With reference to service request no.[protected] for the sbi card no. Ending xxxx9307 it is to bring to your notice that, i received sms to my registered mobile no. [protected] that the interest rate to encash the amount rs. 800000/- is 9.00 p. A. For personal financial needs. Further, 100% processing fee waiver on booking encash which is valid till 30th sep, 17 as per the sms received.

While discussing this matter with your executive on 12.09.2017 over phone i brought this to his notice and requested to reduce the interest rate from 9.5% to 9.0 % and to waive off 100% processing fee to encash rs. 800000/- as the offer is given by sbi only.

I received the cheque # 43258 dated 13.09.17 for 800000/- on 15.09.17 with amortization schedule through blue dart.

I am shocked to see that the offer details shown in the letter sent along with cheque it is mentioned that the processing fee: 2% of the principle amount. Min. Rs.499/- & max. Rs. 3000/-. But while discussing with your executive before confirmation it is assured that processing fee 100% waived for encash. A copy of the letter dated 13.09.17 and amortization schedule are enclosed herewith for reference.

In this connection, it is requested to reduce the rate of interest from 9.50% to 9.005 p. A. And waive off the processing fee to 100% as the offer is given by the sbi only as per the details shown above in the smss listed from 1 to 3 and is valid till 30th sep. 17.

Since i am an esteemed customer of sbi card, i hope my request will be considered favourably. I will be eagerly waiting for your positive action on this matter. After reducing the rate of interest from 9.50 to 9.00% and waiving of 100% processing fee a new amortization schedule may be sent to me.

      This is ragapriyam. Sp, im using the sbi card for the past 6 yrs i think i have paid regularly and now i cant make the payment properly even though i have paid more and more minimum dues, but my outstanding still pending, i lost my job and i cant make the payment. Why you are keep calling my father and talking with his hardly about me and our family?
      How cme you will sir, please respond me properly and reply me sir. Sir i cant and unable to make the payment. Give me proper solution or please proceed with the legal case sir.

          I have joined my govt service recently and i desire to open a salary account with sbi barnala road branch bathinda punjab but when i started my procedure within the bank, the bank officials started harassing me for one or the other things. They openend my account and i deposited 5000 rs in my account. After that i asked them to provide me my welcome kit but they told me to apply online. Dear sir i dont know how to apply online but if i myself present in the branch why cant they provide me the kit without online procedure. Dear sir, please help me

            Please provide details instructions of your policies that mentioned below like a common message - that is the reason people are loosing interest and trust in the govt/schedule banks.

            "we regret to inform you that your sbi card application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time".

            Just bcoz of your faultiness, public are going for a private banks and getting good services from them.

            My cibil score is showing 850+ and bs your bank says not met our policy, better change your bs policies or else stop your cc and all other product (You government guys don't have stuff to market or sale these prod by these [censored] reasons). Just run your business with retired employees and do suffer them a lot, i am practical person seeing their problems at your banks (Other banks eg: andhra bank/canara bank, syndicate banks) if i have any rights will first scrap all these type of sick banks.

            Please do not suffer the public.

              I sent two medical bills to cm ppfg at patiala, amounting rs1935/- and rs5957/80 for domiciliary treatment of my wife and self on 6-6-2017 through bathinda branch (Kikar bazar) i. E e-sbp bathinda city branch. Bills were sent as was being sent to ppfg deptt at patiala. My medical membership no is m-2211. As i have already complained to customer care on 7-9-2017 via my email, but no reply rec'd yet. Moreover i do not know fate of bills. U r requested to please take up matter with ppfg deptt at patiala and cm ird. And get my payment released.

                My credit card [protected] i had deactivated the international usage months back but yesterday i. E.13.09.2017 to my surprise night at 20.26 on 13.9.2017 an otp was generated for an international transaction usd 479.99. Immediately with the help of toll free number i had blocked my card. Please provide me the statement of account till date from last billing date onwards as an attachment to this email address. As i am unable to login online since i had got the card blocked. Also please advise whether shall i surrender the card as i literally feel that the card is not secure enough and security features are not fool proof.

                  Dear sir,
                  Once i had paid the cheque stop charges, then another payment of cheque return charges is justified, how? Since the party to whom cheque is given, and now the owner wants cheque should not be enchashed hence the owner has opted the paid service to stop the cheque payment. Now since the cheque is in the custody of party, then to take back the cheque is not possible, if it is possible then the owner can directly take back, why he should pay the cheque stop charges... Hence the imposing the cheque return charges additionally to cheque stop charges is not justified anyways... It very unlikely to pay dual charges for a single service...
                  The definition of cheque stop, does not means that cheque is stopped to the payment... If it so then why cheque return charges are imposed... Otherwise if is not so then what does is mean... And for what the customer has the paid the charges for this service?
                  Let have a look into the matter seriously and resolve the concern.

                      I have home loan with sbi (At panathur branch, bangalore).in july 2017, i got my interest rate reduced by converting the loan into mclr based rate (Sbi scheme for existing home loan customers). The interest rate was supposed to 8.65% (With dp less than 70 lac and joint owners) but the rate was changed to 8.7%. I also requested emi to be recalculated based on new rate. I spoke to higher interest rate and updated emi, and the branch manager told me the rate should be 8.65% and new emi will be deducted.in august, the rate showed up 8.7% and emi charged was still the same. I brought to branch manager's notice in early august and visited the branch on aug 16-17. He said we need to sign a new ecs mandate form (Which we did) and he assured that the in sep the updated emi will be deducted.in sep, still higher emi is deducted and interest rate shows-up 8.7%.

                      My complaint with sbi is -
                      - charging higher interest rate (8.7%) even when my loan is eligible for 8.65% and branch manager and racpc verbally agreeing to it.
                      - deducting higher emi even after assurance of charging updated emi based on new rate and getting new ecs mandate form from us.
                      - sbi panathur branch extremely unresponsive to emails/ calls/ visit to the branch. Constantly making assurances/ promises without meeting (I have email chain as proof if needed)

                        Sbi mathura cantt branch and zonal office agra, uttar pradesh of sbi have not cleared claim of my mother smt sunehari devi against term deposite receipts (Without nominee) of her husband late shri raj bahadur singh even after almost one year. Claim was submitted in october 2016. Case file being moved to and fro between sbi mathura cantt and zonal office agra for one or the other observation being raised in piece meal manner. All desired documents have been provided but claim not yet cleared causing grave harrasment to my mother. Complaint also posted on sbi website but to no avail.

                              Dear sbi,

                              I would like to inform you that i visited at sbi branch at noida sector-18 (Uttar pradesh) on 8th aug'17. I deposited my cash (Inr 11000/-) in this branch. At the same day at evening i received a call from cashier (Ashish) that i didn't give him the cash and he withdraw my money. When i asked him next day why you withdraw my money, he said that i dint give him the money. Then i went to the branch manager, and told him full incidence and asked him to check cctv footage but he told me that he didn't have the password right there and asked me to come after 2 days.

                              I visited again after 2 days but his answer was the same. Then i visited after some days i have visited 6-7 times but he was still making excuses that he told me that cctv footage is showing that i didn't hive him the money. When i asked him to show me that cctv footage he denied to show me.

                              After this i called to sbi customer (Complaint no. [protected]) on 22nd aug'17 care and told all this incidence, the associate asked me to go to branch once again but branch manager and team were solving my problem. I called sbi customer care once again for the same this time the associate asked me to resolve this problem within 10 days but the problem have not been solved yet.

                              Kindly do needful in this case as i supposed that sbi a trusted brand but after seeing this pathetic customer service i too sad to believe in.

                              I am attaching my passbook and deposit slip which i received that day after deposit my money.

                                This is vinil kumar with sbi signature credit card number ending with 4304. I missed the payment of 40 rupees on a total billed amount of 2, 64, 767/- on my sbi signature card i. E i have paid 2, 64, 727/- for the month of august 2017 statement. The credit card department has charged me a hefty penalty amount as overdraft charges as below:

                                Fin charge on retail (Excl tax 2226.06) = 12, 366.96 /-
                                Total integrated tax db for curr stmt = 2, 243.88 /-

                                Is this penalty amount justified for 40 rupees miss? I am asking sbi management to resolve my issue at the earliest.

                                When i called the customer care, they were saying that they will reverse the charges once i pay the overdraft charges before. But how can i pay so much before hand as i will get my salary on 30th of every month and i am not in a position to pay so much early.

                                State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                SBI silently charges GST on credit cards as well without even communicating. The SBI agent will not tell you that a hefty GST of about 20% is additional on cards. Feels like we are actually no different from Pakistan govt. Shameless way of operating by the Indian govt.bank.

                                  wrong deduction of rs 1200 in my rd account

                                  I have open a rd account of rs 10000 per month for the period of one year in housing board branch bikaner rajasthan
                                  My rd account no is [protected]. At maturity rs 4789 was credited as interest but on same day rs 1200 is deducted from my account and mention dcomm pr dr adj.
                                  Please clarify that in which head this amount of rs 1200 was deducted since there is no valid reason to deduct the amont so please creadit this amount in...

                                      हमने दिनाक 24.08.2017 को ऑनलाइन अपने डेबिट कार्ड के माध्यम से ₹ 500/- में जियो फ़ोन की बुकिंग की थी एवं दिनांक 0309.2017 को ₹128/-से टेलीनॉर का टॉप अप रिचार्ज किया। उक्त दोनों अमाउंट हमारे अकाउंट नंबर [protected] से कटौती हो गयी। लेकिन उक्त दोनों कंपनी के कस्टमर केयर द्वारा नहीं प्राप्त होने के सन्दर्भ में अवगत कराया गया। आखिर हमारा उक्त अमाउंट कंहा गया। हमने sbi के टोल फ्री नंबर पर कॉल किया लेकिन कोई समाधान नहीं मिला।
                                      अतः आपसे आग्रह है कि हमारे उक्त समश्या का समाधान करने की कृपा करे।
