While one of my friends deposits some amount in my account, the bank charges rs 25 rupees from my account and the same things happens again. I don't know why the bank charges from my account without giving proper information. I didn't get any sms or e-mail regarding these charges. If you charge on when someone deposits money then why are you encouraging cashless transaction. From your point, the conclusion, if you get cash from someone do cash transaction not cashless, if you deposit, we must charge.

Expedia stated that they didn't receive amount because they only accepted credit card. On n transaction made in debit card was erroneous.         I want to update my date of birth in your database as the date is incorrect.
        The correct date of Birth is 11/12/1955 (DD/MM/YYYY)

        I tried several times on customer care number but unable to get any response as the date of birth confirmed was wrong and denied further communication hence, failed to update the details.

        Also want to cancel my Credit Card as I am now retired person and wish not to use this card anymore.

        I have also paid all my dues and there is no amount payable by me/us.

        Request to accept my request and take necessary action.

          While making two transactions 15th september 2017 through sbi atm, i was not sure about the exact amount in my bank account. So i entered an amount 2 times which was higher than the amount in my bank account. Thereafter i entered a lower amount and was able to make the transaction.
          Next day on 18th sep-2017, when i checked my account statement, i realised that sbi has deducted rs 24.60 rs (2-times) which a remark saying "insufficient balance atm decline charges". I was shocked to see that they have deducted charges for entering an amount higher than the available amount while making an atm transaction, which is so lame as a person does not always remember the exact amount in his/her bank account.
          What is this??? Are you taking money from us which was not taken by dr. Vijay malya?
          I already mailed sbi about the issue but they did not reply back. Therefore, i request consumer complaints to help me resolve the issue at the earliest.

            I have taken an education loan from your alibag, (Raigad, maharashtra) branch. My son was to join michigan tech university in the usa. For remitting the fee for the fall semester, i received an advisory note from the university giving details of the payment of fees (Usd 10126.00). By wire transfer, the fee was to be sent to the associated bank, wi, usa along with the details of the student and the university. The associated bank in turn would remit the fee to superior national bank in michigan, where the university is a beneficiary. They had provided account numbers in both the banks.
            In my absence, the sbi staff asked my son the details of payment in spite of having provided the payment advisory note to them.
            My son was obviously not conversant enough in these matters and as a result, the fees were sent to the asso. Bank with the account number of the superior national bank. This transaction was done on 16/08/2017.
            My son reached michigan tech univ. On 23/08/2017 and found out that the fees had not reached the univ. We tried desperately to locate the whereabouts of the amount but were not successful. At the last minute, on 04/9/2017, i went to the bank and directed the staff to remit the money again correctly through my own account. This time the fees were successfully deposited with the univ. And my son's admission was confirmed.
            During this period, we all went through a cruel mental torture with little help from the sbi alibag staff to resolve the issue.
            The money from the first transaction is still missing. I have done a number of attempts to recover it. I have also contacted the associated bank and was assured that the money had reached them but was returned to the source bank by them due to wrong and/or insufficient forwarding information.
            Since then, i have been running from pillar to post to recover this large sum of money which i have lost due to sheer incompetence of the sbi staff looking after the loan section.
            It has been more than a month since the first remittance.
            Please help me get my money back. I can provide every detail of the process if required.

              Hi team,

              This is in regards to the refund amount for application of the fresh passport. The amount was deducted form my debit account but the status on the website showed as failed for both transactions. When i spoke to the customer care they informed me that the refund is already initiated form their end and to get in touch with the nearest sbi branch. I tried but no response.
              Kindly note the details below:

              Amount deducted for transaction at 00:30 is 1, 512 inr
              And amount deducted for transaction at 17:19 is 1, 512 inr.

              Awaiting for total of 3, 024 inr to be refunded. It has been several days and i have still not received the refund amount. Kindly look into this at the earliest as i have tried every other possible way.

                We got loan amount of rs.48000/- under pineapple farming scheme on 21st july 2006 and subsequently the loan amount has been waived as per rbi order no. No. Rbi/[protected]/330/rpc no. Plfs.72.05.04.02/[protected] dated may 23, 2008. However, sbi bank officials at chare sbi branch are misleading farmers and forcing the beneficiaries to clear the amount and harassing us regularly by denying our rights at the bank. We will be forced to opt for legal intervention for befitting legal action against the erring officials.

[protected] that the interest rate to encash the amount rs. 800000/- is 9.00 p. A. For personal financial needs.                     I received the cheque # 43258 dated 13.09.17 for 800000/- on 15.09.17 with amortization schedule through blue dart.

                    I am shocked to see that the offer details shown in the letter sent along with cheque it is mentioned that the processing fee: 2% of the principle amount. Min. Rs.499/- & max. Rs. 3000/-. But while discussing with your executive before confirmation it is assured that processing fee 100% waived for encash. A copy of the letter dated 13.09.17 and amortization schedule are enclosed herewith for reference.

                    In this connection, it is requested to reduce the rate of interest from 9.50% to 9.005 p. A. And waive off the processing fee to 100% as the offer is given by the sbi only as per the details shown above in the smss listed from 1 to 3 and is valid till 30th sep. 17.

                            I have joined my govt service recently and i desire to open a salary account with sbi barnala road branch bathinda punjab but when i started my procedure within the bank, the bank officials started harassing me for one or the other things.                               Please provide details instructions of your policies that mentioned below like a common message - that is the reason people are loosing interest and trust in the govt/schedule banks.

                              "we regret to inform you that your sbi card application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time".

                              Just bcoz of your faultiness, public are going for a private banks and getting good services from them.

                              My cibil score is showing 850+ and bs your bank says not met our policy, better change your bs policies or else stop your cc and all other product (You government guys don't have stuff to market or sale these prod by these [censored] reasons). Just run your business with retired employees and do suffer them a lot, i am practical person seeing their problems at your banks (Other banks eg: andhra bank/canara bank, syndicate banks) if i have any rights will first scrap all these type of sick banks.

                                I sent two medical bills to cm ppfg at patiala, amounting rs1935/- and rs5957/80 for domiciliary treatment of my wife and self on 6-6-2017 through bathinda branch (Kikar bazar) i. E e-sbp bathinda city branch. Bills were sent as was being sent to ppfg deptt at patiala. My medical membership no is m-2211. As i have already complained to customer care on 7-9-2017 via my email, but no reply rec'd yet. Moreover i do not know fate of bills. U r requested to please take up matter with ppfg deptt at patiala and cm ird. And get my payment released.

                                  My credit card [protected] i had deactivated the international usage months back but yesterday i. E.13.09.2017 to my surprise night at 20.26 on 13.9.2017 an otp was generated for an international transaction usd 479.99. Immediately with the help of toll free number i had blocked my card. Please provide me the statement of account till date from last billing date onwards as an attachment to this email address. As i am unable to login online since i had got the card blocked. Also please advise whether shall i surrender the card as i literally feel that the card is not secure enough and security features are not fool proof.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    Once i had paid the cheque stop charges, then another payment of cheque return charges is justified, how? Since the party to whom cheque is given, and now the owner wants cheque should not be enchashed hence the owner has opted the paid service to stop the cheque payment. Now since the cheque is in the custody of party, then to take back the cheque is not possible, if it is possible then the owner can directly take back, why he should pay the cheque stop charges... Hence the imposing the cheque return charges additionally to cheque stop charges is not justified anyways... It very unlikely to pay dual charges for a single service...
                                    The definition of cheque stop, does not means that cheque is stopped to the payment... If it so then why cheque return charges are imposed... Otherwise if is not so then what does is mean... And for what the customer has the paid the charges for this service?
                                    Let have a look into the matter seriously and resolve the concern.
