Hi, last week, my office recd a bill from mgl with a penalty of rs.600/- because the previous bill payment did not go thru" ecs. I wrote and emailed a letter to sbi, govt. Colony branch, bandra east asking why the ecs did not happen. Meanwhile, mgl kept phoning to say if we did not clear the two bills, the gas supply would be disconnected. We were given a half day notice to either pay by a demand draft or have our gas supply disconnected. We rushed to the bank to get a demand draft made. That was the day when mumbai faced bad weather so the dd was handed over to my peon without signing. I rushed to the mgl office with the dd only to discover after reaching mgl, that the demand draft was not signed and so invalid. Mgl understood that we were not at fault so they assured me that they would do the needful and asked me to cancel the dd. My staff went to the bank to cancel the dd today and we are shocked to know from the manager that an amount of rs.325/- will be debited from our account towards cancellation charges. My question is why should we be penalised for no fault of ours???

    I was submit an application to the sbm (Now it is merge with sbi) main branch, bellary on[protected] regarding education loan for my son along with relevant documents and signature. Till date the loan is not sanctioned. Whenever i asked the concerned officer, they told that because of the merging of banks my application is not sanction. Please solve.

      money deduction from my account without informing me

      Hello there,
      I am a customer of this bank since 35 years and have account in relincae branch vmd. I asked the account manager jyoti kumari at southern branch refinery to do entry in my passbook or just put barcode on it. But she refused without manners and insulted me infront of 20 people. I am a retired senior citizen person. This is not a way to talk your valuable customer. So please do take some strict steps against her. She would spoil the impression of this branch.

        Transaction done using bhim app from sbi account to hdfc bank account

        Amount not received in hdfc as transaction in bhim is showing in error but amount deducted from sbi account.
        Kindly help to reverse 7000rs to my sbi account at the earliest.

It has been more than a week but till now cheque book is not delivered. I approached the bank they said it will be sent only by post. Till now i did not receive my cheque book.             Honorable sir refer my indane customer no 22241 lpg id[protected] with shaheed capt manoj pandey gas agency uid aadhar no[protected] anuradha chaturvedi with present existing sbi account no[protected]. Pahal ctc status is now aadhar not linked in bank as per npci on 21 aug 2017 but linked in lpg. Last10 th lpg subsidy failed not credited in changed bank account dated 23 aug 2017 vide indane cash memo no [protected]. I got my joint sbi account no[protected] linked aadhar closed on 18 aug 2017 in which got all subsidy de linked uid aadhar in closed account and aadhar no was linked in other single account by sbi and checked re checked by sbi all 4 casiers and 2 sbi branch managers uid aadhar and lpg id linked in existing sbi account got printed generated receipt uploaded below. I request to do needful earliest to release in my sbi account last subsidy which is pending failed. Ammend pahal ctc status in npci re link aadhar in bank account as per npci dbtl.               On wednesday the 20th sep, we operated online transactions as follows;

              Transaction ref. No. Ikoohqwql1 for rs.400.00 at 17.48
              Ikoohqwsp1 for rs.800-00 at 17.49

              The above said payments were made which were acknowledge by sms

              On return filing to profession tax department, the payments were not acknowledged and being a last day for payment, the repayments were paid by following trn;

              Ikoohqylo2 for rs.400-00 at 18.31
              Ikoohqymn5 for rs.800-00 at 18.33

              Please revert back the payments made with ref. To trn;

                Dear sir, i had made two payments of dl ed through netbanking between 5 and 7 in the evening on september 12, at that time the money was cut from the account but the payment was not made, then again i made the payment, but the two forms the money was not refunded, which is 9023 rupees 60 paise, so i request you to regenerate my money back.

                    At slumber branch some of the staff conduct very rudely poor people and after the merjer of sbbj people of the town get suffering of much rush.
                    Please it's humble request to you or your management that keep one more branch whom you had before the merjer in the town.
                    In this days staff always have a comman excuse that they have site down, non connectivity, printing out of service even they not carry out enough bank pass book. Consumer run in the bank four to five time only for pass book.
                    Sir this is rural area consumer taking 20 to 30 miles travel for bank work and your newly staff treated them much harshly.

                      Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                      Dear sir

                      A refund of 320.00 rupees was successfully processed on 20 august 2017 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                              Having a/c in sbi ifc sbin0020913{kazipet telangana} in my rd a/c [protected] every month rs 4000 to be credited from my sb a/c no [protected]
                              But during this month bank deducted 3 times rs 4000 total rs.12000 excess rs 8000.
                              After complaining they cancelled standing instruction and said they cannot reverse money back to my sb a/c what to do/why such mistake without penalty for bank. Why because last month for change in ecs /std ins they deducted rs 295 (12.07.17)
                              Less balance for cheque deducted rs590 (22.08.17)
                              I[censored]n wanted deduction then less balance in a/c
                              Also twice deducted for emi and after complaint reversed pl credit rs 8000 back to sb a/c

                                Dear sir, ii have a problem with the name change to withdrawn the fixed deposit amount at sbi nambur, pedakakani mandal, guntur district. As i provided all the necessary affidavit and declaration, but still they are asking gazette as i had all educational certificates with changed name. Can't they go with revenue enquiry instead of gazzette in village like nambur where all the villagers know me very well. So that they can give to the right person. I got totally irritated with the authority for roaming since from the last three months everyday.

                                  I requested for a balance transfer my sbi simple life credit card on 6/09/17 as per their notification/terms they will send it as a cheque to me for that they charged 1100/- as interest
                                  The problem is i have n't received the cheque yet (20/09/2017) and i need to other bank rupees ten thousand (10, 000) as penalty to other bank

                                  Why this delay happened they are not answering and simple putting on bludart as they chosen them as courier. When i called to bludart they said they haven't received proper address and proper telephone number so they delayed.

                                  Why do i need to suffer because of thees guys? Why do i need to pay 11, 000 extra from my pocket?

                                  Sbi team having my proper details and they called plenty of times to re confirm my address then why the wrong address printed?

                                  I raised complaint[protected] against this with sbicard customer care they closed it with out resolving or clarifying my answers. I asked them to escalate and they not even done

                                    Myself mrityunjay pandey, i need to open a new account with sbi. While i went to sbi branch alapur, pratapgarh uttar pradesh to open a new account with the bank the bank manager rejected my request of account opening by saying that new account opening is not possible without annual charge of inr1000, for accidental insurance of 2000000inr. Sir i'm a student and my father is a farmer we can't pay that charge annually for claim. I requested manager to open my account without accidental insouciance but he said that go and get an account with another bank. Bank manager name is rohit raj and ifsc code of branch is sbin0010898.
