    For mdr transation bank has charged 0.75 % cash less transation charges for crediting cash less transation benefit to the custumer account, as per the govt/hpcl policy this charges are to be reimburshed by hpcl to a dealer but after 15 may govt. Change the policy no charges credited in our account
    But after this condition bank charge mdr amount my a/ c no. [protected] at branch dever dist. Jhalawar (Raj.)
    Plz chack my a/c and reimbushed mdr amount

      Don't know which era does sbi want its customer's to live in!
      I have my account from dehradun.
      I need to update my old number as the phone number is no longer available to me.
      But unable to success on it either from atm or any other branches.
      Sbi can collect money and update uid from any branches but fails to update customer mobile number or account transfer even though i was live present with all valid documents.
      Madam on counter told that i need to visit home branch only... Is it easy as breathe in air or an joke??
      I have opened the account while i was studying there.
      And i have no net banking facility in this bank.
      Why ain't the bank asks to fill kyc and have the issue solved from any branch or gives right to change mobile number from atm if phone number is not in services.

      This is completely reckless services.

        Awesome job done by sbi credit card department. Sent me the statement without being using it once. Appreciate sbi for the same. I want to close the sbi credit card.         Its illegal to maintain sufficient balance of 5000rs.. wat vl simple person do if he dont have enough money to mintain suffient bal.. he vl withdrawal all money or otherwise he wait debit all money from saving account
        Got a call from this number [protected] .. he told me he is from SBI and ask me my account details I refused to tell then he cut the call.. this number is still working n active please take serious action on this. Thank you

          Sir, i did a transaction on 19/09/2017, i am add 9999 amount payzapp successfully add... And after[protected] tried to transfer an amount of 5000 to sbi a. C through my linked sbi card, the transaction failed, but the loaded money was also debited from the wallet and it has not been refunded yet, please do try to resolve my issue.                 pls give me Auca recovery insensitive amt sbi purusottam pur branch GANJAM ODISSA.C.M rural Npa manager know this matter cm rural give latter to branch manager pls pay agent insensitive but BM did not obey but be four settlement borrow come with me and discussion B m .after settlement borrow pay RS 50000 /Then after few month he pay all amount, but 6 month passed i did not receive my insensitive so m hurrsed. suresh dalai agent of M/S INDUS .

                  My name is leena agarwal, i am running my shop (Agarwal juice bar) located at kala sangha road, near doli palace adjoining sbi atm. This complaint in for the security guard named ashok kumar (Day duty) he is mostly drunk and misbehaved with me and my female customer. I have requested him to not spoil my business but he is repeating his behaviour everyday. I am very poor and my shop is only source of earning my livelihood.

                    Fraudster called me from +91 [protected] and asked for debit card number because it was not activated. After arguing, the convinced me and within minutes rs. 20000/- was deducted in 4 transactions of rs. 4989.0/- each at ideamoney. This needs urgent action. I am reporting this to the cyber cell as well as these fraudsters should be stopped immediately.

                      While one of my friends deposits some amount in my account, the bank charges rs 25 rupees from my account and the same things happens again. I don't know why the bank charges from my account without giving proper information. I didn't get any sms or e-mail regarding these charges. If you charge on when someone deposits money then why are you encouraging cashless transaction. From your point, the conclusion, if you get cash from someone do cash transaction not cashless, if you deposit, we must charge.

                            I want to update my date of birth in your database as the date is incorrect.
                            The correct date of Birth is 11/12/1955 (DD/MM/YYYY)

                            I tried several times on customer care number but unable to get any response as the date of birth confirmed was wrong and denied further communication hence, failed to update the details.

                            Also want to cancel my Credit Card as I am now retired person and wish not to use this card anymore.

                              While making two transactions 15th september 2017 through sbi atm, i was not sure about the exact amount in my bank account. So i entered an amount 2 times which was higher than the amount in my bank account. Thereafter i entered a lower amount and was able to make the transaction.
                              Next day on 18th sep-2017, when i checked my account statement, i realised that sbi has deducted rs 24.60 rs (2-times) which a remark saying "insufficient balance atm decline charges". I was shocked to see that they have deducted charges for entering an amount higher than the available amount while making an atm transaction, which is so lame as a person does not always remember the exact amount in his/her bank account.
                              What is this??? Are you taking money from us which was not taken by dr. Vijay malya?
                              I already mailed sbi about the issue but they did not reply back. Therefore, i request consumer complaints to help me resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                I have taken an education loan from your alibag, (Raigad, maharashtra) branch. My son was to join michigan tech university in the usa. For remitting the fee for the fall semester, i received an advisory note from the university giving details of the payment of fees (Usd 10126.00). By wire transfer, the fee was to be sent to the associated bank, wi, usa along with the details of the student and the university. The associated bank in turn would remit the fee to superior national bank in michigan, where the university is a beneficiary. They had provided account numbers in both the banks.
                                In my absence, the sbi staff asked my son the details of payment in spite of having provided the payment advisory note to them.
                                My son was obviously not conversant enough in these matters and as a result, the fees were sent to the asso. Bank with the account number of the superior national bank. This transaction was done on 16/08/2017.
                                My son reached michigan tech univ. On 23/08/2017 and found out that the fees had not reached the univ. We tried desperately to locate the whereabouts of the amount but were not successful. At the last minute, on 04/9/2017, i went to the bank and directed the staff to remit the money again correctly through my own account. This time the fees were successfully deposited with the univ. And my son's admission was confirmed.
                                During this period, we all went through a cruel mental torture with little help from the sbi alibag staff to resolve the issue.
                                The money from the first transaction is still missing. I have done a number of attempts to recover it. I have also contacted the associated bank and was assured that the money had reached them but was returned to the source bank by them due to wrong and/or insufficient forwarding information.
                                Since then, i have been running from pillar to post to recover this large sum of money which i have lost due to sheer incompetence of the sbi staff looking after the loan section.
                                It has been more than a month since the first remittance.
                                Please help me get my money back. I can provide every detail of the process if required.

                                  This is in regards to the refund amount for application of the fresh passport. The amount was deducted form my debit account but the status on the website showed as failed for both transactions. When i spoke to the customer care they informed me that the refund is already initiated form their end and to get in touch with the nearest sbi branch. I tried but no response.
                                  Kindly note the details below:

                                  Amount deducted for transaction at 00:30 is 1, 512 inr
                                  And amount deducted for transaction at 17:19 is 1, 512 inr.

                                  Awaiting for total of 3, 024 inr to be refunded. It has been several days and i have still not received the refund amount. Kindly look into this at the earliest as i have tried every other possible way.

                                    We got loan amount of rs.48000/- under pineapple farming scheme on 21st july 2006 and subsequently the loan amount has been waived as per rbi order no. No. Rbi/[protected]/330/rpc no. Plfs.72.05.04.02/[protected] dated may 23, 2008. However, sbi bank officials at chare sbi branch are misleading farmers and forcing the beneficiaries to clear the amount and harassing us regularly by denying our rights at the bank. We will be forced to opt for legal intervention for befitting legal action against the erring officials.
