    On 09.02.2018 I wanted to withdraw Rs 4000 from PNB ATM Of Brajalalchak for which I used my SBI debit card. The amount is deducted from my account, but no money received, i. e it was a false transaction. 6days over, still the money has not been returned to my account.       We have opened bank account in our mother name.My mother health condition is not well as she is bed ridden due to ill health. Bank account has open by visiting officer of SBI. Now bank officer Shri S K Gupta, branch code SBIN0003807( BHEL, Khailar) is refusing us to give passbook without giving valid reason. His behaviour to us is very rude with us and it is a general feedback of other customer that his behaviour is same among the other customers too. He is spoiling reputation of SBI.

      Pl look in to matter and help us to resolve our problem.

          My lemon tea bill for last 14 months is not yet cleared by Sbi, Branch Manager, Allahabad.Bank code:4557.
          I am continuously give remindersto please clear the bill but whenever I go they I will clear your bill as soon as possible. I had given the bill number of times, but no action is yet taken by manger to clear all my pending bills. Kindly take necessary action regarding this matter, and solve it as soon as possible.

            Sir, i did transaction on 10/02/18, i pay 26474 rs to sbi card but it's failure and money deducted from. My account just today 15/02/18 my branch manager submit complain to consorn department from branch my tickit no [protected]
            And they take time 21 days but i need money urgently due to home expensive i don't have any another way to get money so i request you to solve my queries much as possible, payment what i have transfer it's decline by sbi bank.

              I also got same fake call claiming to be sbi for reward point cashback. They said we need to verify kyc to provide this, and they said do not worry we would not ask for confidential details, please provide basic information. They kept on saying its a call from bank do not worry and when they are talking to me i shall get a confirmation mail from sbi as well as a message. I first thought its marketing call, then fraud then i felt could be a genuine call and gave the details, when she further asked for cvv number. Then i said cvv is not to be shared with anyone. She is like, no ma'am its fine as we are from bank. I disconnected the call, tried to see if this number is from sbi with truecaller app. It did not give any information.in the meantime, i got a message with otp. By then these people where calling me continously which i disconnected, then again she called. I answered the call, she was asking what happened why i disconnected. I said, you people are fraud so, i cannot give cvv. I also said once i give cvv you shall ask for the otp that i have received on my phone. She disconnected the call. Haha. I tried to call back to shout at her but seems that number is only outgoing no incoming calls facility. I wanted to file a complaint with sbi but they dont have proper option on customer care selection dials.

                I am dineshchandra chavda nri bank account holder in sbi
                My ac number [protected] at vithal udyognagar anand sojitra road
                I went to sbi branch south bopal to withdraw money through cheque
                Teller told me that your account is inoperative so i went to bank manager to help me but she said that you talk to your branch manager and she gave me his number [protected] i talked to him but he was vacation and he couldn’t do any thing
                He gave me another number [protected] and ask for help but no help at all
                I have enough money in my account but i cannot withdrawal it and all say you go to your home branch
                I have no time to go my branch but no body helping me and behaving rudely like they don’t care for customers
                I have similar problem in hdfc bank junagadh but they talked to my branch manger and make my account operative and i got money immediately their behaviour was very nice and cordial with attitude to help but at sbi they try to avoid customer without any help
                I m definitely going to close my account in sbi
                This incident happened on feb 15, 2018
                I have to rush ahmedabad from canada to my brother who is very sick
                I was needed money but could not get it from my sbi ac as above

                  I have been made payment to icai for an amount of rs.1500.00 on 15/02/2018. For this payment i have entered otp double time due to first time the transaction been failed, second time only the transaction been successful. However in my sbi account double time the payment has been deducted. Please consider this as a request for refund for an amount of rs.1500.00.

                    Sir, on 2nd of this month my account had emi debit of bajaj finserve ltd and due to that on 1st evening i went to cdm machine to deposit my cash but that machine was out of order and due to that i could not deposit my amount on that night. And hence i went to bank at around 11 am to deposit the amount. And even after depositing the amount bank has levied rs 295+295= 590 rs as charges for failing emi.
                    Sir, i would like to file a complain regarding this, why bank is charging me as their machine was out of order. And why there is no charge on bank for harassing customer by putting non working out of order machine at atms.
                    Sir please look into this matter and help me with this. As on 14th also that machine was out of order and due to that i had to pay rs 25 extra just to deposit money from other bank. Sir this is looting of bank in the name of stupid charges and why not they should be charge for every negligence of services.

                      Respected sir,
                      I, deepak kumar having salary account in gateway of india branch, during my leave i visit your branch near navin sabji mandi, bareily road in haldwani uttarakhand on 15 feb 18. I want to deposit money in my account by green channel with the help of my atm card, but your employee who was sitting in counter directly refused and telling to fill a deposit slip and take a token to do so. There was only 5- 7 person in branch and toke no in counter was 007 and i get token no 025.
                      Out side the bank money deposit machine was non operational from past two three days in my knowledge.
                      Extremely bad experience.

                          Why is my money getting deducted for this investment intermedi company..??? I haven't enrolled for anythn nor i have any kindoff ecs or loan as such.. Rs 295 has been deducted twice in the month of jan n nw again in feb.. Kindly provide a detailed explaining to this as soon as possible.. We earn money with a lot of hard work and it's not good to loose money for an unknown reason.. Take this issue seriously and provide us some resolution asap..

                            I issue this case ([protected] and farther raise ticket no [protected] to sbi customercare) SBI bank birati(04604) branch to bandhan bannk birati branch.Inspriteof having sufficient blance but i was charged due to cheque bounced for two times amount rs 590+590, i am not only for me this charge also import to the beneficiary for two times amount rs 236+236, another surprising issue with this cheque for 20 lacs is cleared into two part first one is 2 lacs on 6th feb 2018 and another 18 lacs cleared on next day.As a result of this after same this of the 18lacs debit to my account for next day when i already harassment and droped two chheque for 18 lacs (10+8) to the same beneficiary for the issue.I also complaint to SBI and contract to branch manager but they were not response and active for the issue.so i am totally helpless because they neglect the issue.
                            I had to face mental and social harassment due to this issue and also wasted lots of money and valuable time for bank negligence.so i claimed for the bank to take necessary action for the issue.

                              I have account [protected] in SBI Mayur Market Branch, Gwalior [IFSC SBIN0007933]. From 12.14 PM of 11.02.2018 to 12.07 AM of 12.02.2018 there were 39 unauthorized transactions from my account in which Rs 49817.29 was illegally withdrawn. At 02:42 PM on 14.02.2018 another Rs 125.97 was deducted in 33 unauthorized transactions.
                              The ATM/Debit Card is safe with me. I did not receive any OTP for the said transactions. I also did not receive any calls from anyone regarding sharing my banking details.
                              I could not contact my home branch as it is closed on 12, 13 and 14 Feb 2018 [second monday, tuesday and shivratri holidays]. The amount has been illegally withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or authorization. Please take necessary action to get my money reverted into my account.

                                Dear sir,

                                I am writing to you for a payment of 8000 rupees through neft transfer on 31jan 2018 to kanchan kumari a/c. But due to a very high level technical mistake by sbi my payment didn't receive to kanchan kumari a/c whereas it had gone to other person account in some where. After few days when i enquired about that same we came to know that you have filled a starting digit incorrect that’s why your payment had gone to other person accounts. Here my question is to sbi if anybody fill any information inaccurate, account will not be added as i know but in my case my all entries was correct except one digit error as you are telling us. It’s a universal awareness that there are so many mandatory requisite information criteria; when they not simultaneously completed transaction mismatch account but same ifsc code

                                From that date i called so many times to customer care and visited the respective branch but i am not getting any proper answer from them and not knowing that what action is taken from your side. This is very sad to me that your are not taking any action and not giving me any assurance of my money.

                                And if i will not get any proper reply from your side i will take a legal action because i don't have any other way.

                                My mother died in 1992 and had an account with SBI Main branch Nagpur. I took my mothers passbook to the Station Road, Nagpur branch and got to know that the balance is zero. I dont understand how the balance got zero?

                                    Since last 3months my account has been closed by the branch manger for link of adhar and kyc. I have compliance so many times the document at the branch but no result have come.

                                      I am a defense person.
                                      My account is deducted with amount of 40, 000 on 13 feb 18 without my knowledge.
                                      When i noticed alert on my email, i immediately call to sbi care, but all went useless as they were unavailable with data.

                                      One thing i will like here to notice that
                                      My card is with me only, inspite all of that, my account deducted with 40k.

                                      I don’t know how this happened.
                                      But now i am helpless.
                                      My all money gone and i am sufferer of 40000 atm fraud.
                                      All my monthly salary went off and i am helpless.

                                      Please help me. Being a defense person, i don’t have much time to investigate the case.

                                        I have tried to make online payment for neet 2018 registration fee of rs. 1400/- through their website i. E. Cbseneet. Nic.in from my international debit & shopping card on 10.02.18 at 17:14 hrs card no. [protected], my s/b a/c no. [protected], sreepally palta branch. Payment of rs. 1400/- already deducted from my account and transaction details received my mobile through sms from your side, but payment not received neet 18 conducted organizer i. E. Cbsc, details sms are give below:

                                        On 12.01.18 i have already contact your customer care no.[protected], some one lady executive advised me after 1 working day your deducted amount will be returned back in your account.                                         I have tried to make online payment for NEET 2018 registration fee of Rs. 1400/- through their website i.e. cbseneet.nic.in from my International Debit & Shopping Card on 10.02.18 at 17:14 hrs card no. [protected], My S/B A/C No. [protected], Sreepally Palta Branch. Payment of Rs. 1400/- already deducted from my account and transaction details received my mobile through SMS from your side, but payment not received NEET 18 conducted organizer i.e. CBSC, details sms are give below:

                                        "" thank you for using your SBI Debit card 459xx8293 for a purchase worth Rs. 1400 on POS 80700264 at CBSESBIDRCARD txn#[protected]"

                                        On 12.01.18 I have already contact your customer care no.[protected], Some one lady executive advised me after 1 working day your deducted amount will be returned back in your account.                                         Sir I Have paid my Credit Card Due through onlinesbi.com.. on 9th February 2018..

                                        But still it was not yet credited in my credit card account..

                                        i had written so many mail to them.. but no one can help me..
