My grandfather he about 92 years old retierd from army today we visit the sbi in our town to widraw pension money but the staf member they was very rude did not even care about senior citizen gandfather is old and hands always shaking so cant singh like he sign like he do do few years back but my grandfather account opened about 35 years ago and all of staff knows that he has acout here and every month he withdraw money but that one of staff member did not believe us he said your signs did not match and refused to give pension money i'm asking that sbi did not have special policy for senor citizens why they don't care about health of consumer and did not give money that belong to consumer

    I taken advanc loan undet Doctors plus scheme in 2010.amount sanctions was45lec but tacken 29 lec.Till 2015 March inspection charges taken 70, 000/ in total.whileI in agreement not committed about this.So charge d as hidden charges by bank. Kindly tell abut policy& what I should now.At what rate inspection charges charged &what is guide line regarding this from RBI & SBI

      Dear sir,

      With due respect i state that i am a defense pensioner and drawing pension from sbi gardanibagh branch patna.

      As my pension commenced from 01/11/2000, the commuted value of my pension at rs.954/- p. M. May be restored wef 01/11/2015 on completion of 15 years.

      The commuted pension has not been restored so far. I submitted my representation dated 28/08/2016 through sbi gardanibagh to you, but nothing fruitful has been done. On verbal enquiry from branch, i came to know that my commutation restoration has been wrongly fed in system as 01/11/2016.

      I therefore request you to correct my restoration date as 01/11/2015 and pay the arrear immediately.

        Sir,

        I, YAKKALA LAKSHMI having an A/c No. [protected] in the SBI-Venkatagiri. When I tried to withdraw Rs.1500/- from my A/c No. [protected] on 28.09.2016 around 0700 AM from the SBI ATM No. IBBB[protected] which is located near Anjaneyaswami Temple, Venkatagiri. I have not received any money nor any receipt from the ATM. But when I checked the balance in mini statement from the other ATM after half an hour Rs.1500/- was deducted from my A/c. Thus I lost Rs.1500/- due to the malfunction of SBI ATM.

        Sir, I have already tried to the complaint to the Branch Manager, SBI-Venkatagiri. But he refused to take my complaint. So, I am requesting your honour to take necessary action and do justice to me.

          I am a VISA CARD HOLDER OF SBI CLASSIC and my card no is [protected] and my card is valid up to 7july 2035. whenever I tried to use my card for online shopping, The message is shown your card is not in use for one year. so your card is deactivated, activate your card by sending message SWON ECOM 6944 to toll free no [protected].

          But the response is not active.

            I am an account holder in SBI with Acct # [protected]. I generally transfer money from my salary Citibank to SBI account and in the last two months when I tried doing the same on the 30th of the month I was not able to transfer the amount however the same had gone through when tried the next day. Yesterday I was trying to withdraw money from my card from the ATM located at Gowliguda of Rs.5000. I did not receive the amount however got the message that amount has been deducted from acct. After sometime I tried from another ATM and was able to withdraw the amount as it looks that it was not deducted though there was a messaging talking about it. To my surprise today I see that I have been charged 287.50 three times in my account which shouldn't be on my account.
            Hence, request you to please look into my account and refund the amount charged.

              I am Anirban Khastagir advocate high court Calcutta. I have applied for before RACPC Jeeban Deep. Kolkata in the month of june 2016 and one Mr Joydeep collected all papers from me. After verification from all aspects they demanded societies approval and some related docs from me but in part by part for last thee months . After depositing all requisite docs they are intentionally delaying the process and every time they are telling me that ur file or part of docs is missing or there report is delaying. They started again repeated verification as was done earlier. Now after complaint stopped them but now every day they are not paying any heed to sanction my loan. My agreement time efluxed and vendor asked me that he will forfeit my entire advance. SBI is neither processing nor returning my file. Now I have no option but to move before forum if not done within. 7 days.

                Sir,

                I have sb account with gudimangalam branch and
                I remit cash 3 lacs on 20.9.2016 and cash handling chgs debited in my account rs.115
                And i remit cash 90k on 1.10.16 and the same cash handling chgs debite in my account rs.35

                Previous months also debit the cash handling chgs in sbi only.

                Other bank no charge the cash handling chargs like sbi.

                In every transaction the charges debited by sbi sb ac.

                It is very huge amount for middle work people like me.

                Kindly confirm the chgs debited every one tranasction or any.

                  Got fraud call for atm verification (this number [protected])
                  Today morning my father have received an call from the above mobile no. on mobile no. [protected]. she said she was representing sbi employee &she have asked " whether he have received the pin for the atm. have you activated the same.? if not activated, will be deactivated now. she said if any one relative is having an account with same branch & my father gave them my number.

                  She held my father on conference call, i just misunderstood that my dad is in sbi branch at present and calling from there.
                  She then asked whether i guarantee to allow to open and activate my father's bank a/c.
                  They asked my debit card no. which i know is my mistake but as i misunderstood that my dad is present at branch.
                  2 times i disconnected the call but the lady was continuously calling and said that the session might lapse.
                  The person then asked to send the otp for reactivating the pin.

                  Few minutes later again the caller called and send my message and asked to forward it to another no.[protected]
                  Meanwhile i just disconnected the call & happens to call up father to recheck. he informed me that he is not at bank branch.

                  The lady was continuously calling up and again informed that don't disconnect the call follow the steps as informed.

                  Then again the transaction of rs. 5000/- was entered, demanded otp. i asked why it required for payment transaction, she just ignored to what i was asking and demanded to just provide the otp.

                          I am SBI signature credit card user. I have got card upgradation in June 2016 and it has been updated to me during the verification that Balance transfer is one of the features of this card. I were agreed to issue the card and paid rs 5000 annual fee for the same. Now they people, after diducting rs 5000 fee, Blocked this Bt features from my card and from last fifteen days i am trying to follow up with SBI card team to resolve this issue but no positive response from their side.now they are like that its company internal policy. I have requested them, i need this facility and bcoz of this feature, I have paid you rs 5000 but nothing come up from their side
                          As per SBI clause 9.7, it is clearly stated that if there is any changes in features, or any amendments, its SBI responsibility to update their customers, then its a customer discreation where he/she wants to continue with the card or not.

                          I didnot get any cummunication or timely update that they are deactivating bt facility on my card.

                          Ms Nidhi Arora and shailja is one of the name from SBI credit card customer team, making fool ourt of me from last ten days. every time they people are, we will get back to you in another 48 hrs but didnot get even a single phone from their side.

                          Kindly help me out in this issue.

                          dear Team,

                          in reference to my complaints, i want to inform that due to inactivation of BT facility, which was blocked by SBI credit card team, I have gone through a mental harassment and also bcoz of this i was in big trouble, I was not able to settled down my other card due amount, which i have used with the impression that i can use bt features of my sbi card and settled it down.and i am in a debt due to this. i need a compensation for my mental harassment and debt

                          This is in reference of my complaint, I am yet to receive any solution for the same . On 4 Oct Ms, Nidhi Arora manager SBI credit card team informed me that we have activated Balance transfer feature on you card but when I have checked its shows blocked again. Yesterday I have again called to them and talk to Ms Priti, Manager of SBi credit card team she updated, we have to check it as its our internal policy .everytime they people come up with new excuses. I need a compensation for my mentle harrasement . Secondly I want them to pls refund my Rs 5000 which i have paid as a annual fee and take ur card back . i donot required ur their services any more.

                          dear team kindly help me out to resolve my issue.

                                I am maintaining an SB account with SBI Madurai Kamraj University Branch, Madurai, Tamilnadu, India since 1982. Recently I have found that my PAN DETAILS & other details of my account are found missing and I could not efile my IT return. I had approached the branch on 26.09.2016 and requested the Accountant and he did not answer and respond to my request. Then I approached the Branch manager and had requested him to update my PAN details and I had submitted the xerox copy of the said document so as to enable me to efile my IT return. Even after 7 days of submitting the request, the branch has not updated the PAN details till date. My requests to the Officials of the Branch over mobiles & Branch Land Line are totally ignored. Please take necessary action and let me be informed of the proper reason for the inactiveness of the branch Officials with regard to the customer's genuine requests.

                                    Plz meri problem solve kijiye mujhe meri otp prapt nahi ho rahi h plz help me & solve my problem me one time otp ka use kr chuka hu but mera otp app ab work nahi kr raha h me kafi dino se kosis kar raha hu but koi solution nahi mil raha h. Mera mp online center centre h mujhe payment karne me bahut dikat ho rahi h isiliye me bahut loss me chal raha hu mera bahut nuksan ho raha h
                                    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Unnecessary fees for payment dishonor has been put to earn profit by the basters.
                                    I have an account in sbi. Today rs.25 have been deducted from my account without a reason. Its happening always sometimes as quarterly sms charges sometimes as annual sms charges.

                                      To the sbi managing team,

                                      I have deposited 6700/- my sbi account other than home branch so intercity charges should be 25/- but charges deducted 57+ rupees, can i know the reason for this.

                                      My home branch in kondapi sbi bank and i have deposited the money in s. N padu both branches located in prakasam district only. But why the intercity charges was deducted more than as expwcted. It is nearly 57+ rupees charged for 6700/-. Why below 10000 should be charged only 25/- right.

                                        Refer my application Number[protected] for SBI Card Elite. I am a Govt Employee with annual income of more than 18Lakh. I have cibil score of 857 as on date. I have my salary account in SBI.

                                        I fail to understand that why I can not get credit card from my banker SBI ?

                                        How can a customer speak to your manager on telephone ? your website and IVRS system do not have this facility for a fresh applicant.
