to fraud team.
                                I have submitted my dispute letter to them and looking further update from them.

                                meanwhile, I also want you to chase this and identify these fraud people who are cheating the common people and making their life mesarable.

                                Please help me to get my money back and punish these cheater.

                                  Around 29 rupees is the yearly SMS charge for a normal savings account in SBI. But an amount of 499 rupees is deducted from my account saying that it is ATM/SMS charges. In the message I received, it is written that the amount reduced is SMS charges. I have even complained about the same in the branch. But no one knows what happened. Kindly help me in getting this money back to my account.
                                  The SMS I received is like below :
                                  "Your AC XXXXX383697 Debited INR 499.50 on 01/05/18 -SMS CHARGE ."

                                    Dear SIR/MADAM

                                    As I have written many times before, that SBI has debited a Transaction twice. In this regard, I wrote the mail to the charge back team.

                                    I also mailed the Transaction Dispute Form, what I did not know about Investigation Team but I was told that your case is not solved in your favor. as i am directly in contact with the merchant, and he says that he got the credit only once from my Card.
                                    my actual transaction was amount of Rs.4460, against the diesel purchase form MUCHCHAL PETROLEUM BHILWARA dated 09.02.2017. SBI billed me Rs.4511.28 for the said transaction. i have paid the entire amount by the time. SBI again debited me 4512.62 in July 2017 against the same transaction ( Muchchal Petroleum Bhilwara dated 09.02.2017).

                                    Request you pls take this matter in your knowledge and solve ASAP.

                                      In january 2018 i went to stbop pkl 8 branch haryana mr baljit sharma inform your home loan does not deposit. But i pay month to month regular in home ac of stbop. Some tecnical reson off bank correction clear in jan2018. But dubble policys of sbilife in one year. May i asked to manage he says revered one policy in one week but six mounths later not to be credit in ac [protected].

                                        There has been a fraud transaction of rs. 45000 from my sbi simply save credit card on 3rd of december. I have filled a complain without waisting a single minute. I was having no fund in my account to pay for that fraud transaction so sbi bsnk's customer care executive told me that bank will give you temperory credit until the despute has been resolved. The maximum time period of resolving such disputes is 120 days. So in my case it should have been resolved by 3rd april. As per info by sbi executive i have got no temporary credit till march end. So they kept on charging late fee, insufficient fund, interested on that amount.
                                        Meanwhile there was no information from sbi side regarding this matter. Their chargeback team replies only when you send an email.in may dispute was resolved in my favour. And that interest they charged still showedup in my bill. Again i filled a complaint. They said they have waived half of the amount on my interest. And when i checked my account the unbilled amount i. E. Has been increased from approx 5k and 6k. I am really fed up, its been 6 months. They are harrassing customers. Please help me out!

                                        On it 13/05/2018 when I am withdraw 2000amount at haja, khordha, odisha indicash ATM, suddenly powercut.and i am not receiving cash but my cash is debit 2000 amount so please check.
