Dear si
I have a sb account in your branch my accounts number is [protected] in this accounts on 15/02/2018 atm annual fee 2017-18 rs 295 charges two time debited but i have only one debit card. On 18/02/2018 insuf bal atm decline charge-310118 — rs 23.60 four times debited and on 22/02/2018 sbi charg for failed mandate teleprocessing rs 295 total 684.40 amount is debited in my accounts

I want know what for this amounts debited in my account if you fail to answer this i will going to file complaint in consumer court

    After receiving successful transaction massage, second party done receive amount.
    But amount deducted from my account, second party is my cousin brother and he need money at urgent basis.
    So help us.

      Someone sent me some money over upi and my account got credited. When i logged in, i see almost inr. 300/- was missing. Then i tried to log in and find out what happened. But i don't see any mention of that missing money in the account statement. Hopeless state bank.

      I called the customer care, they told me to resgister for phonebanking otherwise they can't see what happened. Then they redirected me to the system, i tried to resgister but they keep on sending me sms that they are unable to fulfil my request for phonebanking registration.

      So, i don't know why my account got deducted and neither i know if it is a valid transaction or not that i almost lost inr. 300/-.

      Hopeless banking.

        Myself K.Sreekanth resident of Visakhapatnam here by inform that I lost an amount of 12210/- by SBI account holders. They assured me of job in amazon and get me paid above said amount in installment basis.
        1. On 24/2/2018 I received mail online for post of supervisor from amazon.in, & I have to pay 1550/- amount for receiving uniform, get pass, identity card and job letter through courier, I confirmed by contacting the phone no provided they assured me that its true not fake, as I was in desperate need of job I trusted them and paid by borrowing from my friend and paid on 26/02/2018.I informed them that amount has been sent they confirmed that amount received and courier will reach with in 24 hrs.
        2.On 27/02/2018 I received call for salaried account opening in ICICI bank I have to pay 5000/- as minimum amount for opening account in ICICI is 10000/-, 5000/- will be paid by company and 5000/- by the employee, they said that I can withdraw once I receive bank's ATM. So I paid through paytm an amount of 5160/- (2500+2660)
        3. On 28/02/2018 I received message that items were sent through blue dart courier, then I received call that for verification purpose I have to pay 4500/- (1500/- per constable), I argued with them but they assured that verification is mandatory, first I paid 3000/- by ensuring with them that I can't pay 4500/- they accepted hence I paid 1500/- through paytm and 1500/- through net banking.
        4.After couple of hours I called them that verification has not yet done, they said that for verification purpose minimum required amount is 4500/- . I asked them to refund my money they denied and insisted that verification will be done only after paying remaining 1500/-, I paid through netbanking
        5. Again after couple of hours I called them they said that late charges of 1000/- has to be paid then only verification will be done. As I couldn't do anything I paid.
        6.Again after they said to pay 3000/- as security deposit but this time I didn't. I totally busted and argued with them they hung up.

            As we all know sbi is the biggest bank in india. Millions of account holders. Most of them from middle class or daily wage workers. Now these days sbi is acting like as bribery. Deducting money for everything including minnum balance issues. Yesterday also happened. 148 rs.
            This is bribery. 148 rs each from millions of account holders. Still middle class people bear it.. Why?
            We all the people should close the account immediately. Otherwise sbi continue this bribery. Im going to close my account next day. Before that i want to change my loan accounts to my other bank.

              I am the existing Account holder. I got the continous messages regarding the Aaadhar card attachment to my Credit card account. As per the supreme court order I will get the 16 digits E-Code for my account within March 2018. I will update my Aadhar details to my account after getting the E-Code. So kindly update my request and stop the continous message services regarding the Aadhar card updation.

                I have paid my Amex bill payment on 28th Feb 2018. Actually transaction is success, but before page redirect to Amex got error "session timed out from SBI website". Amount got debited from my account but it is not credited into merchant account.
                I have raised complaint in SBI customer care and ticket id is:[protected]. but they are telling it will take 21 working days. but my billing date is Mar 5th. Please do the needful asap.
                I am facing this kind of problem many times, So thinking of to change my salary account to private bank.

                  Even when ATM is not utilized SBI is charging Rs. 206/- for the ATM using, kindly guide your 80% SBI Customers are the working employees, if they are not using ATM then how they are withdrawing money from the account.

                  If you are charging the money for SMS then why you are not intimating the customers that deduction will be applicable on the particular date.

                  Our own money we can't withdraw and we can't utilize - Modi your wrong in making system, utilizing poor peoples money and providing to rich Modi.

                    Hi there, i have changed my mobile number recently and the it was very well updated in my banking system when i use net banking for any payments. However, my ATM cum debit card still attached to my old mobile number for some reason. This means, any online transactions associated with OTP are sent to my old mobile number. Could you please advise me on how to change it online as i live in abroad. Thanks. Krishna

                        I went to submit a document to SBI katni main branch bank at 4.30 pm
                        then guard Ashok Kumar manjhi misbehaved with me and scolded saying do whatever you can do
                        you are not allowed to enter and also used abusive language
                        i said him to be polite but he got more aggresive
                        and allowed others to enter as they offered him some chewing material
                        which i am not sure about
                        it was so disappointing from the such reputed bank

                          On 17/02/2018, Rajiv Narg Atm, 2500 cash not withdrawal from ATM, but i got message from bank that money deduction, when i re check, amount deducted from bank.
                          For the same i have log complain same day to customer care of SBI bank.
                          But Till date they have not refunded my money back.
                          Firstly they saying that within 7 working day my money will be refunded but now they saying wait more days. As per RBI ruble after 7 days bank have to give penalty of Rs. 100/- per if money not transferred to customer account.

                          So, please check the status for the same and refund my money with penalty.

                            On date 17 i insert twise my ATM card to withdraw money, but i was unable to withdraw money, after 5 min i check the balance it was there . so when i reach my place, i went in to withdraw money so there deducted rs 6000, the blance 750, so i check after 2 day til now the balance is zero . so how can i get back the money

                              Dear sir/mam,

                              Today i received a call from "+91-[protected]". And claimed that he is from sbi and manager itself and started shouting at me that why you guys don't submit ur documents and as a result we are going toblock ur debit card. He told me we can activate is and asked my card number.
                              For authenticity i asked him that i have doubt on him, he told details of my bank account which is of "sbi manyata tech park, bangalore".
                              After which i gave my card number. And they have done online 3 transaction of 9999+4000+1000.
                              I was on call with him and once i noticed otp msg from sbi i started shouting at him and he disconnected the call.

                              Please help me on this as i can see money has been transferred to oxigen wallet and mpesa.

                              I have blocked my debit card with help of customer sup @sbi.

                                I have made a payment for sbi credit card through paynet services. I made the payment via internet banking. The amount got deducted from my icici bank account. But, transaction is on pending status for long time.

                                Please let me know when the payment will be completed. If it will not, then will i get my money back in my account?

                                  People want to know the reason behind these deductions. I am complaining about the same reason that the most of the people are complaining about. Deduction of rupees 147.50 is a huge amount. I don't think these deductions are related to any atm charges. Many people are complaining about this please kindly revert back.

                                    When approached for the details of education loan payment, branch manager (Sbi-kodumon, branch code: 070560) used very abused words and she behaved like a market lady.
                                    She insulted in front of other customers and not even ready to check the payment receipts. Rs. 3, 60, 000/- paid to the said account through village office as part of the revenue recovery and she have not credited the amount in proper way. Whatever dd has been collected she have credited to reliance without following any procedures. Once we asked the documentary proof for the same, she have not even provided the correct reliance loan a/c no also.
                                    She really troubled me a lot and she is not having any idea about status of the account. She simply ate my money.
                                    We have taken proper proofs from taluk office showing the said payment dd has been taken in branch manager name and she is only received the same.
                                    I got doubt that, sbi appointed such a cultureless market lady as their branch manager.
                                    Same time so many other customer also informed about her behaviour inside the branch.
                                    If she cannot manage the customers and cannot provide the details why she is sitting in the chair of branch manager.
                                    Anyway it is a big shame to total sbi group, at least somebody from sbi should read this complaint and should realise there are staff in their group who is misbehaving with the customers in the same way.

                                    I lost some payments because the negligence of this lady and anyway i closed the account with reliance. (As a private body at least reliance helped a lot in my case)
                                    Common man should realise the fact that all officers in bank is not having good knowledge in the work, what they are doing.
                                    Don't believe in the words of single person blindly. At least discuss with minimum 3 person.
                                    Otherwise officers like this lady will eat our money easily.

                                    I have given complaint to sbi also but they have not even checked what is the problem.
                                    I should not suggest sbi to anyone for taking any kind of loan as they are handing over the loans to reliance commercial finance and making lot of problem to the customers.
                                    They will not notify the customers also regarding the loan account transfer.

                                    So beware common man!!!
                                    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I wanted to deposit some amount in the form of hard cash in one of the sbi branch in mhow (M.P) but the employees of the bank are saying that you cannot deposit cash through form, so I wanted to know where it is written that you cannot deposit through form and wanted raise complaint against them.
