    I have an account in state bank since last 5 years. I getting the worst service from your masulkar colony branch which is in pimpri branch code is - 16846. I'm getting charged for the cheque which is canceled and i got charged 4 times for the same cheque and now i have stopped that cheque but again i have got charged for some other cheque which is not allocated to me. I spoke with the branch manager she is telling that it are genuine charges and will see if it will get refund or not. No one is supporting in that branch. I want to close this account and need refund of each an every amount i have been charged else i'll lodged an case against the sbi for doing fraud with the customer. The worst bank i have ever seen in my life.
    There is only single person sitting at that branch no staff allocated just to deposit an cash we have to wait minimum 30 min. We are not wasting our time to stand in an queue just to deposit our money and though we are doing that still are are cutting our money without reason. Need explanation as well as refund for my each n every debit i got.

        Im purchase some product by amazon then return the product then amazon was refund my amout to my sbi account they also can provide refund refrence number but my refund was not proceed in my account my refund is in not tranfer in my account by bank so please help me nd provide my refund in my account please sir/madam help me about this consion i contact to amazon and sbi customer care also but they both are cant help me plse resolve this issue

          My late husband ak gopalan nair and my son prashant nair were joint owners of property where i am residing - house no 38 “anugruha” 2nd main road, balaji layout, babusabpalya, behind maruti vidyalaya, bangalore 560043 – taking home loan from state bank of india cox town branch – (Earlier state bank of india travancore branch) home loan account number [protected].

          My husband died on 31.10.2016 leaving a registered will deed and my daughter mini chhabra closed the outstanding loan about 7.5 lakhs and we received loan closure letter
          As per the registered will deed of my late husband the division of property is as follows: ground floor – to my daughter mini chhabra and first floor – jointly to myself poonam gopal (His widow), mini chhabra (His daughter), harsh menon (His 2nd son) & prashant nair (His 3rd son).

          Subsequently we submitted request for release of original documents with all four names on 05.02.2018 to racpc banaswadi branch.

          Now after almost 3 weeks, of no response, i am being asked to submit all unnecessary documents –
          As per law, in case of registered will deed, we do not need to submit any other paper. I am the surviving widow who has been receiving the widow pension (Ppo order no.[protected] and it is me who is declared as wife in this ppo. How can sbi ask me to submit death certificate of my late husband’s dead first wife??

          It seems that racpc banaswadi officials have something else in minds and are simply trying to harass a widow. Despite having a legal registered will deed i am made to run around like this??

            Respect sir,
            I am sanjib giri form west bengal. I have a shop (Chicken& fish& vegetables) shop is raw walls. So i try to rip walls and one store. I need your mudra loan for improve my business. I am meet to near by sbi but bank manager not respons he is 10 time rounding me with out any complaint this branch have my accounts in 8 years with out complaint. But bank manger talk me next week come. Next week i am gone he is same talk next week come you. Same again 10 times he is not say not possible or your documents problem etc. With out any comlaint not respons. Pls help me

                  My account in sbi sitapura branch, jaipur, on dated 27th febraury 2018, 4 fraud transaction each of rs. 10, 000 has taken placed from my atm card. The total amount in 4 fraud transaction is rs 40, 000/-. On 27th i received 4 meassages on my mobile number regarding the 4 transaction. When i checked through my internet banking, it showed me that 4 transaction has been done from "bhurari main chock, new delhi". It is to be noted that at the time of these transactions i was in jaipur and my atm card was with me. I am providing you my account details below.

But my mobile with the above number is not recharged by idea cellular service. I therefore request you to credit back my account with rs. 398.00. My account with idea is not recharged nor any message from idea cellular company is received.

                      Dear si
                      I have a sb account in your branch my accounts number is [protected] in this accounts on 15/02/2018 atm annual fee 2017-18 rs 295 charges two time debited but i have only one debit card. On 18/02/2018 insuf bal atm decline charge-310118 — rs 23.60 four times debited and on 22/02/2018 sbi charg for failed mandate teleprocessing rs 295 total 684.40 amount is debited in my accounts

                      I want know what for this amounts debited in my account if you fail to answer this i will going to file complaint in consumer court

                        My self is binod kumar verma yesterday 1.3.2018, i made a online transaction between sbi to hdfc (Mr. Ompraksh ac no).
                        After receiving successful transaction massage, second party done receive amount.
                        But amount deducted from my account, second party is my cousin brother and he need money at urgent basis.
                        So help us.

                          Someone sent me some money over upi and my account got credited. When i logged in, i see almost inr. 300/- was missing. Then i tried to log in and find out what happened. But i don't see any mention of that missing money in the account statement. Hopeless state bank.

                          I called the customer care, they told me to resgister for phonebanking otherwise they can't see what happened. Then they redirected me to the system, i tried to resgister but they keep on sending me sms that they are unable to fulfil my request for phonebanking registration.

                          So, i don't know why my account got deducted and neither i know if it is a valid transaction or not that i almost lost inr. 300/-.

                          Hopeless banking.

                            Myself K.Sreekanth resident of Visakhapatnam here by inform that I lost an amount of 12210/- by SBI account holders. They assured me of job in amazon and get me paid above said amount in installment basis.
                            1. On 24/2/2018 I received mail online for post of supervisor from amazon.in, & I have to pay 1550/- amount for receiving uniform, get pass, identity card and job letter through courier, I confirmed by contacting the phone no provided they assured me that its true not fake, as I was in desperate need of job I trusted them and paid by borrowing from my friend and paid on 26/02/2018.I informed them that amount has been sent they confirmed that amount received and courier will reach with in 24 hrs.
                            2.On 27/02/2018 I received call for salaried account opening in ICICI bank I have to pay 5000/- as minimum amount for opening account in ICICI is 10000/-, 5000/- will be paid by company and 5000/- by the employee, they said that I can withdraw once I receive bank's ATM. So I paid through paytm an amount of 5160/- (2500+2660)
                            3. On 28/02/2018 I received message that items were sent through blue dart courier, then I received call that for verification purpose I have to pay 4500/- (1500/- per constable), I argued with them but they assured that verification is mandatory, first I paid 3000/- by ensuring with them that I can't pay 4500/- they accepted hence I paid 1500/- through paytm and 1500/- through net banking.
                            4.After couple of hours I called them that verification has not yet done, they said that for verification purpose minimum required amount is 4500/- . I asked them to refund my money they denied and insisted that verification will be done only after paying remaining 1500/-, I paid through netbanking
                            5. Again after couple of hours I called them they said that late charges of 1000/- has to be paid then only verification will be done. As I couldn't do anything I paid.
                            6.Again after they said to pay 3000/- as security deposit but this time I didn't. I totally busted and argued with them they hung up.

                                As we all know sbi is the biggest bank in india. Millions of account holders. Most of them from middle class or daily wage workers. Now these days sbi is acting like as bribery. Deducting money for everything including minnum balance issues. Yesterday also happened. 148 rs.
                                This is bribery. 148 rs each from millions of account holders. Still middle class people bear it.. Why?
                                We all the people should close the account immediately. Otherwise sbi continue this bribery. Im going to close my account next day. Before that i want to change my loan accounts to my other bank.

As per the supreme court order I will get the 16 digits E-Code for my account within March 2018. I will update my Aadhar details to my account after getting the E-Code. So kindly update my request and stop the continous message services regarding the Aadhar card updation.

                                    I have paid my Amex bill payment on 28th Feb 2018. Actually transaction is success, but before page redirect to Amex got error "session timed out from SBI website". Amount got debited from my account but it is not credited into merchant account.
                                    I have raised complaint in SBI customer care and ticket id is:[protected]. but they are telling it will take 21 working days. but my billing date is Mar 5th. Please do the needful asap.
                                    I am facing this kind of problem many times, So thinking of to change my salary account to private bank.

                                      Even when ATM is not utilized SBI is charging Rs. 206/- for the ATM using, kindly guide your 80% SBI Customers are the working employees, if they are not using ATM then how they are withdrawing money from the account.

                                      If you are charging the money for SMS then why you are not intimating the customers that deduction will be applicable on the particular date.

                                      Our own money we can't withdraw and we can't utilize - Modi your wrong in making system, utilizing poor peoples money and providing to rich Modi.
