Dear sir/madam,

I'm your one of the valuable customer in sbi branch, visakhapatnam, andhrapradesh. Few days back new manager was appointed in the (Industrial estate branch, kancharapalem, visakhapatnam, andhrapradesh) branch and he was released the press note for the 4 packet gold ornment auction. On 6/10/2016 me and my friend (Vasu) intersted to went to the branch for the participating in gold ornment auction. The new manager play the cheap tricks in the auction behave like a broker, before yesterday branch manager and senior account was already discussed and plan with a dhamodhar naidu (Gold broker) and the branch manager put the high prices (Ornments rate) at the presence of customers who r participating in the gold ornment auction, everybody shocked and most of the people can't intersted to bid in the auction. Very few people r bidded in the auction againist dhamodhar naidu (Gold broker), officially two packets r decale to bidders who ever participate and give the highest bidder in the auction, in those two gold ornment packets, dhamodhar naidu (Gold broker) was got one of the packet and un-officially remaining two gold ornment packets was sell to dhamodhar naidu (Gold broker). Yesterday my friend vasu went to bank and ask the branch manger for remaining two packets. He can harshly reply the answer, that is my decision to sell the ornments to anybody. How dare u to ask the remaining packets. One of the madam (I think she is gold ornment section, she were have the spects with eyes) support to branch manager for the broker for this genuine case. I don't know how much amount they can took from the broker... Actual bank rule is suppose if the two packets wasn't purchasing anybody in the auction, then those two packets was hide in the bank locker and announce the auction to another time.. Sir suppose i[censored] can ask the branch manager to reason for this situation, then they simpy answered they were having ring (Mixed) and highest price can't bidded in the auction...
Ir, really branch manager, senior account and madam cross the limits and mis-use their powers. I think the were taken the highest salaries in the bank but i don't know why they mis-use their power for to earn the lowest money from the brokers. This is totally shame to the bank, sir, i[censored] can take the action on these three members, then i'll quiet for this issue. I[censored] can't take any action on this particular issue, then i'll approach to print media, social media and explain the situation (In the bank premsis) to every one in the internet.

I[censored] can't trust my words, then ask to the bidders whoever participating in the auction. I've some of the auction person numbers whoever participating in that day... I'll give u. Pls contact them and ask to the situation.

    The amount has deposited at cdm-1, sbi in touch, nvr complex, near bollineni hospital, nellore on 08/10/2016 at 10.00 to 10.30 pm. the cdm id reference no. s5nc00413622.
    due to some technical problems the amount deposited in cdm had not returned & the amount was taken by the cdm and not get any slip also.
    O, please kindly favour to me.
    The denominations was given below. 500 * 80 = 40000

        On 10 th October, 2016, Time: approximately 2:PM, I went to a Bank, State Bank Of India, Chirag Ali Lane, Hyderabad, IFSC Code: SBIN0003529. I tried to deposit Rs 20, 200 in My SBI Account but a working lady may be a clerk I don't know exactly, She first refused to deposit for a moment but very next moment she asked me " How much money you want to deposit? " . I told her amount. I carried My Debit card and gave her for depositing money But she refused. She said to deposit money using Deposit Form. So I did accordingly. after paying the money I took the receipt of cash deposit from her. But I didn't receive any messages regarding money deposit in My registered mobile number. Again I checked my Balance using Internet banking but no money deposited. I trusted that lady and came outside of Bank as I got to do some other work. Today, 11 October, I haven't received my money. Still I have my receipt with me . I am suffering now as these days are festival season and holidays too. why did she do like this? . Why did she asked me before depositing the amount personally?, after giving Debit Card for instant depositing why did she refuse? . why has she delayed my transactions? Is that money still with her instead of depositing in Account???? . I need serious action against that working Lady. How can I trust these workers? . Because of No money in my Account I am suffering now. so, I need quick and serious action against that Lady. My mind got distracted .as a proof, I have cash deposit receipt.You can refer CCTV footage of 10 th October, 2016, time 2: PM ( approximately). I went to Counter Number 2 . with these informations provided I need proper action against that bank.           I am really sorry to complaint that they are collecting the intercity charges, but why?... what is meant by intercity charges? though i have given my card for swiping fr depositing of amount into my own account only.its not fare, they didnt atleast inform the customer about this charges.
          Sir, my ATM card no:[protected] had been expired in the month of July 16.And on the issue of new ATM card bank had debited sum of rs 229 (near about) from my bank a/c.no: [protected] on dt 03/9/16 .Kindly look the matter and credit the amt. in my a/c. Thanks.
          SBI credit card department is a nodal harassment centre for any customer who has an account or availing poor services of the bank. The bank has no escalation matrix for problem resolution and has a team of nincompoops sitting in the customer care. Neither verbally polished nor intellect wise. All that the team does is to say " we have registered your complaint and you will get a call in 15 days / 30 days/ never ending".. This shows so poorly on the issue management of a reputed bank in our country.

            This is to let you know that i have my s/b account with state bank of india which is one of the esteemed nationalized banks in the country and has been maintaining this account since 2012.

            The s/b account was opened in hi-tech city branch, hyderabad, during dec-2012 and was transferred to sultanpalya branch, bangalore, on 16-jan-2016. I also provided my kyc form in feb-2016 with information to be updated on their database.

            I declare that i have not disclosed by netbanking id and password details to anyone through any mode.

            On 06-jul-2016, during a check of my account, i realized that there were two fraudulent online transactions dated 15-may-2016 from my account. I immediately brought this to their notice and initial discussions revealed that the money has been transferred to one by name ajay singh (State bank of india)] as donations while i don’t know who the individual is and didn’t make any donations. The transaction amount was in lakhs (More than 15 lakhs). I didn’t receive any notifications/triggers during the addition of beneficiary to my account or an otp from state bank of india netbanking facility to confirm the beneficiary and hence was totally unaware of these transactions which i believe led to misuse of my netbanking facility provided by state bank of india. On 16-may-2016, it was also observed that the amount was transferred from ajay singh account to another individual by name mukhtar khan. It appears that both these beneficiary accounts are with state bank of india and both parties are their customers.

            During discussions with the branch manager, it was observed that the mobile number in their database was different from the one that i provided on the kyc form which is one of the primary reasons that i didn’t receive any transaction triggers which i presume could have been used to reset my netbanking password to transact online.

            Since, there is an inaccurate entry of mobile number against the provided details on kyc form followed by transactions involving state bank of india account; i suspect this online fraud to be an organized crime with possible state bank of india personnel involved.

            On 06-jul-2016, when i wanted to report this incident to the police, they have asked for an initial report from the bank on this complaint. Since 07-jul-2016 was a public holiday, i registered an application addressed to the commissioner of police which is herewith attached for your perusal.

            On 21-jul-16, when i reached out to you requesting course of action on this regard, the branch manager had requested for an application addressing the branch manager to take the next course of action which was not communicated/requested during discussions with him on 06-jul-2016. I expected branch manager from a reputed bank in india to have guided a customer such as me during the initial discussions and consider this act a lack of courteousness and disrespect for one of your customers who has lost money through online fraud. I also hold him accountable for the lack of support and customer service provided during initial discussions.

            The branch manager provided his report during the end of aug-2016 and has completely refrained from providing details on the reason for mobile number changes in his response and has blamed the customer (Myself) to be solely responsible for the online fraud. As a customer who relied on their service, i now appear to be a victim for taking the service they provided which they claim to be highly secure.

            I would request sbi to refund the complete amount for the online fraud that has happened through the internet services they provide.

              M facing continous problem of delay in clerance of cheque
              My cheque no 812649 has been put inthe drop box of State bank of india ( 4 Bungalows ) ANDHERI on 25 sep 2016 its already been 15 day as i was out of town no notification for given by the bank. Toady once i got back i paid a visit the bank the satff says the cheque has been rejected by RBI without any specific reason
              The reason for no notifications was said no staff by the branch managers
              I have been told to present the cheque again
              Its a local cheque still its take around 8 days to clear every month. My ac no - [protected]
              Plz look into the matter n do the needful

                I am not receiving the OTP for online transaction for last one month. An inquiry at the branch confirms registration of the mobile number with the bank account. Mobile phone service provider confirms no fault in their service.
                The issue may kindly be resoled in a short time.

                  My Name is Nishant and my grand mother account in your sbi bank in rojka meo branch with the name of Mrs. Sukkodevi and her account no. is [protected].

                  Today, my grand mother went to visit your branch for the purpose broking the FD and withdrawal cash for emergency purpose. She had reached around 3.10pm and broking the FD around within 30 minutes. After that she reached the cash counter where sitting Mr. RAMANAND as cash counter incharge person. She gave cash drawal order but he neglect to withdrawal and said that he will not do in that time after completing the another work. He take around 30 to 40 min. Which are out the public interaction time. My grand mother completely tired and he used the bad language in which he spoke out to her. If i used bad or abuse language to your any family member then how you feel it.
                  My mother is old and recently she recover the illness. Now this time she completely exhausted. This is not a first time that ramanand do misbehaviour with my mother and he not only do with her all customer of your bank are disturbing from him.
                  Bank manager are fail to correct him.
                  If you are unable to punish him then i will file the rti tomorrow
                  But i expected to you can solve this problem.

                    I received a call from sbi credit card department, number was[protected], for the click bazar epay kirana, they send me otp, and when i share the otp the rs.7835 debited from my account...
                    They told that i will get a kirana card, but still i didn't get any card, when i call to sbi credit card customers care, then they are telling me that call was fraud, i just want to know from sbi how other fraud group got my details, that means sbi and fraud group both are same, means sbi share the customers details to fraud group, that means both r are doing fraud with customers...

                      I an attemt to book an train ticket (sampark kranthi chandigarh to mangalore) through on 9th october 2016 at 20.00 hours... i used my sbt debit card (domestic type) but as i clicked on the pay option i suddenly got an error message, due to which i got the amount of the train deducted, but failed to book the ticket... so please refund me the desired amount... i checked my transactions and found this very transaction in the name "pos prch"pos 150188 irctc noida with the amount inr 6926.47 deducted from my sbt account... ([protected]) so kindly look into my problem and refund me the desired amount

                        Since sbi atms were not working at gorimedu in pondicherry, went to tmb atm.. Tried to withdrawn rs.10000/-.."temporarily unable to process". But amount reduced from account. At 6.26 pm today 9.10.16... Waiting for one hour.. Not revised.. Called customer service.. They have not raised complaint.. Asked me to wait for 24 hours... Then only it will update to their system.. Even they didn't any compliant reference number.. Is this process is correct? When i will get my money back... Account number:[protected]...

                          Dear sir,

                          An unknown number i. E., [protected] called me two days earlier and he was asking aadhaar card no and bank atm pin and otp. As he was describing himself as worker of sbi and he can renew our atm card and by agreeing on his words, i disclose my all crucial information and he deducted a sum of rs 846/- transaction being somewhere mumbai (Pos hu[protected] sbi buddy) and then he was asking about some other atm card, i have given bandhan bank detail too, he deducted a same of rs 2000/- at mumbai and rs 500/- at gurgaon. This is how they manipulate me.

                          I understand this is our fault. But being big bank name, please help us in this matter

                              I am a customer for the last 19 years .A debit card maestro is issued to me some 8 years back. Recently I tried to do a online transaction through this debit card. I was not able to do it because the card did not contain CVV no on it.I reuested the branch manager to replace my card with a new card so as to enable to online transactions. He asked me to to block my card and apply for fresh card. Therefore kindly enlighten me on the following. 1. What is the validity/life of a debit card? 2.Whether there is a provision or not for issuing a replacement card in lieu of old (outdated) card?

                                This is to bring to your notice that yesterday morning around 1.00 pm, mr. Dipak wani, the account holder of bank of india gokhivare, vasai branch. He received a call stating that the debit card is expired and you need to apply for new debit card. The person demanded for the debit card no and cvv no. Immediately he started to make the transaction.*boi star sandesh* rs 4900 has been debited to your account xx3346 from pos-sbi buddy_bd on[protected]. Kindly consider all above issues & help me to get back my money so to restore my faith in banking system. Please communicate on email id [protected]@gmail.com.

                                  My business in net centre maintains my work on line registration exam board (on line fee payments - extra 20/-charegs, on bank net banking per net banking charges in– 11.20/-) and more than charges in my account, “fee excess drs 756.00” madurai - amman sannathi more than commercial very low profit – my transaction, but sbi more than charge in my account example (fee excess drs 756.00). so please for refund my money

                                    I have informed over telephone on sbi customer care for my cancellation of credit card 8 months back. I was shocked when they have submitted a bill.
                                    I have never used this card. After receipt of card immediately i have informed customer care for cancellation of my credit card.
                                    Why sbi has sent bill i don't understand. Kindly look into the matter once again

                                        i don't have any account in SBI at present. but on 5 Oct 2016 i received the message from SBIINB stated that your net banking is activated. and today 07 ict 2016 i received the message stated that you changed your internet login password. I wonder ans little bit scared that how the bank send me the message when i have no account in SBI. may be from some cheaters. kindly takre this matter very seriously and try to stop all the transactions in SBI related to this my mobile no [protected].
