I have ordered a product worth 259 from flipkart due to issue in that I had returned the product and flipkart had initiated the refund on 04/04/2022 .but it is still not credited in my SBI bank account .I had done payment through my sbi debit card. Refund Reference number: (85215222095213210688633 ) is given here . I am attaching the message by flipkart as a proof of return payment .kindly take action and credit the money in my account

    I have ordered a boAt Rockerz 255 Pro+ Bluetooth Wireless in Ear Earphones with Mic (Active Black) on 14 March 2022.It was to be
    recieved on 19 March 2022. But | have not received my money ₹1499.00
    Amazon initiated the refund on 23 March 2022 and it was expected to come on 27-28 March 2022.
    Amazon gave me The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected]
    But State Bank of India bank has still not credited my money.
    This is unguent i am student please help me as soon as possible

        Mandatory insurance for opening savings account / FRAUD.

        This incident happened to me on 6th April 2022 Wednesday while submitting documents for a new savings account. My e-kyc was done after that an employee from the next counter shouted "Mam(to the one who was opening my account)uska vo opt message wala bhi kar dena.Indirectly what she ment was that give him the Group Personal Accident Insurance about which i was not been informed.The lady who was opening my account gave a print to 4 documnets...

          Hi,

          Hope the team is doing good.
          I am writing you this email out of desperation and frustration over the way SBI, Venmoney is working at this point in time.

          Ever since I remember my parents had an account at SBI and because of the exceedingly good relationship that my family had with the branch at Venmoney, we have continued to use the bank for all our transaction till date.

          I personally have not been using the bank actively though I have maintained both a savings account (a/c no: [protected]) and multiple FDs grossing over 40 Lakhs with the SBI branch in Venmoney since 2011.

          I lost both my parents by 2017 but they had kept a good relationship with the employee at the branch till their time. They had kept some amount aside as FD in the branch to facilitate my higher education. Today however when I visited the branch for help with the same at 10.30 am, I was dragged around through each and every department citing multiple reasons to delay the process. I was required to make the payment to my university today at 2.30 pm. As I writing this email to you, I am still waiting at the bank awaiting an emergency check leaf to carry out the transaction despite possessing sufficient funds.

          I am working as a Senior Test Engineer at Deca Games GmbH and the employees here disregarded both my time and my emergency situation to keep me waiting. I felt this to be exceedingly unfair how the manager was limiting information provided and pushing excessively to opt for educational loan when I had sufficient funds available with me. Above all I can't understand the reasoning behind the delay seeing as the branch was willing to make help me process everything within an hour if I was to go for an educational loan.

          Kindly try to fix these behaviours and mistreatment of customers in your organization. I know that this is a tall ask and not something which is easily implemented or monitored. But this is not what i expected from SBI which my mom and dad relied on. Requesting for any help possible to alleviate this frustration I experienced at Venmoney Branch of SBI today.

            I recharged my mobile number on 31 March through amazon using upi payment method. The amount of Rs 719 had ben debited. But later my recharge got cancelled and amazon issued refund of Rs 719 on 1 April and the last date of credit was 6 April and amazon gave me refund reference number[protected]. But today is 7th april and i haven't received the money in my bank account, regarding this I talked to both amazon and sbi bank both are saying we cant do anything in this matter.

              I paid to merchant JNTUK AP through SBIePay using BHIM UPI by scanning QR.
              There it showed transaction failed but sender side it showed success and also money got deducted.
              Can you please resolve this

                As whom this may concerned I had done Payment of my credit card but it goes to wrong sbi card. I also mail same to sbi but no satisfactory response and it's been 23 days I don't get any response from sbi and not getting my reversal of payment. Pls do needful ASAP

                    My name is Vishal ramani and I had a product of RS 3029, sundisk extreme usd 256gb memory card purchased on a 2 March 2022 at Amazon, I returned this product order due to. Personal reason and on a 21 March Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get money after 17 days, Amazon sent this RRN number 75503722081014315636221, I am going to sbi bank but sbi say we can't your help, u can call to Amazon after 17 days no response from Amazon or bank side, please help me as soon as possible for this return 3029 this amount it's very urgent for meee, my SBI debit card number is [protected].

                      Sbi Team,
                      I have outstanding in my credit card last 1145, due to Covid I am running with financial problem, so I selected the settlement option in two EMI's, I paid first EMI in time and for second EMI they given time for 5th April 22 till 5 o clock. I delayed arranging money till 5 o clock, I request them to pay till 9 o clock but they abusing and giving threatening that they will send their gunda at home and make us out/recover from other ways from home.
                      Please tell me the other ways of sbi team for collecting money. I have all call recording of your recovery agents.

                        On 1st Nov 2021, Rs. 614 was deducted from my savings account at SBI in the name of OTHPG IDFC First Bank. I have not shared any OTP also for this transaction. Even in the month of March, I am received SMS and Emails regarding KYC registration of an account in IDFC First Bank. It seems as fraudster also. Kindly look into it immediately.

                            I had made transaction of 1000rupees on 1st of april and money was deducted from my account on that day.but i got a notification on 5th of april and the amount was deducted 2nd time for the same transaction.kindly resolve my issue.

                                  I had unauthorized transaction from bank end itself. My money got deducted of Rupees 2000 for SWOS transaction on 5th April 2022. After the conversation with SBI customer care executive I got to know that SWOS is the technical issue from bank end which means, if you paid some where in previous date and that time money paid but from account it was not got deducted then on other date money will get deduct in different date as showing SWOS transaction with the previous date.

                                  In that case bank should the reach the customer and explain it and then deduct the amount, why should the customer chase/beg the banks

                                  Most of cases the money got deducted twice as my case, it is bank responsibility to justify before deducting the money from customer's account

                                  Recently an article printed in media with subject "India loses Rs 100 crore to banking fraud every day" now I understood how the banks are looting money from the people.

                                  Kindly resolve the issue and return my money back to account and there are many people who don't even know how to complain on these kind of issues and banks will never address this issue at branch

                                    I am frustrated from the service provided by sbi worst experience so applied for debit card on 15 March and card request was approved on 15 March and card is under process of printing on 16 March its status shows card under process for dispatch now when I check it shows card not yet dispatched now it's been almost 15-20 days from applying the card so now I am in need of cash so how can I withdraw cash as my sbi atm doesn't support yoni cash withdrawal please ship it as it's urgent contacted my home branch for the card issue even branch can't help as card is issued by sbi card processing unit now just waiting for dispatch of card even mailed the official email id of sbi but same responce that card was approved on 15March and is under process of dispatch but does it takes 10 days for dispatch I am gonna sift to different bank as its a frustration in banking with sbi as for a simple debit card it's takes decades to dispatch
                                    Please it's a request do dispatch it soon it's urgent

                                      I did a recharge payment to my sbi fastag through my Google Pay the amount of rs 1500 amount has been deducted from my account and in my sbi fastag the payment confirmation awaited is showing. What of service sbi provides i am irritated with they told me to wait for 3 to 4 days then only if money not refunded then we will register complain. I am really pissed off with sbi.I tried calling to SBI Fastag, again & again I faced the same issue of call getting disconnected multiple times after explaining my issue.
                                      Plz solve my issue as soon as possible.
