I have account [protected] in SBI Mayur Market Branch, Gwalior [IFSC SBIN0007933]. From 12.14 PM of 11.02.2018 to 12.07 AM of 12.02.2018 there were 39 unauthorized transactions from my account in which Rs 49817.29 was illegally withdrawn. At 02:42 PM on 14.02.2018 another Rs 125.97 was deducted in 33 unauthorized transactions.
The ATM/Debit Card is safe with me. I did not receive any OTP for the said transactions. I also did not receive any calls from anyone regarding sharing my banking details.
I could not contact my home branch as it is closed on 12, 13 and 14 Feb 2018 [second monday, tuesday and shivratri holidays]. The amount has been illegally withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or authorization. Please take necessary action to get my money reverted into my account.

    Dear sir,

    I am writing to you for a payment of 8000 rupees through neft transfer on 31jan 2018 to kanchan kumari a/c. But due to a very high level technical mistake by sbi my payment didn't receive to kanchan kumari a/c whereas it had gone to other person account in some where. After few days when i enquired about that same we came to know that you have filled a starting digit incorrect that’s why your payment had gone to other person accounts. Here my question is to sbi if anybody fill any information inaccurate, account will not be added as i know but in my case my all entries was correct except one digit error as you are telling us. It’s a universal awareness that there are so many mandatory requisite information criteria; when they not simultaneously completed transaction mismatch account but same ifsc code

    From that date i called so many times to customer care and visited the respective branch but i am not getting any proper answer from them and not knowing that what action is taken from your side. This is very sad to me that your are not taking any action and not giving me any assurance of my money.

    And if i will not get any proper reply from your side i will take a legal action because i don't have any other way.

    My mother died in 1992 and had an account with SBI Main branch Nagpur. I took my mothers passbook to the Station Road, Nagpur branch and got to know that the balance is zero. I dont understand how the balance got zero?

I have contacted many times to branch but there is no many positive response. So i request to you please look on the matter and do the needful.

        With reference to above mention subject, i am a senior citizen (Old woman) of india also having a s/b account no.[protected] with stata bank of india, branch-kaipara, dist-jajpur, odisha, ifcs code sbin0008092 in the name of sita prusty since last 7years.

        Since last 3months my account has been closed by the branch manger for link of adhar and kyc. I have compliance so many times the document at the branch but no result have come.

        So it is requested that please inter fear the matter give me permission to withdraw money from my account.

          I am a defense person.
          My account is deducted with amount of 40, 000 on 13 feb 18 without my knowledge.
          When i noticed alert on my email, i immediately call to sbi care, but all went useless as they were unavailable with data.

          One thing i will like here to notice that
          My card is with me only, inspite all of that, my account deducted with 40k.

          I don’t know how this happened.
          But now i am helpless.
          My all money gone and i am sufferer of 40000 atm fraud.
          All my monthly salary went off and i am helpless.

          Please help me. Being a defense person, i don’t have much time to investigate the case.
          I am helpless now and looking for help

            Sir,

            I have tried to make online payment for neet 2018 registration fee of rs. 1400/- through their website i. E. Cbseneet. Nic.in from my international debit & shopping card on 10.02.18 at 17:14 hrs card no. [protected], my s/b a/c no. [protected], sreepally palta branch. Payment of rs. 1400/- already deducted from my account and transaction details received my mobile through sms from your side, but payment not received neet 18 conducted organizer i. E. Cbsc, details sms are give below:

            ""thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx8293 for a purchase worth rs. 1400 on pos 80700264 at cbsesbidrcard txn#[protected]"

            On 12.01.18 i have already contact your customer care no.[protected], some one lady executive advised me after 1 working day your deducted amount will be returned back in your account. But, today i. E. 13.02.18 no received any amount in my account which was already deducted from account, again today contact your customer care no. With mrs. Dipika and she also lodged a complain and told me complain lodging no. Send your registered no., but no any message received from your side and not any amount received from your side.

            Sir, you are requested to refund my deducted amount of rs. 1400 in my account as early as possibile. Enclosed mini statement for transaction details and your ready reference please. '

              S b i card company is a cheating company. I am a senior citizen. They have raised the bill rs 1426 and 1599 in the name of cpp assistance servi p gurgaon on 23-12-15 and 23-12-16 respectively which i have paid promptly. I never requested cpp assistance. Immediately on receipt of bill i have written two letters to customer correspondence unit, dl f infinity towers, dlf cyber city, gurgaon-122002 (Harayana) explain in detail what is cpp assistance and i never requested this service (Do not need the service) and refund the amount. (Since i have no computer on my home i have written letters) my letters are unacknowledged. They raised the bill arbitarily. Their customer service staffs are very rude. If any queries are asked no proper reply will be given. I totally lost faith in s b i card. They are duping their own customers especially senior citizens.. How can they collect the amount without intimating the customers in advance. I want my money rs. 3025/ back for my medical treatment.. Pl help me to get the amount.

                To our Honorable Prime Minister, The PMO Office, New Delhi, Dear Sir, First, please accept my heartfelt congratulations to bring India in digital path and carving a new India, which is great, vibrant, very hopeful and digital leader. We feel blessed to be in the era where our beloved PM Mr. Modi leading our nation in most efficient way. Thank you Sir. I would like to bring your attention to the miserable condition of 2000+ home buyers in Hyderabad, who is completely stuck with a crooked builder - Aliens Group, who created a big trap in the name of Aliens Space Station -1 in Hyderabad and cheated / cheating 2000+ innocent home buyers. There are 200+ court cases pending against them in state commission and national commission. Even though, the consumers got the judgement, however the builder didn't oblige to either refund money or build the apartment. No one is helping in overall context. There are 100+ FIRs files against Aliens Group - MDs Hari Challa and Venkat Challa. Even Hari Challa was arrested last year but later he was released. No Chargesheet is filed against him till date in-spite of our regular follow-up with SP/DSP of Ranga Reddy District in Hyderabad. Judgement has been pronounced but, the builder has no fear of law and just keep using procrastination technique to delay this and no respite to consumers. Your kind attention is solicited to bring the Law enforcement team to execute judgement to consumers and resolve the issues at its earliest.                 Sub. – Sanctioning of House Building loan by SBI official of Hyderabad without checking of genuiness of Builder’s Paper to favour Builder –Reg.

                I(Nirbhaya Kumar Shah) and my son(Abhishek Kumar) were sanctioned house building loan in 2009 by SBI official without inspecting builder’s (Aliens Developers Private Limited, Hyderabad) valid document by SBI and paid money to builder without progress as well as without registration of property (Which is the very primary checks of Bank) resulting loss of our Principal amount (Rs.1851713/- + Rs.1587500/- = Rs.3439213/-) along with interest since 2009 which works out to be Rs.1, 03, 50, 162/- + Rs.88, 73, 339/ at the rate of 24% as per AOS and Total amount works out to be Rs.1, 92, 23, 501/-( One crore ninty two lakhs twenty three thousands five hundres one) for these eight years as builder did not make our apartment (intention was to cheat customer) till now and is not going to make before 2022 as orally intimated by M/S Aliens executives and that time also M/S Aliens will hand over flats with increased rate as being threatened by M/S Aliens.
                We have gone for Group case no. – CC/1366/2016 at New Delhi in which our name is mentioned at Serial no. – 6(Nirbhaya Kumar Shah), and 61(Abhishek Kumar)

                    Despite having account at SBI and MF also of SBI still after 27 Days the money is not transferred. I am urgently in need of money.

                    I have raised multiple complaints at CAMS, visited CAMS office multiple times at Gurgaon, lodged complaints at SBIMF customer care, made multiple calls still no result. I have been running pillar to post for my own money.

                    SBI redemption statement and bank statement is also submitted.

                      Myself saifi Gulati...used Sbi credit card long ago whose payment is supposed to be done...I m not using my mobile number which was in the documents at the time of issuance of card...moreover not in town as well as not in correct financial position to pay all dues...

                      My friend and relatives are receiving rude calls from this number ([protected]) some collection agency of SBI and making remarks such as Paisa kha gay and all...and fake information like I have given their reference in the documents...

                      People are messaging me on social media that we are receiving such disgusting calls...seeing this I have called on this number and tried to speak with the lady that why are u calling on these num when u have one of my extra number...then she is saying i[censored] will not be available, then we will make such calls..

                      I want to know where it is mentioned in the collection norms that bank have all rights to make rude calls to friends and relatives in case customer is not available...

                      The card is issued on the name of saifi Gulati...

                      Please respond to me asap

                        I had opened two Recurring deposit accounts for five years vide account no. [protected] and [protected] in your bank of Rs. 5000 each on May 14, 2012 by depositing cash at the time of opening and given standing instructions to deduct further installments from my saving account no. [protected].

                        On maturity, I found that maturity amount of both accounts differ. Maturity amount of one R.D. was Rs. 3, 84, 065 and second was Rs.3, 74, 271.
                        To check the difference between maturity amount I asked bank for details of these R.D.'s

                        Going through the details I found that bank has credited my both first installment in one account no.[protected] and no amount was credited in second account no [protected].

                        For not depositing the first installment, bank has debited Rs. 4500 from my account at the time of maturity as penalty . There was no mistake on my end.

                        I approached my branch manger ( G.V.M.Girls College, Sonepat) many times but I did not find the solution of my problem. Pl look into this matter.

                          Sir, it is to bring for your kind information that a cheque @ 22473/- bearing no. 628304 dtd. 06.12.17 was issued in favour of bansal eduventure llp and the same was dishonour by sbi on 15.12.17 i. E. Before 10.00 hours. When i had deposited the required amount in my account about 10.15hrs on 15.12.17, it is seen that the same cheque was dishonoured by the bank and @ 590/- was charged without giving me any sms allert. It is again to inform you that the same amount @ 22473/- was issued vide my cheque no: 628306 to the same party and got the sms alert on 30.12.2017 that - "chq 628306 for inr 22, 473.00 fvr bansal eduventure ll recd in clg wl be paid if found in order. Contac yr branch by 12.30 pm today (I. E. 30.12.17) if not issued by u".in this connection, it is seen from your sms alert that cheque clearing time is upto 12.30pm and i have been penalised by 590/- without sms alert in case of my earlier dishonoured cheque 628304. When i had given my appeal against such arbitrary charge of 590/- at 10.00 am on 15.12.17 towards dishonour of my cheque, the bm of rail kunj branch replied that every thing is done through computer generated system and he has no roll to comply my request at any moment. Again when i desired to know about the competent authority regarding my above appeal, he replied that he does not know. As it is learnt from your ccpc branch (Cheque clearing cell) in bhubaneswar that cheque clearing time is about 11.30hrs, and i had deposited the required amount @ 10.15 hrs, it is not justified to charge me @ 590/- towards dishonour of cheque. Therefore, kindly look into the above two matters i. E. (1) sms alert & (2) deduction of 590/- towards dishonour of cheque before 12.30 hrs which are not justified at all, including the poor service of bm/rail kunj branch, bhubaneswar to comply my appeal in true spirit. Kindly do the needful to return the amount, as all the procedures have been lapsed in my case and arbitrary charge of 590/-. Early reply through my e-mail is highly solicited.

                                  While taking loan against credit card i have got message of 9% annual interest rate on annual basis without effecting credit card limit but after taking loan bank have started charging me interest not as per the committment but they are charging on monthly basis even after payment they are increasing the outstanding now i want to settle down as im jobless i will able to pay only 30 % of the outstanding so who will take care to get easy emi settlement for my sbi credt card and im frustrated by the calls they are ven coming home and pressurizing my wife my mother last to last month they have came and told keep your gold to jewellers shop and make the payment, so my wife had paid 5000 rs even after paying they have again increase the outstanding balance to 122000. Im fed up of calls from customer care now i want to get settle for 30% amount only i can pay.

                                    I paid rs 1400 for neet exams from sbi debit card. The official website of neet does not show my payment but i have received the confirmation of payment through message from sbi. And even the transaction is shown in my bank passbook. As soon as i paid my from my card, the website showed an error but the money was deducted from the card. Please look into the matter immediately.

[protected] in syndicate bank, jaipur got debited with 10, 000/- on[protected] at 6:32 pm while using atm of sbi located at radha krishna temple, goner road, jaipur. But i didn't received the amount from atm as it's timed out and even i didn't got sms alert for debit and any receipt from atm. Later on i made another transaction of 10, 000/- at 6:35 pm on same day from same atm and that was successful. I am attaching the screenshot of that successful transaction for reference. Please resolve the complaint and credit my account with 10, 000/- rs.
