Hi,

Myself saifi Gulati...used Sbi credit card long ago whose payment is supposed to be done...I m not using my mobile number which was in the documents at the time of issuance of card...moreover not in town as well as not in correct financial position to pay all dues...

My friend and relatives are receiving rude calls from this number ([protected]) some collection agency of SBI and making remarks such as Paisa kha gay and all...and fake information like I have given their reference in the documents...

People are messaging me on social media that we are receiving such disgusting calls...seeing this I have called on this number and tried to speak with the lady that why are u calling on these num when u have one of my extra number...then she is saying i[censored] will not be available, then we will make such calls..

I want to know where it is mentioned in the collection norms that bank have all rights to make rude calls to friends and relatives in case customer is not available...

The card is issued on the name of saifi Gulati...

    I had opened two Recurring deposit accounts for five years vide account no. [protected] and [protected] in your bank of Rs. 5000 each on May 14, 2012 by depositing cash at the time of opening and given standing instructions to deduct further installments from my saving account no. [protected].

    On maturity, I found that maturity amount of both accounts differ. Maturity amount of one R.D. was Rs. 3, 84, 065 and second was Rs.3, 74, 271.
    To check the difference between maturity amount I asked bank for details of these R.D.'s

    Going through the details I found that bank has credited my both first installment in one account no.[protected] and no amount was credited in second account no [protected].

    For not depositing the first installment, bank has debited Rs. 4500 from my account at the time of maturity as penalty . There was no mistake on my end.

    I approached my branch manger ( G.V.M.Girls College, Sonepat) many times but I did not find the solution of my problem. Pl look into this matter.

    Here, I am attaching the proofs which I collected from bank.

      Sir, it is to bring for your kind information that a cheque @ 22473/- bearing no. 628304 dtd. 06.12.17 was issued in favour of bansal eduventure llp and the same was dishonour by sbi on 15.12.17 i. E. Before 10.00 hours. When i had deposited the required amount in my account about 10.15hrs on 15.12.17, it is seen that the same cheque was dishonoured by the bank and @ 590/- was charged without giving me any sms allert. It is again to inform you that the same amount @ 22473/- was issued vide my cheque no: 628306 to the same party and got the sms alert on 30.12.2017 that - "chq 628306 for inr 22, 473.00 fvr bansal eduventure ll recd in clg wl be paid if found in order. Contac yr branch by 12.30 pm today (I. E. 30.12.17) if not issued by u".in this connection, it is seen from your sms alert that cheque clearing time is upto 12.30pm and i have been penalised by 590/- without sms alert in case of my earlier dishonoured cheque 628304. When i had given my appeal against such arbitrary charge of 590/- at 10.00 am on 15.12.17 towards dishonour of my cheque, the bm of rail kunj branch replied that every thing is done through computer generated system and he has no roll to comply my request at any moment. Again when i desired to know about the competent authority regarding my above appeal, he replied that he does not know. As it is learnt from your ccpc branch (Cheque clearing cell) in bhubaneswar that cheque clearing time is about 11.30hrs, and i had deposited the required amount @ 10.15 hrs, it is not justified to charge me @ 590/- towards dishonour of cheque. Therefore, kindly look into the above two matters i. E. (1) sms alert & (2) deduction of 590/- towards dishonour of cheque before 12.30 hrs which are not justified at all, including the poor service of bm/rail kunj branch, bhubaneswar to comply my appeal in true spirit. Kindly do the needful to return the amount, as all the procedures have been lapsed in my case and arbitrary charge of 590/-. Early reply through my e-mail is highly solicited.

        I have been perchance a things in kongu thangamaligai for the rate of rs 6700. I was pay the amount from sbi debit card. Fist time result is came transaction failed again we tried it was successful. But both transaction has debited each 6700 total amount of 13400. So kindly get me refund of rs 6700 as soon as posible.

        Amazon is given to me a refund my product has return. Amazon his gives me a refer no to show of the bank customer care call tell details.. He got the refund. But kind problem he has to not given me a refund so he has tell me cheque dispute file...

            Dear sir..,

            i had deposited the amount of 83, 000 rs in deposit machine on the date of[protected]. at the time of 8.30pm in the account of [protected].
            deposit machine confirmed me that transaction is successful... but amount not credited into my account. several times i visited branch. but not received any confirmation about my transaction...
            Till date my mob. no. not update .
            i am very harsh by panchvati branch . i personally visit to branch,
            and submit my application online request to sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in allready mail.
            my working location is Chandigarh punjab.
            so i am unable to do my on work. so i am very unsatisfied sbi service.

              While taking loan against credit card i have got message of 9% annual interest rate on annual basis without effecting credit card limit but after taking loan bank have started charging me interest not as per the committment but they are charging on monthly basis even after payment they are increasing the outstanding now i want to settle down as im jobless i will able to pay only 30 % of the outstanding so who will take care to get easy emi settlement for my sbi credt card and im frustrated by the calls they are ven coming home and pressurizing my wife my mother last to last month they have came and told keep your gold to jewellers shop and make the payment, so my wife had paid 5000 rs even after paying they have again increase the outstanding balance to 122000. Im fed up of calls from customer care now i want to get settle for 30% amount only i can pay.

                I paid rs 1400 for neet exams from sbi debit card. The official website of neet does not show my payment but i have received the confirmation of payment through message from sbi. And even the transaction is shown in my bank passbook. As soon as i paid my from my card, the website showed an error but the money was deducted from the card. Please look into the matter immediately.

                  Sir, my account no. [protected] in syndicate bank, jaipur got debited with 10, 000/- on[protected] at 6:32 pm while using atm of sbi located at radha krishna temple, goner road, jaipur. But i didn't received the amount from atm as it's timed out and even i didn't got sms alert for debit and any receipt from atm. Later on i made another transaction of 10, 000/- at 6:35 pm on same day from same atm and that was successful. I am attaching the screenshot of that successful transaction for reference. Please resolve the complaint and credit my account with 10, 000/- rs.

                    I applied for subsidy under clss under pmay on 24.07.2017 to branch manager racpc, jawahar nagar, jaipur. My home loan a/c no. Is [protected]. L visited the bank branch many times and meet sh s d balani, manager (Phone no.[protected]). He could not even tell status of my application even though more than 6 months passed. Tilldate i have not received the subsidy.

                      Very bitter experience with sbi. I applied one home loan on dec 17. After one and half month (Too long) i had been informed (That to when put up online complain against the delay) that my application had been rejected for a silly reason as "deed is torned". As per sbi rules, record of the deed does not have any value. So as, conversation, land taxes paid, site showing the owner's name with lr plot no. And khatian no. Have no value, certified copy on stamp paper signed by advocate does not have any impact on them. Also, central government' s job with personable benefit is baseless to get the loan. I met agm of zonal office at bidhan nagar in kolkata on 08.2.2018. He also shown his inability. Whereas other banks are laughing and offer me loan and process the same with in no time. I am availing same from one of them.
                      Question is : when will you come out from your old shell? If this is the condition of so called largest bank, how india will shine?

On feb 18 (That to complain lodged for dalay) i came to know that it it is rejected with silly reason "deed is torned and two small observations" with their rules, record of land, conversation, land taxes paid, site showing the owner's lr plot no and khatian no., also certified copy on stamp paper signed by advocate does not have any impact. Central government job with personable service does not have any value. I met agm of zonal office at bidhan nagar in kolkata. He also shown his inability as the deed is torned. But other banks are offering me loan with same papers. I am also availing the same from one of them. Question is: when will you come out from your old shell? If this is the responce from so called largest bank, then how india will be signing?
                      Two complains made on 13 and 12 Feb 18. But so far there is no updates. Horrible.

                        I have used hdfc debit card on sbi jangpura atm machine on 22 dec 2017 around 17.20 pm i tried to withdraw 10000 rupees due to urgency of petty cash in market. But transaction not completed after some time i received message regarding withdrawal 10.000 from my account.

                        Since them i am following up with hdfc bank.

                        They are saying that you have used govt bank atm.
                        And sbi bank is confirming that money is successfully withdrawal that day but any they are not providing any proof /cctv footage of that day.

                        I am not satisfied at all with both banks. Were is my fault in this.

                            With this letter I want to bring your kind attention towards unpleasant incident happened yesterday.I Dr Anuj Pandey resident of Varanasi have account in SBI bhelupur, Varanasi got SMS that 8, 400 rupees has been deducted (total 9 transaction 2400+2400+1200+1200+800+250+50+50+50=8, 400)
                            For above incident I would like to mention that No Call or OTP or SMS have been entertained from my side neither my mobile or my debit card has been shared.
                            Kindly help me out and do the needful as soon as possible.Would really appreciate your effort

                              A refund of 998rupes was successfully processed on 28/01/2018 to my account by Amazon this account should have been redited to my SBI account by now, but I have not received the refund till now,
                              I have called the SBI customer service and also the state bank of India branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has resolved the problem no action is being taken
                              I have confirmed with Amazon and they have successfully processed the refund kindly go through the charge dispute email locate the pending refund and follow the path back to Amazon payment processor to locate the refund

                                Thank you for your reply. As per your mail, If OTP is shared then the liability lies with the cardholder.

                                Then please answer me, if the card is newly generated, not operated by the cardholder and cardholder gets the call from SBI and that caller already having card details, then who is responsible, who lies liability?

                                It is also cleared that someone already having my card details, so why should I use your credit card now?

                                So it is liability of SBI also, and by mutual understanding, I want to solve this matter and do the settlement. Otherwise at last I have to go for a step forward to file a FIR against this fraud.

                                  Dear sir i am submiteed one request letter regarding access amount credited to my personal loan account from my sb account [protected] from halia branch to my personal loan account [protected] i am paing emi regularly. But i approched manager 3 times from date of letter he is not willing to do my work i am suffering from so many economic and family problems from loss of this amount manager is behaved rudely behaved finally cms login also don on 25.01.2017 but till now my problem not solved...

                                    My name is raghunandan i applied for credit card all the verification was done and documents where taken but the application was rejected stating that it not meet your policy. How it is possible when your customer care excutive said everything is ok and i will get my credit card in 2 weeks is it some kind of joke that you people playing with us i am requesting you people to look in to the matter and respond as soon as possible hope i will get good service from you people

                                    Actually we arrived the sbi chirala branch at3:58pm but we are not allowed in.Then we gone state bank e-corner there is no working passbook upadating machine .Then we found that the security allowing some if the special people in .
                                    At finally I found that govt bank which largest in india have partiality in all aspects.

                                    Need your attention here.
                                    I have received SBI credit card transaction SMS for 10000 Rs and another transaction with 9990 Rs on 7th Feb, 2018. Actually which i have not done by me.
                                    I was trying to contact SBI credit card customer care num but there is no response.
                                    Please take action on this asap.

                                      Hi sir,

                                      This is regarding the bank manager for branch marol, mr prabir kumar bohidar.
                                      I had applied for home loan in rajasthan jaipur.
                                      My loan is sanctioned only my mumbai verification is due.
                                      One of your officer came for verification on twice, i have responded him and also told him that you won't find anybody at flat during office timings but he didn't acknowledge my situation besides that he provided a negative report. After that with due regards of rajasthan agm i went to marol sbi branch, there i met mr. Prabir kumar he told me he will be providing me verification officer during first half and kept me waiting for whole week, with the excuses that officer is not available after that when today morning i went to he responded me in a very rude manner and asked me go "that it won't be possible for them to verify before 4 o'clock which are my office timing" again the same situation will be there and he also ask me to go to midc branch.
                                      Its becoming a to and fro situation for me.
                                      Please help me out here without wasting time.
