I lost my atm card,
I try to bloke and try to get new card by online. But concern branch blocked that particular link.

When i went to the branch asst manager ask me the profs of my id, then i went afternoon again same person gave excuses, he talk to me very harshly.

Till now i could 't get it.
My card lost because of that i transfer all the money to another account.
Do needful.

In madanapalli ctm road sbi branch running out of withdrawl forms if customer asking they are saying we dont have them
When i entered bank for deposit with my friend, the came to me and said go out of bank, sir what is the problem, Guard said the problem is you. I said Sir what is your name. Guard said, Why, , you will complaint against me. Guard was laughing, said goto Branch manager and complaint.
I unable to track my card transaction.

    From bx-grcsbi, i have received sml alerts on dt. 27-9-16 & 29-9-16 in my mob no. [protected] in respect of transactions stating the
    A/c no. [protected] of mr shaik mohammed shaiffulla,
    A/c no. [protected] of sri. s mohammed habibulla. the above persons are not known to me. may be due to a mistake in attaching my no. with the above accounts.

    The mob ile no. [protected] is obtained in my official capacity. so please de activate my mobile no. from the above account nos.

    Please my ATM pin help me I forget my ATM number my mobile number - [protected]
    Yesterday I got a message from BX-GRCSBI at18:22. According to the message Bhagwat Prasad deposit Rs.3000 to my a/c no. 29033 but that a/c is not my. I think the reason of this message is someone earlier use mobile no. which I currently use. So please contact to customer and disconnect my no. from the a/c I mention. My mobile no. Is [protected]

    I don't know anyone with this name neither I've had an account in SBI. please look into the matter. And also I don't think someone might've been using this number previously because I've this number since 6 years. there's something fishy.

      I'm kapil dev mera account sbi bank pulgaon me h or me paise transfer ke liye branch me gya to vo bole ki mini branch me chale jao me vaha jaker paise transfer karvaya to usne sir mere se 2000rs par 50 rs charges le liya maine other bank pnb me paise transfer kiye the but sir itne paise charges ke lete huye maine pahli baar dekha h to sir meri complaint ki or for liya jaaue or mera samadhan kare mere sath a is a ho raha h to baki bando ke sath aisa ho raha hoga plz sir solution my complaint

        I have called many time to complain against atm pin code generate but from sbi office nobody has pick my phone. I am asking for generate my atm pin code asap. Please send my sbi debit card atm in chhatoh branch that's i can do everything from my debit card please arrange it on priority basis

          Dear Sir/ Madam,

          I am using SBI ATM debit card and tried withdrawing Rs.10, 000/- from Axis Bank (Surat, Pristage Barnch ATM) On[protected] .it was debited with the amount but i did not receive any cash .On the same day i talk to SBI customer care and register complained (Complained no. AT[protected], ) to them for the same.They assure me to resolve this issue in 7 working day time. I am stunned by the replay when i got a message from SBI bank by decline my request as it was successful traxn. Then i again call to customer care and ask them "Have you seen the CCTV footage How can you say this it was a successful transaction, it was hardly earn money i need that money back at any cost" i want to know Where has money gone? Is it justice that some body is doing day robbery by looting public money like this? they again register complained (Complained no. AT[protected] and said that it will processed in 7 working day from request and the max. time to resolve this is to 3 Moths

            I Abhik Ghosh of Ambuja Cements Limited have availed a CAR Loan from your Rajarhat Branch, code being (12384).

            It's more than 2 months i have been following up on the debit issue of my EMI,
            the Ist emi was debited to my Axis Account by cheque provided by me.

            It was supposed to have been automatically debited through ecs facility as per the documents & agreements provided by me.

            I have been pursuing with the Branch manager of your rajarhat branch (code mentioned above that my account is not getting debited on the stipulated time, i.e. 25th of every month.
            The person is not having any courtesy, and while inquiring about the same the manager is disconnecting the phone.
            In this customer centric era this type of response from a senior like branch manager is not at all solicited.

              i have given my details that from my account dz scims is debited daily rs. 287.50 from 26 th of this month .so kindly see the matter and credit same amount . some one had called me today by the phone [protected] in my my no. [protected] and assured me that your amount will be credited . but still i have not got it . amount goes to xxxxx509661 .

                Even though there is an online registration system for activating Internet Banking on SBI, it is absolutely dysfunctional. So I resorted to going to the branch physically and getting hold of a PPK. They said the account would be accessible 24 hours after issuing the Pre Printed Kit (PPK) which contains a username and password.

                The error message is Invalid Username or Password.

                  I am receiving my monthly pension from SBI, Nizamuddin west market Branch, New Delhi, vide my SB-Account No.[protected]- CIF No. [protected] I find that for the last 2 months i.e Augst n Sept 2016, TDS was deducted at rate of 30% instead of 10%, despite my PAN - ADEPA 4894R.
                  It seems to be unbearable financial suffering to a pensioner., if he is to pay 15554/- PM
                  May pl. be kind enough to look into n only 10% as per rule be deducted as TDS on my monthly pension.
                  The calculation -sheets about re-fixation of monthly pension and also 7th pay commission, may also be provided.The Branch refused to supply n advised to get the same from your office.
                  Thanking u in anticipation n looking forward for early action pl.

                    I am a faithful SBI customer from last three years. I have been using SBI Debit cum ATM card. Few months ago I had to block it due to some security reasons. After that I have applied for a replacement card but did not received it from last two months. I have an account in SBI RE college Durgapur. I request you to look after the matter and do the necessary as soon as possible as I am unable to do many transactions.

                      Sir I am retired person and getting pension through SBI Kishanganj Delhi on 9.9.16 I submitted my request for grant of income tax exemption on invest done for Rs72131/-(sbi life ins.mediclaim and lic premium) accordingly manage has feeded data on system but benifit was not given in pension of Sept.16 kindly look into matter and grant me benifit
                      Actually my point is that I have not got reduction in income tax amount as a result of investment done earlier income tax for rs 2157/- was being deducted but as per incestmentvincome tax deduction should be reduced up tov1000/- pm

                        this is with reference to the withdrawal of amount on 29.09.2016, from Gandhinagar, Nagpur ATM center. i have not received any amount from the ATM machine as the transaction was failed then also 10, 000 Rs got deducted from my account. i have inquired the same with the security guard he told me that within 24 hours the amount will be revert back in my account, but till date no amount is reversed. sir earlier on occasion also it had happen. i request you to kindly take note of the situation or else i will be free to take recourse of legal action against your bank.

                          On 30 Apr 2016 I withdrawn 10000 but only 8500 dispensed.
                          After many requests my money got returned on 01 Oct 2016.
                          As per rule SBI has to pay rs 10/- per day for late returning of money( as per my knowledge).
                          My account is in SBI airport Guwahati. And my case was solved by banking ombudsman Guwahati vide l/no. 1263 on 19 July 2016 but still accountant of SBI Guwahati airport has returned it so late.
                          Please suggest me

                            Devi (Emp ID 308403) from Leadpro Consultancy Private Limited Hyderabad called on my mobile from number +[protected] multiple times and forcing me to accept the SBI credit card.Even though i mentioned about my dis-interest, she kept calling me and pestering and finally disconnected the call by using foul language. Attached the screenshot of my call list of today (01st Oct 2016). I want to make sure that this type of behavior is unacceptable and unwarranted.

                                I have applied for the housing loan, SBI Max gain product on may2016. The construction of our house is 70% done, we have borrowed the money from relatives assuming that housing loan will be granted in 1 month. After chasing the bank manager and Home loan officer for around 4.5 months they have granted the term home loan(The reason they give for the delay is "AUDIT" and "Manager Change") in which case we have opted for SBI MAXGAIN, When I checked with the Branch manager, He is saying this was done by previous manager and go and ask him. Do I need to search previous manager location and ask him or I need to ask SBI present manager ?. When I asked to change the product to Max gain they are saying it cannot be done and I have to take term loan or take back my documents and apply in some other banks. Such a irresponsible and arrogant behavior by this manager. How can a nationalized Bank do this to its customer. They have kept all my documents for 6 months and wasted so much money in creating the documents and all. This is totally not acceptable for SBI

                                  I used my SBI VISA debit card for payment on amazon.in for a Oneplus 3 mobile phone(order no[protected]) on 14th of September, 2016, amounting to Rs. 27, 999. The amount was deducted from my account and I received a text message regarding the same immediately with transaction no. GU[protected]. After 10 mins I again receive an email from Amazon.in stating that the transaction has been declined by the bank, so I opt Cash on Delivery instead.

                                  Now the problem I am facing is that, though the payment was declined, the amount was still deducted from my account. So I contacted with Amazon.in regarding the same and I was told that the payment was Hard Declined by the bank, so the amount was never received on their end. So I checked with SBI and I was told that they could not tell me what happened with the amount, all they can do is to take a complaint regarding the same which is not guaranteed to solve the problem since they can't even understand the problem I am facing and it will also take 45 days for the problem to be resolved.

                                  Now 13 working days and a total of 18 days have passed and I still have not received the money in my account. So I am filing this complaint regarding the amount not being reverted to my account till today, i.e. 01/10/2016. So I request you to please do the necessary so that my money is returned to my account immediately.
                                  P.S. I have attached the bank statement showing the transaction underlined with a red pen.

                                    I had go to atm for money withdrawl.atm show that money is insufficient but it does not clear that money is insufficient in atm or in customer account.neither the atm guard know about it i ask him about money insufficient in atm he told me to try with some below amount.for each transcation i charged for rs23.and i have charge totally rs69. is it responsability of bank to inform insufficient amount in customer account or to charge money from backdoor or hidden charges.they have charges ous for many services for a proper reason but it is not a reason for any charge.it just a cheat without a proper clearness.

                                      I am supposed to open a rd account in sbi and i visited the branch on 17.9.2016 but they did not entertain me on that day and asked me to come on next monday. As i am a working person, so it is difficult to visit the branch from mon-fri. Today (1.10.2016) i visited the branch once again to open the rd account but got the same response. Again i was told to visit on the next monday.
                                      This is a ridiculous response from a centralised bank.

                                        Res sir my credit card was misused by registering his mobile number, the same was complaint registered with sbi cards where they have assured me to verify where it was happened and recovering the same but after five months they send a verification letter and the amount which was shopped by fraud man for sum of Rs:35, 000/and they simply demanded to pay by me and the cause they shown was simply the card was my name.i have not even used my reward points from the beginning, and they have send all banks against me as a defaulter and i didnot get any loan from any bank these were happened without my knowledge and any intimation simply they blamed me, now lastly i had paid on the assured given by his lawyer that they will send whatever dues on them but now they are telling my card is not active so they couldn't refund reward points, how can it possible when i have paid the dues when it was not active.that means they can take the dues any time but when the turn comes on them they simply telling the same.kindly rectify my problem how shall i proceed further.
