Sir my saving sbi ac no is [protected] iused my atm card to withdraw rs 20000 but i recd only 19000 rs on date 16 .09 .2016.at vikram chamber atm centre of sbi in chinhwad gaon.i recd sms thai amount is crdited to my acc .again i recd sms of cash withdrawl of the above amnt though i did not withrad the amnt from any branch .so i complained to customer care complaint centre (complaint no AT[protected]/home branch but they claimed the transaction was successful .so far i recd no refund and they closed the case .pl help

    I MISS Prerna Treayal a saving A/c holder in Subroto Park branch (001535) of State Bank of India want to lodge a complaint about the inconvenience I am facing regarding my ATM card.

    now I am in Pune how can I go in Home Branch I dont have any cash without any intimation They had blocked my ATM Card no. 14.10.2016 I had Colling in My home Branch and tell them about the matter Said them Unlocking my ATM Card But employees here are unable to do so.

    They are unaware of the correct procedure for unblocking ATM card.I had sent email on 15.10.2016

And to clear the check as soon as possible ..I have ac in SBI mahul road Mumbai branch code 0564 .I am call from more than 10 day no one receiving my call .I call another bank ask the bank tel no ..ring going but no one receiving call ..the bank person are very care less to attend the call ..its not a good service ..I wanted to clear my check as soon as possible ..plz do the need full .

        This what happened on last Saturday and tried to contact SBI customer service and didn't get any action so far, so just copy paste the same from last week...
        Around an hour back (Sat 9.30PM 08/10/2016), I was driving on SBI NRT, chilakaluripet main branch road, the bank main door was opened along with front entry doors, thought something going wrong, so tried to check with the guard, don't know his name as he is in normal cloths, thought he is thief, but he said he is the guard, I said how can I believe there no dress, gun are anything say that he is really a security guard. Then I realize he is so drunk based on his activity, and then I asked him why the doors are opened is any thing going wrong, then he came on me and start abusing me and said that it's my bank, and I can be here how ever I like, you are not the bank manager or anything, it's not your duty to question me. Yes I totally agree with him, i am not his boss & not related to SBI, but I have my money saved there, my family members money and friends, if something goes wrong who is going loose all, he will just lost his job at max, that they can manage without loosing, but what about customer and the bank reputation. First of all he shouldn't be there at bank premises when he is DRUNK. I wanted to talk to bank manager on Monday, but I won't be in city for next days, so I don't want to just leave it like this. And the words he used on me, I really can't explain here, he used such a bad words, I could he do something right there, but he is on duty and I don't want to loose my temper, so thought you guys will take care of this and won't repeat the same again. I don't a see a proper way to give complaint at SBI website, that's why writing this long email.

        Hope you guys will take this issue a serious and take some action to protect peoples property.

          Hi I brought SBI Credit Card 4 years back I used it and paid the payment in timely due to some personal issues I left the job. Even though I paid the amount with our purchasing i paid the interest alone last year I asked for Settlement they gave settlement for Rs: 33000 I paid the amount due to late payment they asked to pay 2300 as late payment charges that also paid but again they are asking to pay 30000. The executives coming directly to my house on monthly basis and often telling to pay the amount. I am not in a Situation to pay the amount. Kindly check to it and take action against SBI Credit Card Department.

            Misbehavior by security guard
            Today noon, as I was depositing some amount to my mother's account, I just forgot my mother's atm pin number, so I went out for a phone call leaving my hellmet and bag inside, and when I return the security guard didn't allow me to enter inside, we met before I went out and he also knows why I went and my belonging things Left behind. Due to this my mother came out and scold me and we quarrelled outside.

              There is a branch of SBI in Bhangel Noida where they dont submit challan of DMRC and are making new new rules for submission. i went there yesterday then he said that please come tomorrow before 4 PM then i went today and today also the manager said that we will not pay fee for DMRC at this time plz come tomorrow. The manager is mis guiding the customers of SBI and also government funded customers like challans of various PSUs and other exams fee challan. when i was asking the reason that why are they people not submitting the fee of DMRC then they make various type of excuses like they have only 3 members of staff and one is absent today so remaining two guys cant hold all work whereas both the guys were sitting without work and were chatting then i raised against that type of behaviour then manager said we dont pay challans do what you want.
              please take this problem seriously.

                Sir I have a policy which is [protected] in sin life On 30 sep 2016 an amount of Rs 9995 was deducted towards SBI LIFE, when I contacted customer service, he is saying that your account is not on auto debit for sbi life, but bank is saying money is debited in sbi life . Where is my money and for what policy it had been deducted because the policy which I have is to be paid on 28 th Nov every year.

                  They charged 82 rupees on transaction of 14000/- . This is really unfair, feeling like betrayed. SBI should have informed me before, they cheated me, completely unsatisfied service.
                  If this will continue, SBI will be no more.
                  While i was reading former complaints on this site, I came across many complaints on this. SBI should pay immediate attention on this.

                    I am holding a car loan account (Acc No: [protected]-7) in SBI Kolkata Airport Branch. This is 4 months in a row when my EMI amount is not getting deducted and every month I am doing the funds transfer manually. I have contacted the branch so many times and mailed them numerous times. I did not get any positive answer from their side. Moreover, every month I am getting notifications that the EMI amount is not received and penalty will be charged. Doing the funds transfer manually cannot be a long term solution

                      There is a charge of rs. 12 on my sbi savings bank account. Spoke with the sbi customer and stated the same statement on the call that charges are valid and mentioned on website, but didn't advise where on the website. Was given a nodal officer's number to check with, as the complaint was closed without receiving a call. Got a firing from the nodal officer as it was my fault that i got charged. Then the call was transferred to branch and was advised to check website as the charges would be mentioned. Checked the entire website, nothing mentioned about this charge and why its been charged. Can anyone advise. Was within my free limit of atm txn and no atm txn made this month.

                            I had transferred money today evening using IMPS option through SBI. AS the name itself says Immediate Payment Service. IT was an emergency transfer. After the deduction happened in the savings account, it says IMPS transaction timed out @4.11 pm.

                            I and many people like me need an answer, a solution to such recurring situation.

                            I hope there is some responsible person to answer this.

                              To whom it may concern,

                              I am trying to use sbicap Smart AAP via smartphone for past few days. But your AAP is unresponsive and when I call customercare sometimes I am told that technical problems are going on or told to open after 09:15 am which doesn't work even after 9:15, as if your AAP doesn't work in pre opensession or I am told to call trading option for any trade, as if you yourself are convinced and trying to convince customer too that sbismart AAP id nothing but just a scrap in your service package. Your this problem was then and your AAP same problem persist now. Instead of following market, I am wasting my time putting this mail to you. Also your customercare executives are so casual in their replies, as if they don't care at all whether customer face any problem or if customer switch to some other broker. Bow market id falling and I had to short, but I am busy in hitting my head against sbicap wall.
                              Services are pathetic and when it comes ro using your daal trading option, I am not comfortable with, because of non secure environment vis trade call for which I have already dropped mails, again for which no response has been received as yet.

                              It seems that sbicap in no way interested in retaining its customer base. It has been awful pathetic unprofessional working style of sbicap as of now.
                              Also your trading call option which otherwise is no way good for continuous marketwatch but to place orders only, is connected after minimum 20 times of customercare dialing.

                              As expected, your AAP is still not working. I could have made money by shorting today and everytime when you say that I may call trade option, but prior to that market has to be followed continuously to decide the order. Ofcourse on tracking the market, thanks to your wonderful AAP and it's uninterrupted services that made me miss the opportunity to make some money today.
                              I think you have made me to think that I should have chosen my broker option more wisely.

                              I am not mentioning my registered mobile no., customer id, because these details are seeked by customercare when called for trading purpose, which again I am not in favor of, as these details are more or less public information and hence making trade via customercare call unsafe unsecure and is unprotected. In this regard, I have again many a times dropped several mails that the trade via call should only be entertained atleast for my account if customer calls from registered mob. no. As per my suggestion, This option can also be kept optional so that customers get option of choosing this regstd. Mob no. while Calling for trade or not as per customer discretion. On this, Again everytime I am told that nothing concrete has been done till now, but my input is taken as serious security matter on trade via call but still not acted upon yet.

                              Kindly acknowledge and resolve the said matters promptly and substantially.

                                The bank has been harrasing me since April 2016. I have been a time bound payer of the credit card amounts and have even crossed the 1 lakh mark twice to give them some bloody business. my records pre april clearly bring out that all my transactions and payments where time bound and through internet banking. I have personally ensured that the payments are done by 3 rd of every month. The bank gives me a message that there's a suspected txn on my card and further verify my entire details through several mails but in vain. No one from the bank even bothers to inform me that where is the suspicion from, location and verify whether it was me who did the txn or a third party. rather they choose to disable my internet banking and block my credit card. Further to add to my agony after all kinds of verification they revert to me after 3 months asking me to furbish a KYC form with identity proof so as to unblock my credit card and internet banking. The point to note here is that the payment not done by me since April is a fallout of there harassment. wherein i have never ever defaulted on my payments the interest since April has shot it up to 11000 now which is a petty amount for me to pay back. all i want to bring out is that they have all my records, they send me reminders for payment on my registered mob number and email but when it comes to using the card they say its suspicious and i would need to prove my identity. how stupendous is that?????? i have never ever done a cheque payment since the time have been using the card. my account will clearly reflect that i have always paid through internet banking and they block it to make me hand to mouth. Bloody minded higher echelons of SBI bank pls wake up and learn to be more professional and i[censored] have no means to be secure then as well shut your bank or tell me i will give you some bloody tips. i quote " i would not do the payment of outstanding pidly amount of 11000 till someone from higher management speaks to me and addresses my concerns. I would also not pay the interest late fee which you would have charged me since April." A SHAMEFUL ACT OF IGNORANCE BY A BANK WHERE MILLIONS REGISTER EXHIBITING FAITH AND SECURITY. DESERVES TO BE DOWNGRADED TO A KIRYANA SHOP. REACT PLS TO THIS MAIL OR ELSE IGNORANCE IS BLISS SHOULD BE UR MOTTO

                                    I got a call on[protected] around 5.15 PM. from [protected]. She asked me my SBI Credit Card Rewards point have to be encase today. And she asked my Credit card number and after some time she told it is verified and now i have to give my CVP number through IVR. the she connect my call to IVR and i have provided CVP number.. then she was asking about my Email ID. When i asked can she tell my Name she was unable to .. so i got to know it was a fraude call.

Few days back new manager was appointed in the (Industrial estate branch, kancharapalem, visakhapatnam, andhrapradesh) branch and he was released the press note for the 4 packet gold ornment auction. On 6/10/2016 me and my friend (Vasu) intersted to went to the branch for the participating in gold ornment auction. The new manager play the cheap tricks in the auction behave like a broker, before yesterday branch manager and senior account was already discussed and plan with a dhamodhar naidu (Gold broker) and the branch manager put the high prices (Ornments rate) at the presence of customers who r participating in the gold ornment auction, everybody shocked and most of the people can't intersted to bid in the auction. Very few people r bidded in the auction againist dhamodhar naidu (Gold broker), officially two packets r decale to bidders who ever participate and give the highest bidder in the auction, in those two gold ornment packets, dhamodhar naidu (Gold broker) was got one of the packet and un-officially remaining two gold ornment packets was sell to dhamodhar naidu (Gold broker). Yesterday my friend vasu went to bank and ask the branch manger for remaining two packets. He can harshly reply the answer, that is my decision to sell the ornments to anybody. How dare u to ask the remaining packets. One of the madam (I think she is gold ornment section, she were have the spects with eyes) support to branch manager for the broker for this genuine case. I don't know how much amount they can took from the broker... Actual bank rule is suppose if the two packets wasn't purchasing anybody in the auction, then those two packets was hide in the bank locker and announce the auction to another time.. Sir suppose i[censored] can ask the branch manager to reason for this situation, then they simpy answered they were having ring (Mixed) and highest price can't bidded in the auction...
                                      Ir, really branch manager, senior account and madam cross the limits and mis-use their powers. I think the were taken the highest salaries in the bank but i don't know why they mis-use their power for to earn the lowest money from the brokers. This is totally shame to the bank, sir, i[censored] can take the action on these three members, then i'll quiet for this issue. I[censored] can't take any action on this particular issue, then i'll approach to print media, social media and explain the situation (In the bank premsis) to every one in the internet.

                                      I[censored] can't trust my words, then ask to the bidders whoever participating in the auction. I've some of the auction person numbers whoever participating in that day... I'll give u. Pls contact them and ask to the situation.

                                        Nellore, date: 10/10/2016 respected sir, sub: request for refunding the loss of cash in cdm i am n. kiran kumar resident of nellore. this is a request for refund my cash which had deposited by me to an account no: [protected] & name of a/c: d. venkataramana o[censored]thukota branch.
                                        The amount has deposited at cdm-1, sbi in touch, nvr complex, near bollineni hospital, nellore on 08/10/2016 at 10.00 to 10.30 pm. the cdm id reference no. s5nc00413622.
                                        due to some technical problems the amount deposited in cdm had not returned & the amount was taken by the cdm and not get any slip also.
