Respected Sir,

I Sandesh Singh having a home loan account with the number [protected].
Am writing this email to bring to your notice that my ECS mandate is working fine from Allahabad Bank with account number [protected] and is regularly being debited with rupees 12800 towards my home loan account.
Even last month it got ECS mandated.
But I received a call that I didn't pay my loan EMI, which is wrong.

Kindly look into it and do the needful at the earliest.

    Hi I am Nirmala rawat. I bought a pair of jutti from Amazon on 11/3/2022 .paid through my SBI debit card online ( prepaid). Got product on 16 /3/2022, but had to return due to size and fit issue on 19/3/2022. Amazon initiated refund on 19/3/2022 and said it will take 5 buisness days to be credited in to your bank account because it was paid through debit card (And it's their refund policy). But after 9 days passed it is still not credited in my SBI bank account.Amazon has given me refund reference number for it also.

    I visited sbi branch office they told me to do entry in my pass book which I had not done since 8 to 9 months, and I did same .then they told me to look for that refund credited of 485 rs in my passbook if it is there or not ? It was not. So then they told me refund has not happened by Amazon .I tried giving them refund reference number but they did we don't have that much time to look into your refund tracking or where that refund struck? and instead given me statement of account of March 2022 month . And told me it is proof that we have not got refund. So I am complaint ing here .please help me to get my refund credited in to my bank account. Thank you Nirmala rawat

    Hi it's Nirmala rawat.l bought a pair of mojri from Amazon on 11/3/2022 and paid through my SBI debit card .It was a prepaid order. It was delivered to me on 16/3/2922 but I returned it due to size and fit issue on 19/3/2022. Amazon initiated my refund on 19/3/2022, and told me that it will take 4 to 5 buisness days to get credited in to my SBI bank account, but 9 days passed, today is 2/4/2022 and it is still not credited in to my bank account.Amazon has given me refund reference no # ONUS20220322

      My name is kasina Nagendra Kumar, tanuku mundal, velpur village
      Sir I am taken loan from moneyview online app on jan -21, loan amount -27890 RS etc through auto debit option from my sbi account. Total 12 Emi's, I paid 6 emi's in time, after that I lost my job due to personal issues & family issues also. Remaining emi’s paid on March[protected] DAYS BACK),
      And I have to pay penality of 4806,
      On April 1 St 10890 Rs debited from my account also
      Sir pls resolve this problem asap,
      And pls refund to my account asap sir

        I have ordered the product of redtape shoe from myntra on 2nd march 2022 and the price of the product was 1399.00/- this is my order id - 119784696343369096701 and I have return it on 3 march 2022 and initiation date of refund was 3 march 2022 but still couldn't get any refund into my bank account till now .             I recharge my mobile amount deduct from my account but I don't receive any confirmation of recharge when I complaint they told me to submit complaint after 2 days.when I complaint after two days they send me mail next day and ask your complaint resolved and don't return recharge money.when I complaint they said they registered my complaint for Fd service by mistake and when I argue for this kind of service they say we are unable to refund we don't have information.all this happens with SBI yono transaction.fake app fraud transaction never use sbi yono.Bitter experience of sbi service

              Sir,
              I have ordered a mobile phone on 20.03.2022. I have paid all amount (Rs. 24999) during shopping. I have paid Rs. 24996 through Debit card & Rs. 3 was paid through amazon pay balance.
              It was cancelled by me on same date.
              Amazon initiated the refund on 20.03.2022 and it was expected to come on 21.03.2022.
              Amazon gave me the refund reference number-(ONUS[protected], but the state bank of India has still not credited my money.
              Order id[protected].
              Item Name - OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G (Bahamas Blue, 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage).

              This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                I had purchased Readmi 10 mobile from Amazon on 20 March through debit card. But same day I cancelled it. On 21 March I got an email from Amazon that my refund has been initiated and by 25th, amount will be credited in my account.
                But till today I did not get the money in my account. Amazon gave me Refund Reference No. - ONUS20220322.
                I talked to SBI customer care but I am told that bank can not do anything and talk to amazon only.

                  Fraud transaction

                  My account has been deducted with Rs. 57, 722 on 31/03/2022 at 04:00 PM.
                  I've not done any such transaction through ATM/UPI/net banking. I've not even received any TXN ID also. Since, today banks are not open, I'm not able to lodge my complaints. the helpline numbers are passing me from one numbers to other helpline numbers. I've even mailed on report.[protected]@sbi.co.in, [protected]@sbi.co.in, & [protected]@sbi.co.in But...

                  I ordered a product worth Rupees 719 from amazon on 11-Mar-2022.
                  Here is the Order ID - 402—[protected].
                  But due to poor build quality i've returned the product, and the refund is initiated on 19-March-2022.
                  Here is the Refund Reference Number - ONUS20220322
                  From then to now 13 days have been passed but still i didn't get the refund.

                            On March 2nd I received SMS from BX-CBSSBI at 12:30 am that amount of 2000 rupees has been debited from my account which I didn't authorize, when I checked my account transactions on the app provided and promoted by bank YONO SBI, I found out there was a transaction dated to 1st March with the deducted amount. It was displayed with a code SWOO. On contacting the customer care no resolution was provided and they straight away told me to contact respective home branch. When on contacting the home brach they said that it was a irregularity at our end and the problem would be solved soon. Today it has been a month already and no money has been reversed and on further contacting for help both customer care and home branch are positive to each other. This is a clear case of fraud.

                                I have ordered a (Yuwell 8F-5A Portable Oxygen Concentrator Machine) on (19.03.2022). But I have not recieved my product.
                                Amazon initiated the refund on (19.03.2022) and it was expected to come on (24.03.2022).

                                    On 15 March 22, I ordered a MI phone from Amazon and paid by my SBI Debit card. The order was not delivered stating damage to phone in transit/incorrect delivery address, and i cancelled the order on 20th March. After which the refund of Rs 19987 was to be done to my SBI account. It has been 10 days and there is not update. Amazon says that the refund is processed but SBI states there is no such refund in process for my Account. I have seen similar complaints online for Amazon and SBI. I need to have the refund processed or status updated from either parties.

                                    The dept called and said its not our issue, please call Amazon.
                                    Amazon said its with SBI, processed from our end, we cant do anything
