Please acknowledge my complaint regarding fraud/unauthenticated withdrawal from my sbi saving bank account "as received in message on mobile for atm withdrawal" on date 02/03/2018 between 6:24 pm to 06:27 pm of the amount rs. 10000 txn...4170, rs. 10000 txn...4171, rs. 10000 txn...4172, rs. 10000 txn...0820 with other atm txn fees of rs. 47.2. At the khan market new delhi area while my atm card is in my pocket and i am at my home at g-12/11, gali no.4, brahmpuri, delhi-110053. I have registered my complaint in this regard on sbi customer care through voice call on date 02.03.2018 and in branch on date 03.03.18. So i request you to please forward my complaint to the bank to enquire into this matter at the earliest and refund my amount because my all the dues got pending for loss of this amount. For the extra precaution i have blocked my atm card also through customer care. Thanking you

I recently made a payment through my debit card of rupees 500/- .The payment gone failed then I tried it again and as usual I got same result.When I check my account balance through net banking there I found 1000 Rupees debited from my account.

    I m a govt employee. This time i m working in charkhi dadri after my transfer. My bank account is transfer from samalkha panipat to sbi mohan garden and then charkhi dadri (51117) haryana. Charkhi dadri bank (51117) issue my cheque book but refuse to issue my atm card. The manager said that it will go to ur first address that was samalkha panipat. Please help. My account no.       I opened my account with an old mobile no. I had. That number stopped working a long time ago. I changed the mobile number to my new number with the help of online sbi. Now i can carry out transactions with the help of netbanking but sms alerts are not sent to my new number. Even debit card transactions can't be carried out. The number registered with core banking is shown as my old number even when i've changed it a number of times.

        Sbi card have off late charged fin charge on retail which is out of proportion.
        Even though i have paid all charges within the grace period.

        Payment due date was 11th feb, since it was sunday the payment reached on 12th feb.

        For this i was charged 1, 671/-

        I do not see an option to raise a complaint as well.

          I open account two weeks back when i go to took my account but they said that it was pending i asked why it was pending this it the form was old the new form will be available at some time they didn't say anything so i have a question that why did took the old form and why they kept in pending now why they are not giving answer to me please solve my problem opening a bank account the big issue in sbi moinabad ranga reddy district telangana the officers were very slow dokur and was very old and doing a very slow work for opening account i went for near nearly 1 week this is the issue about biometric

            I am a customer of sbi bank. I was charged with atm annual fee of rs.147.50/- on[protected] even when i have not activated or not even used my debit card. I received the debit card through courier & in the letter accompanying the debit card it was written that "for security reasons, your card is currently inactive.in order to activate your card, you need to complete one successful transaction at any sbi bank group atm using your pin." since, only i can activate that card but as i have not activated it myself the bank has not just debited the annual charged to me but the have also crossed the security limit by activating themselves. I kindly request the bank to refund my amount & to not involve or engage in crossing their limit in their customer's account.                 Dear sir

                A refund of 18685 rupees was successfully processed by amazon on 21 january 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 315253

                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                  Respected sir, i amulya kumar nayak my a/c no [protected] at tihidi branch. My transaction failed at axis bank atm at tihidi rupees 10000. That time supply cut. Money deducted from my account on 25 feb 18. Complain
                  Application already submitted at tihidi sbi branch. But still it's pending for 10000 back my account. Pls sir rectify it's &and take further action. My father had gone to branch maneger along with complain application but the branch maneger refused to receive the application form. I request to pls enquire it & get back my money to my accout. I will oblige to u. Iam waiting ur reply. Pls clarify it.

                      Worst bank i don't have atm but they charged atm annual fee. Complent krne jao toh aise behave krte h ki jaise karja mangne wale aa gye ho. Koi help ni krta. Inse acha toh bikhari h jo pese mang k leta h. Govt. Nokri ki adat ho gyi h isliye sab ke sab nakte ho gye.. Lunch ki toh itni jaldi lagti h jaise ghar wale khana ni dete ho bank m hi milta h.

                        Dear sir on 17 february 2018 i had funded my account of kotak 811 app using my state bank of india debit card with rupees 10000. My money got debited from my bank account but was not credited in kotak 811 app and i received an error that payment processing failed. But till now i had not got my money back into my account. Due to this i am in mental pressure.

                        So i kindly request you to look into my problem seriously and credit my money as soon as possible.

                          At this time my home loan interest rate increased by bank up to 8.75.
                          I want to know why interest rate increased.

                              I have an account in state bank since last 5 years. I getting the worst service from your masulkar colony branch which is in pimpri branch code is - 16846. I'm getting charged for the cheque which is canceled and i got charged 4 times for the same cheque and now i have stopped that cheque but again i have got charged for some other cheque which is not allocated to me. I spoke with the branch manager she is telling that it are genuine charges and will see if it will get refund or not. No one is supporting in that branch. I want to close this account and need refund of each an every amount i have been charged else i'll lodged an case against the sbi for doing fraud with the customer. The worst bank i have ever seen in my life.
                              There is only single person sitting at that branch no staff allocated just to deposit an cash we have to wait minimum 30 min. We are not wasting our time to stand in an queue just to deposit our money and though we are doing that still are are cutting our money without reason. Need explanation as well as refund for my each n every debit i got.

                                    My late husband ak gopalan nair and my son prashant nair were joint owners of property where i am residing - house no 38 “anugruha” 2nd main road, balaji layout, babusabpalya, behind maruti vidyalaya, bangalore 560043 – taking home loan from state bank of india cox town branch – (Earlier state bank of india travancore branch) home loan account number [protected].

                                    My husband died on 31.10.2016 leaving a registered will deed and my daughter mini chhabra closed the outstanding loan about 7.5 lakhs and we received loan closure letter
                                    As per the registered will deed of my late husband the division of property is as follows: ground floor – to my daughter mini chhabra and first floor – jointly to myself poonam gopal (His widow), mini chhabra (His daughter), harsh menon (His 2nd son) & prashant nair (His 3rd son).

                                    Subsequently we submitted request for release of original documents with all four names on 05.02.2018 to racpc banaswadi branch.

                                    Now after almost 3 weeks, of no response, i am being asked to submit all unnecessary documents –
                                    As per law, in case of registered will deed, we do not need to submit any other paper. I am the surviving widow who has been receiving the widow pension (Ppo order no.[protected] and it is me who is declared as wife in this ppo. How can sbi ask me to submit death certificate of my late husband’s dead first wife??

                                    It seems that racpc banaswadi officials have something else in minds and are simply trying to harass a widow. Despite having a legal registered will deed i am made to run around like this??

                                      I am sanjib giri form west bengal. I have a shop (Chicken& fish& vegetables) shop is raw walls. So i try to rip walls and one store. I need your mudra loan for improve my business. I am meet to near by sbi but bank manager not respons he is 10 time rounding me with out any complaint this branch have my accounts in 8 years with out complaint. But bank manger talk me next week come. Next week i am gone he is same talk next week come you. Same again 10 times he is not say not possible or your documents problem etc. With out any comlaint not respons. Pls help me
